I received my ZC starter kit yesterday and do notice a world of difference from the product I was using before. I had previously used 'Smokes,' which I got from a local tobacco shop. The ZC takes less time to charge (uses USB instead of a wall charger, which I prefer). It took around 50 minutes to charge the first time. I chose menthol, and I can actually taste the 'minty-ness' much more than with the previous product. It does not take much to take a drag from the cigarette and you get a lot of 'smoke,' which makes it feel much more realistic. I prefer how it looks like a real cigarette. It is a little longer and heavier than I would prefer, but not enough to deter me from using it. Also, the refills are much, much less expensive than what I was paying at the tobacco store (5 refills for 11 or 12 dollars, as opposed to 2 refills for 7 dollars). Haven't used it long enough to know how long the battery lasts, or how long the puffs still feel strong, but I already know I like this product much more than the one I previously tried.

I wanted to quit smoking so I switched to e-cigarettes. this product was the cheapest starter kit I could find online with the discount and everything, but like other people have said, you get what you pay for. I have smoked through all the refills and honestly I don't know if I will buy more or not. They are just so expensive! I thought quitting smoking would save me money but I am just spending as much on the refills as buying cigarettes. I will probably switch to another brand that I can fill up myself with e-liquid. If this device made a refillable e-liquid refill then I would stick with this brand. That said, this brands are perfectly fine - the taste is good, especially like the menthol, the vapor is pretty realistic and battery & charging is acceptable. Good product, but it gets expensive with buying refills.

OK here is an honest review from a guy who has tried (1) Blu, (2) Apollo, (3) totally wicked, (4) V2 and now Finally I have found my brand with ZC. Blu and Apollo were Ok vapor was about average though I would give the edge to Apollo, battery life was good for about a day, cartomizers about a day. V2 thicker vapor and battery life was better than the previous 2, taste (menthol) was just ok not that much better than the previous 2 and definitely not worth the cost! Now ZC More vapor, thicker vapor Super tasting Menthol battery life way better 1 1/2 to 2 days, cartomizers lasted 2 days easy, shipping was super fast had an issue with the wall charger called and a new one arrived 2 days later. The Best Part besides what i just mentioned is the price!! not only on their kits But also on their cartomizers $9.99 for 5 and they last 1 1/2 times as long as the other three brands. Can't say enough about ZC hands down the best ecig around.

for some reason the cartridges keep leaking after only a few puffs. its done it twice now on two of them. I barely puff on them and they leak menthol all over my lip totaly disturbing how do I prevent this? and why does it keep doing it?

I just received th starter kits I order for my daughter and I. We both smoke menthol, so we choose ZCs MaxDRAW menthol ice with our starter kits. We both used them for the first time yesterday and were amazed! The menthol ice is "icey" and we love it! We both couldn't believe technology has got to this point, but couldn't be happier it has. This is my first e cig and I was very surprised when I first started using.
I was able to use it right out of the box and was happily surprised when I first started to use it.

The menthol taste was very clean and what I am used to.
The amount of smoke or vapor it produced was the same if not more then that of my real cigarettes.
Thumbs up on that!

The things I like the most are pretty simple.
1) I don't have that yucky cigarette smell all over me after I use it
2) I can take a couple puffs and put it back in my purse (not committed to a whole cigarette once lit)
3) I feel cleaner when using it
4) I really don't have any craving for a real cigarette when out

I could keep going, but over all very happy with my new ZC :-)

I ordered the "Premium Kit" on Monday, March 19th. I received my order on Tuesday, March 20th!!!! I live in Sherwood Park, Alberta, Canada - I was astounded at how fast I received my order.

I am very pleased with the "vapour" - like smoking a real cigarette. The cost of this product compared to a pack of cigarettes ($12) is amazing. I have been smoking for over 30 years and have finally come to the realization that it is time to quit. I have tried patches in the past as well as gum but no success.

I truly believe this will help me reach my goal of being a non-smoker. Thank you ZC!!!!

Soooo Impressed! My friend let me try hers once and then she wouldn't let me touch it again because she thought I would disappear with it :-)... I probably would have too.

I had to buy one and decided to go with the pink battery.

I received my purchase a few days ago and am in love with the menthol and chocolate flavors.

I have two dead batteries that lasted only two-three weeks each. Also, I do not use them frequently and both stopped working after about 10 charges. They hold the charge, but activation mechanism seems to fail. Overall I like the size of a cigarettes and their quality, but my experience with them so far was bad.

Sounds like a shorted battery! Are you dripping e liquid in them? ANY Liquid that finds its way will short the battery out. The light will come on when drawing from, but nothing else will happen. I know because I have broke several batteries myself "dripping" cartromizers. If you dont do it EXACTLY right, you run a VERY high risk of shorting out your battery...EVERY TIME... NO MATTER WHAT BRAND! I sent mine in to them and they replaced them, even though they could tell it was my fault they shorted out due to me dripping them. They were very nice about it, but did tell me to stop dripping as it actually voids their product warranty. Aaron

I ordered my kit and it arrived within 3 days. I am planning on using this to eventually quit smoking. I ordered menthol flavor with no tobacco. Each cartridge lasts me 3-4 days and I used to smoke half a pack of regular cigarettes. Menthol flavor is very close to my regular brand. I was expecting to have a bit more vapor but overall it is quite satisfying. Starter kit comes with a nice case to store everything (cartridges, USB charger, and the battery). There were no instructions on charging etc. but ZC website has the information you might be looking for. Battery life is also better than I expected. Overall I gave 4 stars due to amount of vapor but other than that it was a great value for the price.

So I have tried 4 other top name brands out there who claim to have the best e cig. So far my ZC is my personal favorite. I like the way it draws(although it is sometimes a little too tight) I love the size...more like a traditional cig. The amount of vapor is not the best, actually of the 5 brands it produces the least amount. But for me still enough. But what I love is the flavor. It tastes like a cigerette. This is huge for me. All the other brands I have tried with there so-called tobacco flavor, I cant stand. They were way too sweet. I want cigerette flavor...not a sweet candy like tobacco flavor. To me ZC nailed it on flavor. Actually all around closet thing to a real cig for me. And that is what I want and need to quit smoking. ZC Awesome!

The only thing I dont like is their way of advertising. I cant help but feel like I am being had. They are not the "low cost" leader. If you compare apples to apples and buy all the same items(2 bats and a wall charger) in a start up kit, they are actually more money than both the blu starter pack(which came with a cool charging case as well) at walgreens, and my volt starter pack. The cartridges are not cheaper either. Also I would like to see more availablities in accessories like the other brands. step it up ZC. Your product rocks. Stop focusing on cheap. Its lame.

Also I caught the video of "real" reviews of "real" people using your cig on the streets and the same guy(probably owner of ZC) who does the video of how to use this e-cigarette, is also one of the proposed "real people" trying your cig for the first time...Uhmm for real? Not an honest review now is it? Again your product will sell itself... stop with the BS advertising!

I have been using another brand and am trying ZC. Like the light weight feel compared to the other brand. Menthol taste is not as strong as the other, but is ok. So far so good. I gave 4 across the board as I am new to ZC and haven't found any negatives thus far.

I purchased the ZC last Friday and it got to me on Monday, which is definitely saying something because I live in the middle of nowhere. That in and itself bumps up my review. I decided to try e-cigarettes because I have recently quit smoking using the patch. I found I didn't crave the nicotine as much as I craved the action of smoking; taking time out of my day, relaxing outside, lighting up while drinking a beer. The ZC has definitely made the quitting process much easier. The vapor is very thick (I could still make smoke rings!) but it doesn't have quite the kick of a regular cigarette. That could also just be because I ordered the no-nicotine cartridges because I am still using the patch. The vapor also left a sort of sweet after taste in my mouth. Overall though I am incredibly pleased with this product and am kicking myself for not buying it a long time ago.

I ordered my ZC starter kit on December 14th,2011 & received it on December 20th ! I thought that was very fast ! I have been a smoker for yrs., trying pills, patches, you name it ...with no success. The morning of the 21st I began using my ZC & haven't had a tobacco cigarette (or even wanted one since)! I am so happy ! I wake up feeling great, smelling great, no cravings, no going outside anymore in the freezing cold for a smoke ...it is Awesome.
I use the menthol cartridges & love the vapor, it's so refreshing. After I got used to the weight of it I don't even think of it as being different. I am no longer addicted to nicotine, but continue to use my ZC & the non nicotine vapor for pure enjoyment ! The price is great, I looked at many e-cigs & just couldn't afford them. This product is great quality for the price !!!

This product met my expectations. For the time being it has been low cost and does what is suppossed to do. I do not believe e-cigs are exactly like real cigarettes no matter what brand you get but it meets my needs just the same, is cost effective, better for the environment, and my health.

ZC is very good....thats all i can say. The only thing i dont like is i find it hard to suck on, like it took all my breath! Please fix that!

Honestly its not the battery. I have figured out what it is. Its the cartridges. I tested all the cartridges that i have and i had one that had no airflow at all it was like sucking on a pen so i trash that out. Some of them were hard to suck on because i believe something was blocking it.I tried to suck on them cartridges without the battery and as i expected those that were hard to suck on had little or no air passing.

Amazing! I'm a believer now! My order got to me in 2 days and was ready to go as soon as I opened the package. Very cool looking unit, but what blows me away is the smoke... Sorry.. Vapor that it produces.

My friend let me try her ZC and I was really impressed!
I decided to order after that and I must say You NEED to try the Banana and Chocolate....AMAZING!!!!!

I am a regular menthol smoker, or was ;-). This product has simply changed my life!

Iv used this product Step down kit Menthol. I couldnt wait to get it! Unfortunately, Mine got back ordered, so I had to wait a little while longer. Taste is light, burns throat little if inhale to deeply, case is neat, holds 4 cartridges, usb charger and cig, looks nice, not too heavy to hold, vapor is thick, very inventive, I dont get the real cig high, but its a start to quitting. Love the clean smell and no more stinky breath, hair, and finger...not to mention saving my lungs!! Thank You!!

I'm the friend who loaned Kerri D. (below) the ZC to try out. I had only just started using it and was excited to share, since I knew she wanted to quit. I have been using the ZC for 8 days now, and have not had any real desire for a real cig! I agree on the points (good and bad) Kerri makes (though I have found the slower the drag, the stronger the throat hit). All in all, best thing I have done for myself in a long time. (Esp. with real cigs at @ $10 a pack where I live!)

I received the product last Friday 9/23, Very fast delivery by the way...I found that the product as a whole is fantastic and everything I expected, I have since reduced my cigarette consumption by half and gradually working to eliminate them all together. What a great product...
The only suggestion I can make (and this is to all e-cig mfg's) would be to make the delivery system more like a real cigarette...what I mean by that is; there is a single hole in what would be a filter end, this being the case shoots a single stream of vapor to the back of the throat, if there were an atomizer that would dispers the vapor by just a little bit, it would make for a smoother feeling. I placed a small piece of filter material in the hole and it make the experience all so much better. Keep up the good work...you have an awesome product.

They say the cartomizer lasts at 30 normal cigarettes, NOT TRUE. I use to smoke 20 cigs a day, now I'm taking 1.5 cartomizer a day. for a total of 45 cigarettes? I don't think so. The amount of puffs is really low, I'm having a count under 100 short puffs per cartomizer.

I too have found the '30 cigarette' statement to be a bit of a reach. I've been going through them about every 20 hours (average) and I too was a pack-a-day guy. I was only smoking the '72s' which are quite a bit shorter than your average smoke. The cost, battery life, flavor, and feel of smoke are all pretty good though. I wish there was a way to get a higher dose of nicotine though. Perhaps I wouldn't puff as many times per use and actually get the full advertised use of each.

A cartridge last about 300 puffs (30 traditional cigarettes) based on the users draws (all our different). 20 cigarettes per day is equivalent to 200 puffs, as factually proven a traditional cigarette is finished in 8-10 puffs. yes well I bought the ZC system and I like it very much, It does everything that they add said it would do and more. however the shipping on the items took a long time to get to my house. plus I think that you really need a portable charging case or two batteries to go with the unit. the one thing that I am disappointed with is the lack of flavors. plus they messed up my order for and extra refill pack with their just generic filter.

I have smoked for over 40 years. I have tried the gum, the patch and even a prescription drug. Nothing has worked until now. ZC is a reasonably priced product and I am conviced that I will finally be able to say I am a non smoker thanks to this product.
