What is your experience with this brand?

Note:
The tip of blu is blue to alleviate any concerns onlookers and venue owners may have that you are smoking a real cigarette in areas where you typically cannot smoke traditional cigarettes.
Sounds like a great idea ...

Blu Cigarettes “blu” my mind, it’s like smoking a real cigarette, but without all the stuff that kills you or your wallet.

I’ve tried several of the other e-cigs since I’ve been trying to quit smoking and get healthy. And they all do their job, mostly. But some either taste like you’re smoking chemicals or look like you’re sucking on a big plastic tube — and how can you look cool like that?

The Blu Cigs come in a package that looks exactly like a cigarette package — which is great for portability and not looking like a dork. The package even charges up the battery in the cigarette. It’s ideal for going to the airport or other places you can’t smoke normal cigarettes. It’s also nice to walk out to the front of the bar. Pull out the Blu Cigarette and smoke just like the other smokers.

By far the best thing about the Blu Cigarette is that it’s actually helped me get off cigarettes. With the other electronic cigarettes I’ve tried, I’d still get intense cravings for that real — and really unhealthy — smoke. But now when I get a nicotine craving, it’s for my Blu Cig, not the normal cancer stick.

:D It has now been 48 hours since I had my last "smoke cigarette."

I have been smoking a pack a day for 30 years. I have tried about 5 times to quit. I once quit for 2 weeks, which was the longest. I have tried using the gum which helped very little, the chewing did help curb my frustration some. I am impossible to be around when trying to quit. I have NO patience with anyone, I drop things, I pace the floor, I lose my concentration, .....

So far (after 48 hrs.) I have not had any nerve problems. Smoking the Blu is different for me than regular cigarettes....but it is keeping me calm and I am not suffering from any of the other symptoms I have always had before.
I find, with the blu cigs, to really activate it, I need to take a short puff, to prime it, then I can take a deep puff. I also find I cannot take another puff right away or there will be no vapor. I try to wait about 3 minutes between puffs. If this gets frustrating for me, I use both cigarettes and alternate them.....ummm plenty of vapor that way. I purchased the tobacco flavor and I am finding it very pleasant and clean tasting. I detect no chemical taste at all.

I am busy today, washing bedding and curtains and scrubbing walls, trying to rid my house of all smoke smells. I am confident that smoke is gone from my life. I will do my car tomorrow.
Blujean 8-)

I received my Blucig kit on July 27. I immediately started using it. Four days later, July 31, I had not smoked a regular cigarette since receiving my Blucig. I was thrilled with the whole thing. Just before going to bed my battery blinked that it needed to be charged. I put it in the charger and picked up the battery I had charged up 2 days previously. Whoa! it was dead. My charger showed that the battery was fully charged but no it wasn't and would not charge up. So here I am ready for my last shot of nicotine for the night and I have no Blucig and no regular cigarettes. I panicked. I rushed around looking for old ash trays, hoping to find a butt with some tobacco left. Silly me I had cleaned all of the old dirty ash trays and stored them away. I finally found some Nicorette which I had purchased for a recent airline trip. That got me calm enough to go to sleep. I had to leave at 4:30 a.m. to go to work. I knew I couldn't make it through the day with no nicotine so I stopped off at a 24hr. gas station and bought a pack of cigarettes for 5.50. ouch.
When I got home from work I called Blucigs. they decided. after having me try a few things, that I had two faulty batteries. This was last night (Saturday). They said they would put in an order to send me two replacement batteries.....but it could take up to 4 weeks for me to receive them because they are still behind with their orders. WHAT? So after waiting for 6 weeks to get my kit, I get off of cigarettes for 4 days...and now I have to smoke regular cigarettes for maybe 4 weeks? and it is a problem with their product.
I don't think so. So I did some browsing around and found a site selling Joye 510. The feedback they had was really good. I ordered a kit from them kind of late Saturday night. I got an email from them this afternoon (Sunday) that it is packaged and the shipping label printed and it will be mailed out first thing tomorrow morning. (Monday).
I loved my Blucigs a lot but if this new one works for me....I will definitely go with the company who gives me good customer service and I will refund my beloved Blucigs for a refund.

I got blu cigs then a few other models. My first blu arrived on July 10, and that was the last day I smoked a tobacco cigarette. What do I like about ecigs? In this order:
1. They satisfy my nicotine craving so I could quit tobacco
2. They are so much cleaner than tobacco cigarettes.
3. No more burn holes!
4. Healthier
5. No smokers cough. Can breathe deep again!
6. Smoke anywhere!
7. Cheaper
8. Better control over the experience...flavors, nicotine content, etc.
9. Not giving tax $ to the govt
10 More convenient

I am proud that I was able to quit smoking after 1-2 packs a day for over 25 years. I can breathe deep. I no longer cough and hack. My parents are proud, and so are my kids. This fits right in with my new lifestyle! I hope that the government doesn't ban them. If they do, I will either have to go back to tobacco or become an outlaw!

Hi. I have been a 2 pack a day (maybe 3 sometimes especially when using the computer ) for many many years -
Ordered the blu sample kit NO NICOTINE and started using it about 4 days ago.
So far I'm using both cigarettes and the blu cigarette (got it in black so no one would mistake it for the real thing and start attacking) and notice that in just the 4 days, I'm down to 3/4 of one pack instead of two packs a day.

The funny thing is after puffing on the blu (I'm not inhaling it until I get the vegetable glycerin) regular cigarettes dont taste so good - where as before if
I was running out of real cigarettes I was panicked and ran to any open store before they would close for the evening.

I didn't care for the tobacco taste sample....the vanilla is okay but still not thrilling, and I'm looking forward to finding a no nicotine mix your own flavor.
Anyone have any suggestions where I can find bottles of no nicotine flavors?

the one thing I notice about the blue cigarette is that puffing on it, say 3-4 puffs right away - the plastic is hot....which cant be good for your lips. Is anybody else experiencing the same thing ?

Do other brands have the same problem ?

Thanks for any help.

The blu cig is really light and smaller than other cigarettes. It is about the size of a regular cigarette.

I got my blu cigs on the 17th of September, and haven't smoked a tar and carcinogen filled cig since then. I love the blu! I wish the company was a lot more reliable, because I ordered another pack on the 14th of September and
had to go and cancel the order yesterday, because they never shipped it. It
was for my daughter, so I ended up getting her the fifty one starter kit. Got it super fast! I ordered two cartons of mint menthol cartridges on the 17th from
blu, and they still haven't shipped those either. Fortunately I have been refilling my blu's with Johnson's Creek menthol, and the flavor is wonderful. They ship so fast, from order to recieving it in 3 days!!! Refilling is a breeze! I store them in my computer drawer which is right below my air conditioner vent, and it keeps them nice and fresh. I pop out the fluid cup from the tip, and take out the
fluff, and soak it in hot water, leave them sit on a paper towel until dry, and put
three drops in the cup, put in the polyester, and put it all back in the tip, and I'm
ready to vape!!!! What a miracle for me. I've been a smoker for 43 years, and
had no hope of quitting until blu! I have been cigarette free for nine days, and have no desire to go back to that nasty habit! Thanks blu!!! Now, if you can just get the shipping thing straightened out, it would be perfect!!!!!!!!!! Ginny:)
