We really enjoy them and I know one woman at work who has smoked for 20 years & hasnt has a smoke in 4 days and is just fine with the blu cig, another guy at work has been off smokes for 3 weeks and is also fine. My husband still smokes but has cut back quite a bit. These are great! | |
