| | Just got the Volcano E Cig Inferno Tank Kit, it's easy to assemble and ready to use out of the box once you fill the tank. Tutorials available at volcanoecig.com are very informative. Starting with the pure tobacco ejuice, it's nice, good flavor. Similar to smoking without the smelly smoke and messy ashes. Made in the USA is always a plus and great selling point to me for any product. Super easy to use. I live in Hawaii and it arrived the next day. Hoping to quit smoking real cigarettes using this. Seems promising, many flavors readily available and there is even a cafe and many mall kiosks available to buy from in Honolulu. Very convenient and ready to go. Takes only a minute to fill and comes with 5 tanks so if you prefill you got about a week of vaping. Way cheaper thank buying pack after pack or cartons of cigarettes, ejuice is only $12-20. Hopefully this will get me tobacco free soon. |

| | I bought the $20 starter kit and a pack of cartamizers. The vapor apparatus is really small in size compared to other brands and this is some of the cause for a short battery charge. My battery will last half a day on light use. Under normal use I would need to plug-in after each vape session. The charger has warped because of normal usb heat, the plastic has come off, and the solder is disconnected. All this after just the first week. It looks like my search for a decent product will continue. |

| | i received my magma tank kit, charge my batteries and filled the tank. I was really taken aback by how small it was, to think of having a tank kit this small is really wonderful. it's about the size of a normal cigarette. when I took my first toke i was really shocked at how great it was. The amount of vapor and throat hit was amazing. The m pack is really a great addition for you can charge on the go and carry extra tanks. The quality of the whole kit is outstanding and so far i am really pleased. |

| | The best products! Customer service is great. I started with Blu, and I didn't enjoy their flavors.soon after I found Volcano and have been ordering from them ever since! They now have a total of 39 liquids to choose from. I wish I would have ordered a starter kit from Volcano instead of Blu, but I have found my vape supplies and accessories from Volcano. The volcano is what I primarily use, and for it's size, it produces a LOT of vapor. I use the magma from time to time, mainly while at home, but the Volcano is great for while driving, or just a quick break at work. With their wide variety, I'm sure you can find something that you will love as I have!!! Try the Menthol Burst!!! |

| | Well here it goes, I got the mini pack, where it had two cartomizers, a charger, and the battery...I used it with the cartomizer and it didn't have much vapor, then I used the cartridge/liquid, after that there was plenty of Vapor. This e-cigarette is definitely not like a cigarette, and it's hard to get used to using...but it does cut cravings |

| | I have had the SAME experience as Brandi ... the cartridges leak and bubble.. they don't last long.... get super hot that I even burned my lips.. and I am doing everything as instructed..
I am out 170 dollars because there is no money back.. forget satisfaction guaranteed.
They will not even take back the unused cartridges.. still sealed etc.. only thing you get is online bucks to use.. To those wanting to try.. do your research..
I wish I had gotten V2 Cigs.. they seem to have the highest rating and a 30 day money back guarantee..
I feel cheated and I am angry needles to say!

| | My boyfriend and I bought this kit. Thought it was going to be so awesome. I got black, he got white. My PCC's charging port was skewed, so I have to "force" the USB charger to charge it. Not good. Also one of my batteries works less efficiently than the other, had to trade one battery for my boyfriends. His pack and everything worked fine except his threading on his batteries makes the cartomizer's slightly crooked? What?! Also in the ONE pack of cartomizers that came with my kit, 2 were defective, so now Im forced to use my boyfriends full flavored menthol as a replacement. Kind of dissapointed. Vapor is HIT OR MISS. Batteries run out fast. This kit will work for now but Im gonna buy a Blu kit on Saturday. If Blu is better than Volcano I will officially never listen/read "reviews" online ever again. |

| | I bought an e-cig package from these guys and it did not work. I would get hot oily drips of nicotine in my mouth which was very gross. The item was defective but Volcano E-Cigs will not give refunds under any circumstances. They offered to fix the item but when they sent it back I had the same problem. They are very dishonest and you can tell by the message on their recording and in dealing with them that they are unprofessional. I would AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! They sell an inferior product and offer no refunds. BUYER BEWARE!!! |

I don't have a clue what this Brandi is talking about. I bought an Inferno, had some trouble getting used to it, but after calling cs I was able to use the item correctly and I haven't had a problem since. I think that that is the problem with most negative feedback on Volcano, the customers haven't used their items correctly. When used in the manner that it was intended I agree that Volcano has a quality product, excellent customer service, and just overall professionalism. This is the absolute best e cig maker on the market. Any negative feedback on Volcano and it's products is premature. |

Buyer beware is correct!!!! I bought an Inferno ecig from volcano and it lasted literally a month before both batteries died. We sent them in and the company said both were defective. I got 2 batteries in the mail about 3 weeks later....turn around time is horrible! Now 4 months later im stuck with 2 dead batteries AGAIN! Volcano is a unreliable company,until they can get a product out that doesnt fall apart I will not recommend them! Also notice how they monitor all comments on the forums and wont post any bad comments people leave about their products.....haha what a scam! I dont believe brandi is talking sh*t either : ) |

My daughter got me a kit to help stop smoking... I was absoultly amazed... Ive smoked 2 packs a day for almost 40 yrs not completly off analogs yet but down to about 5 or 6 a day... I think they are AWESOME and recommend them to all my friends that want to quit... I love the fact you can chose the flavors and play Mad Scientist mixing them Will never go back to analogs...

| | I've had my Volcano Inferno for 2 days now. In those two days I have completely given up analog cig. I have no desire or need for one. They shipped fast, and I was able to open and enjoy two days after I placed the order. I had a few questions for customer service the day it was delivered. They were polite, answered all my questions and even gave me info I didn't ask for that was helpful in breaking in my new e-cig. The price will pay for itself in about two weeks given current prices for analogs. I would recommend this product to anyone. I have tried other e-cigs and was very skeptical about purchasing this..however I am VERY happy that I did. |

I had tried a couple of others before this (Envy - don't even waste your time, much less money; and Blu - no real vapor), so I was a bit of a sceptic about e-cigs. | | This is my second electronic cigarette review for volcano. I purchased the Inferno T starter kit, which is the tankomizer system for the inferno. I have to say it is by far the best product from volcano that ive experienced! Tons of vapor and awesum battery life. The one battery is a pass-through battery, meaning u can have it plugged into your computer or laptop via usb port and still vape it. Quite awesum! However, i dont really care for their e juice because it is made from PG instead of pure VG or a VG mixture. The throat hit of volcano's e juice is a bit too much for me so i ordered my e juice from texas totally twisted. Twisted e juice produces more vapor, lasts longer, and has a lighter throat hit. Over all the Inferno is awesum and i probably wont be buying anymore electronic cigarettes. Ive found my one! I would suggest first time buyers to purchase the inferno starter kit over any other volcano products because there are less problems with the inferno than the regular volcano electronic cigarette and the magma electronic cigarette. And im saying that from personally experience and from chatting with people on the volcano online forum video chat. Happy vaping! |

| | This is my second electronic cigarette and i have to say this one beats ProSmoke (my first electronic cigarette) by far! The vapor is great, the batteries last me all week, they charge fast, the e juice is very tasty, the tanks last a long time for me. I purchased the Inferno T starter kit. It is has a tank-o-mizer system and it is a bigger electronic cigarette but that is due to the big batteries, hence why the battery life is so long. I am a light smoker so that is why the batteries and tanks last me long as well. I have had no problems so far with any of the products in the starter kit i have purchased. I would recommend this electronic cigarette system over other brands. Customer service is also very excellent. The only thing i wish Volcano offered was a money back guarantee warranty in case the product did not suit me or any other customers. Over all this product is awesome, you got to give the inferno t starter kit a try, first time users! |

The batteries were not good and they changed the cartridge style and flavor. I hate the new ones they are cheap looking and taste like cigars. The bats don't last long enough either. I wonder if it my charger that doesn't work well.Their customer service was very good they sent me new batteries immediately but these carts leak all over. | | This is my first electronic cigarette. Unfortunately I've had nothing but bad luck with it as the atomizer i received with my starter kit was dead
on arrival. I had them ship out a new one and it only worked for 2 days. I tried cleaning it and it still wont work.
So they are shipping me out another new atomizer and new battery because they think it might be a connection problem between the two.
I also an unhappy with how long it takes for delivery. A week to get where i am. However, they are located at Hawaii so I guess i can't expect much more than that.
Just inconvenient and i expected it to be here faster.
I really cant tell you how the product itself works right now since i haven't gotten to use it really. The vapor on it was very low from what i did use on it and the battery life didn't seem to be that long. I'm hoping they can figure out what is the problem with my e cigarette so i can start using it correctly and normally. I am looking into getting a INFERNO starter kit as well or maybe exchanging the deluxe starter kit for the INFERNO and paying the difference. It seems the INFERNO would be more worth my money. Sorry the review is not the greatest of one! I'm sure they are a great company and have good products! I might just have bad luck or just had a rare problem. Try them out anyways! Should have ordered a kit with two batteries. But they are inexpensive; I'll just order another. Very FAST delivery. Ordered Sunday and received on Tuesday. Couldn't be happier. Ordered the choconilla haze and using it to refill my carts for my VK and No7. Interesting flavor... a pleasant twist from the tobacco flavor. I enjoy the vapor from the Volcano the best. | | I bought the Volcano for my husband and he loved it. I decided to buy one for my roommate too. My roommate loves it. He smokes it in his painting studio without any of the 'smoke' effects. In fact my whole family likes it. The kids in the house like that there is not stinky odor to the coat closet anymore, we always smoked outside. My middle son liked the idea of a non-smokey environment so well he used his allowance to by one for his step-mom. He is 7 years old (I helped him). He called it an 'I love you' present. | | We love Volcano! It makes it nice to be able to "smoke" on the car and not roll down the windows and freeze our passenger. We have been able to cut down the amount of money we spend on cigarettes. We love the fact that our clothes don't smell like smoke anymore and the "smokers cough" has gone away. It has a great taste and give you the feeling of smoking a "real" cigarette. We have recommended this to our roommate and our friends. Per our Dr it is healthier for you too. You don't have the tar build up in your lungs and on your teeth like you do with regular cigarettes. You also don't get the bad after taste and both of us have notice that our morning breath is not as bad as before the Volcano e-cig. This is one of the best investments we have made in a long time.
