My reason for switching to e cigs is that E cigarettes retain the normal functioning of your body, which include proper flow of blood to various parts of the body.and electronic cigarettes as a better way of staying healthy.

I've found (in the research that I've done) that e-cigs have no negatives as far as health goes. Especially when you can control the amount of nicotine that you use in your e-cig, all the way down to none if you choose. At that point you would either be 'vaping' pharmaceutical grade Propylene Glycol (very thin almost watery) or 100% vegetable glycerin (thick and produces a massive amount of vapor.

I have tried many different brands. There is one that I like better and it's for the exact reason mentioned up above. A onine company called www.totallywicked-eliquid.com

You get refillable cartridges and their 'e-juice' (which is the straight nicotine (remember straight nicotine is classified as a poison) mixed with a Propolye Glycol or Vegetable Glycerine.

You can also buy the two separately so you can mix the amount of nicotine you get. From the high strength 36mg, down to the low 10mg and finally no nicotine, straight dilutent! This way you personally know how much nicotine you're ingesting and can control it and wean yourself down to nothing if your objective is to quit.

I also posted earlier of a promotion redemtion code: CHRYSLER that I found. That page has since been taken down!?!?! After seeing that, I did go back to their web site and add some items to 'my basket' as if I were checking out and the 'code' still seemed to work. . . I wonder if they didn't want that publicly known?

At any rate; those are my 2 cents. I hope it helps. It has most certainly helped me. I rather enjoy the e-cig and since there is no tar, smell, stink, 4,000 carcinogens, smelly clothes/car/hair I feel much safer.

I'm posting my review in a lot of forums because I am so impressed with this e-cig thing and I think we all need to get healthier. And if any of you have children in school know that the school pushes the no smoking thing alot (great for them!) downside was my daughter brought home a contract that I had to sign to quit smoking. Well, I did quit smoking (as defined by websters) now I just 'Vape' and love it even more than traditional smoking!!!

Durameter!

Yeh I had symptoms for lung cancer last year and my doctor advised me to quit smoking as soon as possible. But when I about to stop smoking I started shivering and hence I got help from one of my colleague who advised me to switch for e-smoking.

Hey, ecigs offers a real smoking experience without any of the unpleasant side-effects of traditional tobacco smoking.

This may not be exactly true. If you're using ecigs with nicotine, it's still affecting your blood vessels. And they tell me that's what caused my heart attack. I'm using eCigs to totally quit smoking. I've been smoking longer than most of you have been alive. No brag, just fact. I'm quittin this affore it kills me. Gonna die someday anyway, but would just like it be later than sooner. Truth be known I'm of a mind that everybody that smokes tobacco cigs really wants to quit. But, the government would rather tax than protect it's people. JMHO
Good luck with quitting,
otrpu

I've switched to electronic cigarette in March 2010 and never touched another tobacco cigarette since. It took me about 4 month to move from a high nicotine cartridges to low, and by the end of this summer I'm planning to use only nicotine free cartrdiges.

I've been told that nicotine is not that bad when it is not burning...

I switched to e-cigarettes because I preferred a safer alternative to smoking. I know its not 100% perfect but won't kill me in the next few years for sure. ;)

I am short winded and wheeze-a sign to get off the analog cigarettes. Electronic cigarettes are a healthier option.
