 Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. ServiceCost/Value post comment | Overall, this kit is perfect for beginning vapers, not for someone who has moved on to higher capacity/tank based systems or is a heavy smoker. Pros: Cost Decent flavors Sexy in black Slick case Multiple charge capability (USB/Case/AC) Walgreens has the "Original Starter Kit" for $49.99, and a $2 off coupon for replacement cartridges Passive battery Good vapor production from a "commercial kit" Cons: Battery life is non-existent for heavy smokers/vapers Wind activates the battery causing the atomizer to dry burn Opening the case too quickly activates the battery Inserting/removing batteries from case can activate the battery, even without a cart installed Cartridges don't last very long (100-125 moderate hits) Final verdict: Perfect for the beginning vaper as it includes everything you need in the box. Cherry, vanilla, and java are great flavors (included in the sampler with the kit). I bought a kit for myself the other day because I left my eGo rig back home in TN and didn't feel like waiting to get back to vape and didn't want to buy analogs for the next week. I also got a kit for my mother so that she may kick the analog habit after numerous failed attempts, and so far she loves it: 2 days and no analogs for her. If you are a heavy smoker or vaper, don't bother with this kit. You may as well just go with an eGo tank or eGo e-power (2200mAh batteries last forever) kits, screwdrivers, or other big battery mods, something preferably threaded for 510 attys/cartos due to the massive number of attys and cartos available on the web (GotVapes VISION Stone, my personal fave, holds 5ml of liquid and is low resistance and produces lots of vapor). I still recommend the Blu for newbs and smokers looking to quit. And all that bull that e-cigs aren't a stop smoking device, it's a lie. You'll quit analogs when you get the right kits and liquid. | |
