not sure how many puffs I take but I don't feel like I am limiting myself. I'd say my cartridges are similar to little less than a pack.

I'm finding it difficult getting "satisfied". What mg. are you using? Sure wish I could just use the e-cigarette and not the real ones. My Mom went to the ER on Thursday, she's 92, and I started smoking more of the real ones and am having trouble cutting back to 8 a day. Also, do you order them online? And which e-cigarette are you using? Thank you for any suggestions. I know I can make this work.

I quit with electronic cigarettes. I use no nicotine however. The first two weeks are really difficult if you're a two-pack-a-day chainsmoker like myself, but after that it's easier. The electronic cigarette helps me slowly lay off the psychological addiction. I really recommend it to people who seriously want to quit. But personally I would advise going through the nicotine withdrawal asap, cold turkey, instead of cutting back. It took me a few weeks of getting used to, but now I can truly say I enjoy my nicotine-free electronic puffs. Like after dinner or in a pub (not so often since I no longer am addicted to nicotine). Real cigarettes stink!

An electronic cigarette contains liquid nicotine, which is highly addictive. In fact, research shows nicotine is as addictive as heroin.1 E-cigarettes are being advertised as a legitimate alternative to smoking, but public health officials are skeptical. If you are thinking about using e-cigarettes as an alternative to smoking, or to help you stop smoking, it’s important to know that these nicotine delivery devices are not FDA approved for effectiveness or safety. There are proven and safe alternatives for nicotine replacement therapy to help you stop smoking, such as the patch and gum, both of which are FDA approved and safe when used according to directions. You can learn more about these and other medications to help you quit smoking, and then discuss with your physician which may be best for you.

Open your mind and start thinking. Yes, we all know that nicotine is addictive. We aren't stupid. But don't start talking about the FDA! The government has not banned tobacco cigarettes or make it harder to get them. They just keep taxing them more since they need the money. So why should I rely on the FDA?!?
Are tobacco cigarettes with 1000s of carcinogens, tar and nicotine legal? Yes they are! Are they FDA approved? No they are not! So why should e-cigs with nicotine be illegal or wait for the FDA?

Hi! I would recommend that you buy an ecig with money back guarantee and then first see how you feel about it. Most people like ecigs but to some they just don't feel right. Subsequently you can order more cartridges. Take a look at this electronic cigarette overview. All brands listed are very good. Decide on whether you want to refill cartridges in the future or not. Figure out if the LED color matters to you or not. See what fits your budget. See which look you like ... Women prefer smaller and lighter electronic cigarettes such as the blu cig. Hope this helps.

Smoking electronic cigarettes helps them to leave the habit of smoking. People who get addicted to smoking cannot quit suddenly so by using electronic cigarette they can reduce smoking. The feel, taste and everything will be same like tobacco cigarettes but the difference is you will inhale only the vapor and not the smoke.

I am a chain smoker for almost 10 years and I started smoking when I was 15 years old. I love cigarette so much that I could evenly sell my laptop just to buy a cigarette! But I have learn my lessons. It is much better to use an e-cig and save penny than to buy a cigarette that could kill your body. Sincerely, Frankysmokes http://www.stopsmokinghabits.com
