Recently my boyfriend bought e cigs from LEVELCIGS.COM
The site and its contents look legit. But weve been having doubts because since ordering the e cigs online a week ago, he has tried emailing and calling them but no response back. The phone numbers are both not working. When he ordered them, it did not say how long it will take for shipping.. but they did charge him 7 -8 bucks for shipping. We've been looking online for reviews.. or forums about it. Nothing.
Does anybody know or ordered from this website??
We have a feeling we've been scammed.

Here is the reply we received from their support within 16 hours. "janna27r" please contact them again.

Quote:
We offer our deepest apologies for the late response . It is imperative to address all customer inquiries immediately as we take customer service very seriously .

Please ask the customer to identify in an email their order # and we will most assuredly give them a tracking # .It may very well be the case that they have already recieved their order . As well please note that we typically ship within 2 days and usually within 24 hrs . If there is a problem we want to know immediately and it will likewise be handled expressly .

Not to make excuses but we have encountered a ridiculous problem with our 800# and are in the process of getting that rectified .

We sincerely regret that this may have caused any inconvenience and would like to provide this customer with a gesture of our appreciation for their business .

We try to go out of our way to give our customers a value . We feel that we provide the best product at the best price . Our "510" package offers basically 2 complete sets ( enough for 2 people to use seperately should they choose ) and 25 refills cartridges .

The last thing we want is a dissatisfied customer !!!!

I also purchased a bundled set of two starter packs from Level Cigs. I just got a voice mail from Level Cigs explaining that they were out of the white model but they could substitute the black model. The guy said that I should email info@levelcigs.com with my preference - Black Level Cigs or wait for the white ones.

I sent an email and it bounced. I double checked the spelling and compared it with the email they have listed on their website. It bounced again. I tried all of their other email addresses that they have listed and they all bounced. I called their 1-888 number and left a message on a machine that assured me that somebody will call me back.

We'll see if they call. this operation seems a little shaky at the moment.

Did you receive your Level Cigs?

Anybody else have experience with this company?
