Just be with him or her most of the time.Whenever he or she want to have smoking then this is your duty to ask him not to do it.You can emotional say that i will leave you if you do.

Remember, when you help someone quit smoking, smokers through before they even made the decision to exit at all stages.Depending on the person, try not to give blunt advice. Wait until they ask, or to bring the theme, such as, "This is me to quit smoking," or "I hope to have some help me to quit smoking." Under normal circumstances, they just come with, "I hate smoking, so, I to resign. "

I have smoked for many, many years (don't even want to remember the number). I have also quit a few times before. As some may be familiar with this, some significant stressful issue brought me back to a cigarette.
This time I will quick cigarettes for good! Because this time I have diabetes. The last time I quit I used a "cigarette" called Free. They were actually made of cocoa leaves and smelled like burning chocolate. There was no tobacco, no nicotine, but the "scent" of burning chocolate. It was really hard. For some reason they disappeared from the market.
I know I'm addicted to nicotine, but like many people, somewhere inside I am maybe more addicted to the habit of smoking, physically smoking a cig, inhaling it, etc.. Only a smoker can understand this. So now I am trying again with the E-Cig (let me just say they are being made much better now, more realistic, and more flavorful...at least what I'm smoking..I mean vaping). And I tell you from a true, hard-core smoker I cannot tell the difference between smoking an E-cig and a tobacco cigarette. The only difference is that a cigarette is soft in touch and an E-Cig is not. All I can say is I should've tried this earlier. Forget the cost savings (not big enough of an issue to have made me quit), forget the smell (never bothered me) but now I can forget what cigarettes were physically doing to me and the second hand smoke for my family. Good Luck to all quitters...I mean beginners!!

Smoking is a kind of habit that can't be quit easily. Because for those who smoking from long time, there body is habitual of nicotine. So if try to avoid smoking than it can cause problems. Those really serious about to quit then they should strong will power and should take help of better alternate like electronic cigarettes.
