I was originally going to order a Blu, but they had a 4 week delay due to the battery issue they had. Anyway, I placed my order for a Luci starter kit on October 20th. I was enjoying the product a lot, but four weeks in, one of the batteries died on me. They had amazing customer service and shipped me another battery very quickly after I contacted them via email. However, more issues continued - after a while, I noticed that the atomizer would continue to burn for about 4-5 seconds after I was done puffing. The atomizer would burn for quite a while. I went over my 30 day money back warranty, but I'm thinking of switching to the Vapor King 510 or a Blu. Just reading some reviews in the meantime. Any suggestions? I want a RELIABLE product.
