Post subject: atomizer problems with cloud 9

Cloud 9 componets and smoke juice seem to be of good quality and I was very happy until the 2 atomizers quit working with in 2 weeks.

Does anyone know how to clean or fix these atomizers?

CLOUD 9 UPDATE:

The customer service at Cloud 9 has been superior, of which is top of the line to me. Problems arise with anything you do and the best you can hope for is help on fixing the issue.

As I have read online, nearly all companies seem to be experiencing atomizer problems, so it's not directly related to just Cloud 9, but this company has a warranty on all their parts and have replaced my atomizers with no hassle.

The smoke juice they offer is of great quality and will continue to use their products. I have experienced great correspondence and prompt responses from John with customer service at Cloud9Smoking.com and here is a direct quote: "Based on my research and experience, atomizers not lasting as long as they should does seem to be an industry wide issue. We are working on this issue from two angles. The first is as I mentioned, a higher quality, more robust atomizer which will be in stock very soon (1-2 weeks). The second way we are addressing this issue is to offer “cartomizers”, the two piece e-cigarette option. Using cartomizers will be slightly more expensive than using pre-filled carts, but with much less hassle. They will be compatible with our current battery so there will be no issues for current customers to try it."

I totally support the Cloud 9 American made smoke juice. I feel safer inhaling a product that that is made in the USA, not to mention supporting enterprise in our own country. I also want to note that I totally like the blue glass bottles with glass dropper lids versus inferior products that put the liquid in cheap little plastic containers similar to eye drops.

I would recommend you give them a try.

I posted more info under a different thread, but the gist is that the atomizers I ordered a few weeks ago are WAY better than the ones I got in March. Throw the old ones out and get the new model - they have a thicker element, much more vapor, and I noticed they had a serial number (or model number) stamped on the side.
