PRIZES:

ELIGIBILITY:
To enter the "EverSmoke Weekly Sweepstakes" ("sweepstakes") by EverSmoke & eCigarettes365.com ("Sponsors") you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
1) You live in the United States.
2) You are legally allowed to smoke by State and Federal law.
3) You are currently a smoker or electronic smoker.
The sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
HOW TO ENTER:
Entrants may participate starting January 15th, 2012 after 12:00 AM Eastern Time. All entries must be submitted by February 12th, 2012 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
Steps to participate:
Simply fill out the form above and submit it. The only required field to enter is your email address. This gives you one entry/ticket.
WINNERS:
The one (1) winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received in a random drawing conducted on or about January 23rd 2012, January 30th 2012, February 6th 2012, and February 13th 2012. The decisions is final.
The winners will be announced on or about January 23rd 2012, January 30th 2012, February 6th 2012, and February 13th 2012 and notified by email. The prizes are not transferable. Taxes are the winner's responsibility. Prizes have no return value.
EMAILS:
Sponsors won't share nor sell entrants email addresses. Entrants allow the Sponsors to send entrants one (1) follow up email with special offers or promotions after the sweepstakes has ended. Entrants won't be added to any permanent mailing lists.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY:
By entering, the entrants or legal guardian of entrants agree to hold harmless the Sponsors, their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, from and against, any and all rights, claims and causes of action whatsoever that they may have, or which may arise, against any of them for any liability for any matter, cause or thing whatsoever, including but not limited to any injury, loss, damage, whether direct, compensatory, incidental or consequential, to person, including death and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from their acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize in the sweepstakes, or their participation in the sweepstakes, or their participation in any sweepstakes or prize related activity.
You agree that the sponsors do not need to pay you for anything you submit in relation to this sweepstakes, whether you win or not.
GENERAL TERMS:
* The sponsors conduct the random drawing.
* You agree that, regardless of the outcome, you will not challenge the results.
* We have the right to cancel this sweepstakes at any point in time.
Sponsors and their agents are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or illegible entries or Internet technical, hardware, software, telephone, or transmission failures of any kind, which may limit a person's ability to enter the sweepstakes. Sponsors and their agents are not responsible for any injury or damage to entrants' or any other person's computer related to or resulting from entering or downloading any materials in the sweepstakes. Sponsors reserve the right to cancel or suspend advertising the sweepstakes on the Internet should a computer virus, unauthorized intervention or other cause corrupt the integrity or proper conduct of the promotion. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entrant found to be disrupting the operation of the sweepstakes or its web sites. No transfer or assignment of entries is permitted. Entrants retain no rights to submissions and agree to grant non-exclusive rights for usage to the Sponsors.
