Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		Iv been a smoker 13 years,half my life and im 26. About a week ago I came across "Blu Cig" so I ended up doing some research and decided to try it out. Low and behold I havent touched a full flavor marlboro cigarette since. Dont let bad reviews discourge you from trying blu,this electronic cig is great. I see some people saying they start to get a burnt taste after a while,well you dont keep on puffing it harder and harder to get a hit cause the cartomizer starts to over heat and burns a dry spot,you just have to take slow steady drags and take short breaks in between. They last alot longer. I was doing the same thing then figured it out. Trust me,you'll know what im talking about. The cherry crush is one of my favs. Didnt think I was going to like it,i was wrong. Still yet to try vivid vanella,peach,and pina calota. All and all I feel alot better about myself and never thought I could kick that dirty tabacco habit but with the help of blu cig,it made it possiable and less stressfull than just going without nothing. You wont want to go back, iv gotten so use to the flavor and taste of blu,who would want to? so please,be smart,you deserve a second chance. Dont thank me,thank Blu Cig.

Service Cost/Value		I have the starter kit from walgreens I'm currently still trying to see if i like it so far so good but does anyone know when the cartridges are out i have the menthol flavor in now and it seems to have a nasty burnt taste that i dnt remember having when i first started it. I usually would smoke a pack a day and its been two days and it still has good vapor. Can anyone help me please????

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		I dont really care what other people think blu is the best e cig around, they give you two batteries and a charger for a reason. I smoke two packs a day, and it does suit my needs quite well. The cartridge actually lasts a while if you have cherry crush.

Service Cost/Value		I started with the Blu brands disposable and then ordered their "Premium 100" kit, I was not happy with the battery life, was charging them between 6 & 8 times a day. I ordered the Apollo extreme kit and have been using it since 12/1/2011, I am very happy with this kit, the only problem was their cartomizers, most of them would only last me roughly 40-50 puffs and then would be empty, once they started offering the refillable carto's I have been filling my own and love it, better flavor and MUCH more vapor.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		I ordered the original starter kit and had low expectations. This product exceeded my expectations but I'm a heavy smoker so it's hard to substitute the e-cig for my Marlboro Lites. I used to smoke 2 packs a day and cut down to just less than a pack a day, so it'll take awhile for me to adjust to the e-cig. I ordered the full strength tobacco flavor but it doesn't taste nearly as good as my Marlboros and I don't know if it's psychological, but my nicotine receptors don't seem satisfied. I guess it'll take time. I also find the product lacks the hearty sensation of the regular cigarette, but I know I can't be too picky. All that said, I think this is an excellent tool for those who are looking to quit smoking. I'm not quite ready to give up smoking, but I hope this will become a good substitute since my girlfriend has asthma and I suffer from sleep apnea.

Service Cost/Value		Ive tried a couple of different brands of e-cig, and blu is the closest to the realthing. the "cigarette" itself is very real like and the vapor also. Definately my favorite. The only down side is it is the most exspensive. But, you get what you pay for, and in this case, your definately getting quality. I think its worth it.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		I can't wait for shipping so, I went ahead a got a starter kit at Wallgreen, . I am okay with most things in the package; except, I couldn't tell which Flavor is which from the 5 cartridges. I smoked them all, still couldn't tell and it's tasted a bit weird. Can they color coded or something to tell the different flavor?
	Rick D commented on February 21 2012: I got the Walgreen starter kit as well, plus a box of what was supposed to be the tobacco flavor. It wasn't - it was coffee. Upon investigation, I found (you have to look pretty closely) that the cartridges were actually marked with the coffee logo. To my admittedly simple mind, that adds up to fouled-up and deceptive packaging.
	Hessteria commented on February 19 2012: I have the Walgreens starter pack too. All five cartridges taste the same. I can't wait for my order to come so I can see what they are really supposed to taste like. Mine all taste like cherry, and my friend who got the starter pack said hers all tasted like coffee. Maybe they should pack these different if they are going to sit on the shelf for a while. I love my Blu!
	bluCRM commented on February 03 2012: Kim, on the side of each cart, near the brass threads, is a logo and a strength. It will have a "H,M,L, or N" to describe the level of nicotine. (high 16mg, medium 12mg, low 8 mg, and non 0mg.There will also be a small image to tell which flavor. Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		I just received my starter kit and liked the way the kit looked overall, but I wasn't quite sure how to use them. I did not see a users guide or any other information about how to get started. I tried one ecig but it didn't seem to work so I tried another. I was about ready to give up and call them defective when someone told me they weren't fully charged. I charged them for several hours and tried them again. They are heavier than regular cigarettes,so I have to keep a hold of them with my lips. I can't just put one in my mouth and walk around with it; I have to take it out after each puff. Not bad, I just need to get used to it. The taste is good. I got the Classic tobacco in Light. Very similar to my Parliment Lights. These arrived about 5 days after I ordered them. The starter pack seems more expensive than it needs to be. Batteries aren't that expensive to produce. I don't need all the extra Social Features. Seems silly.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		I am only giving two stars and they are for the cartridges only. The batteries are the worst! I initially bought the Premium 100 starter pack, right off the bat one battery wouldn't hold a charge. I returned it but they have never received it... So I ordered the Premium starter pack and an extra battery with it. They were great, even lasted longer than my 100's batteries...until two of them went totally black and wouldn't work at all the very moment I took them off of the USB charger. So that left me with one premium battery and one premium 100 battery out of five batteries. I have sent back the other three but haven't heard a word about my replacements yet, and now tonight...the two batteries I had left are doing the same thing. The pack won't even recognize them and the USB charges them, but when you try to use them, one just flashes and the other one is totally black. Called customer service and the dude said he had NEVER heard of this problem...ummm, riiiight. Maybe if you read some of your reviews you would "hear" about this same problem or maybe the obvious fact that your Premium 100 extra batteries have been "temporarily out of stock" for over two months now and no one knows when they will be back in...hmmm, sounds like a problem to me. So the reps advice to me was let it set a day and it will reset itself, just don't use it for a whole day. Really? I am/was a SMOKER. If I could just lay them down for a whole day and not smoke...I would've have spent nearly $500 bucks on your site already!!!!!!!! Geez....great advice "dude". Here's some very good advice...make a product that WORKS before you try and sell it. I mean, maybe it's just me...nope, it ain't...every single viable company in the the entire world can and will give you that SAME advice. Bottom line is this...no matter how wonderful your liquid smoke juice is...it's worthless if you can't provide a battery to actually make it work!!!

	Kenny Anderson commented on January 29 2012: I started using Blu when I saw it in my local Walgreens, I bought the disposable classic tobacco and loved the taste. Went to Blu's web site and bought my wife and I the premium starter kits. It took a while for us to get them (about 14 days). Once they came in the product was very nice and seemed to work well, about 20 drags in to the first cartomizer it was already starting to loose taste and vapor was getting weak. So I replaced the cartomizer with a new one, it seems that there is no consistency with the juice in each cartomizer. I also am very upset about the battery life I get, I am an ex pack-a-day smoker and Blu has not meet my needs. I am looking to switch to prosmoke, I wish I had done more research.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		People say Blu is for the beginners. I can see why - they are simple and easy to use. But I went the opposite route. I've been vaping for a couple years now and have tried many different e-cigs. For much of this time I was into fancy attys, mods, etc. But after a while, I just got tired of the messy cartridges and tanks and the constant struggle of maintaining the atomizers - most work good for a day or two, but even with the best cleaning and maintenance they get bad fast. So finally I switched to Blu and am happy I did. The quality is good - I love that they use Johnson Creek Smoke Juice - and disposable atomizers are just so much easier and cleaner. At home I still do use my good old eJoy from time to time. But while out and about I take the Blu - no more fumbling around with messy cartridges, no more juice spilled in my car, nice small cigarette size and shape. Ok, the product is not perfect - there is some variability between cartridges (some last longer than others or produce more vapor), there is a limited range of flavors and the battery charge doesn't last long. But the flavors they do have are great and the charge pack really is convenient and lessens the inconvenience of short-lasting batteries.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		Because the Blu Cigs are made to look and feel (sizewise) like a real cigarette, the battery life is not that good, but if you keep the charger handy, you can charge the other battery and not go without. So to keep with size, you do give up battery life. The cartridges do not give you 250 puffs so you will be replacing your cartridges quite often depending on how much you use it. The vapor is fine if you take a rather long drag and the cartridge is fairly fresh. You will know when the cartridge is emptying when you taste a burnt taste. As for flavors, I find that I can only vape the cherry flavor. It has the strongest vapor and flavor. I never thought I wouuld like cherry, but it is by far my favorite. All of the other flavors are so slight and the vapor does not seem to be strong in those. Overall - this product is ok. I can't say I've tried others.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		First off, I am totally new to e-cigs, so I'm not talking from much experience. I've had my Blu cigs for about two weeks and have used it quite a bit. But as a newbie, overall I find Blu cigs to be probably an ok product. I am an occasional smoker (once a week). I smoke for the relaxing feeling I get from the nicotine, but I HATE what I was doing to my lungs with traditional cigs. With E-cigs, I thought you can have your cake and eat it too. I ordered the orginal Blu cig starter pack along with the menthol and tobacco flavors with the light nicotine (12mg). The standby battery life is about a few days for me. One thing that I did not like about Blu cigs was that if you take too many puffs consecutively, the cartridge would start to get hot and warm the vapor that was coming out of it. I'm not sure if this is true of ALL e-cigs or just Blu cigs. I thought the menthol flavor was crazy minty. The bad thing about it was when the cartridge would get warm and warm the vapor, it made the mint flavored vapor burn the back of your throat. I thought the original tobacco flavor had a hint of chocolate in it, but I thought it was good. However, I never got the relaxation I normally get from the Marlboro Lights I used to smoke. After much web browsing, I found out that nicotine from e-cigs is absorbed differently than nicotine from traditional cigs. With traditional ones, the nicotine is absorbs through the lungs so it hits you harder because it circulates in your blood. However, with e-cigs, the nicotine is absorbed through your mouth and nasal membranes so it doesn't hit you as hard. I found this out on WebMD; look up nicotine inhalers and read it yourself. So knowing this NOW, I wish I ordered the full strength cartridges but I'm not even sure if that would do the trick. But other e-cig companies do offer WAY high levels of nicotine than one sold by Blu cigs. However, I must say that I do like that Blu cigs used smoke juice made in the US. I think that admirable.

Service Cost/Value		i wish they can get the battery to work right. and as for the cartridges they need to check them more i got some that will not work or the flavor on some are not in it or they dry up i not to sure if ill stay with them but i just cann't understand that you put out $80 for something and not do what it need to do thanks for your time and hope they do something to fix it ---but beside that its ok
	baccydude commented on February 06 2012: I have recently gotten a Blu Original starter kit. I've found that if you take the cart off the battery after use and recap the cartridge when not in use, you get much better life out of the cart. I notice the same with my Cig2O as well. Might help you out.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		Shipping took longer then expected via USPS. Once received I was very pleased with the appearance. But once I used it I was blown away by the performance. Good vapor production and easy to use. I recommend it to all my friends who are looking for an electronic cigarette. Battery isn't the best but having two of them really helps.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		After reading many reviews I chose the Blu Cig company for my first e cig purchase. So far I am really pleased. I decided that my lungs at 31 were just not going to keep going much longer if I didn't quit smoking 2 packs a day. I've been smoking on the Blu Cig now for about a full week. It satisfies just enough to keep me from running to the store. I ordered the Premium starter kit with the Magnificent Menthol cartridges and also ordered Vanilla and the Peach Schnapps packs as well. Five stars on the flavor for Menthol. Vanilla is a little weak but the flavor is still really good. The Peach Schnapps just isn't my thing and makes me cough. I have since ordered 4 more packs of cartridges and got them today. I got another menthol of course, but I also ordered Cherry, Pina Colada, and Tobacco. I will post another review on flavors once I open the other packs of cartidges to try them out. So far though Menthol is my best bet (and I didn't smoke menthol regular cigs before). I'm happy with the amount of vapor that is produced. I think the 250 puffs is definately an understatement. Some do last longer then others, but I can usually get by with 1 cartridge a day as long as I don't decide to change up my flavors several times a day and lose track of how many cartidges I go through because I have a few open at a time. As far as delivery, I found that USPS and FedEx seem to take about the same amount of time to get here. I'm happy that they do free USPS shipping for orders that do not meet their free Fedex shipping $100 requirement. The only downside to the e cig is the amount of battery time. I know I could have got the 100 style with the larger battery but I didn't want the extra weight. I wanted something as similar as I could to the size of a regular cig. I also noticed that the new flavors also didn't come in the 100 size. I ordered a 3rd battery with my cartridges just in case. I'm a happy customer of Blu Cig so far.
	Kathy commented on January 30 2012: Mag Menthol is number one for me. It seems to produce the longest vapor time and the most vapor per cartridge. Vivid Vanilla is also a fav of mine. So much so that I have other available flavors but ran out of the Vanilla and am craving this flavor and may go check to see if Walgreens carries th cartridges instead of ordering online and waiting. **** Peach Schnapps the flavor is a bit off but for me it usually produces a decent and harder hitting vapor. It took me a long time to get used to this flavor. At first it was just gross. Classic Tobacco doesn't seen to have much of a taste. It's not tobacco flavored to me. The flavoring is pretty weak. I'm smoking this one more often just to get rid of it. Pina Colada is just ok. It's coconut but then at the same time that off flavor of vaping and heating up the cartridge competes with this flavor. Cherry doesn't taste like cherry but more like cough syrup. It's kinda gross. I was hoping for more of a fresher fruit taste, but it was more like a cherry robitussin cordial. *** I would recomend sticking to just the Menthol and the Vanilla. However, I do hear that the Java is supposed to be pretty good as far as FBook fans on the BluCig page are concerned. After my tries with most of Blu Cigs flavors, I'm not going to spend another $12 to see if that flavor is as yukky as the others. I'm sticking only with Vanilla and Menthol. *** One more thing about the Vanilla... I get a lot of comments from the non smokers in my family that they are more then happy for me to smoke in their homes/cars because they like the vanilla smell. The other cartridges dont seem to give off as good of a smell.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		I got the Blu Cigs Premium pack . When it comes to performance I was really unsatisfied by the life of batteries and cartridges. Sure you have the spare in the rechargeable pack and can switch back and forth but after a while that becomes a bit tedious. The claim that each cartridge amounts to that of a full pack and a half of regular cigs is some what offensive actually. At most each cartridge lasts the amount of 4-5 regular cigs (I even doubt that) and I got the premium 100 carts which claims to give you 320 puffs!("depending on the user") Not even close! Each pack of carts is about 13$ and brings 5 carts which should equal in theory to 7.5 packs of regular cigs - around 50$ (don't forget I got the Premium 100's). What I am really spending at 4 cigs per cart x5 carts = 20 cigs for one box = a full pack for 13$. I have actually not had a regular cig since recieving my Blu pack so I can see that there is potential in E-cigs, maybe just not this brand. Don't even let me start on battery life which their site claims to 250-300 before it runs out. I dont even get that. Probrably half way through the life of the cart I have to replace. AND for those that don't like the taste of manuer do not try the Java jolt with full nicotine - tastes like crap. On a positive note Vanilla and cherry flavours were pretty good. I am not hating but it really burns when a company says something spectacular of their product and falls miles short of actual description. I was impressed by the looks and convinience of the rechargable pack. I really like that you can carry the pack around with several cartridges (5) plus one on a battery. It is really convinient and cool looking. I am really on the fence on trying another brand just because I like the travel/on the go aspect. In the end I will probrably keep it and just use it as my on the go venue and conitnue searching. Does anybody have any suggestions as to quality e cig that really does what it says it does?
	Bob commented on February 01 2012: That's funny, I'm still on my first cartridge after receiving the blue premium kit and in my opinion, you couldn't be more inaccurate. I take about 12 long drags each time I use it and as of an hour ago I used it for the 17th time, which is 3 short of a real pack. Your problem is probably not the cartridge, but the batter... After every 4-5 uses I swap batteries and it makes a world of difference, so the chances are that you are wasting cartrdiges for no reason. So far this product has been excellent, 3 days owned.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		Purchased the original kit around Xmas but thought the Premium kit looked much better than the original. I got tired of having to screw in the batteries, so I returned my original starter kit and ordered the Premium 100. So glad I did! The battery management on the premium pack is much improved as I don't have to worry about taking out a battery once charged. The pack also uses a standard micro USB cable, which is very handy. The build quality of the case is great, though it is coated with a soft rubbery material I fear will wear off with use, which is beginning to happen on the corners after only a week of ownership. The LED indicators are nice, though I do wish the Blu logo was a bit less blinding. I found the battery life to be quite improved over the original kit. Between recharging in the pack and the improved life, I rarely have to worry about having a dead battery. The flavors are also top notch. I've tried Cherry Crush, original, menthol, and vanilla. Magnificent Menthol is hands down my favorite, though I like them all. I've tried a total of 5 different electronic cigarette brands so far, and none of them come close to the flavor of Blu. Blu cigs use Johnson Creek smoke juice exclusively, and the quality shows. I would sure love to see Blu make a USB adapter that works in place of the battery. I spend a lot of time in front of the computer and would prefer to not worry about battery management. Fortunately you can order a "USB Passthrough" online. I just ordered one that says it is compatible with the "510 style", which I believe will also work with Blu. I will report back when it arrives. I've had a few encounters with customer service, and overall I am satisfied. Blu reps are available 24/7 to call or chat online and I find it easy to get in touch to ask quick questions. Blu gave me store credit when having some issues with my original kit, and I would say they really do go above and beyond to ensure their customers are satisfied. I certainly am.

We really enjoy them and I know one woman at work who has smoked for 20 years & hasnt has a smoke in 4 days and is just fine with the blu cig, another guy at work has been off smokes for 3 weeks and is also fine. My husband still smokes but has cut back quite a bit. These are great!

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		I bought the Blu starter kit for my husband for Christmas. This man has smoked for 35 years and has tried everything - patches, gum, Chantix - nothing worked. His mother died last year from smoking, after being on oxygen for several years. She still smoked right up until the end. Too bad these weren't out in time to save her! It took my husband two weeks of using the ecig before he gave up the Newport's completely, but I am happy to say that he smoked his last one of those on New Years Eve! I can't even begin to tell you how happy that makes me! :) It'll be two weeks tomorrow and this is the longest he's ever made it so far! I quit 7 years ago on Super Bowl Sunday and just out of curiosity, I had to take a puff when the starter kit arrived. I could not believe how real it tasted. I nearly coughed my head off! LOL. Yep, I'm done smoking for good! Anyway, I want to just say thank you BLU, for making a product that finally works! I did a lot of research before I picked this brand and I think I picked the best brand. I hope everyone tries these e=cigarettes and whole world quits smoking. I'm tired of smelling the stench that follows these people, not to mention the way you feel after a night out with a bunch of smokers. It's hard to believe I used to smell that bad myself... yuck! The cartridges are a little expensive, but they seem to be lasting a long time. It's been several weeks now and he's still on the first pack. He probably would have smoked close to a carton by now I'm sure... so it is economical too. Apparently, with the ecig there isn't a need to keep puffing away like you would on a real cigarette until it's gone. A few puffs and my husband says he's good to go! I'm thinking he probably also loves being able to smoke in the house again after 17 years! I still catch myself about to yell at him when I catch him puffing out of the corner of my eye. Old habits do die hard! Haha

My first impression is when I inhale, i could feel the heat in my throat like how the real cig is. I use the full strength nicotin cartrige and it satisfy me. I would certainly recommend this to others.

At first, It had a little bit of vanilla flavor from regular tobacco cartridge. After charging the battery, once you start smokin away, you can recharge without using the power cord which comes in very handy while I am at work. All I have to do is screw it into the box, and it charged back up in the box (Back up power) It is NICE to be able to smoke blu while it's pouring rain outside because I don't have to roll my window down anymore~ Yeah. SO FAR LOVING IT!

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		I purchased the Blu Premium100 starter kit after using a few of the disposables and LOVING them! My order was over $100, so I received the free FedEx shipping and my order came in 2 days! I was very impressed with that. As for the kit, I'm not as happy with it as I thought that I would be. First of all, I ordered the black and the battery is a nice, shiny black and the cartridges are a dull, matte black. It's not a big deal, but they don't match and it doesn't show that on the site. Another thing that I've noticed is that I feel I am not getting anything out of these ones like I did for the disposables. I'll have to see if that parts gets any better. As for the flavored cartridges:I only had previous experience with the Classic Tobacco and I thought that I would try the Cherry Crush and Vivid Vanilla based on the great reviews. I can't stand them. I know that most people love the flavors, but for some reason, both of them make me sick to my stomach. So I am already out two cartridge packs since you can't return them. Not happy about that. I also have seen some negative comments about the customer service and I would like to add that they are pretty rude. I had used the Live Chat at two different times for two different questions and each operator literally answered the question in a few words and then it said, "Chat session closed." What the heck is that all about?! That is so unprofessional and really bothers me. The biggest positive out of all of this is that I haven't had an analog cigarette for a week and a half and that makes me happy! I know that I am still taking in nicotine, but it sure beats the hundreds of toxins I was previously taking in with cigarettes. I will say, though, that the disposables definitely have the best flavor and vapor, but at $10/piece, it is not a feasible option for me.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		I'm actually really happy with my blu cigs so far, BUT I did a ton of research so I knew what to expect and what not to expect. I learned from my research that if you want your e-cig to look exactly like an analog cig, it's going to have adequate, but not great, vapor and battery life. That's just the limitations of a tiny battery. If you want great vapor and battery life, it's not going to look like a cigarette...it's gonna look like a big, chunky pen or screwdriver or whatever. Knowing I wanted both, I bought two entry-level kits...an ego-t to use at home for great vapor and battery life and the original blu cig kit for when I leave the house. First of all, if you're buying the original starter kit and you're near a Walgreens, that kit is cheaper there than from the blu cig website. Walgreens is selling the kit in Chicago for $59.99. They're also selling the disposables for $9.99 and the 5-pack of cartridges for $14.99. (Unfortunately, it looks like they (or blu cig) just raised the prices in time for people to quit. The price sticker on the shelf for the kit says $49.99 but it rings up as $59.99 and the disposables and cartridges went up a few bucks each as well.) I bought a disposable first and got a $5 off coupon for the kit with my receipt. So the kit minus the $5 plus tax came to $60.69 and you get a $2 off coupon for cartridges. One thing to keep in mind is that, for whatever reason, the Walgreens in my area all seem to be sold out of the kit. I had to go to 6 different stores before I found one that had a kit in stock. Also, they all had the disposables in both flavors, but only half seemed to have the cartridges and only the one had the kit and they only had two left. The charging/holder case is freaking brilliant. Despite what some are saying about the batteries, it's kind of moot with the case. I mean, you're not going to be smoking both batteries at the same time. So if you have to switch them out every couple of hours, what's the big deal. How long did your analog cigarette last? Certainly not 12-24 hrs. It lasted maybe 10 minutes and then you had to pull another one out of the pack and light it. Same concept with the blu cig. You smoke one until the battery light blinks 30 times or whatever, take off the cartomizer, switch batteries, charge and smoke. I just really got my kit, but I've be smoking/vaping 2-3 puffs every 5-7 minutes for the last 3 hrs and the battery and cartomizer aren't dead yet. The flavor is really good and the vapor is better than I expected. I'm genuinely happy. I was using the disposables the last three days until I got my kit and no urge to go back to analog...and I have a full pack sitting on my desk. The fact that they seemingly carry the cartridges at Walgreens is a huge plus. For me, cigs, coffee, milk and toilet paper are things that you need too often to wait to get them through the mail. I'm sure I'll be buying my cartomizers online to save some money, but it's really nice to know that in a pinch, I can just hit the 24-hr Walgreens down the street and never risk going back to analog because the carts I ordered online aren't coming for 3 more days.

For the price, I thought it was the best deal out there before Christmas. I planned on giving away the other starter kit to help a friend quit smoking but the battery life is not good, so I might keep it just so I have 4 batteries! Vapor output is pretty good and flaovrs are decent... I am really concerned about the cost of cartridges in the future. Does not look like you can use your own juice w/ this brand... If you are going w/ blu cig, the Premium starter pack is probably the way to go w/ the improved charging pack
	bluCRM commented on January 05 2012: Deb, you are free to do with your used carts as you will. The atomizer in our carts is designed for single use this is why we dont recommend refilling blu carts. As for voiding the warranty, you are correct. Refilled carts tend to leak and batteries that are suspect of tampering are not exchanged. We do our best to accommodate customers, but if you decide to modify, please do so at your own risk.
	debb commented on January 04 2012: Even though the company says you can't refill their cartomizers, you can. I've had blu since June 2011 and all you have to do is take a paper clip and pull the platic ring out/off the end you puff from; then drop a few drops of ur favorite smoke juice be carefull not to overfill or get any in the center ring. Blu knows their cartomizers can and are refilled they just choose to say they can't so there are more cartomizers sold from them. I personally feel that's an injustice to the people who buy from them. Refilling saves money plus it saves on so many being thrown away...They are the only company i've done business with that says it voids the warranty if you refill your carts but really how will they know if you do! Their batteries are the worst anyway!

However, I have now experienced the blu original and the blu premium, and I highly recommend going for the cheaper original model. The premium has a lot of bugs with actually charging the battery consistently. Plus, the main advertising point in the premium for blu is the "social feature" which is kinda dumb and unnecessary. as for customer service, I guess it's ok, but a little slow and non-specific.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		I first started out with the disposable blu e-cig after a few puffs I decided I would buy the starter kit they sell at Walgreens. Initially I wasn't as satisfied as I was with the disposable. It didn't produce quite as much vapor or have as good of a throat hit. It seemed to be hit or miss on how much vapor you would get. But after some practice I could get some what consistent hits from it. The only problem is that some of the cartridges seem to burn out sooner then others leaving you with little vapor and a burnt taste. I than began experimenting with refilling the cartridges. You can stick the end of a fork in to the mouth opening, pop the top off and remove the little inner plastic ring, then you can refill it with any e-liquid you desire. I got much better results this way, especially one with a higher nicotine percentage and a pg/vg mix. The trick is to refill the cartridges before they run out as they tend to destroy themselves by the time you get the burnt taste in your mouth. The batteries initially seemed to last a reasonable amount of time, but as I used it over the course of 2 weeks they don't seem to last as long. I eventually ordered the Premium 100 to combat this and it only has marginally better battery life. I still smoke regular cigs, but have been successful in cutting back. Overall I like the blu cig and would recommend it as introduction to e-cigs.

It's so easy to use and very satisfying, plus it's great to not have to go out in the cold to smoke in the winter! I am really excited to start trying different flavors. I haven't tried any e-cigarette brands besides blu so I can't make a comparison between them, but I have to say that the features of blu have got to be the best! The pack charges your e-cig all day long while you're not using it and then it's ready to go! It comes with 2 batteries too, so if one needs charging you can use the other one, or put different flavors with each. Excellent purchase!

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		I received my blu Premium Starter Kit about two weeks ago, and am very satisfied with my purchase. The design of the blu pack, batteries and cartridges are great and the flavor and amount of vapor from the cartridges satisfies my expectations. The only problem that I have had is that one of my batteries does not always charge properly and I will need to get a replacement... not sure if the problem is the battery or the pack because the usb charger charges the problem battery even when the pack doesn't. If there were two usb battery chargers included with the kit, I probably would have given 5 stars across the board, even with the battery issue.

Service Cost/Value		batteries will not hold charge very long, charger pack seems who knows but the wall charger was made cheap and does not function very well, sometimes on sometimes off. dont have the time to baby sit it......customer service exceptional with the exception of a customer service agent...wanted to know "what do you want me to do about it"....thought this was poor customer service. now i have blu cigs that dont work well and no real cigs in the house or vehicle, so do without and probably punch someone in the nose. depended on this product and have been let down by all of them.....

I started smoking the disposables about a month back and have not touched an analog cig since (I was about a pack and a half a day smoker) Battery life seems pretty decent to me, and I always have a spare charging in the handy charging unit, which also holds my extra carts. The flavor is amazing as well as the vapor output. I have to be honest; I tried another brand that got rave reviews on this site and I had to send it back within minutes after receiving since it tasted bad, hardly had any vapor and I could go on and on. For me, Blu rocks and has saved me from smoking.

One is that the batteries do not last long enough so you always have to carry spares and/or some way to charge them. The second is that you can only buy cartridges online so if you are about to run out you need to order early. The flavors Blu offers are not only best in variety but flavor as well. So, overall this product is a very good value all things considered. Blu also offers quantity discounts, free shipping and points you can apply to your order. I would recommend this product to anyone looking in to e cigarettes.

Service Cost/Value		After trying both the original and menthol flavored disposable Blu E-Cigs and made the jump and ordered the original starter kit and menthol cartridges. I received them about six days later after my initial battery and charging case charging I started to use my blu after trying the disposables the first drag i took on my new Blu was a surprise the vapor was much different, it was warm and very very tasteful amazing vapor. I found taking steady two to three second drags produced constant great nicotine delivery along with great vapor and taste. Cartridges are lasting me about a a day and a half or so i would have liked to get a bit more out of them. Battery life however was a little disappointing although i only used them during my breaks at work which consist of two 15 min breaks and a 1 hour lunch as well as my 3-4 minute walk from and to work. I was having to charge at least one battery between each shift fortunately blu supplies you with 2 battery and most importantly of all a personal charging case. I have to say all in all I am happy with my blu purchase and will continue using my kit.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		I have the original non-premium starter kit; my experience with this kit was problem free until about 3 months of on and off usage. I believe I have over-charged the batteries several times too many and have semi-ruined their original quality. I do not however, think that this is a fault of the blucig itself,rather my own. As a product overall, I am extremely satisfied with what I have received; I have tried all of the flavors; each is unique and satisfying. Now that my batteries are slowing, I was considering buying replacements,but more likely than not, I am going to upgrade to the premiums. Though I am concerned about the premium100's because I truly appreciate the realistic size and weight of the original design. So I will probably stick with the regular premiums. One negative comment I must leave on the company's behalf is I have received what one might call a pack of "duds," the cartridges barely produced vapor. They were the coffee flavor, this is one pack out of the 10 or so I have purchased.

Ive been looking into them as my next purchase. If their claims of length for cartomizer and battery duration then it seems to be a clear choice. oh and they have the dimensions of the packs themselves posted on their site. that helped me a lot as i too like the traditional size.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		Upon receiving the kit I was very impressed with the compact and organized design. Everything fit inside a cute black box that was made to be reused for storage. I didn't have to purchase any extra parts or anything to try this E-Cigarette thing out. Which I like, very much. It also came with an array of flavor cartridges so I could try them all and see which I liked and didn't like. Over about the course of 2 weeks I continued to use my Blu and intermittently smoked traditional cigarettes. I can say, I was becoming use to the E-cigarette and also people asking me what the heck I was holding. Other perks of Blu are the flavor cartridges, personally I love the Cherry and Traditional Tobacco flavors. All the flavors Blu carries are sent along with the starter pack, so you can try them all and decide which is for you and which isn't. I didn't even open the Menthol flavor pack..lol.. Another perk is the price of flavor cartridges compared to Traditional Tobacco, the priced reasonable and they have regular sales or specials too. Now the Negatives of Blu: Personally, I felt the E-Cigaretette holder is kinda heavy and difficult if your a female (with petite, not strong fingers) to hold like a traditional cigarette. This I had to remedy by adjusting my grip, no big deal. The other down side is that the amount of "smoke" in which is blown out is fuller when a flavor cartridge is first began, then after, say 3 separate times, the "smoke" seems much lighter, it is not consistent which lead me to headaches from pulling on the E-cigarette too much, trying to get the same amount of "smoke" each time I pulled off it. Over all, I genuinely liked my Blu when I first purchased it. I have since found another brand than makes me much happier. As with anything, this too is a game of trial and error. Try it, to see if you like it, then try other brands to see which suit your needs better if Blu doesn't quite "do it' for you.

I previously was unable to stop smoking, but need to as I recently had breast cancer. The first thing my doctor told me I needed to do was stop smoking. My friend mentioned to me that Blucigs work so I had to try it out for myself. She was right.I am able to enjoy the taste of cigarettes without smoking. The battery life is good. The nice black cartridges really look sharp. I love the blue color at the end of the cigarette cartridge. I am a true believer now. I have not tried the other flavors but I might.

The vapor is very strong at the first few puffs, but then diminishes. The battery does not last long at all and I find them not to recharge very well. I do like the carrypack, however, the battery life is very frustrating and makes me tempted to try another brand. They do however, have lightning delivery, but need to improve on the batteries big time.

After my first 2 days on the train I was very happy that I brought it along. I am now home and still delighted with my purchase. The very convenient charging unit is well constructed and has worked perfectly. The batteries are easy to charge and hold their charge very well. I have since ordered 4 packs of the Classic Tobacco and am pleased to report that customer service at Blu appears to be top notch. With a quantity of 4 packs, the price per cartridge is 1/4th the cost of the conventional tobacco cigarettes I would have purchased. Ordering on the Blu site was a breeze and my order shipped quickly and arrived two days before expected. Overall, with the price and quality of products and customer service, I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Blu to anyone who is planning to purchase an e-cig.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		I received BluCig 2 days back. It is working as I expected. First few hits fill different but then I start getting use to it. I was skeptical at first to try the whole ecig scene but i did my research and came across Blu. I was fixated on getting the most usage out of a single cigarette, even smoking at times all the way down to the filter, making the most out of my investment. Disgusting, I know! But with Blu, I am realizing that my satiation and craving only lasts through the first two or three drags, and I am thus satisfied for a good period of time thereafter. In closing, I feel I have openly made the well-needed switch that I have been unconsciously waiting for, in which I can enjoy my routine without negatively affecting others' health, as well as my own.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		When Walgreens started selling the Blu e cigarette disposable, I decided to give it a try, just to see if I'd like it. They're about $8 for each disposable, so you wouldn't want to continue that way, but it's a great way to try them. I couldn't have been more pleased. The taste was subtle, but the satisfaction is everything you'd expect from a cigarette. Plus, you can set it down whereever you like, no ashtray neede, smoke in your car without even rolling down the window, even smoke in an airline restoom (or aircraft, for that matter!) without fear of setting off the fire alarm! Not all e cigarettes are equal. Since trying Blu, I tried a cheaper brand and found it hardly expelled any 'smoke'. Others are just too hard to use. So today, through this site, I ordered the starter pack- you can get $10 off if you order the original (and you might as well, they're out the premium 100's anyway), but you have to start an account first for the coupon to work. It's BLUVETUSA and it works when you add cartridges, too, so stock up! Can't wait to get mine. I can notice the difference right away when I switch to the e's. Your chest clears up, no cough, no anything. Don't be afraid of e cigarettes- be very afraid of the regular ones!

The disposable Blu are almost of a professional quality compared to the starter kits. My Premium100 batteries barely last 30-40 puffs, and I have to drag on them so hard to get any vapor that the cartridges get hot on my lips. The "rechargeable" pack rarely recharges the batteries. Customer service via the live chat is useless. All they ever say is return it via the RMA form on the website. They never apologize or seem interested. Their replies to me are several minutes apart, I don't need to be ignored for several minutes to have someone copy and paste standard messages to me. Blu, you should have invested your time and money on better batteries and not a useless social feature EVERYONE turns off!!

I have been using it for about a week now and I am completely satisfied with the purchase so far. I was never a heavy smoker to begin with so battery life was never a factor. I was surprised at the amount of smoke and taste.Much better than the disposable. This is going to be the only thing I use till I quit for good.

Service Cost/Value		Because of the recent laws not allowing tobacco cigarettes to be shipped, I started searching for alternatives due to the hassle and expense. Researching ecigs I determined that Blu seemed to get the best reviews and I bought a disposable to check it out. I was impressed with the disposable and about 6 weeks ago I bought the starter kit. My goal was not to try and quit tobacco but the end result is I have seriously cut back. I smoked about a pack & half a day for many years and have now cut down to one pack in three days. The Blu experience is about as close to a real cigarette you are going to get. I find a charged battery lasts just about a day and a cartridge a good 3 days, keeping in mind that I'm not using it exclusively. I initially ordered the menthol (my tobacco of choice) and vanilla. The vanilla although initially tastes and smells great, loses flavor alot sooner than the menthol. The menthol is very good though not quite as minty as the tobacco I smoke. Here in PA they have not banned them (yet) so it is great being able to vape in restaurants, etc and not have to always go outside. Overall I am pleased with my purchase and would recommend ecigs and the Blu brand in particular.
	Jueves. commented on February 09 2012: @Desiree. I had the same problem and my batteries wouldn't charge in the pack. I used a small square of self-adhesive foam and stuck it over the original one. It now recognises the battery and haven't had any troubles ever since. Hope it works for you as well.

However, this past week I noticed that when I put the spare battery in the charging pack it wasn't charging, (the red lights would not light up). I finally realized that the felt patch in the charger was the origin of the problem. For example, if I hold the pack in my hand while applying some pressure from both the top and bottom of the unit the red lights are on. I have used full water bottles as weight for the top of the pack and whatever else I can find. The bottom line is that it should charge on its own like it did for the first two months. Called Blu and informed them of this particular issue and they instructed me to return the pack. Has anyone else experienced this particular problem? Please give me your feedback as it would be most appreciated.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		Blu in the past had quite a bad reputation for shipping times, but this was mostly a relic of their initial popularity. However my order was shipped via streamlite and the speed was phenomenal. I ordered late Friday (5-6pm) which by any normal expectation would be after business hours and it'd ship the following monday. However They actually started shipping from North Carolina! to California at 10pm that night. Mind you this was shipping from coast to coast, over a weekend. After leaving NC at 1 in the morning on Saturday, it arrived in LA at 8am on Monday -the USPS system took until Tuesday to actually make it the last few miles but still - if you count business days that's basically overnight for free. Amazing. I'd previously tried the old model which had seperate cartridges and atomizers. While the old option was cheaper (cartridges were $1 each) We found the atomizers burning out- they would die within a month or so. However with the new cartomizer system, they are bit more expensive at $2 each but hold more liquid, and more importantly, never have to worry getting a new atomizer again. I'm getting plenty of vapour. I don't feel the same effect from 10-12 puffs as I do from one cig. Maybe more like 20. For travellers - the manual states that the charger is good for 100-250v, but the actual charger was only rated for 120v. I'm emailing customer service now to clarify on that as I travel a lot- but the website only advertises 120v. I ordered the original thinking that the premium only had new social features, but it actually has smarter charging functions and charges via micro usb rather than proprietry charger - so I'm actually trying to see if Blu will exchange my original pack for a premium if I pay the difference. I'm hoping they will as even though there's free refills, I don't want to have to wait without my batts/cartomizers now that I have them - so it'd be great if I could just return the charge pack to get exchanged = but I'll update on that later.

It took a little getting used to, it's a little heavier than the old cigarettes and of course you have to charge it too. Over all though, it's great. The tobacco flavor is better than my old cigarettes. The vapor is thick and is very similar to actual smoke. I love that I can get my nic fix without all the tar and nasty additives. Way healthier alternative. Not to mention, since there's no actual smoke, there's no smoke smell on your hands, and no staining your hands and teeth. I love it so much I just purchased more flavor cartridges and the price is very reasonable. I would defiantly recommend the Blu to anyone.

The tobacco flavor tastes amaaaaazing, like really clean pricy pipe tobacco without all the nasty additives and stuff that makes you somewhat hate the taste of real cigarettes. The vapor is thick and is very similar to actual smoke! Thanks to the backup battery you can switch it out and keep the thickness of the vapor going.. at times I thought the cartridge was running low but it was just the battery - guess I was puffing away so much to notice the drain of battery life! The smell is pleasant to nonsmokers and the stress relief from the nicotine cartridges is the same as actual cigarettes. I recommend this brand HIGHLY.

Service Cost/Value		My dad has been using this product since not very long but few days and he is very pleased not only with the product but also the customer service. He was very excited about the idea about quitting smoking when I had initially introduced this concept to him, but after he used blu cigs he is more than satisfied with the overall experience. He not only likes the taste but also doesn't crave for the required nicotine anymore. I would say this is one of the best decision he has taken in his life not only to move to e-smoking but also to one of the best brands blu cigs. The only thing I would like to mention here is about the cost. Maybe the starter kit would have been a little cheaper or could have been bundled with another 5 pack of cigs at a cheaper price to provide the best value. But overall excellent product!!!!

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		So I have been a social smoker for over 10 years and decided to get the Blu cigarette after a friend of mine let me try hers. I am happy to report that I have smoked WAY less cigarette in the 2 weeks since it arrived. I love the taste of the Classic Tobacco and after a few days I learned how to get a really nice puff off it. I admit that when I'm drinking there is something a little less satisfying about it so as a result I have smoked a few cigarettes out at night. However, again, I am smoking WAY less and my non-smoker friends LOVE that I am not blowing stinky smoke around them. And smoking indoors can't be beat, especially if you are from an area that experiences winter like I am. All in all, I love this product. One of the only problems, is that now I am smoking more on the e-cig than I did on regular cigs when I'm NOT out at night. Like, I find myself craving it after work or a stressful day.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		At first I was very disappointed when I bought the starter kit with the atomizer that you reuse for each cartridge. Basically it didn't work. I got literally next to nothing from the cartridges. There was little to no smoke and the leaked terrible. Then I saw that they were comming out with cartridges that each had a built in atomizer. These are 100% better. I get plenty of vapor and nicotine. I did get several cartridges that were duds, one with nothing at all in it and one that lasted only a couple hours. Also I am disappointed that the batteries don't last longer. Overall the cigs I am using now are good and I am satisfied. By the way I have used customer service and do not find that they are very helpful. I hear the same thing over and over again "send it back". I think that should be able to say if your not satisfied we'll replace it without the hassel of sending something back everytime it doesn't work!

I used to smoke half a pack of Parliament Lights for over 15 years. The USA made smoke juice was a key factor for me to choose the blu cig. I like the throat hit and it also produces a really good amount of vapor. I like the regular tobacco flavor. It does not taste like Parliaments but I really don't mind at all. I truly believe that this e-cig is better for me and I won't go back to tobacco. Thank you blu cig!

The only positive is that I thought most of the flavors I tried were fairly good (tobacco, menthol, and vanilla), but the mocha flaver tastes like burnt popcorn. Dear BluCigs, I am writing to tell you how frustrated I am with your product (Starter Kit) that I recently purchased. I initially tried to use them for about 3 weeks and had so much trouble getting them to work I threw them in a drawer. Recently, after a couple months I pulled them out again because i hated the idea of wasting the money I paid for the cartridges that I purchased at the same time and had no better luck. I've spent more time trying to figure out why I couldn't get any vapor out of them than I did successfully getting them to work. I haven't been able to isolate exactly what was wrong, it appears to be multiple causes. It appears that sometimes the batteries charged, and sometimes not, perhaps one of the batteries is defective. Sometimes it appeared that the battery discharged just being in the battery pack while not being screwed into the charger. Sometimes the cartridges seemed to last a reasonable amount of time and sometimes they immediately failed. I wasted a lot of time trying to figure out why they weren't working by trial and error; screwing the cartridge into different batteries or screwing the battery into different cartridges. Sometimes it appeared to be the fault of the battery, at other times the cartridge. Even when I believed to have a working cartridge and battery the amount of vapor varied wildly. In short, my experience has been that this is a really unreliable system. It is typically against my nature to make complaints, I just simply swallow my losses, boycott the product, and move on. But I'm just totally frustrated, I had better expectations for the eCig technology.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		I had Blu in the past and I was pretty satisfied before now. This year I got a new starter kit for my boyfriend and I, extremely disappointed in where they headed. The batteries do not last near to 100 puffs, but that may be because I have to drag hardcore on it to get any smoke. The Cherry Crush ones seem to be the only flavor that has smoke when I puff it. Even though I like the flavor, I don't like that it's the only decent flavor that produces any kind of smoke. I feel like they half-ass fill the cartridges. They never last 300 puffs, not even close. The product is terrible, I do not recommend it at all anymore. Tonight, I just had a cartridge that was brand new and didn't produce any smoke whatsoever. I wasted a whole battery trying to get it to go and it never happened. I put in another new cartridge and that worked immediately. So I got ripped off one cartridge, definitely not worth the $12 for the cartridge pack. That's not even all. one of my batteries, not even a couple months old, is already deteriorating and not working properly. The light just kind of goes out and it stops working, it doesn't even need charging. Which is yet another problem. Even the charger pack isn't working, again not even a couple months old. It's not charging batteries nor does it seem to be charging when it's plugged in. Another problem is the USB charger. I have to plug it in, unplug it, plug it back in over and over because it doesn't always charge a completely uncharged battery. I have double checked everything, I treat all of my products very well, everything says Blu is responsible. It is their product that is just awful. I'm going to call them tomorrow and speak to a manager to make sure they take back the cartridges I ordered a couple of days ago because I have had enough. I'm shocked they're so well known and get good reviews. I've had nothing good to say about them since I got these new starter kits. I'm returning it and taking my money elsewhere.

How disappointing that the flavor of the Tobacco Cartos was not only completely different from the disposable one, there was also this over-whelming rubber aroma that came from the rubber end caps. The chat person told me to let them sit out for awhile and let them air! The size is nice though.

This product may be sufficient for someone who has never smoked before and wants to get involved with nicotine; but for someone who has been smoking tobacco cigarettes for over 45 years, I'm sorry, this product will not be satisfactory. There is not enough vapor to get the "hit" needed without multiple and successive drags - which then puts the battery in a bind, I really got tired of charging batteries over and over during the day - and the sad part is one battery hasn't finished charging when the one being used craps out....pufthhhhhh ! I took advantage of the 30 day money back offer and returned the product; customer service over the phone was excellent. try to avoid the customer service 'live chat'..... I'm just sayin'. Perhaps if this product spent more research time improving the delivery end instead of the 'socializing gimmick' end, they may develop a better product. Think about this before you buy.... there sure are a lot of modifications (mods) out there and they are being done for a reason - some people want a lot of vapor, a nice taste, and a good hit. good luck in your search....

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		I recently research all e-cigs available on the market. I found that Blu cigs had some of the best reviews concerning size, and taste. The size is slightly larger than a normal cigarette, and about as long as the 100s. At first the taste is quite different, but while still on the first cartridge of juice, and after getting used to the different taste, it is actually better than real cigarettes. The vapor really resembles smoke and you get a very similar throat burn to a real cigarette. I am still torn between the disposables or the interchangeables, but each has its advantage. The disposables are much cheaper, but you do not have the flavor selections (especially strength i.e. lights or ultra lights). Bottom line, blu cigs are the best on the market.

Service Cost/Value		After research, I decided to purchase a blu ecig Premium starter kit for two reasons: I found on the blu website that a local pharmacy carried their products so I could try a disposable before purchasing the kit, and I liked the idea of their pack being able to recharge the spare battery. I did purchase a disposable and found the amount of vapor and throat hit acceptable and that I liked the flavor of their Classic Tobacco. I ordered a Premium blu Starter Kit vs Original because it had features that made it easier to track battery status. I had no interest in the social feature, so it didn't factor into my decision. Shipping was prompt. I ordered Thursday evening and it arrived on Monday. I found that the ecigs in the kit were MUCH smaller than the disposables. I charged the batteries and pack and immediately discovered that the amount of vapor and throat hit were unacceptable to me. Production was far less than I had with the disposable. I was puffing so often that the cartridges were getting hot on my lips and I was draining both batteries before the first one would be recharged. This happened with all carts, so it wasn't a flaw with one particular cartridge. Battery life wasn't good. I estimate that I MIGHT have gotten 10-15 minutes out of a charge. But, I was hitting them pretty hard so battery life might be better for others. On the other hand, I have no complaints on the life of the cartridges themselves. One would last me all day without running dry. The pack didn't charge the spare battery consistently. When it is charging the spare, you see some orange LEDs flashing on the side. I had difficulties getting the pack to actually charge the spare. If the orange light isn't on, it's not charging. I finally just started using the USB charger on both batteries. So, I can't recommend this kit and plan to return it. The charger isn't reliable and the amount of vapor is just too small for me.

Now that I have my blu, its been about a week, I am still using all the same cartridges, so they seem to last a while and the sensation is just as good as a regular cigarette. I am very pleased. I just wish that I could buy the cartridges in a store and not just online. The battery life on the charger doesnt seem to last too long, I have to charge one, use the other, and so forth. They dont last all day thats for sure. Other than that, it is good.

After receiving my product today, I almost instantly realized that the quality of the product should be graded "poor, at best". I purchased the Orig. started kit, and eight different packs of cartridges. Not only did my cigarette(s) refuse to hold a charge, but the cartridges were lacking in flavor, strength and SMOKE! After only a few puffs (no were near the stated "220"), my cartridge was dead. Also, because the flavor was so weak, I was forced to take longer puffs, which produced an almost unbearably hot tip (where I smoke from) on the cigarette. After calling customer assistance, they informed me that I may not be smoking the BLUcig correctly. Being of sound mind and body, and a competent person, it was insulting to be told that maybe I just didn't know what I was doing. Overall, this product is faulty, and does not deserve the "star" ratings it has been given. If you feel like giving BLU your money (because they won't return your money for the faulty cartridges they send you), go for it.

How is this not false advertising the website only shows rated reviews with four stars and above I put two or three three and two and still not showing up :)

Not sure if the cartridge actually last the duration of 30 cigarettes. Wish it had a car charger. I tried to purchase cartridges @ WalGreens and the lady didn't know what I was talking about, when I finally saw the package on the wall behind her. It was just 1 Disposable @20.00 no cartridge nor menthol disposable available.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		I received my Premium Blu Starter Kit about one week ago and I have to say it is awesome!!! Took about a week to come in the mail, but only because of the holiday. Right from the box I tried they were ready to go and of course I had to try them right away. I got the Cherry and Menthol flavors and I am not disappointed, they taste great. The cigs produce a lot of vapor on each hit I take. The batteries last a couple of days for me as I am not a heavy smoker. The biggest benefit for me is not having the smell of smoke from regular cigs. I have kids and this is most definitely a plus since they don't have to smell it on me anymore, they don't even know when I do smoke anymore. Overall I am very satisfied with this product, I would recommend it to everyone. Plus, you can smoke it anywhere, even a work. Awesome!!!!!

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		Took four days to receive my order. Very sleek pack design and quite portable. Always having an extra battery is nice if you plan on using your cig often. I don't smoke often so the batteries last about two days per charge for me. i would not carry this loose in your pocket, the air pressure switch is activated when sliding around in jeans pocket and gets hot against you leg. This simply burns up the cartomizer. The pack charges batteries in about thirty to forty five minutes. i found that slow puling puffs is the best way to get the most vapor. The menthol cartomizers seem to have a hint of chocolate flavor. be careful to not drop a battery in the spot in the pack where an assembled cig goes, it is quite difficult to get back out. I am happy with my Blu cig.

I charged them according to instructions although I did not see a red light which their instructions mentioned. I stopped smoking regular cigs the next day. I had a problem with the nicotene dosage, though I can't blame them for that. I ordered the full strength ones. I found that I only needed to use them about one fourth the amount of time I would have spent smoking regular cigs. I even got headaches from the nicotene. I recommend getting something less if your a ******* light smoker like I used to be. The second cartridge did not produce any vapor but the third did. I intend to email them about that.

The product itself never works properly, constantly losing charge, needing to be sent back to be replaced every 2-3 months. The send cartridges without any juice in them. The smoke juice is the BEST but that's NOT BLU'S. That's Johnson Creek. You can buy the juice off their site. Find another e-cig because this one is crap. Not to mention they have the worst customer service in the world. Their answer for everything is 'wait' or 'it's you fault, not ours'. They constantly send packages to wrong addresses and gets lost in the mail just about every time you place an order. (It can't be the postal service if it happens every time and only with this company.) They make up excuses every time and make you feel like garbage. This is not just me either. I got several people started on blu's and they've all had the same problems and have also stopped using them. People need to know how terrible they are, and find a better alternative. (They're also going around and having their own people comment on sites talking them up, so don't believe it.)

While I did not expect these to be "just like a real cigarette," I find the most unsatisfying thing is the lack of 'kick' in the back of the throat on an inhale. The battery could last longer but that hasn't been an issue because of the charger pack. Overall I am happy with it but I will keep my eyes open for a better one on the market.

Let me tell you there is really nothing quite like it. When I first found out about this product, all admit I was a little skeptical and doubtful. I bought menthol, although I thought I could taste a hint of chocolate. I was satisfied, so the same day I bought the kit. One of the flavors that was included in the kit only worked for two quick puffs and would not start again, that flavor was the java jolt. I was disappointed that the look was not the same as the disposable. The disposable was longer which doesn't matter, but the ring connecting the battery to the cartridge and also the logo word "blu" were both silver, which looked awsome on the black e-cig. The ones in the kit have a small gold ring and the logo is white. It's deceiving, because you expect the kit to look like the sample. Oh well looks aren't everything, the important thing is if they do the job. Time will tell. Also, I live in MI,& I purchased at JR's discount outlet store in North Carolina off of I-77 on the way home from Fla. They didn't give me any warrenty or coupon points they said if I have any problems I have to contact the co. on line. So I hope everything is good with this company. I know alot of smokers who are curious about e-cigs. Hopefully I can pass along good feedback to them. Thanks for making a safer cig. and/or a way to quit tobacco smoking.

Service Cost/Value		I smoked since I was 15yrs old, I recently turned 31 and I am having my first child so I really wanted to quit smoking and I had a great reason. Quitting cold turkey is just stupid plus many of my friends smoke, I do like the social aspect and I enjoy smoking(I just dont want the risk of cancer, emphysema, smelling and tasting like an ashtray, etc)so I looked into e-cigs, I read many reviews and decided on blu cigs for a couple reasons. First, I loved the idea of the cigarette pack also being a portable charger that re-charges my cigs on the go, no one else does that. Second, the nicotine juice is made in the USA from better quality products versus the industry standard with propylene glycol. When I got the traditional tobacco flavor, it took some getting used to because it does not taste like a cigarette but its really awesome, I quit smoking traditional smokes and I wish I switched earlier-it was no problem for me too just switch to e-cigs but I was not a pack a day smoker just fyi. I think they look cooler than real cigs, its safer, a lot cheaper and best of all eliminates everything bad and disgusting about smoking tobacco without giving anything up....in fact you save money and your health at the same time....thats win win!!

I waited about a week to recieve order but it was worth it...I am a regular smoker and since i have been using these e-cigs i havent smoked a regular cig since. My lungs have been clearing up, no cough or tightness in lungs in morning. The carry case is stylish and charging on the go is very usefull. the fact you can use these almost anywhere is great. I no longer smell like smoke on fingers or breath. I am going to continue to use blu-cig and try the other flavors. Menthol is smooth and taste great...The refills last a good amount of time also...battery life is good..I been charging the battery two times for each refill, pretty good. I recommend this brand and product

Service Cost/Value		Received Blu cigs about 2weeks ago & loved it! after a few days started having what i though was bad batt. problems. then realized that it was the Blu recharge case (pack) was faulty, and draining my batteries. Had to recharge via plug-in or computer plug-in. Haven't had any problems since. If you didn't put it down after 3-5 min. "which I think is a good thing", the cartridges would overheat & dry-up, especially if you sucked on it like a two bit whore on nickle night. But other than that, they're great. To bad they are incapable of making a gum that smoked and would last as long and for the same price. Tried the Nicorette gum, all 2 flavors, and that was an experience, I don't want to repeat! After the first $20 exclusive offer. e-yuch! I'll stick with the Blu's for now. Until I get their new longer lasting batt. and cartridges that just came out, and a batt. pack that works properly.

I was impressed with how fast I received the package. Upon opening the package, it was very easy to understand how to use the product. When I started using Blu it was a little weird because of the weight. After using it for a few days, I got very comfortable and natural. I found that I like the original flavor better than vanilla. It is a great alternative to smoking, I don't smell like smoke and I can now "smoke" in the house and car. I love it and am ordering more cartriges today! I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for an alternative to smoking!

The verdict: I love my Blu!!! The good: Look and Feel - The Blu feels more like a real cigarette than any other e-cig I have tried. The black battery looks sleek, and the blue light definitely lets others know that this is something new and innovative. Two-piece design - Cartomizers are fantastic and last all day, and this is definitely the future of e-cigs. USA Made Smoke Juice - Love the flavors that are offered, and the fact that they are not made in China, but here in the USA. Amount of vapor is amazing! PCC - This brings the whole experience together. It looks and feels like a real cig pack, and holds 5 cartomizers plus 2 batteries so you have everything you need in one place. You can charge your e-cig throughout the day so you are never without the use of your e-cig. The Bad: Battery Life - The battery lasts 30-45 minutes of constant vaping before needing to be recharged. Being a pack-a-day smoker, I go through about 4 battery charges per day. Not too bad, but I do wish that the batteries lasted longer. PCC Battery Charging - You need to unscrew the battery right after it is recharged, otherwise it will begin discharging. This is annoying because you need to monitor the PCC instead of recharging and forgetting. This is being addressed with the next-gen PCC from Blu. No blank Cartomizers - I enjoy the flavors offered by Blu, however I also enjoy flavors from other companies, and it would be great if Blu would offer blank cartomizers so I can use other flavors. Summary: Blu has created a wonderful e-cig experience and they definitely deserve to be at the top of the industry. If I were to compare the e-cig industry to the personal computer industry, Blu would be Apple. The product is simple and effective, and does not contain too many options that may be confusing to the casual user. Blu is doing it right and is the best choice for me.

Carts last about 10 minutes. Little to no vapor. You can refill, but still get same results on life of cartomizer. Not a good choice for an everyday vapor. This is crap as far as I am concerned. Don't understand why they have such high marks on the reviews. Word to the wise look elsewhere for an e-cig.

It sounds like you might have a defective cartomizer. Agreed that the batteries do not last as long as some other brands, but Blu is the smallest e-cig on the market, and this does come with a small sacrifice regarding battery life. Blu makes up for this by providing 2 batteries with the kit, and also including the totally awesome PCC, which allows you to recharge all day while you are on the go so you are never without your e-cig. My advice is to try a few more cartomizers before counting them out. I totally love my Blu!

I did not understand why the model that I received said "made in china" also i noticed the AC charger was rusty. Besides that, the smoke smell and taste was pleasant. I did not have any craving for traditional cigarettes, though I did slip and smoke one or two by the end of the day and while drinking. Finally, the USB did not seem to be charging the cig as efficiently as the first day. I was disappointed and returned the pack(which was a simple process), however, I do plan on purchasing again after reading everyone elses reviews because surely i should receive one that says "made in USA"!
	Larry commented on August 31 2011: I just got the blu starter kit too and I got a rusty USB/ac adapter also. I agree with everything you have said. I think you may be the only "real" review here. The batteries are week, the carts don't last anywhere near their 250 puffs they are supposed to and overall they are just too sensitive if you actually use them. I constantly get the dreaded 30 light warning. Most of all the vapor is weak.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		I was a 2 pack a day smoker, brought to a full stop with the help of the Blu Cig that I got a week and a half ago. I tried a traditional cig about 4 hours after I started on Blu, and I couldn't stand it! I now go through about 1.5 cartridges a day, and in the week and a half since I had Blu, I haven't had a craving for a traditional cig! Nice looking device with Propylene Glycol-free cartridges (I don't like vaping anti-freeze, thank you very much!). Classic Tobacco has an odd coffee-like taste to it, but quickly got used to it. Battery lasts me about 20 smoking minutes, but the second battery is recharged by then. The standalone USB battery charger and the recharging pack ensure I have good battery at all times! Vapor is awesome! A good large amount that surprised me! It reduces quite a bit when the battery gets low, but that's expected. I thought I was missing an item in my order, and when I e-mailed them I had a friendly and complete reply within an hour. I had concerns about support based on previous reviews, but it has apparently improved greatly! A new pack is apparently being released very soon with some "smart charging" capabilities that won't discharge the battery like the current pack. I also understand that some sort of long-life battery will be released later in the year - something I can't wait for. I have suggested Blu to friends, and will continue to do so with enthusiasm!

I went online and researched all the ecigs I could find..Decided on Blu, I smoked my last cigarette 15 days ago, It was funny my cigs were gone and my Blu arrived just as I was going to buy another real pack...Well I charged them up, which did not take long as they come partially charged, and they did the trick, wish the cart lasted a little longer and the battery life is a little short, but the flavor and satisfaction is WONDERFUL.. As soon as I opened it and put on a cartomizers it was working great with good throat hits and even better vap. When i put the batteries on to charge there done in no time and work for a good while. Each cartomizers lasts for about 200 to 230 hits so just like they said. The only thing I can find wrong with them is they are very sensitive so I would carry them in the pack so they dont drain fast. I have nothing but good things to say about Blu Cigs and would recommend them to anyone.

As a smoker for over a dozen years, I was hesitant at first to switch over to a new form of nicotine absorption. Boy, was I wrong! The Blu Cig tastes great, gives a very adequate amount of nicotine, and makes it possible to "smoke" in areas where I previously was unable to smoke. I've tried the Classic Tobacco, Cherry, and Java Jolt flavors. They are all good, although I find myself partial to the Cherry flavored cartridges. I've been using the full-flavor cartridges, which provides a perfect amount of nicotine. The charger works well, and the battery lasts long enough to provide enough smoking experiences. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the Blu Cig and am very happy to have purchased the starter kit. I have subsequently ordered two more 5-packs of cartridges and plan on continuing to use the Blu Cig.

I had an issue with box not holdinga charge, they quickly sent a new one to replace it. The tobacco flavor is great.The amount of vapor is minimum. Can use it in the house without anyone saying anything. I haven't missed smoking since I have the blu cig, nor do I have a craving for one. The cigarette does need to hold the charge longer, the only flaw I can find. It dies very quickly. Customer service was very helpful and walked me through checking the box before the decision was made, "faulty box". Cost and value is good.

Shipping was decent for the black model--arrived in about 5 days and I was notified of shipment after 1. I am truly enjoying this product. The first problem that I had, however, was related to storing the extra battery. I took the cartridge part off to store the extra, not knowing that the spot for it was for the entire e-cig, so it slid down and I couldn't get it back out without slightly ripping the foam on the inside of the container. Not a big deal, I just don't want it to happen to anyone else after spending the money. Cigs smoke great, lots of vapor and the Magnificent Menthol flavor feels good going into throat and lungs. I'm a reg tobacco smoker but like the minty flavor. Battery life is better than I expected, and it charges extremely quickly. Cartridges are lasting longer than I had expected, however, I'm still smoking reg cigs but not nearly as much. All in all, I LOVE it!

I purchased the white starter kit with the Classic Tobacco filters which is comparable to Marlboro Reds. My only criticism is the weight of the battery- it is very end-heavy and doesn't feel like a real cigarette. You need to inhale pretty hard to get a good drag. Overall, it is a good product and I am going to keep it. The customer service online chat feature was helpful- I wanted to ensure I could return it within the trial period if needed. I am past the 30-day but probably would have kept it anyway. If/when I get the motivation to quit, Blu E-Cigs will be a very helpful tool.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		I'm very happy to have purchased Blu Cigs starter kit last month. It's a near perfect substitute for tobacco smoking by my experience. Blu Cig's flavor is good, its aroma and residue are 100% undetectable (which is a marked improvement over tobacco cigarettes), the strength of inhalation is fairly identical to a regular cigarette except you have to learn to draw slowly and steadily to achieve that real tobacco burst-of-inhalation. Also, Blu Cigs have a big price advantage over tobacco cigarettes given that they cost only $2.40 per cartridge (when purchased in a $12 five cartridge pack) and that's equivalent to one $7.50 pack of old fashioned cigarettes. NOTE to Ultra Light tobacco smokers: I tried the medium (equivalent to light strength) pack of cartridges because I wanted to be sure the nicotine strength and inhalation burst was going to be adequate starting out. I was wrong. I still enjoyed it but I should have gone ultra light. The ultralight flavor is the same as light's, but with less nicotine buzz. Lastly, the lithium batteries, tobacco juice cartridges, the included 2 types of battery rechargers and the battery/cartridge tote pack with battery booster all make for a very efficient and practical product design. Good value Blu Cig.
	Jason commented on July 29 2011: I purchased these 2 weeks ago.....the cartridge burns like crazy, burning my lips. They die in any wind or motion...the company refuses to refund for the cartridges despite this defect. I would NEVER recommend this product to anyone and would suggest trying any other brand. The customer care center was as UNHELPFUL as they could be and basically told me to keep buying extra batteries and cartridges to make up for those that burn the hell out of my mouth and to combat the wind which causes the unit to stay on, use up the entire cartridge, and get extremely overheated. This product SUCKS....run away!

If you really vape hard, you can draw one of these bats down in 30 minutes. blu needs to get some of the extra long manual battery like other brands offer. Good starter cig, but not long term keeper.

Only complaint I have is that the battery life isn't that great but the starter kit comes with an extra battery so while one is charging I use my spare. Definitely worth my money. Service Cost/Value		I've had me blu cig for about 2 weeks now,over all i like it it helped me significantly cut back on newports but not altogether i smoked about a pack and a half in two weeks,the battery life sux,the cherry crush sux tastes like your smoking robitussin,java jolt tastes like burnt popcorn with a hint of toe jam,haven't tried the classic tobacco but u can't go wrong with the menthol which might take you a few days to get used to, but u will start to like it,and finally the vanilla which i was iffy about ordering because i hate vanilla everything,but i did anyway cause my girl wanted to try it,and it turns out to be the absolute best flavor of them all,my next order will be one 5 pack of menthol and three 5 packs of vanilla! now for the really bad: on about two out of every 5 pack of cartridges i tried, id hit it about 10-15 times then i get this bad taste in my mouth like burnt plastic.so i took that cartridge apart because i take everything apart to see how it works,x boxs,ps3s eveything i own i take apart, just a habit.anyway i took it apart and inside is a wire that heats up to turn the liquid into vapor sort of like ur toaster heats up ,well thatwire is surrounded by some kind of synthetic material,and the synthetic material is surrounded by whay looks almost like a real cigarette filter which i guess holds the moisture,well the synthetic stuff that was surrounding the heating wire had a burn hole through it,aka the burnt plastic taste,im going to call the company to see if i can get the answer to what exactly that is made of,because im sure whatever it is it cant be any better for u to inhale than the chemicals in a regular cig, so my suggestion to you is if u taste the burnt plastic taste throw the cartridge out,ive thrown about 4 out of 25 out,its still cheaper than regular smokes if you throw 5 out of 25 out and alot more healthier

The battery life is very short, however, so make sure to have the charger or back-up battery with you. I was terribly dissatisfied with the customer service with the company. They sent me the wrong flavor with the starter kit (coffee instead of tobacco...YUCK) and refused to acknowledge their fault. I have sent them several complaints and requests for the correct flavor and they ignored my complaints. Its a nice product but their customer service is awful and not worth even dealing with.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		I recently purchased Blu with Classic Tobacco, Cherry Crush, and Magnificent Menthol cartomizers. I am really pleased with the product overall. I was a 25 year Marlboro smoker. I have not touched a real cigarette since receiving my Blu. The Classic Tobacco flavor does not taste like a real cigarette, but I was able to deal with it and after a day or two actually started liking it. A lot. After I got over the initial sore throat from using (maybe over-using) this product, I feel safe in saying that I will not go back to regular cigarettes. The Classic Tobacco flavor has a bit of a vanilla tone to it in my opinion. I do not taste any hint of a tobacco flavor in it at all. I wasn't really pleased with the Magnificent Menthol flavor at all as it did not produce much vapor. The Cherry Crush had a bit of a cough syrup taste to it to me at first, but it is not bad at all. In fact I can actually say that I like it. My only real complaint is that there is not a real tobacco tasting product in their cartomizer selection. The batteries have a decent amount of life. The charger pack works as advertised. I don't use the cartomizers until they are empty because after a while they do start to get a "burnt" taste to them. I have only experienced this with the Classic Tobacco cartomizers so far as I have not used up either a Cherry Crush or a Magnificent Menthol cartomizer as of yet. All in all, I would say that if you are looking to try out e-cigs as an alternative to smoking, you can not go wrong with Blu. Their customer service is very helpful. Their shipping is prompt. Their product is good.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		I've had my blu for 10 days now and so far, I love it. I have had exactly 4 analog cigarettes since last Wednesday. This is the first ecig that I have ever purchased. I had some issues with the battery life, and was told my customer service that the battery will actually begin to deplete if you leave it plugged in longer than the 1/2 hour or so that it takes to charge, and not to leave the battery plugged in to the pack when you're charging it. I had charged both overnight the day that I had the battery problem. Now that I unscrew the battery immediately it lasts about 1/2 a day and I immediately put it in the charging pack so I always have one charged. I only went through two cartridges in the first 8 days - at this rate, I'm saving about 4.50 a day, not to mention my health. In 6 more days the blu will have paid for itself and after a year, I will have saved over 1600 bucks. Needless to say I am thrilled with this product!

The package which carries two batteries, five refills and recharges the batteries is only available with blu and is one of the main reasons I went with blu. It is great. Once a battery signals it is low, I switch it out for the good one and screw the weak one in the pack and it recharges in about 1/2 hour. Then I unscrew it and it is ready to use when the other battery wears out. The refills seem to last a long time. I have yet to count the number of "drags" I get off each one, but one seems to last longer than a pack of real cigs does. I find taking double drags greatly increases the amount of vapor, which I like. Have not had to deal with customer service yet, but the initial order was sent with free shipping and arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Seems to be an effective alternative to smoking traditional cigarettes. Once I quit buying them, I started using the blu cig exclusively and don't miss the others much at all. Also, important to me - it is the only brand that has US made "juice". After lead based paint on toys and lead in toothpaste from China I want something that is produced under more stringent quality control. I think we have that in the US, or at least more so than in China.

They are high quality and you can't beat the value! other sites offer the same thing but charge double or tripple of what I payed. Flavor is pretty good. I love the look of blu: it's so much smaller than other e-cigs I've seen. I only have one complaint so far: I ordered menthol and I see tons of vapor, but I feel no throat hit of nicotine. I also ordered cherry and I feel a slight throat hit with those. Other than that it is a great product.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		I bought the Blucig about a year ago when the cartridge was in 2 parts, I hated it. There was hardly any vapor. I was bummed because I really wanted to switch from regular cigarettes to the electronic cigarettes. Then about a month ago I saw where the cartridge was all one piece. I ordered a pack in classic tobacco in Light, Vanilla in Light and Cherry in Light. I must say I was so very impressed and now actually prefer my Blucig to a regular cigarette. My favorite by far is the Cherry. My only complaint is the battery life, it is terrible. I am not a heavy smoker type or one that takes long hard drags. Even so the battery drains in about 2.5 hours. I bought a extra battery and now keep 2 charged at all times. It is nice you can charge in the pack and on your laptop, I also use the usb charger with a adapter in my car outlet. It still would be so nice if the battery lasted longer. I will deal with it to keep from going back to regular cigarettes.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		I ordered a BluCig starter pack with five cartridges (menthol flavor). In total, it was $69.99. At first it's a little tricky to use, but after some practice I have gotten very good at it. The menthol flavor is pretty nice, although it doesn't really give you the cool menthol feeling like regular cigarettes, since it's not actual mint (I guess). In terms of battery life, mine stays charged for a long time, and you are given two batteries that you can charge using the e-pack, as well as on a computer via the USB connection. Amount of vapor is a slight down-side, and I have had to learn to suck for quite a while to get as much vapor as I want, but I think the full-flavored cartridges will help with this (and I have only used the "light" cartridges, which give you 12mg of nicotine, as opposed to 16mg with the full-flavored ones). For $70 I highly recommend this as a first e-cig!

I have smoked cigarettes, but do not smoke them regularly, or have ever owned a pack unless they were clove cigarettes or cigars. My introduction into electric cigarettes start with the cheap and easily accessible greensmoke. I did not like greensmoke, but liked the idea of the electric cigarette. The specific reason I did not enjoy the greensmoke was because of its chemically after taste. There after I began my search for an effective, planned, and chemically monitered version of the greensmoke. I immediatelly fell upon this blu cigarette, and have no regrets or remorse for my buy. In reality I already bought one for my girlfriend in hopes that she could satisfy her nicotine needs, while seperating in her mind the difference between nicotine addiction versus combustion addiction. In short it has dramatically decreased her combustible cigarette consumption, which is great! I enjoyed it so much that now I have bought myself a kit and its the best 70 bucks for smoking I have ever spent. No complaints, flavors are great (not perfect), vapor is powerful, and the seperate charging device shows an intense devotion to creating a functional alternate to nicotine consumption.

The vapor is great, and so is the flavor... all except Java Jolt, which to me tastes like burnt coffee. The ONLY downside I have found is that the batteries only last about 3 hours before needing a charge... but I have 3 batteries now so it doesn't really affect me. Even with the short battery life, Blu is still #1 to me. I've got 2 other ecig brands with longer battery life and I still always reach for my Blu, based on flavor and vapor!!!!

I was a bit nervous at first because of the many negative reviews I ran across. However I've been using it for a couple of days and I have to say I'm impressed. Battery life is not that great but you have so many options to recharge the batteries - usb ports, outlet, or the charging case. And the design is great, looks stylish and exactly like a traditional cigarette (especially if you order the white model). The amount of vapor is really impressive too (you just need to know how to drag on it properly - it's not like a normal cigarette, you need to drag on it slowly for like 3 seconds or so). I ordered the classic tobacco flavor and it does taste a bit like vanilla coffee but as a coffee lover I am ok with it.

(READ ON FOR MORE ON TASTE). The cartidges I got with the starter kit went sour after 50 to 120 puffs, which isn't great as their website says a cartridge can last 200 to 250 puffs. Not sure if this is a defect in the ones I got, but as far as that goes I'm kinda bummed... ordered more, hope to not be dissapointed. The Battery Life is horrible, I am glad they give you 2 of them or it would really suck, a battery at full charge will last me not even a full day before I have to change it out, I always keep 1 charged for the case of this happening, and I like how the pack also charges the battery so you don't have to carry aroudn the charger. Other than that I'd totally recommend these for anyone looking to get out of the nasty smell that is cigarettes, fantastic alternative.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		I did try this brand first when I was introduced to it by a friend because I have tried to quite smoking so many times but I love it. I know it's bad for me, as does everyone who smokes, but the addiction is the clincher. Anyway, I tried the old model with the pack and 3 part system. I did like it, it was not as close to real smoke as I had hoped and did not stop smoking. I tried to smoke only that for a while, but it didn't last. I have since tried another brand when I noticed they had the 2 part system with the atomizer and flavor cartridge combined and I like it better. I am tempted to try this brand again because of the convienent chargable pack, but I have spent a lot of money trying this and have yet to stop smoking. I think the issue is that I like to smoke and giving that up is the hard part because these e-cigs really the next best thing to a real cigarette. I am attempting to committ myself to using only e-cigs very soon, and if that works I will be ordering this BluCig again as the value and pack are amazing.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		I don't mind that the menthol tastes like coffee, or the the LED light on the charger has faded only after 1 week of use. The thing that gets to me is that out of 5 cartridges, I only have 1 left after just 1 week. Is it because I smoke too much? No! I only take 10 puffs per sitting. Three out of the five cartridges broke. After about two - three smoking sessions with the three cartridges in question, they started to taste like what battery acid smells like. The flavor was gone and it actually stung a little to smoke. I bought more because I really want this to work. Hopefully I don't further regret this. I just called customer service to rectify this and he told me he can't help me because I was supposed to save the defective cartridge. Wow. Now I know and so do you.

Service Cost/Value		I've be researching and this is my 3rd e cig to try (always chosing the regular tobacco flavor), and the nasty flavor of Blu tobacco cartridges kill what could be a great e cig. Why do they make the tobacco flavor taste like an overly sweet cup of coffee with caramel? Just a fair warning...it tastes NOTHING like tobacco. Their CS rep said "all their flavor cartridges have the same base flavor" HUH? Guess I'm a little screwed since I ordered 2 more packs of the tobacco thinking this HAD to be a packaging mistake.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		I was introduced to this about a 2 months ago and can't get enough. One of my biggest complaints, and I suppose some people truly enjoy this, but the light at the end of the electronic cigarette is quite annoying. It is very obnoxious and attracts a lot of unwanted attention. I used flat black spray paint to conceal mine better (I purchased the black colored Blu electronic cigarette). Beyond that, the vaporizer effect is awesome. It is like smoking a mini hookah in some ways. One of the things that has kept me from smoking normal cigarettes is the unbearable smell they leave behind. The electronic cigarette doesn't do this and I appreciate that so much. Technically it's a bad thing (because smoking is bad for you), but I can't imagine I'd smoke if it wasn't for Blu electronic cigarettes. I also really like the appearance of the Blu electronic cigarrettes. They are well thought out and appear relatively professional. They do a lot of subtle things in the design that makes Blu stand out above the rest. Any others I've considered purchasing have looked ridiculous and cheap. Overall, Blu has been a great experience for me.

The design is attractive, it is easy to use, and the classic tobacco flavor gives the feeling of classical hukka smoking which i like. I am however disappointed with the overall experience. The vapor is thin and little and the battery life too short. Planning to continue experimenting with ecigs, but will try different brands most probably.

But when i saw the movie THE TOURIST-- johnny depp smoking an ecig, i started browsing the internet for the best ecig. From NJOY to LOGIC to BLU CIGS. And by far, BLU CIGS takes the flag!!! THe amount of vapor it produced, the taste (uh, java volt is revolting-eww gross), and the price. Nothing Beats BLU CIGS. I have smoked for 24 years and wanted an alternative to smoking. The only think i dont like is that they changed to Johnson creek smoke juice. I got the java jolt and magnificent menthol. The menthol isn't minty more of a light vanilla & the java is the most disgusting thing I've ever tasted! It literally made me gag! I'm pretty sure that if you call customer support you can order empty cartomisers which is what I'm gunna do next time I order. But, as for the hardware, I wouldn't hesitate to buy the blu brand again.

I was near a pack a day smoker for 7 years and its been 4 days and not only have I not smoked a real cig, I havent even had a craving for one. I would recommend this to anyone that is not going to be a little baby about the fact that you cant feel the vapor or make stupid compliants about it. It's not a real cig but its the next best thing and will definately help you quit!

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		I have been a pack/day smoker for 25 years. In the last 6 years, I've quit 6x--- and always went back. I tried everything-- patches, gum zyban, cold turkey. I was about to ask my doctor about Chantix (blech) when I met someone vaping a Blu e-cig. I asked him about it, and he said he'd been a very heavy smoker-- 2 packs/day-- and hadn't touched an 'analog' cigarette in a month. I was sold. I ordered Blu and got it 2 days later (I paid for express shipping-- ground is free). I got it Friday. It is now Sunday, and I've had only 2 real cigarettes in more than 48 hours. The beauty thing about Blu is NO WASTE. I don't feel I have to smoke a whole cigarette because of the expense or the waste-- I just take a couple drags off Blu, and I'm good. Is it EXACTLY the same? No. It's not as strong as a real cig, and you do have to pull harder. But the lung-hit sensation feels actually kinda good, and the satisfaction is there! And no smoker's hack for 2 mornings! My skin already looks better, my sense of taste and smell are coming back. My teeth are already whiter, and my nails too! I noticed something else too-- I didn't reach for it first thing after waking up. I puttered around for about a 1/2 hour before I felt a nic fit. Reg cigs, I was lighting up before my eyes were open! And the cartomizers last a long time-- my first one lasted 2 days. I am WAY sold on this. I really think I can get the nic demon off my back now.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		After receiving the Blu Cigarette, I was ready to finally give up smoking. I really didn't feel like this was a substitute. I did think that there were several pros. The Blu ecig has impressive battery life and is very easy to charge with the portable charger. The free shipping makes it extremely easy to order replacements. However, I think the products pros are greatly outweighed by the cons. Despite ordering the strongest cartridges, the nicotine buzz from this ecig doesn't compare to a real cigarette. The cigarette itself is fairly heavy and doesn't look at all like a real cigarette which draws a lot of attention to it. The flavors were okay but the 'real tobacco' flavor tastes NOTHING like real tobacco. The vapor produced by the blu is very thin and requires a drag far beyond a normal cigarette. I was generally unimpressed and would not recommend the product to others looking for a substitute.

Then they tried to charge me for something I didn't order. I've taken care of them, now with blu, the smoke does have a hind of a cigar odor, but isn't bad at all. the price is the best. the delivery time is next. I'm currently trying to arrange to distribute this as well. five stars for me.

I have tried the e cigarette brand, the green smart living, the xhale O2, and the blu and I can honestly say the blu blows them away. My buddy compared the green nicotine brand and can honestly say the blu blows it out of the water as well. I am not an employee of blu I am just a guy who loves his e cigs living in sandy utah. The blu produces the best taste by far (I'm using the magnificent menthol cartridges) as well as massive clouds of vapor. The taste of the menthol cartridges can be compared to a hint of vanilla with a mint taste and neither taste is overwhelming. In fact to me the taste is nothing less than perfect. The charger pack is nothing less than awesome and is extremely convenient. I will say that the battery life isn't the best but good enough for me. Also, the instructions online are outdated and the new 2 piece system are ever so slightly different than the details listed online. None of the downs are very bad at all and this is still the best e cig on the market. Highly suggested. I will also mention lastly, I have never been a smoker in my life, but this e. cig is too great to put down!

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		I just got the Blu starter pack last week, and since then, I have had 4 whole real cigarettes, when I was close to a pack a day. This is easily the best thing to happen to my efforts to quit smoking. The problem with nicotine patches or gum is that they do nothing for the actual cigarette replacement. After a while, you really miss the feel of the cigarette in your hand or your mouth or the "smoke" that you're inhaling and exhaling. Blu is much more effective, because they've realized that being addicted to cigarettes is not just physical, but mental as well. I was a menthol smoker, and the "Magnificent Menthol" flavor is great. It's not over-powering. The vapor packs last a very long time. The first one I used, I used it for an entire weekend. The battery life isn't great, but it gives you two charging options: Wall Outlet and USB. And with the two sticks that come with the starter kit, you're set. Overall, Blu is really amazing. Yes, you're still going to have the nicotine, but you're not inhaling DEADLY CARCINOGENS any more, and that's what really makes this near-perfect.

Having tried other ecigs in the past, I will say I really like how small and light the blu cig is. I got the black, and I think the black and blue is a really nice touch. I chose cherry and it tastes a bit like chap stick. I think next time I'll get the menthol or regular tobacco flavor. I will say, when you inhale you cant "feel" the vapor in your mouth like a regular cigarette. So it takes a bit to get used to how to take a drag to get the right amount for YOU. The battery dies quickly but I like the on the go charging pack.

They completely take away the craving and help me cut down on smoking. The filters last forever and the batteries have good life. I would not trade these for anything. I would expect a small cloud but what i get is a massive smoke cloud. i wish i could have a green led light but other than that i have no complaints. i love blu cigs!

Service Cost/Value		A friend told me that he quit smoking real cigarettes by using these electronic cigarette and that they are less harmful than real cigarettes to you and others. I asked him to get me a pack or kit like his. The Blu Cigs came in 1 week and I was smoking both real cigs and Blu cigs for about a week and the taste for a real cig went out the door. The Blu cig has a different taste and feel but it works. Blu cigs have a good vapor pull and taset good too. I would recommend Blu cigs to anyone. If your looking to quit then try the Blu Cigs they work and last all day for me.

We through a friend just started the Blu cigs and they are great! Since we got the kit I haven't smoked a real cig in a week. My Blu cig has the perfect amount of vapor smoke and it last for a whole 8 hrs work day. I like that I can recharge it right in the pack anywhere. I don't smell like smoke my breath smells good and I can stop spending all my money on gum, mints, body sprays, just to cover up the smell of a real cigarette. Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		I ordered a blu cig starter kit in black this past Wednesday. I just received it today (Saturday). I was happy to see it in the mail after only 3 days because I had read some horror stories about blu cig shipping. Everything came as promised. I love the look of blu... it's so much smaller than other e-cigs I've used. I only have one complaint so far... I ordered menthol and I see tons of vapor, but I feel no throat hit of nicotine. I also ordered cherry and I feel a slight throat hit with those. Am I doing something wrong? I've tried dragging regularly, and I've also tried dragging long and slow... no luck. The throat hit is the part of a cigarette that I crave... I hope it gets better. Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions would be great. Thanks fellow blu smokers.

I have been smoking since I was 15 and as active as I have been throughout my life I have noticed my health start to decrease gradually over the years. I have a pregnant wife whom is also a smoker...I have read reviews on all of these different brands of e-cigs and ultimately have chosen BLU, I am placing my order as I write this, I am excited to hopefully quit smoking and wish the same for my wife. The BLU is a little more pricy, and only available online but I feel the investment is worth it. Also I spoke with a customer service rep there, she informed me that BLU would be available in stores within 3 months, I hope she wasn't just blowing water vapor up my ... :)

Have owned for one week and have only smoked 4 regular cigarettes since receiving the Blu cig and that was only because I let both batteries run down. The taste is great (normally smoke Doral Lights)and the Blu cig gives off a lot of vapor which makes it seem like I'm smoking a regular cig. The Blu cig is easier to use than others I've seen because you only have to snap the 'butt' onto the battery so there's no messy drops to worry with. The recharge pack is easy for carrying the extra butts and spare battery in and it lasts for a long time once it is fully charged (take the time to fully charge everything before you start using it!) I'm in my 60's and have smoked since I was 14. I am hoping to be able to fully quit but if not then the Blu cig is something my wife can live with. She loves the fact that there is no smell and says she no longer has to kiss an ashtray. My daughter-in-law convinced me to store one in inside an empty Doral pack for the first few days of use so that it absorbed the smell of the Dorals as well as I was able to open my regular pack and remove a "cig" out so it seemed more like my usual routine. It helped make the transition smoother and now I store in the Blu cig recharge pack. I did have 2 butts that leaked a small amount of nicotine but otherwise everything has been great. I am definitely thrilled with my purchase and will continue using the Blu cig.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		I bought the Blu cigs after my friend had recommended them and I was able to try hers. She had tried another brand beforehand and said the Blu's were better because it was easier to inhale the vapor (the other one's you really had to drag hard on). I also chose the Blu because I thought their cartridges were refillable due to a misleading representation on Johnson Creek Smoke Juice's website. I really like the Blu's. They are smaller than other one's that I have seen. I like the black with the blu light and many people notice them, which helps spark up (no pun intended) some conversations about smoking and trying to quit smoking. With the Blu's I can honestly say I have no more desire for a real cigarette. I've tried a couple times and ended up putting them out. II should confess, however, I was never a heavy smoker. I consider myself a social smoker who has gone back and forth with cutting back and quitting, but never fully quit. I also work in a bar where smoking is allowed and that's when I find the urge to smoke is the most- while conversing with smokers. There is a drawback however to the Blu's- something that is misleading if you are interested in refilling the cartridges to save money, for a "healthier" smoke juice alternative (regular e-cig cartridges have polypropylene glycol where as you can refill them with a vegetable glycerin alternative) and/or for flavors that are unavailable with your e-cig brand. You can't refill the Blu cartridges. Now, if you go to the Johnson Creek Smoke Juice website, they will list Blu as one of their partners. This is because the Blu's use Johnson Creek Smoke Juice in their cartridges, not because they are refillable. I had already purchased the accessories to refill my Blu's along with some Smoke Juice, and when I contacted Smoke Juice customer service about how to refill them, they informed me then that they are not refillable. They then refer me to the same partner page with the Blu cigs on them and said that that was a page listing e-cigs that were refillable. I responded that the Blu cigs are listed there: That's why I bought them! I did not receive a reply, nor information on how to return the supplies I bought.
	robert commented on June 25 2011: i refill mine all the time just pull the plastic plug off with a bobby pen and look inside theres a hole and some stuff that looks like cotton just drip 6 drops of any smoke juice into the cotton and you have a full cardomizer again its that simple ive refilled mine a bunch of times and its still burning like new. i use halo smoke juice it really has a serious throat hit and looks just like smoke its kinda trippy try it youll love it real talk.
	Jeff commented on April 21 2011: You can pull the little plug off the end of the cartomizer to get access to the nicotine wad if you want to try that method. The built-in atomizer isn't as high quality as 3 piece designs so it won't last as long, but it is possible to reuse it a few times.

Service Cost/Value		I decided I was tired of being a smoker and having to go outside to get my nicotine fix, not being able to smoke in certain rooms in my house when I have company over, and all the other problems associated with it (Cost, health, smell, etc). I bought the Blu starter kit and a few packs to go with it. After just 2 full days using it, I went from one pack to just one cigarette a day. The 2 batteries last long enough to get me through work, which is generally about 50 minutes outside smoking, before they both need recharged. The recharging pack left me with no worries about running out at work or anywhere else I go for several hours at a time. The vapor cloud is very close to what I got smoking Marlboro 100's, while the hit is close to that of a light. For how I smoke, I'm getting roughly one cart equal to one pack of cigarettes. I believe Blu has made a very good product and they're asking a reasonable price for it. I recommend it along with other high-quality e-cigs because you definitely get more than what you pay for.

It is a bit strange at first, getting used to there being no smoke and no flame, but the flavor is fairly comparable to a smoke cigarette and the nicotine dose is absolutely the same feel as having smoked an 'old-fashioned' one. I am very much looking forward to lighting this up in some place where people may look at me intently but I'll still be enjoying the benefits of a cigarette without any of the disadvantages. This is enough to motivate me to 'get used to it', and the price compared to cartons of regular cigs is an absolute plus. I guess I am SOLD on BLU!!!

I guard these from my friends with my life! There is a lot of vapor and the battery lasts forever. My work doesnt allow us to smoke but now that I have these I can smoke all I want and my boss cant do anything about it. In the future I am planning on cutting down the dosage and eventually quitting. I am even getting my friends to all convert to blu! I love you blu cigs!

Service Cost/Value		I bought this 2 weeks ago.And it sucks big time.The batteries you got to charge every hour.The flavor in the cartridges does'nt last long and the you get a burnt metal taste.There is no 250 puffs in a cartridge,maybe 30 at the most.Cherry and coffee flavors are just plain awful.YUK.The only one that tastes good is the menthol.All I can say is don't waste $70.00 like I did.

When the cost of real cigarettes skyrocketed, I decided to do some research and buy one. I would see blu being advertised on the net and always liked the look of it. In the end I decided to go with blu. What a great choice! I never got my confirmation email and called blu's costumer service. They were very helpful and the blu started pack arrived in just a few days. I never was heavy smoker, so blu worked well for me and my battery does do me justice. I get good vapor and love the feel and size of blu. The case holds my atomizers and charges my batteries on the go. Great price and Great product!!! B)

I sampled a Green Smoke that my sister purchased and enjoyed it, but it is a little too pricey, so I did research and selected Blu. I really like the charging pack/carrying case. The cig is attractive and lightweight. I like the initial taste of the Cherry Crush and Java Jolt, but do not like the prolonged, unusual after taste. It lasts for an extended period of time. I can still taste it over an hour after using unless I eat a snack or gargle. The Java Jolt is intense, but not a flavor that I would want to use all day. I don't drink coffee every day and when I do it is only in the morning. There are only 4 flavors available, so options are slim. I do not like menthol cigs so that leaves me with 3 choices. With so many e cig users wanting different flavors for variety, you would expect all the companies to be marketing a bigger selection. I was very disappointed they discontinued the vivid vanilla. The battery life seems a little low. I made sure both batteries were completely charged before using it the first time. I used one battery the equivalent of approximately 6 regular cigarettes and had to recharge. The throat hit is fair if you take a long, slow draw. The amount of vapor is adequate with a long draw. Not sure I will keep this e cig due to the unpleasant, prolonged after taste and the cartridge flavors being so limited. You are not permitted to use other cartridges with this e cig.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		This is the first e-cig I have tried. Ordered the starter kit on Thursday morning, it arrived in the mail Monday. At first they seem to work great, but there is no 250 puffs in there. After 20-30 puffs they start to taste wierd and vapor production is decreased. I prefer the menthol and cherry flavors. If I puffed a cigarette the way you have to puff the blu for vapor, I would be done in about 2 drags. The battery life is questionable, it seems like you are constantly charging something, mostly the cig batteries. They work good after a fresh charge, but I think I will need extras to keep up with the low length of life. I have decided to try and refill the flavor cartridges myself to save some money and see what all is out there. I ordered a sample kit from Johnson Creek. I really like the product, but the performance dramatically decreases over time. If they would have spent a little bit less on engineering the fancy box, they would of had a few bucks left over to invest in the performance of the batteries.

I wanted to alert you that it may void your warranty if you refill them yourself with other e-liquid. I have read that you are only permitted to use their cartridges. I may return mine and order another brand e cig with more choices. Smoke Tip has great reviews. I have a friend who has used that brand for over a year and they have numerous flavor choices. I understand that these companies want to sell cartridges as that is where the money is, but they need to offer adequate flavors options so we don't feel the need to refill them with other e-liquid. If they don't want to offer more flavors......let us refill!

But I am very very confused about the charging process, as my unit blinks instead of the light turning off or on. Does not fit the directions at all. The charge doesn't seem to last long on the actual cartridge - maybe 20 minutes while being used. I tried to get a hold of customer service and they never got back to me. So that is upsetting. That will be why I give it a low score on battery life. Maybe mine is defective? Love the flavor of the menthol. In the meantime i'll 'try' again to get a hold of customer service.

Service Cost/Value		i am 22 years old i have been a smoker for about 2 1/2 years i used to hate smokers so gross then i became addicted i had to have one all the time in the car before bed at work after work before work all the time then i started slowing down then it was just a habit i wasnt having a need just felt weird without my newport im really big on my teeth so when i started seeing my teeth turn from beautiful pearls to looking like popcorn i was pissed started looking at my self started to smell it so i stopped for a month but its hard to just stop when my boyfriend would still smoke around me so i started again on and off ive finally decided to just stop fighting it and say IM A SMOKER so i got the blu cig its a little weird definitely not a real cig i take a hit sometimes and im like where is the vapor maybe im just not doing it right and i wish they would have given more details like how long do the cartidges last im not a crazy smoker like before a pack will last me two months now days will my cartridge last that long battery life is ok either way you get two batteries and the pack will charge it so it dont really matter i got the lights but i think they are almost too light im just comparing that to the marborlo skyline over all its ok for what it is but honestly i still miss cigs maybe i miss the tar and toxins but knowing my teeth and clothes and car are safe from smell and changing colors i guess its worth it i wish they would have a multi-pack of cartridges some light some full flavors maybe one with every flavor so i could see which one i liked but i guess blu has to make money some way

I'm confident this will change the tobacco industry for ever! Smoke in the bars (people will come up to you by the froves!), resterants, supermarkets, anybody cars, dorms, the possibilites are endless. Closet smokers will never have to worry about the smell of disgusting cigeretts EVER again! I'm sure their will be resistance from the big tobacco companies but sure they will soon enter the new tobacco-less market. Great product, great flavors, and the batery is long lasting when used correctly. NOTE: I'm sick of seeing the bad reviews online regarding battery life. As the directions state, if you incorrectly use the battery's from the start, you will have issues. Just like most cell phone batteries, you want to make sure the battery is fully charged before the fist use. Yes, even if there is high battery life during assembly you want to completely charge the batteries before the 1st puff. Secondly, you want to completely drain the battery every time before plugging it in. I have no problem getting a full day out of one battery. And the best part, the starter kit includes a case with built in charger. Try to find other quality kits under $100.00 with this great option, not going to happen. No need to have a wall out everytime you need a charge or buying AC/DC converts. Shipping was lightning fast and for a mini e-cig, the vapor is great. A cannot beat this product for the price, period.

Why would I, these are so close to the same thing, cheaper, healthier and DONT STINK UP MY LIFE. I am so happy. I am also still on my 2nd cartridge after one week. Love this product!!! My batteries last just as long at those other batteries. Depends how many puffs are taken. Yes, I have had to change batteries several times a day, but that was because I puff way too much. I go through one cartridge in about a day and a half. That was my habit with real cigs. It is cheaper than real cigs overall.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		I received my Blu Cig a few days ago and I am farely happy with it. Before I got it I noticed I was smoking Black and Milds more often than I would like to considering the build of stress in my life. So I decided this had to change because obviously it wasn't healthy. I got my Blu Cig and charged both batteries to full before using it. When I open the box the Cherry cartomizers I ordered were very fast to touch my nose. When the batteries where charged I loaded a cartomizer in and went to work. Initially I felt a solid throat hit and was surprised by it, but this seemed to die down a bit. For about the first day and a half I thought the vapor production was sub-par but the flavor was pretty good. By the second day and maybe half way through my first cartomizer I had to change batteries. I am now on my fourth day or so of using the Blu. I have not had a craving for an analog yet and I am a little happier with the vapor production but not the battery longevity. However, having the charger pack and extra battery helps with this alot. I plan on trying new e-juice combinations soon. I am overall very happy with this product. Plus my wife really appreciates the fact that I don't smell like smoke and I'm happy that I can now vape in the house!

At this point in my life cigarettes cost about $150 a month, as such, I have decided to quit. Within two days of using this product, I have made the switch, and do not "extremely" crave a traditional cigarette, which as many of you may know, is quite a accomplishment in itself. Lets face it, I truly do enjoy smoking cigarettes. However, I am kind of over smelling like an ashtray, having my teeth be yellowed, and knowing how much damage I have done to my body. If you are looking for a product that mimics a cigarette ie: gives a killer buzz with the same exact feeling as a cigarette, this product may not be for you. However, as I mentioned, this product is helping me quit smoking traditional cigarettes, and the $70, is a far cry from the cost of patches, and all things considered, cold turkey has not been effective in the past. I place battery life as a 1, just because I have changed the battery several times for one cartridge, which is rather confusing to me, but perhaps I have not fully charged the battery, I will attempt other means. All in all, fantastic product, and dare I say, "safer".

I thought I could use juice to refill cartages since Johnson Creek is advertised on their site and they are on Johnson Creek's. Not so. You must buy the disposable cartages with no chance to experience any other flavors or save money.. then what Blu offers. no other blanks will fit their models. Customer service stinks.. wish I would have chosen another brand.. Im now shopping for one. Batter life is also horrible. No wonder they give you a mobile pack to charge with. You need it and the spare just to be able to smoke.

The new improved , two part blu cigs are great! The old blu cigs did not produce enough vapor, and sometimes a nasty tasting liquid would leak in my mouth. When i found out that blu cigs improved their product by having 2 parts and producing more vapor , I was happy to give them another try. The new blu cigs are great! Blu cigs have good vapor, nice rechargeable carrying pack, great price, and love the two piece with the atomizer built in to the cartridge. I am glad i do not have to worry about replacing the atomizer. I would recommend the new and improved blu cigs to all my friends.

I love the charger pack that comes with it, knowing even if I'm away from an outlet or computer for a few days I'll still be able to recharge then batteries. The batteries seem to last most of the day and the cartomizers last a lot longer than I thought they would. I've been doing my research and am very excited to start trying new eliquid flavors. It only took five business days to arrive. Over all, I would definitely recommend Blu products to anyone wanted to give vaping a try.

The packs that the Blus come in are perfect, providing a portable charger and multiple cartridges for those who are frequently on the go. I own the original model with the atomizers that are separate from the cartridges. This model works great, however the atomizers occasionally get clogged. They can be easily cleaned by blowing on the atomizer and tapping the ecig on a table, as if you're packing a single cigarette. The flavor cartridges are very full and strong, very closely emulating a real cigarette. Customer service is amazing! When you call, you immediately get to speak to a real person. I love my Blu ecig and would never purchase any other brand!

The eliquid is from Johnson creek and tastes great though the VG liquid it comes with does not give as much of a throat hit than the PG. You can buy either through their website. I am very pleased wth all the available flavors and the throat hit is good when the battery is fully charged.I am a heavy vaporer and I found that the batteries only last about an hour probably due to the small size of the ecig. Maybe I'll try new batteries. Overall I give this a 3 due to the great flavor and small size of this ecig

This is my first e-cig and i must say I'm very pleased. I will be trying to switch from smoking to vapping. I went from smoking a pack a day to having a pack last me 4 days!!! As for the Blu itself, the only disapointment is the battery life. But, I knew that going in and you have the many options to keep them charged. My only other problem with it is that its hard to find empty carts for it. I just ordered juice for it and I'm gonna try to just drip with what I have. Nice starter kit for its price, but would recommend going with something that you can get empty carts with so you can mix your own juice.

I was initially somewhat confused when I attempted to assemble the e-cig because there were still separate atomizers in the kit even though Blue Cig has switched to an all in one design with their new cartridges. That's when I decided to read the instructions :) The blu carrying pack was already pre-charged and I was taking my first drag in about 5 minutes after that. You will definitely have to experiment with this, but I seem to get the best result when holding the cig facing the floor - this somehow makes more vapor come out. I have been smoking this cig for 2 days now and only "cheated" with the real cig twice. You definitely do get the nicotine buzz and there isn't much harshness, at least not with the menthol cartridges I got. I would give this kit a 4 out of a 5 with my very limited use so far. I think this is a great kit and you may even try experimenting with refills from smoke juice web site.

Both my partner and I love IT!!!! I wish these were around 30 years ago. I would have never smoked the real thing! The hardest part about quitting for me was not having a cigarette while drinking beer!!!! now I don't have to worry that I'll smoke a real cig. when i drink. We puffed on one for a few minutes prior to charging to a full battery, and we were nicely impressed. It was a little heavy in the hand and front heavy, but we quickly adjusted to it. I tried alternating between a reg. cig and the blu cig to take the difference. I was amazed that there really wasn't much difference between the two, as far as taste. The blu cigs were smoother, and of course, no smell. I've only tried the classic tabacco, but our next order will include the cherry and java jolt! So far, we consider us repeat customers and have no qualms about sticking with blu and forgetting about reg. cigs!

When I had trouble getting through some rough spots I talked to my son who had purchased the Blu Cigarette to help curb his smoking. When I found out you could get them with out the nicotine I felt it would be worth a try to help me get through. It REALLY has helped me, I just use it when I feel the urge, or when I am around other smokers in a social situation, other times I don't even think about it. It has definately helped me to not pick up a real cigarette and start that terrible habit again. But... I was VERY confused when I opened the package as they aparantly changed the style of atomizer since my son purchased his but did not change the instructions. The atomizer is included in all cartridges, but they are probably better that way. I have no problem with the amount of "smoke" or battery life, as there are 2 batteries and they charge quickly. I think that the folks at Blu Cigarette are listening and making changes as needed. I also like the idea that they are made in USA.

I used two separate cartridges with no luck and was ready to send it back. I then tried one more cart and it finally worked! The carts last a while and the battery life is pretty solid (2 carts). I have also been getting a lot of looks lately when using this product as people think I'm crazy when I now "smoke" inside of a building. What I initially liked about the Blu brand was its detachable atomizer which made replacing the liquid very easy instead of buying pre-filled carts. But recently they have changed that and now the atomizer is built into each cart which leads me to believe that they are very cheap. I was impressed by all the vapor this e-cig produced and so far has hit solid for well over fifty puffs. Lastly this brand has a very sleek look to it and is very appealing to the eye.

I'm using it to try to kick real cigarettes, and it really does help take the edge off. I get the psychological fulfillment of "Smoking" without having to smoke an actual cigarette. I'm not using it much, but it's great to take a puff or two when I start to get anxious. As for the product itself, the smoke feels authentic enough, and has a little kick just like a real cigarette. The box with built in battery charger is totally handy, too. If I had to make one complaint, I guess I wish the cigarette itself weren't so heavy. You can't really leave it dangling from your mouth like a regular cig, but what are you gonna do -- batteries are heavy. Other than that, I'm totally thrilled and my cigarette cravings are dissipating. If you've tried other stop smoking methods but are still puffing away, give these a try.

I just received a different brand, and the vapor is amazing! I think I may have just gotten a defective one, so I am looking into sending it back. The reuseable atomizer might the downfall as well. Hopefully if I choose to give blu another try it will be a better experience just like the promise.

Service Cost/Value		I've been a smoker for more than 13 years, and I've tried every type of smoking cessation aid on the market and nothing has ever helped, BluCig was not only addicting (in a good way) from drawing me away from real cigarettes, I feel almost no difference in its functions. Definitely recommend!!! The battery life on Blu is perfect, it's got a wall and USB charger, and so long as you're mindful (like you are with your laptop), you won't have a problem with the battery like other reviewers have claimed. I've never tried the other flavors, but I love the menthol flavor and have never felt the need to switch it up. The one thing I will say about Blu, and about all other e-cigarettes is that even if your state allows e-cigs indoors, be respectful of others around you and smoke outdoors when you can. It's simply not worth the time to explain to others how e-cigs work.

Whats nice about the Blu is the price and what you get for your money. It comes with two complete e-cigs. I havent even touched the second one. Im holding off till the one I'm using goes bad, which I hope never does. I also love the charging pack that comes with it. The conveinience factor has helped greatly in helping me quit real cigs. The only down sides to the blu are the battery life, just make sure when your not using it that its charging and ready to go when you do need it. Another thing is the inconsistent vapor hits you get from it. This can be fixed by purchasing e-liquid from a supplier and refilling the cartridges yourself. Other then those two problems the Blu is great and has changed my life. My smokers cough went away a week after using the blu. I can finally breathe again!

Service Cost/Value		I'll preface this by saying I ordered my blu cig just as they switched from the separate atomizer cartridge to cartridges that include the atomizer. I've read that better hits are attained through the new design, but I'm happy with the old setup. When I run out of cartridges (blu cig sent me 42 free cartridges in the starter pack!) I can just order the new design. I really like the fact that you have a cigarette-like pack that charges the batteries and is convenient to carry around. If I purchased a different e-cig, I'd be afraid of losing it. With the pack, you don't have this problem. The vapor hits are very smooth, but there is an odd aftertaste after a little while, which is basically when you know it's time to stop, instead of coming to the end of a regular cigarette. Very clean buzz, and productive. Nicotine helps me focus when I take breaks every day, so I only go outside to vape as my "smoke/thinking" break. Perfect! The vapor is strong, with a lot to play around with. I can blow smoke rings, do french inhales, and everything I used to love when playing with regular smoke. Highly recommended.

I really do enjoy them and it is great t use when you can smoke in certain placed. They send samples of other flavors, which I was not really into until I tried them. I love the vanilla, but when I went to order it, they have discontinued it. I contacted them and they told me they may bring it back as a seasonal deal. I sure hope they do. They give you two batteries, so my boyfriend and I are both using the one starter kit and it is working out great. At first, I thought mine was leaking on the drawl, as you can hear an air leak. My boyfriend put tape around his to a bigger drag. I knew you should not have to do this, so I contacted customer service, and they told me to try a few things and then told me not to drawl so hard. Service Cost/Value		I purchased this kit for several reasons: 1) I wanted to be able to smoke in my home (and friends' homes) without the pervasive smell of smoke permeating everything; 2) I wanted to be able to reduce (and possibly eliminate) my traditional tobacco cigarette usage without giving up the effects of nicotine; and 3) I wanted to save money over purchasing traditional tobacco cigarettes. I can honestly say that blu e-cigs fit the bill on all 3 counts. I was visiting a non-smoking friend, and asked if I could use the blu e-cig inside his house. Once I explained how it worked, he agreed, and I was able to "smoke" in his house, which was much more pleasant than having to go outside in sub-freezing winter weather just to have a cigarette. While I have not cut out traditional cigarettes altogether, I have definitely reduced my consumption dramatically. Once I got used to how the blu e-cig operated and had used it for a few days, I got used to the flavor & vapor, and found that smoking a traditional cigarette tasted sort of...odd. I expect my consumption of traditional cigarettes will continue to decline. Concerning the blu e-cig in particular, I do notice that the battery does not last as long as I had hoped, but as soon as I put a new battery on the cartridge, I immediately charge the depleted battery, so I'm never without a charged spare if I need it. It took a few days to get the hang of using the e-cig & getting a satisfactory amount of vapor, but now I have no problems whatsoever. The starter kit comes with 5 each of 5 different flavor cartridges (25 total), and I originally thought that I wouldn't like any of the flavors other than Classic Tobacco, but I must say that the flavors are very subtle, and actually quite nice. I think Vivid Vanilla is my favorite so far - slightly sweet but in no way cloying or overbearing. In summary, I would definitely recommend the blu e-cig to friends (I actually have already!), and am very pleased with my purchase.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		I used BLU Cigs for 2 months. During those two months I tried multiple atomizers, multiple batteries and multiple flavors at several different nicotine levels until I finally just gave up. The batteries cannot be used for more than half a day (and I am not a heavy user), the atomizers are extremely finicky, and the cartridges are inconsistent as to the amount of time they will last. The company's delivery times for products were very slow and their email notification system is almost non-existent. My best advice to someone interested in trying BLU is to not waste your time or money.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		I bought my girlfriend the blu kit, and she was impressed with it so her mom's sister's boyfriend also decided to get it. He has been smoking less cigarettes and it's only been a week and all half. He decided to go for the full flavor as opposed to the lights my girlfriend got, she will probably switch to the full flavor as well. The full flavor resembles regular cigarettes a lot more, even though she used to smoke lights. She has a battery problem with her kit, but the 1 year warranty on blu e-cigarettes is making the process a lot easier. The kit is well constructed and not made of cheap plastic and adhesive.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		Delivery was fairly expediant. If you are a heavy smoker, expect to use more than the average amount claimed. Feels different than smoking a regular cigarette but it does satisfy nicotine addiction without as many health risks. Being able to smoke in a public place is a bonus. The batteries die fairly quickly which can be a hinderance while away from home. Definitely take one or two spare batteries if you are going to be out for more than 3 to 4 hours. Overall, I feel this is an excellent way to quit smoking.

The product comes with a usb charger and I purchased a cigarette lighter adapter at 7-11 convenience store for the usb charger so I can charge it in the car, the laptop and the Blu Cigs case. I got the light flavor, and it is perfect for me. I showed it to my doctor today and he thought it was great. my dentist would prefer no nicotine and the product comes in non-nicotine. The e-cig was approved for use during dental implants by my dentist. No nicotine is preferred by dentists but this one he said was ok. Shipping is rather slow on refill cartridges so best to order 2 boxes and its cheaper also. I have had 3 atomizers go out on me and one battery since October. I have to mail them back, It was easier for me to just order and pay for the product and send the defects in for credit later. Battery life is the worst problem but cell phones die and we recharge them too! Such is life. Charge it! The pack works best when fully charged

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		Delivery was ok, took about 8 days to come in. When I got my blu cig first thing I did was to completely charge it and the battery life has been good. At first I wasn't getting a lot of vapor but I found that it works best when inhaling slowly. You have to kind of 'milk' the vapor. If you suck too fast you won't get a lot of smoke. I got the light flavors but I feel like they're a little too weak; going to get full strength next time and see how they are. Overall blu cigs are great and I don't miss the nicotine sticks I used to smoke at all.
	Stacie commented on March 14 2011: When I first tried blu cigs, the cartridges were a 2 piece design. They were okay, but didn't produce enough vapor for me, and I usually had to pull the inner part out of the cartridge to get all the foil off so it would work properly. I eventually quit buying them. When I heard blu had a new design with the atomizer built into the cartridge, I decided to try them again. Wow! They are so much better! They are much easier to use, produce more vapor, and last longer than the old cartridge design! I'm down to about 3-4 regular cigarettes per day, and only smoke them because I have them.... once they're gone, I do not plan to buy anymore cigarettes! I normally smoke light cigs, so when I first ordered blu cigs, I ordered the "lights". I now order the "high", and like them better. No more smelly hands, hair, clothes, or bad breath! And, I can now "smoke" in my house and car! I think the cartridges are reasonably priced, and I love the fact they always offer free shipping! I love my blu cigs!

Service Cost/Value		i shopped around the internet a lot and did a lot of homework so i could get my girlfriend the nicest e-cigarette around. she ended up getting GreenNicotine from a mall kiosk for a pretty good price ($80.00 after tax) but it only came with 2 cartridges, 1 battery, and no case. i thought this was the best deal for the money (25 cartridges, 2 batteries, and a case for $60 after coupon), and it also got great reviews and looked cool. i was really impressed with the quality and flavors of it when it came in. her mom was so impressed, she ordered one for her boyfriend, and we are going to return the GreenNicotine (which had the LED fall off already, might i add) and buy a 3rd blu cig.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		I got the Blu after a fair amount of research into getting a budget e-cig that wasn't going to fall apart on me. I was hesitant about Blu since there have been issues with customer service and quality control in the past, but it seems like more recently they've been stepping up their game. For example I actually got the starter kit in less than a week (shipped to SoCal). I ordered on a Thurs and received it on the next Tues. Right out of the bag one of the atomizers didn't work. It put off very little vapor and the vapor it did produce tasted like burnt metal. Fortunately the other one worked. The vapor was initially a little light, but after I twisted the cartridge and removed the foil remnant, the vapor came pretty easily. Battery life is pretty short at about 20-30 min of continuous usage, but the portable charger case prevented that from becoming an issue. FYI the battery charges much faster on the USB or the wall charger than the portable case. The 5 flavors were nothing special, though I was surprised to find I liked the cherry. Though the flavors initially seemed very frou frou, inhaling it did remind me of hookah (albeit a very light flavored hookah). Also the cartridges last less than the purported 100 puffs, I averaged about 70-80 regular drags, which was still cheaper than a reg cigarette. I've tried adding some of the e-juice from truevapor with VG to the used cartridges as recommended by others, and the vapor came out pretty heavy (better than the factory). Overall I'd recommend this, especially if you're a light smoker. I smoked about 5-10 cigs/day and it was easy for me to substitute this e-cig for the real thing. The only downside is that they upped the price to $70, but I still think it's a great deal compared to some of the other brands out there. Also if the cig is not producing any vapor, it's likely that the atomizer is busted, just call up customer service and demand they send a new one.

Definitely like the concept of the "BLU Pack" and how it holds carts and both batteries...and even charges them. Product looks great, small light, compact. BUT..dun dun dun...very little vapor. When I opened the box, charged the batteries and popped on the first vanilla cart, there was little to no vapor, and I actually got liquid on my lips/in my mouth...Smoked/Vaped the next cart for about a day, when I went to change the cart out i noticed the atomizer was literally falling to pieces. That made my mind up to box it back up...just not satisfied with the quality, and would much rather a 2 piece then the 3 piece. What I CAN say good about them, is the shipping was great. They claim I will have my money back within 5 days after they get the return package. We will see! V2 here I come...will post a review for that one also.

And on the subject of e-cigarettes in general, I took mine to a bar where smoking is not allowed. I asked if I could use my e-cig and it was no problem. No one complained, a few were curious.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		First, I believe that anyone who buys a Blu should wait a couple of months before reviewing it. I did not have issues with shipping. It arrived around 7 business days after I placed the order. Off the bat, it was fantastic! Within the first 72 hours I was down to 1-3 analogs a day (from 1 pack a day) and I thought that the negative reviews were unfounded... Fast forward three months. Cartridges don't work, the atomizer is constantly caked with e-juice (even with regular cleaning) and the battery life is non-existent. Now, I'm back to my 1 pack a day because it's simply too frustrating to try smoking the Blu. On a side note, I went to a tobacco/smoke shop today which offers the Fifty-One Duo brand e-cig. Already, I am more impressed because 1) the owner of this store uses the Fifty-One and has for the past year and a half (she let me take a drag off of hers, with a fresh cartridge and protective mouthpiece, of course) ; 2) Fifty-One offers a lifetime warranty on batteries, which I can exchange at my local shop; 3) The the cartridge is a cartomizer (atomizer and cartridge in one) which means a fresh atomizer with every replaced cartridge (which means no gunk AND no possibility of nasty stuff growing in your e-cig when you're not using it); 4) Vapor is nice and dense for those of you who like to see your "smoke", and; 4) The battery lasts a day or more depending on usage. The Fifty-One is slightly more expensive (by $20), there are not as many flavor choices, and you don't get a nifty portable charging pack like Blu, but overall, I think I'll give the Fifty-One Duo a try. The point is, do some more research before you buy that Blu. Also, check out local shops which might offer e-cigs. I wish I had.

First off their wall charger was dead right out of the box and I had to charge with USB on my computer and a week later one of the batterys stopped working. I sent the set back return recipt USPS# 7010-1670-0002-2467-6292 within 30 day guarantee and a week later they have not refunded my money. I called them and they say there working on refund. Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		I love the Blucigs. I just got them and love the taste and vapor. I first tried the Cherry and haven't tried the others yet. I smoked for 20 years and quit for a while but want some nicotine for my nerves without the carcinogens. I don't recommend non or ex smokers do this but I do it as I have a lot of nervous system degeneration and nicotine, believe it not, helps. I'm switching from nicorette to this. I noticed I have to take much longer and deeper drags off this than I did regular cigarettes to produce the throat hit and enough vapor to feel like smoke. I really feels very similar to a tobacco cig! You can't take puff after puff too fast or it doesn't produce as much vapor. I have to let it sit for a minute to rebuild back up. So, this might not be great for chain smokers. This is wonderful product, I plan to buy some for my husband and let all my family that smokes try mine and hope they make the switch too.

Maybe I'm a bit slow. Will go over again. I took my first puff/drag. The vapor certainly looked like smoke at first. Then disappeared quickly. I order full nicotine. Full flavor tasted okay. I'll be trying the flavored soon. I smoke flavored cigs now. I hope the flavored blu will be good. Lets see if they stand up to my expectations. I will be submitting another review shortly. Bateries don't last long, but just keep the other one charged & you'll be fine. It def. works better if you take a short puff to prime it before taking a good long drag. I can't believe there is absolutely NO ODOR when smoking these! How cool is that? I've tried the menthol & cherry & love them, tastes so much better than a Marlboro Red! Shipping only took a few days. I've already ordered 2 more starter kits to give my hubby & daughter. What a great product at a fantastic price!

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		It took 7 days to receive the Blu Cigs kit. They arrived on November 1st, and I charged them that night. I had one real cig left for the next morning, and haven't had another since. I purchased the light ones, and sometimes they seem too light. The volume of smoke is not very thick, so it doesn't seem like I'm smoking a real cig, but I haven't really craved a real one anyway, so I must be getting enough nicotine. I have already had to charge the batteries twice, and that's not bad compared to other reviews, but the instructions said the batteries should last through two cartridges. Riiight. I am using both batteries at the same time with two different flavors, which seems to be working for me, but the pack only has a spot for one with battery. The case should have two spots since they give two batteries. Plus if you use the pack to charge one of the batteries, it needs to be removed as soon as the light goes out, then there is no place to put the spare once it's done charging. Overall, I think I am liking the experience or experiment, and I'm going to stick with it. I purchased the Blu Cigs because of the price, however, after I did this I found a site for SmokeTips ecigs, and the price is the same, but the refills are less. Smoketips also seem to be getting better reviews for customer service and timeliness of delivery. I kind of wish I would have found them first too.

But if you buy smoke juice from Johnson creek smoke juice than the vape is awesome! The battery takes a little over 25 min to charge and it will last 45 minutes when smoking. It gets a Killer throat hit when using JC juice and overall is a good product and is very cheap! The Blu is the E cig to buy. If your looking for a E cig that costs less then $60 than try volcano e cigs. I really love my Blus!

If you are a pack a day smoker or more than avoid Blu. After buying NJOY, Blu, Safe Cig, WHite Cloud and a 501 I recommend to those who are going from a pack a day to go directly to either a Joye 510 or the Ego. I now use and love my Totally Wicked Titan Mega and Tornado, both of which are Joye 510 devices.

It seems like the packing/shipping department lacks in organization. The web site did not mention a back order of 3 weeks. The ecig itself has great sample flavors, but the throat hit sucks compared to the xhale02 I bought from 7-11. I have already gone through one battery charge, but that is after 1 1/2 cartridges. The box said it lasts just a bit longer depending on use. Overall good product. Shipping stinks. No option to pay for faster shipping. I might try one of the other ecig products mentioned on this opinion review page.

I liked it and ordered cartridge refills so I would have them on hand. That was a week and a half ago and as of today, the order was still processing. I canceled it and will be sending the Blu back. I love the pack charger, but they have a lot of work to do to be competitive. I ordered a South Beach deluxe kit 3 days ago and received it today. I like it a lot better.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		I am fairly impressed with this product. The cigarette pack charger is awesome and I am never without a well-charged battery. I will say that the black pack is cool looking, but slightly annoying in dark places like bars or the car at night. It is hard to place the ecig smoothly back into the pack on the first try, but it's a mild inconvenience. I got the high dose nicotine cartridges and I am pleased; you get the pull and the ticklish feeling in your throat like a real cig. I'd recommend this!

The downside is that I don't seem seem to get a satifying throat hit after the second drag & the battery dies too quick. I am now alternating between 2 Blu ecigs which somewhat solves the battery issue but it still does not help the fact that I crave consistent throat hits. I still like Blu and believe it could help me quit after 27 yrs of smoking. I have cut back on consumption w/ the ecig. Blu is OK & is way better than analogs!

They claim it ships in 48hrs, but its 48 BUSINESS hours-6 days after receiving order. I got an email saying it shipped, but a 3rd party co picks it up, which takes 36 hours, then sent to a processing ctr which is the SAME TOWN as Blu company, THEN ships to the west coast plant, THEN given to USPS. The Better Business Bureau has so many complaints it has reiceved an F from them.

It worked better. I ordered blue foam which is great for refilling your carts. As for customer service. They are always there when I needed them. I never had a problem. Smoke away. Believe it or not I started on lights- but i believe I'm more of a psychological smoker ( i've been smoking for 13 years) and a week in i tried a regular cigarette and realized i couldn't stand the taste anymore. It was weird but i feel better actually. no more scratchy painful throat in the morning. I feel like I am able to catch my breath again.

Tried for an hour or two of just consistant sucking. Then battery died. Not enough nicotine in the cartriges either, and I bought the 16Mg ones.. Also bought Green smoke kit. Much better as someone said eariler. Battery will last for about half a days worth, but charges much slower. They are better but.. $$$!! I feel I will need about two cartg a day and that's $6!!

To start with I will say losing them is fairly hard to do with the storage pack/charger it comes with. I tried joy cigs and my wife has a smoketip. I would not trade my blu for either!!!! The quality of the blu is great and blu blows everyone out of the water in value! If you are seriously considering an ecig Blu is the only way to go! Even my wife steals my blu sometimes cause she prefers it over her smoketip!

Service Cost/Value		I'm not an super addicted smoker, but a social smoker and lights are too much and gets you faded and it's not like the normal light headed high that you get when you first start smoking...it's weird. I'm definitely switching to ultra light or lower.The hole in the cartage allows too much flow its like sucking on a straw. The E-cig's heaviness will take some getting used to and another thing is I don't realize how long I smoke could be a problem... Aside from all this I can't find anything else w

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		The battery doesn't last a whole cartridge but the pack helps that. My biggest complaint is that the cartridges DO NOT last 6-7 cigarettes. The flavor/vape starts out good and strong for 1-2 cigarettes but quickly goes down to next to nothing.

Service Cost/Value		good product. a few quick primer-puffs before heavy draw is necessary if cartridge not new. removing foil sometimes necessary as well. i like that i can refill using ejuice from halocigs (ejuice made in the usa, available in higher strength).

Not very satisfying. If all hits were like the first few, I don't think I would still be craving tobacco.

It's all in how u inhale, hubby hates his, can't get enuf vape, I use his and it works fine. atomizer takes some braking in.

I ordered a blu starter pack on 5/19, then saw that there were complaints posted about how long it took to get them. Bought the Envy locally to use until the blu got here. I was sold with the Envy but when blu arrived today (5/21), I gave the Envy to my sister. blu completely blew Envy out of the water. Great system, great taste, I don't know why anyone would bother with the mess of tobacco now that e-cig (blu) is available. I have been smoking for 40 years and this is my 3rd day on vapor. I lit one of my old brand (out of habit) when I got up this morning and it was terrible. I will never go back!!!!

I normally smoke camel lt and the only flavor I ended up liking was the cherry glad they gave a variety pack. The smoke makes my throat a little sore.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		It has now been 48 hours since I had my last "smoke cigarette." I have been smoking a pack a day for 30 years. I have tried about 5 times to quit. I once quit for 2 weeks, which was the longest. I have tried using the gum which helped very little, the chewing did help curb my frustration some. I am impossible to be around when trying to quit. I have NO patience with anyone, I drop things, I pace the floor, I lose my concentration, ..... So far (after 48 hrs.) I have not had any nerve problems. Smoking the Blu is different for me than regular cigarettes....but it is keeping me calm and I am not suffering from any of the other symptoms I have always had before. I find, with the blu cigs, to really activate it, I need to take a short puff, to prime it, then I can take a deep puff. I also find I cannot take another puff right away or there will be no vapor. I try to wait about 3 minutes between puffs. If this gets frustrating for me, I use both cigarettes and alternate them.....ummm plenty of vapor that way. I purchased the tobacco flavor and I am finding it very pleasant and clean tasting. I detect no chemical taste at all. I am busy today, washing bedding and curtains and scrubbing walls, trying to rid my house of all smoke smells. I am confident that smoke is gone from my life. I will do my car tomorrow.

It has a cool and realistic look (white battery with blue light) unlike the old fashion pen. So far I am very happy!
