First off I tried calling greensmokes number today. Thank you for calling green smoke 1 is for sales, 2 is for customer service...............then all 4 times I get hung up on without ever talking to anyone. I have had the kit for less than a week.
Went to order more cartridges as I don't care for the tabbaco flavor. After I placed the second order I took the extended battery off the charger and put the cartridge on. There was a minute flame within the cartride. Shortly after that the battery died. I used the battery this morning (after it had charged all night), and it went dead on me without ever flashing like the little battery does.
I don't know if there is a short within the battery, or the wire within the cartridge. I would like to know how to return this kit and cancel the other order that I placed today. I have both order numbers.
I wanted to dress this thing up to. I was watching your website for the cigarette case, the portable charger as well as the usb cigarrette that I see is currently out of stock. But being that I have my own business I need to know that when a flame is coming from a new product I saved up for my own birthday to get that I can reach someone. I tried both the 800 number and the I believe it was Florida one. Both hung up on me. So I went from excited wanting to tell everyone to now disappointed.
I understand things happen, that they malfunction. But at least have customer service there during normal business hours like they are stated on the website. Now after my second order I may be forced to return my whole kit. I don't want to wait for someone to respond to a ticket in a case such as a flame within the device. I also need to know how to cancel todays order.

Hi Serina,
this sounds serious and sorry for the trouble. You really need to contact Green Smoke. I vape Green Smoke myself and never experienced something like this.
Here is Green Smoke's contact info: 888-224-1345 - Toll Free 305-851-5795 - Miami, FL 212-845-9813 - NY, NY 866-214-3154 - Fax
You can also submit a ticket on their website.

Would you believe I called and everytime I do as soon as I dial (2) I get hung up on. I even tried staying on the line and even pressing 1 (1 is for sales). I was hoping if I made it through to sales that they could reroute my call. The same thing happened. I have used my phone today to assist my customers. My phone works fine.
If I pulled my cell phone records I have tried 5 times thus far. None of those times I have called have I ever gotten to a live person. That is what is making me more upset.
I am ready to contact the BBB if I don't hear from them soon. I spent all this money trying to improve my health, and all it has done so far is drain my wallet. I have my own business myself, out of my home. Disconnecting, even if prematurely is not tolerated. Repeatedly well that just has me boiling at this point.
I submitted a ticket. Told them of the hang ups, and the situation. Still waiting.

Well whatever happened it killed the battery. I have been charging it to rule out whether it was the battery or the cartridge. The battery will no longer charge. It should have had some charge as I have had it plugged in for just shy of 2 hours now.
My major concern is not only did I get ripped off, and the customer service poor at best I also worry about this issue occuring with someone else.

I haven't had the flame problem, but the batteries, I suppose, are not working properly or else the cartridges are clogged, although the batteries don't function as described in the directions, so that is probably the problem. Worse than that is the abyssmal customer service. If they are swamped for some reason they should say so and not just ignore ypu or hang up on you while you are on hold (no matter how many times you try.) E-mail no better. Pity, as I liked it a lot the two or so weeks it worked.
