| | I tried the zero cig a couple of months ago. The taste was terrible and I tried just about every flavor and strength that they offer. The customer service was great until it came time for a refund. I am still waiting to get my money back. They called and verified recieving the product and told me they would be refunding me. Needless to say I am still waiting two months later! I hope that others have a better experience than I have had. |

| | I just received th starter kits I order for my daughter and I. We both smoke menthol, so we choose Zerocigs MaxDRAW menthol ice with our starter kits. We both used them for the first time yesterday and were amazed! The menthol ice is "icey" and we love it! We both couldn't believe technology has got to this point, but couldn't be happier it has. In comparing zerocig to a traditional cigarette.. It is no contest! These have changed our lives and it has only been 2 days since receiving them. | | The first ecig i ever purchased was mistic. They are available in Flying J's and Pilot Truck stops. I absolutely loved them. I was in an elevator and a gentleman noticed my ecig and asked if that was mistic. I replied yes. He said he had mistic but changed over to zerocig because the battery was smaller (looked more real) and the cartridges were alot cheaper. | | This is my first e cig and I was very surprised when I first started using.
I was able to use it right out of the box and was happily surprised when I first started to use it.
The menthol taste was very clean and what I am used to.
The amount of smoke or vapor it produced was the same if not more then that of my real cigarettes.
Thumbs up on that!
The things I like the most are pretty simple.
1) I don't have that yucky cigarette smell all over me after I use it
2) I can take a couple puffs and put it back in my purse (not committed to a whole cigarette once lit)
3) I feel cleaner when using it
4) I really don't have any craving for a real cigarette when out
I could keep going, but over all very happy with my new zerocig :-) |

| | I just received my new Zerocig Express starter kit and I really like it so far, I also ordered an extra super battery,traveling case, and 5 extra refill's, The cost was the best that I found online as well as after watching reviews on youtube it seemed to be up thier with greensmoke and greensmoke will run you over $100, After a couple promo codes and a facebook code for free shipping I paid Under $60.00 for everything and have the equivalent of 1.25 cartons so not a bad deal at all, It does taste like a cigarette too but you do have to take a little longer pull on it to get a good hit, the vapors real good though in comparison with other brands and mines menthol which these taste a lot like a marb smooth and that's a good thing for sure, I got the full flavor because that's what I smoke and I would say it taste more like a light when compared to a cigarette which I can get used to considering the money I stand to save as well as the health benefits, I will most likely still have a real cigarette on occasion for a while and slowly weave off them, So overall Good Product and if your like me and smoke a lot it's a great idea to at the very least slow your habit down and save some money! |

| | I ordered the "Premium Kit" on Monday, March 19th. I received my order on Tuesday, March 20th!!!! I live in Sherwood Park, Alberta, Canada - I was astounded at how fast I received my order.
I am very pleased with the "vapour" - like smoking a real cigarette. The cost of this product compared to a pack of cigarettes ($12) is amazing. I have been smoking for over 30 years and have finally come to the realization that it is time to quit. I have tried patches in the past as well as gum but no success.

I've gotten a lot of complaints from family and friends about the bad odor, second hand smoke, etc... My doctor mentioned electronic cigarettes to me in the past and late one night I saw an ad for zerocig. I decided to try it even though I had my doubts. IT WORKS !!! I love this thing so much. It's cheaper than cigarettes and I can use anywhere. Instead of the 3000 to 4000 chemicals going into my body , it's just the nicotine. My lungs fill up and I can blow 8 smoke rings from 1 drag.
You won't miss smoking because it's like you still are. If the company went public I'd invest.
Not all e-cigs are alike. I tried 2 other only because of coupons and they tasted bad and did not last as long. |

| | I've been smoking about 6 years now and every once in a while I've had the urge to quit for health reasons but I find myself always coming back not so much because of the nicotine urge, it's always been the 'act' of smoking and the oral fix that I craved. I was in school where cigs were $2 a pack so money wasn't a factor but back in NY with it's $12 packs I needed an alternative and I found it in ZeroCig.
Their shipping was SUPER FAST. I ordered late Sunday night and got my package in my mail on Wednesday! (CA->NY) They shipped it a little cheap inside a small bubble wrapped envelope so everything was a little bent up and the plastic cover came off the battery tip but it popped back in.
Now the smoke... I'm coming from marlboro/parliament lights and opted for the 11mg mild version. My ecig case says high on it so I need to verify with them but as far as nicotine delivery goes, it's a lot. I feel a buzz after a few drags whereas a cig normally doesn't give me that unless it's been hours. I've found you get the most vapor if you pull slowly and lightly with a nice tight seal. The "throat hit" is actually more for my personal smoking habit and this is also my one tiny complaint; I feel that the vapor hits the throat and almost just disappears because I don't feel it really going down into the lungs like I do with a cig which is what I personally prefer than a wad of smoke hitting me in the throat. Also their tobacco flavor tastes nothing like a cigarette and I've smoked almost every major brand and although it leave no odor it does leave an aftertaste although it not unpleasant. I also ordered their new coffee flavor which I really do like. So far it seems to be a VERY good 'starter, starter kit' at $30 this is an excellent choice to test out ecigs and maybe even stick to them. This should definitely fill the void for my need to smoke and if the 11mg is good for me I'm sure the 16mg will be good for heavier, longer smokers. |

Sounds like a shorted battery!
Are you dripping e liquid in them?
ANY Liquid that finds its way will short the battery out. The light will come on when drawing from, but nothing else will happen.
I know because I have broke several batteries myself "dripping" cartromizers. If you dont do it EXACTLY right, you run a VERY high risk of shorting out your battery...EVERY TIME... NO MATTER WHAT BRAND!
I sent mine in to them and they replaced them, even though they could tell it was my fault they shorted out due to me dripping them. They were very nice about it, but did tell me to stop dripping as it actually voids their product warranty.

| | I ordered my kit and it arrived within 3 days. I am planning on using this to eventually quit smoking. I ordered menthol flavor with no tobacco. Each cartridge lasts me 3-4 days and I used to smoke half a pack of regular cigarettes. Menthol flavor is very close to my regular brand. I was expecting to have a bit more vapor but overall it is quite satisfying. Starter kit comes with a nice case to store everything (cartridges, USB charger, and the battery). There were no instructions on charging etc. but zerocig website has the information you might be looking for. Battery life is also better than I expected. Overall I gave 4 stars due to amount of vapor but other than that it was a great value for the price. |

| | So I have tried 4 other top name brands out there who claim to have the best e cig. So far my zerocig is my personal favorite. I like the way it draws(although it is sometimes a little too tight) I love the size...more like a traditional cig. The amount of vapor is not the best, actually of the 5 brands it produces the least amount. But for me still enough. But what I love is the flavor. It tastes like a cigerette. This is huge for me. All the other brands I have tried with there so-called tobacco flavor, I cant stand. They were way too sweet. I want cigerette flavor...not a sweet candy like tobacco flavor. To me Zerocig nailed it on flavor. Actually all around closet thing to a real cig for me. And that is what I want and need to quit smoking. Zero Cig Awesome!
The only thing I dont like is their way of advertising. I cant help but feel like I am being had. They are not the "low cost" leader. If you compare apples to apples and buy all the same items(2 bats and a wall charger) in a start up kit, they are actually more money than both the blu starter pack(which came with a cool charging case as well) at walgreens, and my volt starter pack. The cartridges are not cheaper either. Also I would like to see more availablities in accessories like the other brands. step it up Zerocig. Your product rocks. Stop focusing on cheap. Its lame.
Also I caught the video of "real" reviews of "real" people using your cig on the streets and the same guy(probably owner of zerocig) who does the video of how to use zero cig, is also one of the proposed "real people" trying your cig for the first time...Uhmm for real? Not an honest review now is it? Again your product will sell itself... stop with the BS advertising!

| | I purchased the ZeroCig last Friday and it got to me on Monday, which is definitely saying something because I live in the middle of nowhere. That in and itself bumps up my review. I decided to try e-cigarettes because I have recently quit smoking using the patch. I found I didn't crave the nicotine as much as I craved the action of smoking; taking time out of my day, relaxing outside, lighting up while drinking a beer. The ZeroCig has definitely made the quitting process much easier. The vapor is very thick (I could still make smoke rings!) but it doesn't have quite the kick of a regular cigarette. That could also just be because I ordered the no-nicotine cartridges because I am still using the patch. The vapor also left a sort of sweet after taste in my mouth. Overall though I am incredibly pleased with this product and am kicking myself for not buying it a long time ago. |

| | This was the best thing i ever ordered, simple and easy to use. After smoking for 40 years i was amazed at the ease i had to quit smoking. I had tried one brand before and was not impressed at all, and i still craved cigarettes all the time.
This did not happen with zerocigs! I have to say after the third week i wanted a cigarette so i just took my zerocig everywhere so i wouldn't be tempted to start smoking again. After that i knew i was done smoking. No patches, no mood swings, and no cravings. I can get up in the morning now without coughing. I breathe better and feel better, THIS IS A GREAT PRODUCT. The prices are very reasonable compared to others. Each filter is equal to 30 cigarettes, most others are not. You can't beat the price.
I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to quit smoking. |

Honestly its not the battery. I have figured out what it is. Its the cartridges. I tested all the cartridges that i have and i had one that had no airflow at all it was like sucking on a pen so i trash that out. Some of them were hard to suck on because i believe something was blocking it.I tried to suck on them cartridges without the battery and as i expected those that were hard to suck on had little or no air passing. |

After a couple of months, the batteries only last me 3-4 hours. Overall, not bad for the casual smoker but for me, I had to keep smoking regular cigarettes in order to get the same nicotine level I'm used to. Their High menthol option just wasn't enough for me. I decided to give ZeroCig a try after hearing ecig vapor is much healthier than regular cigarette smoke. I did a lot of research and decided to give ZeroCig a shot based on the great reviews and price. I am very satisfied with my choice! I ordered the high nicotine menthol flavor and wow it is delicious and has a great effect. The cartridges last 3 days each for me with about 30 minutes a day use and the battery lasts about the same amount of time. The only cons I have found is the cartridges are not interchangeable with my friends%u2019 ecig (not sure of the brand), and if you attempt to refill these yourself there is a hard plastic end which is difficult to open without breaking the unit (it can be done though, just be gentle)! Great product!!! |

I ordered a replacement mini battery with my reorder for cartridges. This was two weeks ago and I have yet to get the mini battery. They said they would send it then nothing. Well yes, Zero cigs did eventually send me my mini battery and an extra for my troubles. I appreciated that. However, as I have been using these for a while now I find myself not satisfied. Zero cigs do not last long, several of my carts had a weird taste to them and the vapor goes away after about 6-10 good puffs. So I am looking again for a better product. Hopefully I can find some genuine reviews and spend my money wisely elsewhere. |

I have been using the zerocig for 8 days now, and have not had any real desire for a real cig! I agree on the points (good and bad) Kerri makes (though I have found the slower the drag, the stronger the throat hit). All in all, best thing I have done for myself in a long time. (Esp. with real cigs at @ $10 a pack where I live!) |

| | I quit smoking two days ago, after trying a friend's zerocig. She loaned me an extra one and a few menthol cartridges, in the meantime I've ordered more (hoping that arrives SOON!?). So far I'm really getting used to this cig. I'm not big on willpower, but knowing I have this to tide me over has been phenomenally helpful. The only downside is I do have to suck really hard to get my normal puff from a cigarette. It's also a tad bit heavy, so I can't maneuver it around like I would a cigarette. OVerall though these things aren't enough for me to not find this item totally useful! It's in my hand, the mint hits my tongue, it gently warms up as a cig would, I feel it hit the back of my throat as I drag, I get the same nicotine/feeling I would get from a cigarette. I never tried any other ecig brands before, glad I tried this one first. It's made quitting smoking a BREEZE, I'm NOT jonesing or feeling like I'm missing something, I'm not moody/twitchy/ready to scream at anyone, all's good in the world! |

Negatives- Hard to suck, the inhale is hot and harsh. Flavor is okay (menthol). Bottom line on this product, you get what you pay for. |

After buying 3 other brands, green, safe and V2, I found my Zerocig starter starter kit to be the best value by far. Awesome vapor, and that is what is all about, VAPOR! Got my kit super fast and I'm spending half what I did with the other brands e-cigs. Best find for me by far. |

Neat little case, charges great on usb. So far, so good!!! Battery life great, vapor is just like a real cigarette, and menthol tastes just like my regular menthol cigarettes. | | I received the product last Friday 9/23, Very fast delivery by the way...I found that the product as a whole is fantastic and everything I expected, I have since reduced my cigarette consumption by half and gradually working to eliminate them all together. What a great product...
The only suggestion I can make (and this is to all e-cig mfg's) would be to make the delivery system more like a real cigarette...what I mean by that is; there is a single hole in what would be a filter end, this being the case shoots a single stream of vapor to the back of the throat, if there were an atomizer that would dispers the vapor by just a little bit, it would make for a smoother feeling. I placed a small piece of filter material in the hole and it make the experience all so much better. Keep up the good work...you have an awesome product. |

| | Got my zerocig about a week ago and wanted to really try it before I left my review.
To start, I have had but 1 actual real cigarette since then and it was probably because I had enjoyed some wine that evening.
Over all I am extremely happy with it. It is actually more enjoyable to me then an actual cigarettes.
I prefer the tobacco high (16mg) and can really see my self turning a corner with these.
A is my rating. It was much more then I was expecting and the price was in my budget. |

| | They say the cartomizer lasts at 30 normal cigarettes, NOT TRUE. I use to smoke 20 cigs a day, now I'm taking 1.5 cartomizer a day. for a total of 45 cigarettes? I don't think so. The amount of puffs is really low, I'm having a count under 100 short puffs per cartomizer. |

I too have found the '30 cigarette' statement to be a bit of a reach. I've been going through them about every 20 hours (average) and I too was a pack-a-day guy. I was only smoking the '72s' which are quite a bit shorter than your average smoke. The cost, battery life, flavor, and feel of smoke are all pretty good though. I wish there was a way to get a higher dose of nicotine though. Perhaps I wouldn't puff as many times per use and actually get the full advertised use of each. |

A cartridge last about 300 puffs (30 traditional cigarettes) based on the users draws (all our different).
20 cigarettes per day is equivalent to 200 puffs, as factually proven a traditional cigarette is finished in 8-10 puffs.

| | This is my first ecig, so I can't compare Zerocig to others.
PROs: The battery lasts a long time. The cig produces a lot of vapor. It feels quite a bit like a real cig. The black carrying case is pretty cool. I've been pleasantly surprised by the flavors (tobacco & coffee).
CONs: The case won't hold a full ecig (battery cartridge) so you have to take it apart to put it back into the case.
- Customer service is atrocious. A few days after placing my order, I emailed them to ask about shipping times (the website is unclear), but I never got a response. The ecig arrived in about 10 days--not great but not terrible--with an extra carton of tobacco cartridges instead of menthol ones I had ordered. I sent an email about it and waited a week. No response. I called and left a VM. No response. I called and left another VM (complaining that I'd already sent and email and left a VM) and was finally called back. The guy told me he'd mail the replacement carton that day. That was two weeks ago. I am seriously annoyed and disappointed. It wouldn't be so bad if I didn't like the ecig anyway, but I like it and want to continue to do business, but right now the only company higher on my sh!t list is AT&T, and that's saying something.
"CONs": I put quotation marks around "cons" here because they aren't the fault of this product. I was hoping for an experience that would mirror my analog experience, and to some degree the zerocig does that, but several things prevent it:
The ecig is a full inch longer, and the battery is much heavier than an analog, so I can't hold it like a usually would. I have to hold it more like a cigar. Also, I can't hold it in my mouth with my lips for the same reason. I either have to hang onto it with my fingers or clamp down with my teeth, neither of which I care for. These discrepancies have kept me from making a total switch from analog to ecig, though I hope with time I'll get used to the ecig and use it more out of habit. |

I meant to add this addendum ages ago. The night I wrote this review, there was a VM from the company on my phone (I didn't call back, but it was nice to have finally received a response!). Two days later, I received a priority mail package that included not only some menthol cartridges but one of their mini batteries (which I love, btw--just the right size and weight) and a wall charger. I haven't ordered anything else since, so I can't comment on consistent customer service, but this prompt response to my review did smooth my feathers quite a bit, and I appreciated it. |

| | yes well I bought the Zerocig system and I like it very much, It does everything that they add said it would do and more. however the shipping on the items took a long time to get to my house. plus I think that you really need a portable charging case or two batteries to go with the unit. the one thing that I am disappointed with is the lack of flavors. plus they messed up my order for and extra refill pack with their just generic filter. |

| | I just got my kit and oh my goodness it is so cool. It smokes just like a real cig., charged pretty quick, has a great tast on the menthol and I can now smoke just about anywhere I want when I need too. If I had one problem with it, it would be the hole in the cartridge I think needs to be a little smaller, I almost choked myself when I took my first pull on it...lol, other then that it is great! |
