Service Cost/Value Bought this product 3x along with a clamshell case and 4 different flavor cartridges in light nicotine. I normally smoke a 1/2 pack a day. I read the article on White Cloud's website on choosing cartridge strengths and went with their recommendation of lights. I found that I went through them to quickly. Their website says if that happens to try the next higher strength so I have ordered the full strength to see if that will keep me from using them up so quickly. Their flavors are nice. The Regular flavor that they offer is ok but I preferred the Apache flavor for tobacco taste. I also enjoyed the Bora Bora and Kick. I tried the Espresso flavor but it is definitely a strong taste more like burnt coffee. I have ordered the Vanilla and Peach Pit flavors to try. I did notice that they seem to run out of flavors quickly. I wanted to reorder the Bora Bora in full strength but when I tried in the morning it said it was out of stock. I tried in the afternoon and the website said it only had the single cartridge in extra strength. I like to buy the 5 cartridge packs. Once I settle on the 1 I prefer the most, I will purchase the 50 pack of it.

I have tried all the possible way's available to men (or women)on the market. If there was a way I was there. I tried cold turkey, patch's hypnosis and even a medical procedure called kicknic. Well it's obvious to say none of them worked. I even tried to quit one Christmas promising both my kids that this was it! After 10 min's at my house on Christmas day my little girl said daddy it's ok go get a pack of cigarettes. That was the straw that broke the camel's back. I went back to trying everything nothing worked. Then one day (about 3 months ago) I saw the White Cloud Kiosk in Tyrone Mall. I went up and talk with the salesperson to see what this was all about. After explain everything he could I was still a little skeptical to try it out, when up came a women to get a pack of cartridges. I didn't exspect much being a smoker for 12 yrs. I figured I could say I tried, and that would be that. I took the kit home and started using them. the batteries came fully charged so I didn't have to plug them in right away. I know as a smoker the cost seems high, but I'm actually saving money. I haven't touched a regular cigarette since and the filters are cheeper and last longer. I am 100% happy with this product. I initially tried some cheap-o's from convenience stores but decided I needed to get a good product if I was going to get serious about getting off regular cigarettes. I had previously used a premium light brand. I found the X-R Extra strength regular flavor to be a good fit with me. I had tapered down my tobacco smoking down gradually. After 6 months I was only vaping e-cigarettes. Both my wife and I noticed my morning cough had ceased and I had noticed an increase in my physical stamina. With exercise, I could go faster and longer with less "loosing breath". Best part is I get the enjoyment of nicotine which includes the all too familiar tactile motions of smoking (no figity hands) all the while with avoiding the many poisons/carcinogens commonly found in actual smoke. These products are also great for people who do air-travel. TSA allows them through the checkpoints. While most airports and airlines have not yet established official rules regarding these products, some actually allow their use. When in doubt, find a bathroom stall. These puppies will not set off any airplane bathroom fire alarms. The customer support for W/C is amazing which is hard to find these days. Responses have been quick, professional, and provides satisfactory results.

Service Cost/Value White cloud e-cigs are absolutely amazing , I have not smoked real tobacco cigarettes in almost over a year since discovering and purchasing this product , My boyfriend also uses the product works like a charm he too has kicked real cigarettes , white cloud does have one problem though the cartridges do not always live up to what white cloud says they should sometimes bad leaky carts that do not hit at all or foul taste , I must say the battery life is superior though and is also lithium ion so they are built to last and provide great quality . prices are getting better and better all the time the cartridges should be cheaper though . customer service fantastic !

The smooth draw technology is much better than the other brand I've used in the past (Red Dragon) and the battery life is longer. The cartridges are hit or miss. Sometimes they last a long time and hit very well. Other times the fluid leaks out of the cartridge and the cartridge only lasts a few hits. Unfortunately, you can't return the cartridges to the mall kiosk where you buy them... so you have to call customer service and arrange for a return. Other than that, I've been happy with my this device 3.

About 8 months ago I got the C3X in the mail and I haven't touched a tobacco cigarette since. The battery life on this model is amazing. I can use 1 battery and it will last me from 1-2 full days. And I am a heavy smoker. The flavors are great. At first it is different when you vaporize instead of blast your lungs with smoke. But I acquired the taste for White Clouds cartridges very quickly. I love the Menthol it tastes so much better than tobacco ever did! Even though at the time I bought my Starter kit the prices were higher I have still saved probably around $2,000 by now. I see they have lowered their prices which is great. And I am always excited to see what will be coming out next. Like their accessories, I have the new case and it works great. I also cannot wait to find out what Phantom is! They have been teasing us for months now! Anyways my point is that White Cloud has changed my life. They have helped me do something I never though I could. Quit smoking!!! And like I said before the money I save is insane. Service Cost/Value I got stuck in the Houston airport TWICE on a business trip to Texas a few weeks ago, right after I had ordered this brand 3X. I had bought three of them, had two with me, left one at home for my wife, along with our other earlier version White Clouds. My first delay in Houston was four hours; I was worried whether or not the 3X would perform as advertised, they had promised extra battery life and I was kind of counting on it at the moment. Breezed through. A few days later I got stuck in Houston again for FIVE hours this time, but I really wasn't worried. I gave up analogs three years ago. I've tried a lot of different brands of e-cigs. Granted some things are a matter of taste and preference but I've yet to come across another that come close to the White Clouds

Service Cost/Value More productive in life and a sweeter scent with White Cloud As a smoker my life was constantly interrupted by smoke breaks. At work I would be taking at least 1 cig break per hour. That adds up. Close to one hour per day. At home I would interrupt the family TV viewing by making them pause when I went out for a smoke. I estimate I save 2 hours per day - 14 hours per week - for a grand total of 27 Days per year! Another great perk is no scent or odor. I actually had to sell a car because the smoke ruined it. I have tried many other brands but they all are inferior to White Cloud. Batteries (I have the 3x model): they do last much longer than any other brand I have tried. Cartridges - the cartridges are wonderful. They have the most realistic taste, perfect draw and great vapor. Customer Service - fantastic - they really do care about their customers, and are very fast to respond to inquiries. Warranty - White Cloud has the best warranty around. Quality - I have never had to return a cartridge for defects. Cost - I think I actually save money by using White Cloud because the quality is so above the rest that there is never anything to return. Shipping - fastest shipping of any company. Unfortunately i have only used these specific ones but i can honestly say, you get what you paid for. i have had two other people stop smoking for this product and are using it constantly. There are 4 models now, this ecig I,II,3, and 3x. First let me go over the models. this e-cigarette I provides around 180 puffs per charge and this e-cig II around 280 puffs per charge. Model 2 is slightly heavier, but is shorter, provides more smoke and more battery. The kits both come with 2 batteries. Model 3 is the lightest and smallest of them all and provides around 200 puffs per battery cycle. It is the one i am using now, and boy is it light. Its very convenient and although 200 puffs might not sound like a lot for a heavy smoker, the kit does come with 3 batteries instead of 2 I just ordered the 3x, comes with 3 batteries and has 600 puffs per cycle. The 3x is the heaviest of them all as well. It is also their most expensive battery, but you get what you pay for. 600 puffs per charge with three cigarettes equals to a total of 1800 puffs per charge, which is, judging by the one i am using now, (200 puffs per charge) is ALOT. Although they are expensive, what i do enjoy is their very frequent discounts. They have deals throughout the year. The vapor is average to great, and i have sampled every flavor they have. Their flavors are really amazing, the Espresso and Tobacco are my favorite. Vanilla is also great. They ship fast, and their customer service will replace an item if it gets damaged without question. I highly recommend this product. I will come back reviewing their 3x soon. Strengths are: No Nic,Ultra L,Light,Full,X,XX There is no leaking, or unpleasant taste. Their cartridges provide 2 packs per cartridge and are 5 in a pack. If you buy 5 packs you get 1 free. The batteries last a really long time and the customer service is awesome. They replaced my battery after it got ran over by a car (It even still lit up). Anytime I have an issue they are there too help! You buy 5 packs and get one free, you can't go wrong with this product, plus you can get a lineyard so you don't misplace it if you don't like the cases. I have nothing bad to say about this product and I have been using it for 2 years.

If you are considering e-cigs, I suggest you try a company who offers a 100% refund in case you find out you don't like e-cigs or have an allergic reaction like I did. I tried the product, was not impressed with the smoke, and I also found out I am allergic to something in the cartridges. Of course, they are charging me $63.00 for a restocking fee, which seems pretty high since I mailed the product back to them the very next day and I don't think it will cost them $63.00 to restock the cartridges or anything else in the kit. I wonder what they do with the items they restock, maybe refurbish and sell them as new to other customers. When I was on the phone with customer service they said each battery costs $140.00. And one more thing I would like to mention, the 2 yr warranty that is included with the kit is only a manufacturer's warranty, it is not the extended 2 yr warranty they sell. matt@WC commented on May 22 2012: Hi Skeeter, there must be a mis-understanding, we don't have a re-stock fee at all. Please contact our customer service department immediately so that we can investigate your account, or if you could email us a copy of your bank statement detailing the less-than-full refund, that would also work. I know you were being facetious by insinuating that we refurbish our items and sell them as new, but we wouldn't be one of the ten most enduring e-cigarette manufacturers (established May 2007) if we practiced the behavior you're suggesting. The C3X comes with the 2-year warranty--there is no difference between the warranties--they both provide you with hassle free exchanges and they both cover accidental damage (like sending them through a washing machine and other water related damage). Lastly, regarding our battery prices; we offer all current customers a 3 for $99 deal on extra batteries. That's only $33.00 per battery, not $140 as you state in your review.

HA! that doesnt exist! The two customer servie people Patty and Darlene are just bad!! Quality product? Well, I have only had this product 3x for 2 months. Already two batteries have broke and needed to be replaced and one USB charger has broke and had to b replaced. They replace it for sure, taking their sweet time and not adhere to their 2 year warranty policies. They state they will send you a replacement if damage in the warranty policy "right away". FAT CHANCE! Only if you pay over $30 to have it overnighted will you see the replacement anytime before 4-6 days! The cartriges do not last very long at all either. They leak quite frequently and get a burnt taste quickly. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Go with the V2cig or Greensmoke. White Cloud products are extremely overpriced and you do NOT get what you paid for! You will get more for your money and a better product elsewhere. you have all been warned! Stay away!!!! Maybe with a couple new employees, a drop in price and a better quality charger and battery and they will be able to compete again. this device 4x maybe? Probably more like this brand 400x until this company gets its act together. ha! Rebecca commented on April 11 2012: The burn taste is because you puff too many times in a row. You need to read your directions better that come with the product. As far as returning it, you should have bought the extended warranty with it, then it would have been replaced for free, or you could have went to the nearest store as well. Service Cost/Value I did quit smoking, but the cost of cartridges is equally expensive as the real thing, plus they don't last very long. I was a daily smoker of 10 cigs a day, so, i feel these cartridges should at least last 2 days for me, they last 8 to 10 hours. They seriously should review how many puffs are on each cartridge, they have that wrong. Overall, a great product to get you off the real thing, but you will be not be saving any money.

Service Cost/Value After being disappointed with cheap ecigs (short battery life and weak vapor)I took the plunge and invested in white cloud. I was not disappointed. I have not had one real cig since. I did find white clouds flavors not as good but I could actually get a good hit and the flavors are alright. I find about 1 in 20 cartridges are dead on arrival. The cartridges last a long time, the equivalent of almost 2 packs of cigs so I find the higher price of the cartridges is actually cheaper than most. They cost twice as much but lasts 4 times longer. Battery life is awesome. One this ecig 2 battery will last me 8 hours. This e-cigarette 3 does not last as long but is shorter and still lasts me about 5-6 hours. this e-cig 3 draws easier than this product 2 but this device 2 provides a harder hit. I think this brand 3 adds more air to the mix diluting the hit you receive. I use the extra strength cartridges with this ecig 2 and the extra extra strength cartridges for this e-cigarette 3. The extra extra strength with this e-cig 2 should knock the socks off of all but the hardest of smokers. I have had this product 2 for 6 months. After dropping them off of roofs and staging countless times, they still work fine although the finish looks like hell. My only beef is the price of the batteries. If the two year warranty is honored then its well worth it.

Service Cost/Value First off, I am going to say I have been smoking my this device 2 for 6 months, so I have really given this one a chance. All flavors, all strengths. The battery life is awesome, so awesome that sometimes I forget I have to charge them, and dont, and get caught with a dead battery (my fault lol). I had 2 batterys in my start up set. One works better than the other. Poor consistantcy for a base unit. Its probably the atomizer, but I am a stupid person so I dont know exactly how thats supposed to work. The vapor is hit or miss. I have bought countless cartridges, and I'd say that half of them didnt hit well. The ones that do make it worth while, but the ones that dont leave me feeling kind of ripped off and angry. That and the fact that you cant refill these puppies well, and if you try, your warrenty is Kaput!! The flavors, when hitting properly, are quite good. Id feel better if theyd develope VG as opposed to PPG, but this is after all, an evilving industry. I especially enjoyed the clove and the expresso. The customer service I have an issue with. Their phone customer service can quite frankly, bite me. I tried on accasion to send in my bad carts' for a exchange, and the woman was quite rude, and insisted that I fill out some sort of lenghty form. I decided to go to the mall kiosk, and these guys were WAY cooler, and just did it without a hassle, although I had to drive my fat lazy butt up there. With the inconsistant vapor amount, cart' quality, and lack of distal support, I do not recommend this company to someone just starting out. I think they will improve, and I like the flavors, but I think I am going to go and try something else. I recommend njoy for menthol smokers (their reg tasts like burning yeti hair), and I am going to try 'red dragon' soon. Ill be sure to write a review for these upstarts soon. Service Cost/Value I already had a Green Smoke e cigarette and decided to switch to this brand 3 expecting a lighter and longer lasting battery. This ecig 3 e cigarette is really amazing. The started kit comes with 3 batteries which are really light, smaller, and hold the charge for many hours. The price is high but so far it is worth the investment. No more battery issues and I love the fact that it is so light and I that I can vape this e-cigarette 3 by just holding it with my lips! I produces great vapor and the throat his is just right for me. Placing my order was easy and the shipping was very fast. I love my this e-cig 3 and would recommend it to anyone.

(which contained grain alcohol, actually tasted like whiskey) Overall this product is worth buying. The vapor is terrible and the product way over price for just the battery! I have to take several small puffs every time to get a descent amount of vapors. Now I have used several other products such as Smoke51, eSmoke, V2 Cigs, Blu, and another brand that is not very popular to mention. Yes, I'm in search for the best E-Cigs. And I have to say, WhiteCloud is just a waste of money! If you really want to try WhiteCloud e-cigs, this is what you should do, buy V2 cigs affordable low price battery and then purchase WhiteCloud smoke cartridges. Their smoke cartridges will fit V2 cigs' batteries. This way you buy V2 and WhiteClouds cartridges and just use V2's batteries. That's all you need to do to and it will save you 5 times the price! And from my experiences eSmoke has been the best. They produce great vapors and the coffee flavor cartridges is the best! And eSmoke and Smoke51 batteries will work with either of their smoke flavor cartridges. Their batteries are a bit smaller in diameter then WhiteCloud and V2's. So my recommendation is not to buy WhiteCloud starter kit but just to buy their smoke flavor cartridges if you want to give them a try. If you are long time e-cigs smoker like me...you'll kick yourself for buying WC's starter kit! Oh one more thing, this ecig II claims that the batteries will quickly charges as fast as 50 minutes...it's totally not true! It took me over 2 hours, almost the same time as my other batteries brand to fully charge. Take my advise ... you won't regret it But it'll save you money! And I gave WC 2 stars overall because their vapors is a bit more or equal to the Blu.

The price, however, is way too steep. You can find a very similar KR8 for 1/4 this price.
