Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		Have been using these electronic cigarettes since the first model. Unfortunately i have only used these specific ones but i can honestly say, you get what you paid for. i have had two other people stop smoking for this product and are using it constantly. There are 4 models now, Cirrus I,II,3, and 3x. First let me go over the models. Cirrus I provides around 180 puffs per charge and Cirrus II around 280 puffs per charge. Model 2 is slightly heavier, but is shorter, provides more smoke and more battery. The kits both come with 2 batteries. Model 3 is the lightest and smallest of them all and provides around 200 puffs per battery cycle. It is the one i am using now, and boy is it light. Its very convenient and although 200 puffs might not sound like a lot for a heavy smoker, the kit does come with 3 batteries instead of 2 I just ordered the 3x, comes with 3 batteries and has 600 puffs per cycle. The 3x is the heaviest of them all as well. It is also their most expensive battery, but you get what you pay for. 600 puffs per charge with three cigarettes equals to a total of 1800 puffs per charge, which is, judging by the one i am using now, (200 puffs per charge) is ALOT. Although they are expensive, what i do enjoy is their very frequent discounts. They have deals throughout the year. The vapor is average to great, and i have sampled every flavor they have. Their flavors are really amazing, the Espresso and Tobacco are my favorite. Vanilla is also great. They ship fast, and their customer service will replace an item if it gets damaged without question. I highly recommend this product. I will come back reviewing their 3x soon. Strengths are: No Nic,Ultra L,Light,Full,X,XX There is no leaking, or unpleasant taste. Their cartridges provide 2 packs per cartridge and are 5 in a pack. If you buy 5 packs you get 1 free. Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		This is the BEST tasting e cigarette out there. The batteries last a really long time and the customer service is awesome. They replaced my battery after it got ran over by a car (It even still lit up). Anytime I have an issue they are there too help! You buy 5 packs and get one free, you can't go wrong with this product, plus you can get a lineyard so you don't misplace it if you don't like the cases. I have nothing bad to say about this product and I have been using it for 2 years.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		This company is nothing but a ripoff. If you are considering e-cigs, I suggest you try a company who offers a 100% refund in case you find out you don't like e-cigs or have an allergic reaction like I did. I tried the product, was not impressed with the smoke, and I also found out I am allergic to something in the cartridges. Of course, they are charging me $63.00 for a restocking fee, which seems pretty high since I mailed the product back to them the very next day and I don't think it will cost them $63.00 to restock the cartridges or anything else in the kit. I wonder what they do with the items they restock, maybe refurbish and sell them as new to other customers. When I was on the phone with customer service they said each battery costs $140.00. And one more thing I would like to mention, the 2 yr warranty that is included with the kit is only a manufacturer's warranty, it is not the extended 2 yr warranty they sell.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		I would highly suggest not buying these. They break easy and then when you go to return the product, White Cloud will charge you a %20 restocking fee. Yep, that's right! I got charged $34.00 because their product didn't work. Their customer service will tell you that you can exchange it for another one, but the new one will probably break too and will probably last longer than the 30 day return period so then you have to pay to ship it to the manufacture, and what are you supposed to do while it's in the mail? The guy that I bought them from had told me that if I wasn't happy with them within 30 days that I could get my money back but he failed to tell me that I would only get some of my money back! When I returned them, I talked to White Clouds district manager and he told me that the restocking fee is because of the $20 box of cartridges. Long story short: If something breaks, you will loose %20 of the money you worked hard to make and White Cloud will enjoy stealing your money. That sucks because I actually liked the eciggs when they work. I guess I should have researched it better.

I smoked Newport for 40 years and since the afternoon I bought this I hane not smoked. I used to smoke 2.5 paks per day and only use one cartrige every other day. the service, both from Tarpon Springs and thr Brandon Mall could not be better. Keep up the good work and great product. Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		I wish I didnt even have to give this company 1 star. Just dreadful! Customer Service department is horrible and makes you pay to ship back defective products of theirs. Wait, they make poor quality products and their customers have to pay to send it back to get a replacement? Just a joke! I got bought 10 boxes (5 each box) of cartridges and they are COMPLETELY different from the previous cartridge order batch I recieved. No throat kick, no taste, vapor yes but vapor is all I am getting! I dont think I'm even getting any nicotine because I am having nicotine fits! Stay away! go with GreenSmoke of V2. If you buy this product you WILL be disappointed.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		Customer servic e is BAD! About 1/2 of my cartridge were duds with the last purchase of 12 boxes (5 in each box) I also just purchased the Cirrus 3x kit. One battery is already dead and will not recharge. This was after it burnt several cartridges. When I called customer service and also emailed them, they said "THEY" would determine of the cartridges and the one battery was really bad. If you have a bad cartridge SAVE IT because you have to send it back to them and they will "test" it. Let me guess, they will say, "There was nothing wrong with them" you just used them until they were empty. And, I have to pay to ship these things to them. WHAT??? It's not my product that is faulty, it's theirs! Why am I supposed to ship this suff at my cost? Now, I have to save every bad cartridge because I REFUSE to send them back 1 by 1 and pay for shipping on every single one of them, I would go broke! I already paid WAY TOO MUCH for this product to begin with. I've been using WC since May, and been on them completely since September and have already spent about $1,000 on them between the batteries and the cartridges. AFTER I ordered the Cirrus 3x batteries I was informed that I could not use their new "ChargeBolt" charger in a USB port because it would mess uop the product that had the USB port. Now, a month later, I'm STILL waiting for the "corrected" "ChargeBolt" charger to be shipped. With the price we pay for these things, the service should be MUCH MUCH better!

I, too, am finally fed up with the defective batteries and the fact that the cartridges last only a fraction of the time the company states. I have sent back almost ten defective batteries now they tell me that many are "out of warranty." Enough is enough. PS I recently saw I was running out so I placed an order for 2 day air--never arrived--company site says "shipped", but no tracking number.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		Horrible horrible company! Customer Service (patty and darlene)? HA! that doesnt exist! The two customer servie people Patty and Darlene are just bad!! Quality product? Well, I have only had the Cirrus 3x for 2 months. Already two batteries have broke and needed to be replaced and one USB charger has broke and had to b replaced. They replace it for sure, taking their sweet time and not adhere to their 2 year warranty policies. They state they will send you a replacement if damage in the warranty policy "right away". FAT CHANCE! Only if you pay over $30 to have it overnighted will you see the replacement anytime before 4-6 days! The cartriges do not last very long at all either. They leak quite frequently and get a burnt taste quickly. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Go with the V2cig or Greensmoke. White Cloud products are extremely overpriced and you do NOT get what you paid for! You will get more for your money and a better product elsewhere. you have all been warned! Stay away!!!! Maybe with a couple new employees, a drop in price and a better quality charger and battery and they will be able to compete again. Cirrus 4x maybe? Probably more like Cirrus 400x until this company gets its act together. ha!
	Rebecca commented on April 11 2012: The burn taste is because you puff too many times in a row. You need to read your directions better that come with the product. As far as returning it, you should have bought the extended warranty with it, then it would have been replaced for free, or you could have went to the nearest store as well. Hope it all works out for you.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		I did quit smoking, but the cost of cartridges is equally expensive as the real thing, plus they don't last very long. I was a daily smoker of 10 cigs a day, so, i feel these cartridges should at least last 2 days for me, they last 8 to 10 hours. They seriously should review how many puffs are on each cartridge, they have that wrong. Overall, a great product to get you off the real thing, but you will be not be saving any money.

I didn't want to trust just one site as you never know the site's motivation. There is also no product that can please everyone. After all the research, I decided, for various reasons that I had to have the White Cloud. I had been buying cheap disposables and decided I wanted something of significant higher quality. Before I ordered I email customer service several times asking various questions. I always got a prompt answer. When I finally placed my order and received the product, I was more than happy. What a wonderful experience! It is so guilt free. I wished this product had been available years ago.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		After being disappointed with cheap ecigs (short battery life and weak vapor)I took the plunge and invested in white cloud. I was not disappointed. I have not had one real cig since. I did find white clouds flavors not as good but I could actually get a good hit and the flavors are alright. I find about 1 in 20 cartridges are dead on arrival. The cartridges last a long time, the equivalent of almost 2 packs of cigs so I find the higher price of the cartridges is actually cheaper than most. They cost twice as much but lasts 4 times longer. Battery life is awesome. One cirrus 2 battery will last me 8 hours. The cirrus 3 does not last as long but is shorter and still lasts me about 5-6 hours. Cirrus 3 draws easier than cirrus 2 but cirrus 2 provides a harder hit. I think the cirrus 3 adds more air to the mix diluting the hit you receive. I use the extra strength cartridges with the cirrus 2 and the extra extra strength cartridges for the cirrus 3. The extra extra strength with the cirrus 2 should knock the socks off of all but the hardest of smokers. I have had the cirrus 2 for 6 months. After dropping them off of roofs and staging countless times, they still work fine although the finish looks like hell. My only beef is the price of the batteries. If the two year warranty is honored then its well worth it.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		First off, I am going to say I have been smoking my Cirrus 2 for 6 months, so I have really given this one a chance. All flavors, all strengths. The battery life is awesome, so awesome that sometimes I forget I have to charge them, and dont, and get caught with a dead battery (my fault lol). I had 2 batterys in my start up set. One works better than the other. Poor consistantcy for a base unit. Its probably the atomizer, but I am a stupid person so I dont know exactly how thats supposed to work. The vapor is hit or miss. I have bought countless cartridges, and I'd say that half of them didnt hit well. The ones that do make it worth while, but the ones that dont leave me feeling kind of ripped off and angry. That and the fact that you cant refill these puppies well, and if you try, your warrenty is Kaput!! The flavors, when hitting properly, are quite good. Id feel better if theyd develope VG as opposed to PPG, but this is after all, an evilving industry. I especially enjoyed the clove and the expresso. The customer service I have an issue with. Their phone customer service can quite frankly, bite me. I tried on accasion to send in my bad carts' for a exchange, and the woman was quite rude, and insisted that I fill out some sort of lenghty form. I decided to go to the mall kiosk, and these guys were WAY cooler, and just did it without a hassle, although I had to drive my fat lazy butt up there. With the inconsistant vapor amount, cart' quality, and lack of distal support, I do not recommend this company to someone just starting out. I think they will improve, and I like the flavors, but I think I am going to go and try something else. I recommend njoy for menthol smokers (their reg tasts like burning yeti hair), and I am going to try 'red dragon' soon. Ill be sure to write a review for these upstarts soon.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		I already had a Green Smoke e cigarette and decided to switch to the Cirrus 3 expecting a lighter and longer lasting battery. The Cirrus 3 e cigarette is really amazing. The started kit comes with 3 batteries which are really light, smaller, and hold the charge for many hours. The price is high but so far it is worth the investment. No more battery issues and I love the fact that it is so light and I that I can vape the Cirrus 3 by just holding it with my lips! I produces great vapor and the throat his is just right for me. Placing my order was easy and the shipping was very fast. I love my Cirrus 3 and would recommend it to anyone.

Service Cost/Value		I love the cirrus11 I tried other egigs & nothing compares to the cirrus.The battery last all day about 8 hours it charges in about hour & half.The vapors good you just have to drag 4 to 5 seconds to get a good hit its somthing you have to get familiar with. the customer service is great. I recommend highy Igive it 5 stars.

It might be little costy at first but its the best. I tried flea market ones they taste nasty and now im glad i have this. Great customer service and valuable sales associates. Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		Great product, flavors aren't bad; wish they would have kept whiskey around. (which contained grain alcohol, actually tasted like whiskey) Overall this product is worth buying. Long lasting battery, extremely easy and simple to use, no cleaning or maintenance required, and very nice people to deal with if you ever need help. Also they are releasing the Cirrus micro in the spring which is smaller lighter last longer and has a portable charger similar to the that of Blu cigarettes.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		I had high hope for this product but what a disappointment!!! The vapor is terrible and the product way over price for just the battery! I have to take several small puffs every time to get a descent amount of vapors. The flavor cartridges is not that great tasting, that's my taste preferences, everyone has their own taste differences. Now I have used several other products such as Smoke51, eSmoke, V2 Cigs, Blu, and another brand that is not very popular to mention. Yes, I'm in search for the best E-Cigs. And I have to say, WhiteCloud is just a waste of money! If you really want to try WhiteCloud e-cigs, this is what you should do, buy V2 cigs affordable low price battery and then purchase WhiteCloud smoke cartridges. Their smoke cartridges will fit V2 cigs' batteries. This way you buy V2 and WhiteClouds cartridges and just use V2's batteries. That's all you need to do to and it will save you 5 times the price! And from my experiences eSmoke has been the best. They produce great vapors and the coffee flavor cartridges is the best! And eSmoke and Smoke51 batteries will work with either of their smoke flavor cartridges. Their batteries are a bit smaller in diameter then WhiteCloud and V2's. So my recommendation is not to buy WhiteCloud starter kit but just to buy their smoke flavor cartridges if you want to give them a try. If you are long time e-cigs smoker like me...you'll kick yourself for buying WC's starter kit! Oh one more thing, the Cirrus II claims that the batteries will quickly charges as fast as 50 minutes...it's totally not true! It took me over 2 hours, almost the same time as my other batteries brand to fully charge. Take my advise ... you won't regret it But it'll save you money! And I gave WC 2 stars overall because their vapors is a bit more or equal to the Blu.

I have tried several others before I found this one, and I'm happy to say, this one actually put an end to smoking cigarettes and my search for a high quality e-cig. This one looks, tastes, and satisfies like a tobacco cig. It just isn't.

Found them at a mall kiosk, got to try before I bought, and I was sold. Cost is more than most, but you get what you pay for!

Service Cost/Value		Great vapor production and throat hit, carts last a long time and have good flavor, batteries last a long time, everything one would expect from a good KR8. The price, however, is way too steep. You can find a very similar KR8 for 1/4 this price.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		I have other KR-808D-1 versions but this one tops them for throat hit, likely the little notch that other 808s dont have. More expensive and only come in white but great (I prefer black batteries with blue led or no led for public use)
