Buyer beware. I was a loyal V2 customer until my last order. I ordered V2 Red 18 cartridges and juice. When I tried one of the cartridges is was not V2 Red flavor. I tried several other cartridges and the juice and all was not the right flavor even though it was packaged as V2 Red. The batch was # VSAV.
When I contacted customer service they stated they would make a one time exception and allow me to return only the unopened packages. I was shocked that they would not refund the entire order that they mislabeled. V2 stated they do not warranty juice. They have now refused to respond to e-mails.

This company has the worst shipping practices ever. They are so slow its disgusting. There is rarely an update on the shipping status after it is listed as shipped. My order was marked as shipped almost 8 days ago with no update. Just stick it in a mailbox and I would have had it already. With this being a million dollar company the cost of shipping is not customer friendly.

V2 has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They have sent the wrong strength, a battery that did not work, half and order when I paid for a full order and today the half order that "was sent" was short.

When I called about the battery, I could not get the one I had ordered, so I had to pick another color. They sent a return envelope to send back the bad battery, but no postage. This order was placed on November 26th today is December 19th.

V2 has been the only company I have purchased from. The battery life is terrible. Out of the six batteries I purchased two were bad and they made me pay S&H to send the bad ones back even though they were bad from the start. In my last three orders I had bad carts. The last order all 40 were bad. They only offered me a replacement of 20 at first. I fought it and finally got them to replace the order after a nightmare of negotiation. As I was totally out, I asked them to expedite shipping. Their answer was NO. I'm done with them and am trying out Smokeless Image. So far they have been great. Customer service is amazing. I wrote them several emails and they responded within 10 minutes. They are cheaper, have more battery options and the initial carts I have gotten are great. I received my first order in three days with S&H of $2.70 (and that was standard shipping). On my second order I got free S&H! With the 15% coupon code my order was way under anything I could get at V2. V2's shipping costs have gone down but they are still high and considering how long it takes to get an order you pretty much have to pay for faster shipping. Crossing my fingers that Smokeless Image remains as good as they seem to be.

I have been with V2 for 5 months now. I loved them at first, but my last 3 cartridge orders have had 25 to 50 percent duds (Either no flavor or a chemical taste, mostly the chocolate carts). The USB battery only worked for 2 1/2 months, the other batteries still work but don't hold a charge long(1 hour at most). I have been ordering ejuice to refill carts and that works ok. I just placed my last order with them on the 9th of April 2012 for blank carts and a new USB battery and paid for priority shipping. I received my order on the 23rd of April. Turns out was sent slow parcel post, so apparently their shipping does suck now! I am done with them and will be looking for a better ecig company.

This company was good when I first started with them. Ive had a number of problems with them It took over three weeks to get a replacement from them they kept jerking me around and said it was shipped and it wasnt, they kept passing the buck to another customer service rep. What really tipped me over is now the shipping on a replacement order is over 1 week to get any thing from them it used to be 2-3 days now they said they were changing to a better shipping rate and it sure shows they did its pony express terrible

Terrible customer service and shipping. Product is good, but not nearly good enough to wait 2 weeks to receive and than have to deal with all there BS and screw ups. Try a company with competent people running it.

PS I never do reviews, but this company is terrible!!!Please note that all the good reviews probably havent been with the company long!

Amen to that. I've been using them for almost a year and I am done with them. Their products are not great. The batteries do not last. The charger is a piece of crap and the last three orders have had bad carts, the last of which all 40 were bad and they were negotiating with me on the replacement. I mean, how hard is that? 40 bad replace 40. They suck.

The customer service (Manny) is pretty bad. I really tried to stick with this company but finally gave up 2 days ago. The other reviewer is right, they are completely unreliable. The batteries are terrible, the cartomizers are never even close to full, shipping is totally unreliable and slow, ALWAYS running out of stock but worst of all is the customer service. I was treated like an idiot and now after spending $900.00 in the last 4 months I give up. Hey, you live and you learn right?
I hope this review will help you in your search for a good E-cig company, V2 is definetely NOT it.

I ordered the V2 Starter Kit due to various "reviews" I had read. I had previously tried the NJoy, and while it was ok, I wanted something better. V2 supposedly was going to be that "better" thing. I finally got it today, this after receiving first an email saying my purchase had been shipped, then it hadn't and finally had, but still it took about a week, so that was ok for me. I charged both batteries, which took almost no time at all to charge. I bought the Menthol 12mg for my wife and the Red 12mg for me. The entire idea behind eCigs is that I want my wife to stop smoking, while I, due to a very rare condition (neurogenic bradycardia), actually still needed the nicotine stimulant to keep my pulse rate and blood pressure at a level above dead. E-Cigs seemed to be the answer...no tobacco smell, so she could wean herself off (she isn't a big smoker anyway) while I could still get my nicotine fix. I can only drink just so much caffeine and refuse to take amphetamines. Anyway, back to the V2. We both fired them up and the flavors and amount of vapor was impressive, at first. We bought the manual battery versions. I have actually been counting puffs on mine, to see how it compares to a regular cigarette. At 26 puffs, mine quit producing vapor. That was over the course of 3 hours. I'm presently recharging the battery, maybe that is the problem, but seems weird. I'll update tomorrow to let you know my first day results, so far I'm not a happy camper, but the wife's seems to be working ok, for now. Oh, and if anyone at V2 is reading this, I am a fairly well known travel writer, with a substantial following, so my readers will also be learning of my experience(s) in this. dave

I originally ordered the starter kit almost a year ago. Batteries stopped working, they replaced, I had to pay return shipping on their defective products! Many shipping delays for carts, lots of waiting for fullfillment, but charged my credit card immediately. Along the way I ordered many accessories and felt I was stuck with V2cigs. BUT, the failure rate of carts is sooo bad, 3 good out of 5. Customer service chat said they were evaporing, probably cause of the heat and to keep in the refrigerator. Don't know what heat she was referring to, but I now keep then in the refrigerator.....no difference. By the way...no offer to discount my next order. After spending hundred of dollars on V2cigs, there will be no next order.
I hope I can find carts that fit V2cig batteries

I read a lot of review about this. My shipping came pretty quick so I have no complain about this. The only thing I hated was that it runs out to fast. The battery life sucks and it doesn't last as long as I would like. The usb doesn't charge as long as it said it would. I like the black manual one because its a better hit but to be honest if it wasn't for that manual I think I wouldn't even get as much puff. When I first got it was great but after a day i sucks. I'm returning it and trying safe cig.

Because of recent reviews I found and web forum talks of order/delivery issues, I called and asked if the items I put in my online basket were in stock. The man said they were all there and it would be shipped within a day or two. I placed the order and after 5 days it was still "being fulfilled" I called and found that everything was on back order. I cancelled the order and I did get a refund. I highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase disposable cartomizers to reconsider this costly feature and look at other alternatives. The average person will need an 100mAh battery to last a good day or close to it. Cartomizers, such as BOGE and some others, are inexpensive and can last a long time. Newer ones, like a dual-coil cartomizer, can hoold ~1ml of juice and last a very long time compared to V2's. I also recommend "Halo" for your ejuice. I have tried many brands and Halo seems to have a really good and professional juice. Save yourself a ton of money by making a step into a better ecig. Do some research and stop paying for these V2's. There's too many alternatives.

Batteries don't last long and half the chargers won't fully charge the batteries. Customer service was a nightmare to deal with and would not replace the chargers. Only offered small discount on new ones. They insisted I wasn't charging the batteries long enough but I even tried charging for 24 hours with no luck. Switched over to Vapor King and was able to use the old carts from V2 with the vapor king batteries. Very happy with vapor king now and will NEVER go back to V2. Please PLEASE don't waste your time and money with V2!

My experiences with the company? I'll go sit with Joey D. Nothing but a nightmare. Ordered starter kit.
Was so happy I recommended V2 to everyone I knew that smoked. Sorry for that friends.
Preferred man. battery so I ordered a black manual to have back up. Defective. Finally replaced. New one won't hold charge.
Ordered notebook for computer, deliriously happy with it until it died. Contacted CS twice to get new one, week and a 1/2 still not shipped.
Ordered daughter a battery and charger kit. She got order & had no cord to connect wall plug to charger. They are so sorry that I have had so many problems. The company has gotten so big they are having trouble covering YADDA same crap every time. Contacted CS at least 4 times trying to get cord sent to her over next couple of weeks. No way to charge her cig so sent her an extra cord I had. Figured she had gotten cord by now or she would have told me. Last night contacted CS again because new notebook hasn't shown up. Sorry, growing so fast YADDA, hasn't shipped yet, when it does I will get a con. number. Wait..what? Never received a confirmation number for my daughter's cord. "Does that mean my daughter's cord has never been shipped?" Nope, not sent. Still no cord and that order was placed over two months ago. Ordered a 40 pack of cherry cartridges. Burnt tasting, dried out, nasty. I contact CS to complain about crappy cartridges. Sorry, best they can do for me is a 25% off code for next order. Really? $40 worth of **** I had to just throw away? Oh there will be no next order, they are welcome to take their 25% off code and..
Never in my life had such a horrible time with products, replacements, shipping times, follow up from Customer Service, etc. I sincerely regret that V2 was the company that I found first for e-cigs. So gun shy now I don't even know where to turn. Is there a company out there where I can get batteries and carts that continue working and are worth a ****?

Yes, researched and finally chose v2 Ulitimate starter kit, I was really looking forward to my first e cig, only to have it never show up. No messages sent stating that everything was on backorder. Had to call them to find out after 11 days. They sure didn't have a problem taking my money on the first day. I asked how much longer it would be, and they said should be sometime next week. I'm sure I wasn't the first one in line, so I asked to cancel. Very disappointing.

I did a lot of research on e-cigerrettes and decided on the V2 based on price and youtube reviews on how good of a product this was compared to others. In January of 2011 I purchased the standard kit and was excited when it was delivered within a week of my order. I chose a menthal cartridge in medium (12mg) strength and was pleasantly surprised on how well I liked it. A week into my using the product was when my happy experience went downhill.

1. My first problem arose when my manual battery started glitching out. I spoke with customer service whom said a replacement would be mailed and that I should receive the replacement within a week. I never received my replacement.
2. My second problem came when I tried to reorder cartridges. I placed my order then about a week later the website showed they had not shipped my order out yet. When I contacted customer service they had informed me and apologized that the mg strength I was looking for was on backorder, so I had to go down to 6mg or switch the flavor I wanted. When I switched flavors I was informed that one was sold out in the mg strength I wanted as well. In the end I had to purchase the 6mg instead of the 12 like I wanted all while waiting 2 weeks to get the problem sorted out. Once I did get my order the strength was incorrect and I got the full strength on half of my order which I couldn't even inhale without choking on.
3. It is now April and both of my batteries have quit working and I once again have contacted customer service to get a replacement wondering if I will actually receive it.

I really like the product, but am starting to wonder if I made a big mistake purchasing it because it seems like once you buy it, you cannot get refills or warranty coverage like promised. I don't want to throw all the money and time away that I have spent on this product in the hopes that they will get the kinks worked out.

My experience has been really bad with this product:

1) First of all the V2 standard kit was completletly wrong from the batteries to cartridges, and when I called to see if they could correct it they said it was to late for me to do it. The grams of nicotine that they sent me was wrong too. I asked for light and they sent medium. Is like I've been smoking regular cigarettes. They are not helping people to quit smoking if they are not giving a good service. What they only want is to getting the money out of your pocket!

2) When reciving the product the delivering was in such a ridiculous 2-3 weeks waiting for the cartridges, and the order was all wrong and missing some of the items. They promissed to correct it and they never did make the changes.

3) In my experience about the cartridges, when smoking it and gettting the burn taste is because the filler foam inside it is getting burn. That is why you get the taste of plastic melting inside the cartridges. I don't think inhalling burning product is good for your health!!!!

I have had no luck with V2cigs, they make promises to make good on and then their decisions change. I do not recommend buying anything from this company, just because THEIR advertisment says it's the best on the market doesn't mean it is. If you want a quailty brand I would choose Joyetech or Smoketech. NOT V2

Terrible service. Wonder what else they are vamping. LOL. My order was supposed to ship the next day but has taken seventeen days now and two alleged "shipments" neither of which appear to have ever been picked up by US postal service. V2s useless tracking system cannot determine if the pkg is on route or still sitting in their warehouse. The irony is, I'm not even a smoker. I work in harm reduction and was planning to become an affiliate if it was a good product. Not likely now.

v2cigs suck...........they lie about delivery....they charge your card right away and say you'll get your order in a few days and it takes months...then they will tell you they're are backorder...their batteries break right away...they don't last after being charged...when they do work, they're not bad, except the cartridges when vaping always have a funny taste like you're getting the liquid a little bit, especially if you don't keep them upright they taste even worse..i am going to try another company...can anyone make a suggestion... I really want to get off cigarettes and I am very disappointed with V2CIGS. And another thing, I've received cartridges that were dried out and they would not do anything about it, except take my money...the only thing they did was replacement a defective battery and I had to pay for the shipping.... and when you pay for overnight shipping you still don't get your stuff on time...stay away bad company..they don't know how to do business...

I love alot of things about V2. They have a cool stainless steel look, I get a good vapor, decent battery, and a great tasting menthol. The real problem is inventory/order fulfillment. Ever time I try to order more cartidges, the order sits for at LEAST 5 days! They cant keep enough in stock to fill your order quick. Not really a smart business plan. I keep having to buy a pack of real cigs to hold me over until the V2's come. Doesnt that defeat the purpose??

I ordered this for my mom who smoked for over 6o years. This product worked great and she was enjoying them. As the supply went down I went to order more and had them shipped next day air. I was told by phone they had them in stock. Two days later I got a notice they were back ordered. I was lied to by the operator who said it would be filled in a few days. It is now 18 days later and still not here. I tried finding info on my account but could not get in. After having the password reset 2 times(their fault) I finally got on my account and found that everything was gone because they are "upgrading" the system. This is the worst customer service by far.

E-cogs are all about the same. V2 is selling the same model K808D 2-piece as everyone else. Here's a news flash for ya.... they're all made by the same company in China. Once you realize that, you can save yourself a bundle. Anyway, I have no issue with someone setting their price higher because no one is twisting your arm after all. My issue is with the poor customer service. I've ordered 4 times from V2 and each time there has been one excuse or another for long delays. This last time I paid extra for fast shipping and now days later, they still haven't shipped. I just called my credit card company to reverse charges. They happily complied and the guy I spoke with said V2 "on the list". As explained to me that means they have had so many complaints that they don't even offer them appeals any more and summarily refund the customer. My guess is they'll soon lose their contracts and be banished to paypal land...the graveyard of scammers.

Each and every time they were late they had plenty of excuses and no solutions. Don't just take my word for it. Do your homework. This is not a company you want to do business with. The product is ok but you can get the same product anywhere usually for less and sometimes more. For me it isn't really a price issue, it's all about customer service and V2 has none.

I have also had terrible luck with their shipping time. I do however like the battery as it seems to give a better throat hit than some of the other ecigs i've tried. I google "v2 coupon" and use a coupon every time so my orders are cheaper. Also when my batteries broke they sent me new ones no questions asked, it just took 3 weeks to get them. This is the my 4th order and 4th time they have emailed me saying there will be some sort of delay. I have had enough. Does any one know if the cartridges are interchangeable so I can order them through someone more reliable?

I agree with the reviews that point out that V2 fails to promptly fill your order. When they finally filled my order it was not what I ordered. What was their excuse "you cancelled your order once before, therefore we wanted to get it out to you ASAP." Are they kidding. Send me the wrong order because they can't keep an inventory. When I wanted to return the order V2 refused to refund my full purchase price since I had ordered additional cartridges. Again, are they kidding? The first order took forever and I cancelled. The second order that I received was wrong, and then thay refused to refund the entire purchase price. I had to finally threaten them with very bad word of mouth and remind V2 that they got the order wrong, not me, before they agreed to refund my complete purchase price. Stay away from this company! I never got to try their ecig since I was totally disgusted with their customer service and delivery time.

Is it me or do the people that read this wonder how biased these reviews are? Most of them probably get taken down. I purchased the ulitmate package back at the end of october, in less than two months my charging kit stopped working (the first time I charged it), 2 electronic cig's stopped working. When I ordered it they were out of everything and I had to wait about 3-4 weeks to get it, and when I did get it the order was messed up.

All in all this is a big corperate cig made with cheap materials and labor. Before I knew this was a cheap product I talked a friend into ordering and his equipment broke in less time then mine.

I found a better service that is local to California. The flavors are so good the don't even compare to V2's, bigger batteries, bigger cartidges, more colors of cigs, more vapor. The price is comparable to V2 if not cheaper. The company's name is liquidxpress.com!!! I suggest you check it out, and I hope this review doesn't get taken down by big business.

I read through all the reviews on this website because I ordered from this device half a month ago and still haven't received anything even after I was forced to change certain things because they didn't have some flavors in stock.

This is the odd thing about the highly positive reviews on this website: If you look at the reviews on V2's website many of the stories fit in exactly with the positive reviews on this site.. anywho, although I haven't received my product yet this company by far is the worst when it comes to customer service despite what you might hear from phony comments supporting their customer service. For one, they lie to you regarding when your products come in, it takes forever to receive a product, and A LOT of people complain about batteries that crap out on this brand. I will give a pre-emptive rating based on reviews I believe coincide with how the actual product is perceived by many vs fake clowns who get paid to write good reviews and promote their site.

This site encourages people to post reviews by offering a $10 rebate. However, the rebate is given for positive and negative reviews alike. All the positive V2 reviews are from Oct/Nov 2010. My best guess is that back then they had no stock issues ...

At first I was impressed, however after several weeks of use I am not very happy with V2. Cowboy light is difficult to smoke and enjoy. My body has adjusted to them, but every so often they catch me off guard and you choke up pretty bad. Not fun. I thought it was just the vapor and trying to get used to e-cigs, but after trying another brand, I figured out that it was the V2 cartridges that were so awful.

The battery life is limited. A v2 cartridge last about 3-4 days for me and I have to charge the battery twice in that time. The vapor you get is weak too. Seems like it takes about 1/2 a cartridge of use to get it really primed and working well. I have the manual battery too.

However, that is not my real complaint. The real issue is the lack of inventory V2 carries. I have been waiting for over two weeks for cartridges that customer support said was in stock, when they are not.

As a result, last week I ordered some cartridges from SmokeTip, and WOW! Lots of flavor, lots of smoke, and a real pleasure to smoke. Plus from the time I ordered to in the mail box was only four days.

If was going to do it again from the start, I would buy everything from SmokeTip. I will be buying my future cartridges from SmokeTip.

This was the worst online buying experience I've had and I've been buying online for over ten years. First, they lied about shipping and we got our products days after promises made by the company and paying for overnight shipping. Second, the batteries kept dying and had to be sent back with my own money. The third time I had to replace a battery in under a month, the new battery fried my charger. Thankfully my Mother-in-law let me barrow a pass through she had from a different company and I was able to eek through while I waited for better products to show up from a different company. The real kicker was I had yet to receive the pass through I ordered from V2cigs a month ago when they kept promising me "next week." They keep trying to offer store credit when they have nothing I wanted in stock. It was a battle to get my money refunded and they refused to do so until they were threatened with legal action and a complaint filed against them with the Federal Trade Commission. This is a shady company. There are better, less expensive vendors out there who deliver on time and with complete orders.

Paid for the traveler kit in November with two day shipping. Order takes 11 days to arrive. Inside, there was no charging case, and no car charger, yet there was a note informing me that they were backordered. When I had to order replacement carts a month later, the representative told me that the reason the two chargers hadn't arrived was because the current versions were defective and were in the process of being redesigned by the manufacturer. I contacted them several days later to tell them I wanted a refund. It took them a full month to agree to refund the money for the chargers, and only after I threatened legal action several times. I will never use this company again.

I looked around for a few days for the best kit/quality and I decided with my limited knowledge at that point that V2 was the way to go. Unfortunately, after some research and an absolutely horrible shipping experience, I can't really recommend this product, and I wouldn't advise any one else to either until they look into the actual specs of the battery and accessories. Not to say this is a bad product, but you can get the exact same stuff for a lot less money. I'm really enjoying my e smoking experience, but its become apparent to me that most of these products are just repackaged copies of cheaper versions. All I can say is your better off doing a lot of research with a little buying. The V2 customizers don't last me nearly long enough, I use 2-3 a day and thats not very economical at all. However there are kits out there to refill them. The battery life is decent, but I've discovered that its not that great at all comparatively, I used 3 in a full day. The Only great thing about the package I got is the power cig that plugs into your usb for direct power, I like this little baby. But last and worst was the shipping I paid for 2 day shipping and got my stuff almost 3 weeks later, and to top it off I'm still waiting for my charging case and 5 customizers to ship a full month later. To be fair they did refund my V2 account with 17.66 (the shipping charge) but I can only spend that there and frankly I don't even want to mess with it. My new direction will now be to get some VG e juice and construct my own battery rig, possibly even make my own atomizer as well (can you say genesis). While I can see this option working for some people looking to vape its defiantly not the economical route. If you've managed to read this GO TO THE E CIGG FORUMS and get to educating yourself you'll be glad you did :), there are so many options and to many people looking to make a quick buck. Btw they still beat the S@#$ out of analogs though :)
