Electronic cigarettes contains no tobacco and are not ignited. It does not produce any smoke / second hand smoke, or odor - just a vapor.

I was on a visit to my hometown in Orange County, California. The Yard House informed me that I would be asked to leave if I started using the Smoking Anywhere device or any e-Cigarette.
This was passed down to them as a direct order from their corporate company, so it affects all Yard House locations. Interesting.
I had no issues discreetly using the device in the airplane bathroom, however, as nobody knew I was using it. I hope legislation doesn't give FDA the ability to regulate these devices. That would suck.
Tobacco regulation is one thing. But e-cigarettes don't contain any tobacco. Period. End of story. I hope some of the senators see this post.

Thanks for sharing! I know the Yard House. You know what, a corporate ban is probably a sign that ecigs are slowly gaining popularity! I understand restaurants. At this time there is still too little knowledge of ecigs and other guest may get annoyed. I personally always go outside - I am just used to it. Even the blue electronic cigarette wouldn't make a different since there is still vapor visible to others ... I e-smoked on an airplane bathroom as well! Welcome to the SMOKE HIGH club.

Haha. Yep...smokin' high.
I just got my Blu kit today. Definitely hooked on this one compared to Smoking Everywhere and carts cost half as much for a pack of 5. Only drawback is that I can only get them online.
I'm going to experiment with eLiquid and dripping once I place an order for some liquid. I'll shop around for some rubber "corks" or plugs to allow me to refill carts since the Blu carts are smaller than others.
I still can't believe it. This thing's smaller than most others out there and it produces the best smoke. Brilliant.

It will be a while before it is generally accepted. Before I e-smoke in bars/restaurants I explain to waiter/waitress or owner first - then it is all good. But most of the time I still go outside ...

I can't even remember the last time I smoked in a public place - it doesn't even occur to me. I e-smoke with all the other analog smokers outside ...

I've been reluctant to e-smoke anywhere where smoking is not allowed. I feel like I have to be sneaky. I feel more comfi and relaxed when it is "allowed"

I try not to draw attention to myself and I don't want to explain myself either. I vape because I think it is better for me and not to bypass smoking bans.

It's true, you don't use e-cigs just to get pass to places where smoking is being banned, but because know that e-cigs are better than the real cigarettes which contains nicotine, and emits smoke as well.

...Not to mention setting off all the goody goody two shoes' running and reporting a smoker, or the uninformed smokers thinking you are getting away with something.
