The Green Smoke e-cig (a two piece unit) is a good choice for those who don't want to be tinkering all the time. Although more expensive to buy and use they are definitely a 'plug and play' solution that do not require the maintenance and parts replacement that the 3 piece units need.

I rec my Green Smoke starter kit this past weekend. I am really surprised - the qualit and taste is very close to a cig. I am pleased with my purchase. It is well worth to try this brand.

Just wondering I am thinking about switching to e-cigarettes and green smoke has appeared to be the best one because I smoke for the feel and look of the smoke, but I also smoke Marlb menthol I know you have a menthol flavored cartridge and a marlboro flavored cartridge is there any way you can make a marlboro menthol flavored cartridge. Or would either of the two cartridges i mentioned suffice? would love an email back thanks djswald@gmail.com

I got my starter Green Smoke kit 5 days ago. One battery never charged up, but the other one was OK for long enough for me to get excited about the concept. That battery discharged within 2 hours, but by then the first had a trickle of charge in it. Since the day the kit arrived I have been alternating leaving messages on the customer service phone (no promised call-back) with charging batteries! I am bitterly disappointed (a) at the performance of this expensive brand, and (b) at the customer service. I hadn't initially considered asking for my money back - I thought they would tell me how to return the useless batteries for exchange - but now, with the total lack of response, I am beginning to feel I have been sold a pup ... I will follow up the e-cig concept, just look for another brand.

I've been using this product for around 4 months and I can truly say that for me Green Smoke has been a godsend. It takes a little while to figure out how to use it properly, just like any technological device, and that's what it is - an electronic nicotine delivery system which happens to have a great deal of similarities to it's !9th century forerunner, without a whole bunch of negatives that come with the old-fashioned "analogue" tobacco cigarette. As far a customer service, my experience has been wholly positive, maybe cause I don't like using e-mail or "chat" (whatever that means). I do all my business with Green Smoke by phone - 1-888-224-1345, Sunday through Thursday, business hours EST (they are in Miami). The way it seems to work is that they have "reps", people doing it as a side job, you can stick with the same person or just deal with the first person who picks up. As far as dealing with defective "parts", you've got 1. Batteries, (this part looks like the white part of a 100 millimeter Marlboro; 2. Cartridges (looks like the filter and has the liquefied nicotine and an "atomizer", which creates the smoke-like vapor and the charger(s). Sounds simple enough, but as I've said it takes time to master this technology. When the battery is dud (it happens), I simply call the number and I get my replacement in TWO DAYS, free shipping Miami to Albany, NY. I recommend the tobacco 8 mgs. GS is a vapor monster !!!

Anyway, I charged it up and wow - it really smokes! It generates a lot of smoke which I really like a lot. You have to suck a little harder compared to regular cigarettes but I can live with that.
So far I like it .... Did it make you cough at first? When I inhale, I cough alot and sometimes hard. Am I inhaling too much?

I agree with Susan, the customer service at Greensmoke needs to be improved. I had the same problem with one of my batteries and it I also called in and had to call again to see what was going on. They also sent me different flavors even though the package showed what I ordered. I also noticed the cartridges did not last as long as they state on the website, maybe 5 cigarettes at most. I am returning my kit and all the cartridges and will try another company.
