Their automatic batteries suck a lot. Not worth the money you blow on them. I got an Original Vapor King automatic battery from them and it broke. I decided to give them a chance and buy another one thus placing the blame on myself but it sucked worse than the first one. I am out of breath by the time I get a single vapor. Halo G6 batteries are much better. |

I had a lot of problems ordering my V4L e-cig. First, my initial order gave me an error and prompted me to try to submit my order at another time - and so, I resent my order later, and the next day, ended up getting charged for both. They refunded me a week later. Second, when I received my e-cig, they gave me a bottle of refill oil instead of the cartemizers, so I wasn't able to use my e-cig. Third, the post office delivered my package to the wrong address, therefore losing my package, and I had to wait another 2 days to receive the cartomizers.
I'm quite disappointed with my purchase, and have only used this product e-cig 2 or 3 times. I instead have used a whole NJOY e-cig (purchased at a gas station) and even bought a second one which I am using currently. The only downside is that the NJOY cigs have nicotine, and I do not want nicotine. I liked the 0 nicotine option with this device (but all the major e-cig brands online have 0 nicotine options...) The NJOY cigs give WAY more vapor than this brand.
The one good thing about this ecig is that their customer service agent I spoke to (I happened to speak to the same guy almost every time I called) was VERY polite and accommodating.

Very Very impressed with everything!!!! Order arrived fast, everything present I ordered, unlike other E-cig companies your options for any starter kit is amazing. For the price of one starter kit on other sites I got so much more: two batteries, carrying case, charger, cartomizers in Menthol and fruity flavors, was able to try manual and auto batteries both, portable charger, also ordered the liquid to try in many flavors with the sample packs, and much more. You will be blown away by the quality of vapor, feels just like the real thing, nice throat hit, great taste. I highly recommend the manual batteries for best/strongest drag feel. Also you feel satisfied after your smoke. |

When I first received the product I was happy with the packaging and the appearance. Everything was packaged safely.
The Vapor King came with a very good charge and I didn't have to charge it until the next day. It came with 5 cartomizers. It gives off a lot of vapor which I like. The battery last quite a while for me but I do not use it as
often as other people would. If you do plan to use it a lot you should buy multiple batteries.
Overall this product is amazing and I havent had any problems with it. |

Like the product, the colors and everything that comes with it! Been cutting back a lot from using this, hopefully to be quitting now, but the only problem I have is the vape.
It doesn't produce enough smoke! That's what I'm mainly looking for too....
Might return. Unless someone has a better idea on how to produce more vapor?
How might you produce more vapor? I have a reg. battery (auto) and WOW cartomizers.

I am so glad my daughter introduced me to this e-cig. I've smoked for over 40 years, tried to quit hundreds of times. Finally, something that works for me. I ordered this product Titan Starter Kit. The kit came with 1 titan battery, a slim wall charger, a case, and cartomizers. I picked the black matte titan diamond regular auto battery, very nice looking, nice feel to it, nice draw. Ordered Licorice Wow Carts, and Grape Cool Carts, I luv them both! Shipping was super fast and my order was perfect. The website was overwelling at first, but after reading and checking things out, was able to figure things out. Their videos helped immensely as well as their forums. I highly recommend this to all smokers - try it!

Well, my experience with this device has definitely been a mixed bag! lol I can't say much for their shipping times nor for their quality assurance department, but the e-cigs themselves are pretty great. :) My order was screwed up TWICE (actually I'm still waiting for it to be completed correctly after weeks of back & forth), but I will simply review the items I did get. They like to throw in a bunch of sample cartomizers with every order, so that's pretty cool. It let me taste a few things that I probably would never have bought otherwise! The batteries are nice-looking & feel good. They charge fairly quickly, but I'm having trouble with them holding a charge for long. I tend to chain-vape like I chain-smoked, so maybe that's why. I got a few regular batteries & one of the new diamond series batteries. I can't tell any difference in charging time or battery life, but they do have a really good vape with loads of vapor & taste. The XL batteries (only ones I got) put out a load of vapor. I was pleasantly surprised. I'm still waiting to get my USB passthrough, but those are a great thing to have if you vape a lot at your computer! The cartomizers last a decent amount of time. Not as long as I'd like, but decent. The favors are intense & some are surprisingly good! Try the butterscotch!! All of the Coffee Shop Sample pack were great (Mocha Frap - YUM!). If you like menthol, the "Mint" is good. It tastes kind of like sweet spearmint gum with a slight menthol hit. My favorite all-day vape is their Cuban Cigar. It's not what you'd expect - very smooth & a great vape!! All in all, I'd have to say that V4L is probably one of the best regular e-cig brands out there. Customer service has been great in dealing with all of my issues & have sent freebies for my troubles. The batteries & cartomizers are decent...better than a lot of others, for sure. Flavors are strong & tasty, for the most part. I'd not hesitate to recommend them to someone wanting to quit analogs. |

I have used V4L products since April of 2010 but it's not the sole reason they get all my business. The customer service is second to none and that's a tough combo to beat. My latest favorites are the XL manual diamond batteries which have a perfect draw, and the new line of USA made juices. I have been a pack a day smoker since I was 16 years old. I've always planned on quitting someday but never really had the desire. When my doctor told me I had to quit before surgery, I was finally left with no choice. I am someone who enjoys the actual action of smoking, even more than the nicotine itself. So I knew that patches and gums wouldn't be much help. My doctor prescribed some chantix but when I saw the ridiculous number of possible side effects I said no way! I had seen e-cigs before and had wanted to try them and now I hoped they would be a good replacement. I am so glad I did. I tried smoke tip first and liked them ok. They kept me from smoking from the moment I picked it up. But after I got that one, I saw this site and all the other cigs available, I had no idea! Since I already bought one starter kit I was hesitant to get another. But when I saw that a few brands were compatible with it I decided to give it a try. I was as giddy as a kid when I saw all the different styles and colors of batteries this e-cig had to offer and all the kinds of flavors, I was hooked. I ordered the ultimate kit, and I was able to buy it with a big discount, so I got extra cartomizers as well. It took shiite a week to arrive with regular shipping. When I took my first vape of their kamel flavor I was amazed, that one and the cowboy are almost just like regular cigs and the peppermint is my new best friend! Their prices are good and they are always having sales. I have had almost no desire for a regular cig for over a month now. Thank heavens for e-cigs and this product!!! |

About a year ago, I picked up my first e-cig starter kit from my local smoke shop. I was so disappointed that I went back to regular cigarettes. This Christmas, my brother-in-law had a Vapor King from V4L that he let me try. I did not expect much. I was AMAZED. It was exactly like smoking a Camel. Exactly. Three days later I went to their location in Northbrook, and bought a starter kit. The staff was so fantastic & helpful. The selection was incredible. I have not smoked since, nor have I wanted to, even after smoking a pack a day for over 20 years. Vaping is the only way to go, and V4L is the only company to go to! |

But when I got on board with this brand, things changed. I honestly forget sometimes that I'm not "smoking". I've even rolled the window down in the car a few times. The ecigs from V4L are light-weight, and feel natural in my hand. And, they look "classy". They have a huge variety of colors and styles, and I love the variety of flavors they offer, I can tell, even after a couple months, that I am saving money (as compared to buying cigarettes) and I feel better, too. this ecig's Customer Support are the absolute best I have ever seen. They have Live Chat on their website, phone and email. They also have a great Facebook page and Forum where you can chat with other people and get information. I am a V4L customer "4 Life". |

I was a smoker of Marlboro 27s for atleast 6 years and before that I started Newports and Marlboro reds, I'll be 24 in March. I decided it was time to quit on New Years. I successfully stopped yet the cravings were enough to make me try the 19.99 NJOY from 7/11. It did get me through the first cravings but all I have to say about those are they are overpriced and taste absolutely horrible. After trying my friends V4L E cig with a blueberry cartomizer, I was basically in shock that I had been vaping an inferior product, and immediately started viewing my available options. I chose the XL starter kit , along with my order they included a bunch of extra goodies. The people on the forum are very friendly and knowledgeable as well. Couldnt ask for a better product or response from this whole experience. THANKS TO EVERYONE AT V4L and the Forum!

I started ordering from V4L back in April of 2011. I was immediately blown away by both the flavor of their juice, as well as the vapor production. My next order led me to some CoolCarts and a new battery. Again, I was thoroughly impressed. Since then, I have sampled countless juices and prefilled cartridges from V4L. Even if they are not all right for me, every cart, every juice is full of flavor and puts out clouds of vapor. The prices are competitive, and with near-constant sales, they're unbeatable. I have had one order that was not accurate in nearly a year. One electronic message and they fixed it. No hassle, no runaround. I cannot speak highly enough of this vendor. WOW! After 5 E kits I found my home. First let me tell you that as soon as I held the product I could see the difference in quality. I could feel it. The vapo is great and it is a smooth hit. There are sooo many flavors... I ordered severa. Several I loved and several I didn't but that is just a personal choice. The cartidges last exactly as long as they say they do. I think that is because the battery is better than the others I've used.. it does not get too hot and your cartridge does not burn up. CUSOMER SERVICE - not phony... not rushing you - honest and boy do they take care of thier clients! I called after I got my kit to order more cartridges... I mentioned that I thought one of the batteries might not be holding the charge well... they sent me a new batery... Try the diamond batteries.. they are great. Thier passthru battery is the smoothest coolest hit out there. I'm so excited that I found a company with integrity. One that offers a product at a fair price and is actually QUALITY. I don't ever have to worry about going back to reg cigs again. They ship quick... get the orders right and take care of thier customers. I do miss some of the V2 flavors but it is a small price to pay for cartridges that actually last... that don't leak and are not empty. And if you have a problem... call them and they'll help you...Really. Don't go any futher. I might sound like an add for this company, but after 5 months of searching and being ripped off by other companies.. and spending a fortune. I have no more stress over finding an e cig that will not leave me spending $10 to $15 a day on cartidges that don't work. I go thru 2 of V4L cartridges a day and that is probably only because I like to swithch flavors and use the batteries intermitenly so I don't overuse one...V4L. The way to go. I tried a few others before settling quickly with v4l I am impressesd with batteries, vapor production , flavor strength and choices and overall excellent product and customer service is tops!!!! I have both the manual and auto battery and both are great and the pass through hooks up to computer and car charged..wow all with excellent vaping clouds, longer lasting than all other big names I tried... be forewarned about other ecigs especially Blu... The negative reviews are many and quality and experience was very bad with Blu others not so bad but ... I hope those looking for a great ecig and excellent vaping will not have to go through the time and frustration I experienced until I found V4L... Glad I didn't give up... Simple and easy now happily vaping for life, thank you V4L

I'm pretty pleased overall with this e-cigarette and have cut my smoking down to almost nothing. Lots of "smoke vapor" make the experience pretty close to a real cigarette. Unfortunately I was smoking up to a pack a day of Newport 100's, probably the strongest cigarettes out there. My fiance and I are wanting to get healthy and start a family.
We realized barely being able to make it up the stairs without wheezing was a serious issue. Once we began the electronic cigarettes we noticed a great difference, not just in our breathing but also in our senses. We can smell better, our home alone smells better. And we already feel healthier. Definitely making it easier to exercise and get in shape.
I love that the batteries last a long time and the cartridges with the built in atomizer is wonderful and lasts much longer than others. Not to mention it tastes great! Better then the real thing for sure! |

I tried this e-cig at the end of a long run of "trials". I've smoked analog for nearly 50 years and so far haven't suffered severe consequences. Not wanting to go there, one day I finally had it with the smell, the look and everything that goes with smoking tobacco cigs. this product is the last of 6 brands of digitals that I've used. The only problem so far is that the cart heats up to too hot to enjoy. Throat hit nice, coffee carts awesome tasting, great battery life, ordered on the 12th and received the 14th. Problem with billing was settled very quickly. Overall they rate a wow, so far. |

this device is where its at I love the PCC "portable charging case" so if my battery dies while I'm on the go I can always just put it in the case and recharge. plus the customization of your e-cig is great. they have refill packs that come in all types of flavors with different Mg amounts. they are so good they al ready sent me a gift card to use in their online store. if I was still looking for the right e-cig this is the one id tell people to buy. |
