Battery LifeSmoke/VaporCust. ServiceCost/Value post comment | I got the Premium Starter Kit back in September in preparation for a 6 week trip on Amtrak. After my first 2 days on the train I was very happy that I brought it along. I am now home and still delighted with my purchase. The very convenient charging unit is well constructed and has worked perfectly. The batteries are easy to charge and hold their charge very well. I have since ordered 4 packs of the Classic Tobacco and am pleased to report that customer service at Blu appears to be top notch. With a quantity of 4 packs, the price per cartridge is 1/4th the cost of the conventional tobacco cigarettes I would have purchased. Ordering on the Blu site was a breeze and my order shipped quickly and arrived two days before expected. Overall, with the price and quality of products and customer service, I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Blu to anyone who is planning to purchase an e-cig. | |
