I purchased Cloud 9's product and a week later it wasn't working. I contacted Cloud 9 and was not at all happy with the customer service I recieved(no one picked up the phone or returned my call). I was able to return it to the store I purchased it from for a working product. I also order flavors from cloud9smoking.com and i recieved the wrong flavors but due to the lack of customer service Im not even going to try and return them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

Hi, I'd just like to clarify that the company this poster was referring to was a company called cloud9smoking (A US-based company), which is NOT to be confused with http://www.cloud9vaping.co.uk which is a UK-based company.

I remember reading about Cloud 9 electronic cigarettes a few months back and many other customers are just like you -- angry and frustrated with customer service. A few of the people who wrote reviews claimed that their products worked, but they never got the product they wanted. When calling to complain, no one answered and with growing suspicions rising, they got rid of their product and swore not to buy from them again. The only thing we can do as customers is warn people against awful companies like these. Sorry to hear about what you went through, CWB.
