 Battery Life Smoke/VaporCust. ServiceCost/Value post comment | At first I was very disappointed when I bought the starter kit with the atomizer that you reuse for each cartridge. Basically it didn't work. I got literally next to nothing from the cartridges. There was little to no smoke and the leaked terrible. Then I saw that they were comming out with cartridges that each had a built in atomizer. These are 100% better. I get plenty of vapor and nicotine. I did get several cartridges that were duds, one with nothing at all in it and one that lasted only a couple hours. Also I am disappointed that the batteries don't last longer. Overall the cigs I am using now are good and I am satisfied. By the way I have used customer service and do not find that they are very helpful. I hear the same thing over and over again "send it back". I think that should be able to say if your not satisfied we'll replace it without the hassel of sending something back everytime it doesn't work! | |
| bluCRM commented on October 17 2011: Janell, I am glad to hear that you like our new Carts with the atomizer built in. They are a much easier product to use than the previous 3 piece system. If you find that you are having problems with the hardware, we will absolutley take care of it. We ask that you send it back so we can test, and figure out the problems we have in order to make future products better. We do have a new Premium 100 pack coming out with longer lasting batteries and bigger carts. | ||
