• My husband and I have been smokers for some 38 and 34 years respectively; both having tried to quit smoking numerous times over the years. Since we both desperately want to totally quit, I spent quite a bit of time researching e-cigerettes online. On August 20th, we ordered the couples' kits and a flavor-sample kit. We quickly found we like the vanilla & coffee flavors best, followed by the Congress and then Cowboy flavors. During the first couple weeks, we both had pretty major problems with the automatic batteries and so opted to go totally with the manual batteries and are very satisfied with this decision. Our auto. batteries were easily replaced by V-2Cigs with no problems whatsoever. Through the course of the past month & a half, I've emailed and spoken over the phone a number of times with either Stephanie or Victor. I've typically gotten an email response within a couple hours, max. and even received phone calls to ensure our orders will be filled according to our preferences. I CANNOT sing my praises loudly enough about the V2-Cigs products and their customer support as I ernestly believe this time my husband and I will truly be successful in fully quitting smoking. V-2 Cigs will be the secret to this success and it definitely will NOT remain a secret because we have been telling all our smoker friends about your product, your A-1 customer service and the ease at which we are working through our complete smoking cessation.
