This is why I LOVE SmokeTip customer support. They are so fast! I almost seems like they reply before I even sent my inquiry!

Then i refilled the carts and still nothing much. All in all not worth the money. For me anyway. Others seem to like it. But I do NOT.

Cloud 9 appears to have a significant problem with quality control of their cartomizer units. Some work great; others cease doing anything after the first two inhales (if that). I'd guess the proportion (based on roughly 15 consumed) as: 1/3 fail near or at the beginning, 1/3 last about half the rated capacity (20 cigs or approximately 400 draws), and some seem to work til the end, albeit in reduced quantities near the end. So, overall, about 50% of as-billed, or making the cartomizers a bit more expensive than a normal pack of cigarettes (which always work :).

A quick update. I've now gone through roughly 30 of the cartomizers in the space of a week. The proportions are roughly as originally posted but have changed a bit to the worse. 35% are DOA -- don't work after opening. Another 30% work for a very short period of time -- roughly 15 draws, then quit working. Another 20% work for about half their "rated" capacity. The remainder work for the entire time. While my experience is with the menthol version, I also ordered the standard tobacco version for my wife. Her experience is about the same (a bit worse, actually). I ordered tan cartomizers and received black ones. One of the two batteries lasts as rated. The other dies after about ten draws (but takes the same amount of time to recharge). Pity, because when they work as billed, they're great. But that's about 10% of the time, making this a pretty expensive substitute.

I have also received my e-cig and the spare battery will not charge. Have attempted numerous times to get a hold of the company through live chat and no operator available and then I tried the service@cloud9smoking.com and will not take the response. Comes up with an outlook express box and not able to deliver. I think this company takes your money, send the goods but when a problem they will not respond until after the 30 days. I will not recommend this site to anyone I know.

In a case like this, call your credit card company and dispute the charge.
