| | for me the disposables are the best. hassle free and satisfying. I don't miss real cigarets at all and I don;t smoke these that often. I do believe that part of the addiction to smoking is having something to do with your hands at times and this more than helps with that. Even though the unit is heavier, I don;t think it will be enough of a problem for me to go back to smoking cigarets. |

| | I started using this product about 9 months ago, and should have backed out immediately with the repeated problems with checkout. The web site since has had additional problems; they update it incorrectly, the promotional codes that THEY SEND don't always work, they don't advertise when their 'chat' feature is off, so you just sit there waiting for someone to respond...and then they blamed it on me, because of course I should have known their business hours... Literally the worst I've ever been treated by a customer service team. Ever.
I've had 4 batteries; 1 wouldn't work for more than 3 or 4 puffs from the getgo. They exchanged it (it took 6 weeks and they didn't send updates). The replacement worked ok (and by ok, I mean about 1/4 or less of the battery life they advertise) for about 6 months, and is now back to about 1 minute of use before recharge. Another battery went completely dead after 7 months - literally just wouldn't do anything. The fourth and final has a poor life, but it's what I'm going with now.
The charging case was such a good idea in theory, but it has absolutely shoddy construction - it wouldn't stay closed from the beginning, and the week closure broke off completely in about 2 weeks. Then in about a month it stopped gripping the thread of the batteries. Then in another month it stopped charging altogether. They took back the faulty battery and the charging case for $13 each. I sent them in 5 weeks ago, and have heard no response. Did they receive them? No idea. Will I ever get them back? Don't really care at this point. I stuck with them because of the high startup cost, but they aren't even CLOSE to worth it in hindsight - I'm moving on. Additionally, their cartridges don't last anywhere near advertised. i usually smoke about 10 light cigarettes a day when I'm smoking real cigarettes. I go through about 1.5 cartridges a day of high nicotine on these guys. DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND! |

| | The starter kit is great! It gives you the feel in your mouth and throat of a real smoke, and all mental satisfaction. Now when I crave a smoke I reach for this instead of a chip, candy or gum. |

| | I'm 43 and have been smoking for years about a pack a day. The problem is that I enjoy smoking too much which led me to try e cigarettes. What can I say ... I received my eSmoke kit and its just like regular smoking. I did not expect that but it really works well and feels great! If you are thinking of switching to electronic cigs then just do it! |

| | I am not happy with the sensations model I purchased. The ecig is too heavy and the Led isn't easily visible unless I hold the unit at a weird angle to my mouth. I also am not happy with the flavors. They all seem to taste like nothing. I am dissapointed with the entire product. |

My first exposure to ecigs was when a friend of mine shoed me their smoke assist and that one I could see the led when I was smoking it. My point is that the led glowing is the only way to tell if it is functioning or not. If you can't see the led then how can you tell if it is blinking or not? And the smpke assist ecig was not as heavy as the esmoke cig I recieved. In conclusion Rick your comment on my review is the only thing that is worthless here. |

Any ecig is heavier than a regular tobacco cigarette and the LED is not for you to watch but for others :)

| | Bought the Pro express starter kit and have been using it for 3 weeks now. Just bought the wife the Pro XXL starter kit using the coupon for both orders. The prices just went down this past week and I think I will need to order a couple more batteries and another of the charging boxes soon. Only wish the Pro series batteries lasted longer. I also went with this brand because it is the most American made ecig you can get.. Basically order on the weekend receive it on Friday. Free shipping with $100 purchase |

| | I haven't tried any other brand of e-cig but I will say "Buyer Beware". If they send you the wrong item they will not refund your money. They can only apply credits to your account. Also, you have to return the product that they sent you before they will ship the correct item and you will pick up the tab on the return shipping(even though THEY sent the incorrect item). |

| | Love this product. I used to smoke a pack a day and now I completely switched to e-smoking. This e-cigarette creates a lot of vapor and the battery life is very good.
I will never go back to smoking tobacco cigarettes again. And my husband loves the fact that I don't smell cigarettes anymore. Thank you eSmoke for this great product and for changing my life. |

| | I Bought my eSmoke 3 weeks ago to compare with my South Beach, and I found out: The kit came with a M nicotine tobacco flavor only that was useless for me & after paying over a 100$ I still had 2 order an extra cart.Box,unlike SB that came with a convenient UL great assorted flavors,ES got a little more vapor but it's more difficult to get a drag then the SB that feels effortless just like breathing, ES burns the throat very bad when the cart. Gets to finish & gets very hot too. Flavor is good but SB is fabulous & I learned how to get good vapor out of it by slower longer steady drags it works out fantastic, I've been told this from the Great customer service that makes u feel as if u're the only customer SB has, ES Customer service is mostly rude and they seem to never have time for you ??! The manufacture, life time & looks of the SB Batteries way better then ES & amazingly cheaper as well. I think ES is good but South Beach is the best, #1 out of the competition, I'm returning my ES but I'll use them for the flavors SB still working on making,after all they're both the top brands. |

| | Amazing! I have tried many different ecigs but eSmoke is really the best electronic cigarettes so far. It produces a lot of vapor. Other ecigs sometimes were a little harsh on my throat but eSmoke smoke juice is very smooth. Inhaling is also very easy as well. My wife confirms this %u2013 she struggled with other ecigs which made drawing very difficult for her.
Ordering was easy and shipping was fast. The box the cigs come in is really nice and batteries were already charged.
Yesterday I ordered more cartridges and shipping was free! Love that! But notice that it first calculated about $15 for expedited shipping but later during the checkout process there was a free group shipping option. The fact that the smoke juice is made in the USA is certainly a plus!
I would and did recommend eSmoke to other smokers and/or vapors.

| | I ordered the Pro starter kit from eSmoke.net about two weeks ago and have had it for over a week. Among other things, the Pro kit comes with one regular battery and one extended battery. However, when I got my kit it had two regular batteries and one of them was missing the plastic "ash" tip that diffuses the glow of the LED and makes it look like a real cigarette draw. This didn't hinder the cigarette, it just had a bare and very bright LED on one end. I emailed them about this and they promptly sent out an apology email along with a tracking number of a replacement package. When it arrived two days later, I found that they had actually sent me a new standard battery AS WELL as a new extended battery, both with the "ash" tips! Needless to say, I'm very happy with their customer service.
The quality of their product is also very high. The liquids taste good, have varying levels of nicotine, last a very long time, and provide lots of vapor! My favorite is Vanilla, it's very mellow and has a slight sweet taste, whereas some of the others can be pretty strong.
The batteries don't last all that long for me, but they're no worse than any other eCigs I've tried. So far, eSmoke is my favorite and I would highly recommend them! |
