At first it was working fine and then it started having burnt tastes to it. I called customer service and they said I had a bad atomizer (after the 1st day?) or if switching it didn't work i would have to manually drop 5 drops of e-liquid in the cone. Isn't that what a tank is supposed to do? So I don't have to manually refill it every 2 minutes? I did find an easier way, just snap off and snap back on the tank after every puff and it works. Still annoying to have to do that after every drag.

This is my first rechargeable set and I really like the e-tank's ease of refilling. It does seem I'm recharging quite a bit throughout the day and also going through 2 tanks of juice a day. So if you are into heavy vaping you might want to think about moving up to the storm. Had a small issue with my order only got 5 rubber stop leaks when I should've gotten 10. Emailed yesterday but haven't gotten a response yet.

Just got my this product today and haven't had to have one "real" cigarette since I started smoking this. The cartridges do leak if you aren't careful to line it up just so when inserting into the atomizer. The vapor is great!! I am used to smoking camel lights and I got the High nicotine cartridges because I was worried that I wouldn't have enough to satisfy my urge to smoke, but the throat hit on this is really strong to the point of making me cough if I take too big of a hit so I may want to step down a notch...but I'm not complaining! My husband got the automatic battery and I got the manual and to get a deeper hit I much prefer the manual to the auto battery. You have a to push a button for the manual, but It's not any trouble to me.

I've used the eTank system (3 months, no smoking)with 3 batteries, 2 vehicle/USB chargers, and a USB direct battery. Yes, the cartridges do leak, sometimes rather quickly. I have found that if you slowly and carefully insert the new cartridge into the atomizer with a steady force instead of just popping it in, it will last longer without leakage (more refills). I'm on day 4 with one cartridge @ 4-5 refills/day...still not leaking.

I have tried everything to get my husband to stop smoking, and he would for a few months but would always pick it up again. He has not touched a cigarette in over 5 months. This is the longest he has ever gone without smoking. Granted he is still spending money on the cartridges and liquid, but it is a fraction of the cost of cigarettes, not to mention all the health benefits from not smoking tobacco. I will give this product a 10 out of 10. ...I should point out that he has also tried blue cigs with no success as the cartridges are cheap and leak all over!!!

After trying (and failing) to quit smoking several times, I started looking for other options. I tried Nicorette gum, but it was so expensive and I ended up going through packs of it - plus the stuff tastes awful. I tried the patch, but I still found my hand going to my shirt pocket every time I was watching TV, standing outside, or driving somewhere. My wife is a non-smoker and she really wants kids, but she wants to raise them in an absolutely smoke free household. After the first few days he began to get annoyed by the manual button so we sent it back, ( GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND FAST SHIPPING A ) for the automatic battery. We just go this on, but it does not produce enough vapor to his liking. This ecig is a wonderful product for those who may need not alot of vapor, my fiance said if this e-cigarette e tank starter kit had more vapor it would be absoluetly perfect! There is a product called this e-cig storm produces alot of vapor, it just has a manual battery, which means you control the amount of menthol via a button when you take a drag. I hope my review has been helpful:) GO ECIGS* Joe commented on December 19 2011: Not enough vapor? I'm smoking an auto battery right now and it's blowing clouds of vapor out. I will tell you one thing, with any ecigarette, you can't just puff on it like you would a cigarette and expect it to work like that. You need to realize that all you have to do is slightly activate the sensor, you don't even need to do it hard, light pulls, let your mouth fill up with vapor then inhale. TONS OF VAPOR WITH THE VK.

I made it my rule that every time I wanted a real cigarette I would instead take 10 puffs off of my electronic cigarette. If I still wanted a real cigarette after I took 10 puffs off of the electronic cigarette..I would allow myself...but I never did. I was using 24mg this device tobacco flavored eliquid. It gives me the throat hit that's just like a real cigarette and the completed satisfaction of smoking a real cigarette after taking only 10 puffs. This thing works good, it's actually amazing, I've completed stopped my cigarette habit dead in it's tracks with this 10 puff technique, it was the simplest thing I ever did. I had one battery go bad and they replaced it no questions asked. I went with the Etank, this new tank system is great, definitely give this product two thumbs up. No leaks for me, I did get a 5pack that leaked a while back which they replaced and told me it was an issue that has been corrected, all has worked fine since. I have tried the two piece electronic cigarette and did not like it as much as the tank. I think the tank works way better, and it's alot easier to refill with eliquid with the tank because there is a perfect hole for the tip of the eliquid. All and all a great product here.

He was excited to get it, I couldn't stand the stink. It appears that the tanks leak like mad, at least 3 out of the 5, which is horrible for a brand new starter kit. I'll see what the return policy is, I'm not impressed at all with this.

Service Cost/Value Overall definitely pretty satisfied, my order arrived days ahead of when it was expected to. The actual ordering process was pretty simple, and they didn't try to kill me with shipping charges. Upon opening the package I was a bit surprised to see the slightly underwhelming but sufficient package it came in. Don't care too much about the box for something like this, just want a quality product that works. Charged it and tested it out. Charging is said to take about 3 hours, mine took a bit longer than than, maybe around 4-4.5. Otherwise the battery aspect is very reasonable so far. The atomizer is of nice quality, works well, lots of vapors. No problems. My only complaint would be that they include at minimum a small case to put everything in the you can carry it around in. (Batteries, extra atomizer, or cartridges.) Joe commented on December 19 2011: Dana, I'm sorry but it sounds like you need someone to teach you how to use it. Mine doesn't leak one bit. How are you refilling? Are you just ripping the plastic piece off the top of the etank cartridge? and then trying to snap it back on? That's a no no. You need to use the eliquid bottles that have the special tips that fit in the cartridges. Stay away from this ecig? It's the best ecigarette on the market in my opinion. Mine works fine everyone, and I have turned several friends onto it who all love it and swear by this product. I'd give it a shot before you listen to Dana because I've tried like 20 different brands of ecigarettes and this e-cigarette is by far the best technology using the tank system, the best tasting tobacco flavor eliquid, that is always consistent, they have 24 mg nicotine which is awesome, the charger pack is a godsend, and this thing rocks. I ordered the stainless steel color etank model w/ auto battery but they sent me one with a manual button battery.(note that this is exactly the same model battery regardless of what their site might tell you as on the original this brand model because they do not show a stainless battery color or atomizer as an option for the etank model when buying parts which I did buy as backup parts) I am actually very pleased that they sent me the manual battery type (alot more freedom and control over your drags). I would definitly recommend also purchasing the charging pack as well. With my usage, I get about three hours to a battery at a time.

The new tank works well and hold a very large amount of e-liquid. But somehow it really dulls the flavor of the liquid. I have some high quality liquid with strong flavor that I have used with a different brand. By using the same liquid with the Storm I was barely able to tell witch flavor I was using. One of the two vaporizers that came in the starter kit went out after about half a day. I then realized that this ecig gives only a 30 day warranty on all their components. In times where most other manufacturers give a lifetime warranty on at least their batteries, 30 days ain't cutting it in my opinion. I returned the kit under the 30 day trial program. - BE AWARE that they will charge you $9.95 for the box of 5 tank cartridges, even if you only used one tank and sent the rest back. So keep the box of tanks or throw it in the trash, at least that way they don't make you pay for it and then resell it later on. Not a good experience

Started Valentines Day and now I HATE the taste of cigarettes. I even had a pink one stolen from me after passing it around for others to try. The battery seems to vary in the ability to last, some times after 9 hrs sometime until I go to bed,I think it depends on how you smoke them, how full the tips are & how hard you drag on them-they have a tendency to get a little warm if you drag to hard or long. You need at least two to switch back and forth with during the day. The tips are easy to re-fill and I love the vanilla. It's a new way to smoke, love the vapor - don't worry about ashes falling, wasting the cig, smelling up the car/house and clothes, yellowing the walls, getting cancer, WOW! what a great concept..love the little push button to turn it on - but hate it when it blinks - I know it's going to need recharging... not enough vapor? re-fill your tip or recharge your battey

The batteries are of very poor quality and I have had 3 out of 4 die since my original purchase. They did replace to of them and now I have another one that just died. Service Cost/Value I originally bought this e-cigarette for my mother, but I liked it so much that I bought one for myself. Then I ended up buying a few different colors, like pink and stainless steel. This e-cig has changed my life. I no longer crave cigarettes. I can smoke in my bed, or in my house anywhere without harming my family. It is a smooth smoke and I love the fact that I don't smell! My hair and clothes don't stink like they used to with regular cigarettes. And you cannot beat the price! 1 bottle of e-liquid will last me about 3-4 weeks. I always carry an extra battery with me just in case. I wish I would have invented these things, they are so fantastic. And the customer service people at electroniccigaretesinc.com are wonderful! They are always so helpful when I need them. I love this product!

The battery is poor and dies after a few pulls on it. Of course no battery power no vapor. If I get another it wont be a this brand.

One atomizer is defective.
