What is your experience with the Cirrus e-cigarette?

Hello! I have received a Cirrus electronic cigarette from White Cloud (for free) and was asked to review it. It retails for $189.99. In the past I have smoked Green Smoke, the Safe Cig, Red Dragon, and blu cig.

Box and Packaging
I am not big into fancy retail packaging – after all the product matters. The Cirrus packaging and box is simple compared to others. But you can by a nice case for extra.

I opened the box which contains two battery sticks, five cartridges, a USB charger, and a manual. Each cartridge is covered by little plastic caps on both sides to keep the content fresh. One battery stick comes with a blue LED and the other one’s LED is orange/red.

I quickly took a look at the very detailed user manual and read that the battery already holds a 90% charge. Great, I quickly attached a cartridge to the cigarette stick and started e-smoking.

Two Piece Model
The Cirrus e-cigarette is a two piece model which means that each cartridge comes with a new built in atomizer. So you don’t have to worry about the cleanliness of your atomizer, decrease of performance over time, or replacement.

e-Smoking Experience
With the first few puffs I noticed three things right away:

1. It produces a lot of vapor which is great.
2. Inhaling with the Cirrus is very easy compared to other electronic cigarettes. A friend of mine agrees with me on this point. She has a hard time activating other ecigs when inhaling.
3. It makes a minor air whistling or sizzling sound when inhaling. Initially I found it a little annoying but now I don’t even notice it anymore.

The Cirrus is longer than other ecigs but it does not feel heavier in your hand. If you never e-smoked before then you need to get used to the weight difference anyway.

Flavors
I have to admit that in the past I failed any blind tests: I was unable to tell the flavor of a cartridge by smoking it. Cirrus flavors are different; you can really taste the flavor. Especially menthol smokers will love it.
Cirrus cartridges come in Tobacco, Menthol, Vanilla, Chocolate, Espresso, Apple, Banana, Whiskey, Clove and Peach flavors. The nicotine strengths are: Zero, Ultra Light, Light, Full and Extra.

Battery Life and Charging
Like most other ecigs the Cirrus LED starts blinking when the battery is almost empty. To charge it you plug it in via USB and a little red light indicates charging. Once fully charged the light turns blue.
The Cirrus battery lasts notably longer than the battery of any other ecig I have tested. The size of the battery clearly becomes an advantage.

Summary
Superior quality electronic cigarette with high price tag.

Pros: Lot’s of vapor, easy inhaling, great flavors, long battery life
Cons: High price, ecig is longer than others.

Hello,

I saw your post on this e cig discussion board. I am currently trying to research the numerous brands out there. I am in between the White Cloud Cirrus, Blu, Red Dragon and the Green Smoke. This will be my first e cig purchase. I have read many people purchase several with issues and spend lots of money on them. I would like to just buy one, the one that is closest to the real thing and one without issues. I want to have a good drag with smoke and that seems to be an issue with some. I have spent over 2 grand on different brands and I keep coming back to this one, it's design has went through some changes but i have 2 Cirrus kits and will soon go for 4 more kits, you can never have enough of the real thing. I was smoking Marlborough #54 for years and this is one of the few that offer a X-M 24 mg cartridge. I'm waiting on a new kit to arrive by esmoke.net, I think it's going to be a close match. We'll see. And apparently there's a cheaper route, whitecloudecigoutlet.com there is a $100 difference in price for the same thing. Who knows

I got mine from esmoke.net and the charger almost caught fire. After 10 minutes of charging it melted and almost caught fire. So be very cautious when using it. I reported it to the company and she told me that it was prob my computer not their product. I use the USB port all the time and have never before or since had a problem with anything else plugged in. So just be careful!

Great E-Cig. I have had good dependability. Love the flavors and vapor. I haven't found any other e-cigs that compare. Well worth the money.

Tried Whiskey flavor. Good taste and vapor. Espresso is good too but Espresso does taste somewhat like a chocolate flavor.

I've been a White Cloud user for months now, and I can tell you its my favorite. I have tried several others before I found this one, and I'm happy to say, this one actually put an end to smoking cigarettes and my search for a high quality e-cig. This one looks, tastes, and satisfies like a tobacco cig. It just isn't.
