  I have been using the V2 shorty cig and the peppermint and chocoalate flavors. I would definitely recommend the chocolate flavor. I have not enjoyed the peppermint as much. In general the V2 cig has helped me cut down on the number of regular cigarettes I smoke. I had some issues with the usb charger. V2 cigs quickly replaced it with a new functional one without any hassle. The customer service was great. I would defintely recommend this electronic cigarette.

  I have been with V2 for 5 months now. I loved them at first, but my last 3 cartridge orders have had 25 to 50 percent duds (Either no flavor or a chemical taste, mostly the chocolate carts). The USB battery only worked for 2 1/2 months, the other batteries still work but don't hold a charge long(1 hour at most). I have been ordering ejuice to refill carts and that works ok. I just placed my last order with them on the 9th of April 2012 for blank carts and a new USB battery and paid for priority shipping. I received my order on the 23rd of April. Turns out was sent slow parcel post, so apparently their shipping does suck now! I am done with them and will be looking for a better ecig company.

  Being new to the whole e-cigs thing, my wife and I did lots of research for our first purchase, so we checked out a lot of reviews, blogs and pages of all major brands to make our choice, and in the end it was the positive feedback that lured us to finally choose V2 Cigs as our first attempt on the vaping world.
Even before buying their customer service was really helpful answering our almost drilling questions, and we purchased the couples kit (which happened to be on sale at $129,95) on March 31st.
The couples kit includes 4 V2 batteries, 20 V2 Flavor Cartridges (4 packs of 5), 2 Wall Adapters, 2 Chargers, 2 V2 Manuals and instructions to the S4F program, which we're planning to take advantage of.
We also purchased a portable charger kit of the "older generation" for $39,95, wich isn't as sleek as the new one but also isn't as expensive (new one being $59,95).
We cutomized our kit will all auto batteries, 2 black w/blue led & 2 white w/red led, and as for the cartridges, there were supposed to be 1 Red & 1 Vanilla Medium, and 1 Red & 1 Sahara Light.
We ended up with one Red Full instead of the Red Medium, even thou the order was supposedly check by hand, but that didn't bother us since we got the chance to test all cartridge strenghts, and the Red Full ended up being my next choice because I found the hit really pleasant. Of the 4 packs, 4 came in te new blisters, and the vanilla came in the old packaging, I'm not sure if the lack of flavor I felt on those was because of the packaging or because the cartridge is supposed to taste like that.
My wife, on the other hand, was really pleased with her choices and is really eager to start trying another flavors, so we're placing an order for a flavor sampler.
Overall our experience with V2 has filled our expectations, the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars to the cost/value is because the company suddenly changed their shipping policies and now you have to pay more to ship the same amount of product.

  This company was good when I first started with them. Ive had a number of problems with them It took over three weeks to get a replacement from them they kept jerking me around and said it was shipped and it wasnt, they kept passing the buck to another customer service rep. What really tipped me over is now the shipping on a replacement order is over 1 week to get any thing from them it used to be 2-3 days now they said they were changing to a better shipping rate and it sure shows they did its pony express terrible

  A year ago Nov. 2010. I tried 2 other ecigs before V2. By far, flavor & vapor is best. I also think the lifetime warranty is great. I have had no problem with customer service. The out of stock problem is sometimes frustrating.
Overall it's the best!

  I love my v2 however my charger or battery just broke...andnow after reading these reviews I am a little nervous - I need to be able to depend on them if I am going to get off of analog! Everything else has been amazing...including taste...my cartridges everything...except after three and a half weeks of smoking it everyday all my batteries are broken! How many batteries should I order for this not to happen again?

  Terrible customer service and shipping. Product is good, but not nearly good enough to wait 2 weeks to receive and than have to deal with all there BS and screw ups. Try a company with competent people running it.

PS I never do reviews, but this company is terrible!!!Please note that all the good reviews probably havent been with the company long!

  I really enjoyed my experience with this type of e-cig. I love that it's disposable and you only have to mess with 2 parts (the Battery and fully loaded disposable atomizer). I only just found out that if you are interested in saving some money you also have the option of refilling the atomizers with your own liquid. That was really great news. The flavor of the reds and cherry are great. They have a good throat hit and lots of vapor smoke. Very satisfying. My favorite so far out of 4 other brands I have tried in the last couple years. The battery life on these things is not the best so stock up on batteries when you see a sale. Mine only lasts half a day. SO I recommend getting at least 4 because I loose/ misplace mine also. One other downside is the disposable cartridges run out of flavor pretty quick and they are somewhat expensive, but since learning that you can refill them, that makes it better. You need to use a fork or something thin and metal to pry the tops off to get them refilled. Don't overfill or the juice will pull through into your mouth.

  I had tried 4 different brands before researching online and buying the V2 Kit which includes:
A) 2 batteries, with choice of short, regular, or long, and even manual or auto.
B) An included USB charger with a wall plug. You can use the wall plug for faster charging or just a USB port on a computer for a slightly slower charging.
C) Ten V2 Cartomizers with your choice of flavors.
The V2 batteries (I got the regular size) seem to last longer than any other e-cig battery brands I had tried, and the batteries run at the higher 4.2 Volt level, which only a few top brand e-cig manufacturers supply.
V2 has a very good warranty and responsive customer service.
The Cartomizer/battery combination is top notch, with the thickest vapor I have experienced of any other brands. Their flavors are all pretty good, and they also sell blank cartridges for using your own favorite e-juice refills (my faves are Johnson Creek and Totally Wicked). V2 blows away the competition in quality and customer service. I've already decided I'm a loyal customer for life.

  I tried 5 other ecigs from 5 companies. I became so frustrated because the batteries would only work for a couple of days and then become utterly useless. I spent alot of money, and alot of effort, but every battery had such short life span. I almost decided ecigs were not going to work for me. Then I read a couple of reviews on V2. They were consistently rated very highly, I decided, as a last ditch effort, to give them a try. Thank goodness I did! I have used one battery since December 1, 2011 and it still works perfectly. I bought another, out of fear that something would happen to "old faithful" but when I got it, it didn't work correctly. I called them, to see if they might have any ideas on what to do. I told them I was having issues with the new one, and they said "No Problem, a replacement is on its way to you today". They immediately sent a new one, and included a self addressed envelope to return the faulty one. I didn't know that was an option! I didn't ask if they would replace it. It's their policy. I got the replacement within 4 days, and returned the faulty battery. I am very pleased with V2's products. I have had the same great experience with their cartridges. They seem to last forever! This is by far the best way to quit, but the ecig MUST function properly. V2's products are more expensive than other companies. But, they are frustration-less, the products are high quality and last forever. I am (or was) a heavy smoker, and bought a carton of traditional cigarettes per week at $60.00 each. I have only spent about $100.00 in 4 months on V2 supplies. I buy their blank cartridges, and buy my ejuice from EC Blend. (They have thousands of flavors, and you can create your own) One V2 cartridges will last for weeks. Their customer service is spot on. Standard shipping takes about 4-5 business days. Quitting used to be hard. Not so anymore! I've had an incredible experience with V2. I haven't smoked since January 13, 2012. I'm proud of that.

  I first ordered the "standard" Kit back in January of 2012. At first things seemed to be going great but after about 2 months one of the batteries (manual) didn't hold a charge. About a week later the other battery wasn't charging. I decided to order the Extra-long battery (140mm). In the meantime, I contacted the online chat help and told them about my issues with the batteries. They offered to send replacements so I took them up on their offer. Two days later (on a Friday) I had 3 brand new batteries and was ready to start vaping again. Unfortunately that didn't last too long. All 3 of my new chargers had stopped working by that Sunday. I contacted customer service and they gave some BS reason why the chargers didn't work. Something about during the shipping process, dust or lint can enter the product and damage it. That is total BS. This company obviously has some issues with their product. With that being said, I am shipping back all 5 batteries and cutting my losses. Until they get their battery problem resolved, I am jumping ship.

  Received this kit about a week and a half ago, read a lot of reviews prior to purchasing so felt pretty confident in buying this and it's a great ecig. However, since then I have tried one or two others and to be honest it's not that much better and the biggest negative is the colors. For some people the colors I realize don't matter but when I am out and about I want my ecig to look like a regular cig and not a crack pipe or something odd so I am going to try others who have brown or black carts. Battery life doesn't seem to last super long either.70

  I ordered this brand the first week of Jan. 2012. I fill my own cartridges so I ordered the blanks. To this day (Feb.22 2012)I have only got a partial order. They say the cartridges are on backorder. But they took my money. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with! I guess now I will be switching over to another brand because I can't get empty cartridges. Beware of this company!

  This is my third ecig company and in someways it is the best. In some ways, the worst. I've encountered the problems with being out of stock. That didn't bother me much. I purchased two of the usb cigarettes, one for home -one for office, and they have been performing adequately. Life of the batteries must be good because I have ordered 6 all told and all still work (need redundancy when addicted). The major negative issue I am having is with the chargers. I've purchased 4, with one arriving today. The first three died quickly. one never worked, one got very hot and stopped working, and the third died a day after that one. Customer service was good and offered to ship out 2 new ones to me, but I asked if they were getting other reports of problems with the charger and Brandon said "only one, but that was fixed by unplugging and plugging back in". I can see from other posts that this is just not true - or Brandon was ignorant of other problems. either way, that is serious. Not much you can do if you can't charge. I hope they can work out their problems, but if I have further issues with the chargers, I will be off to company 4 - probably South Beach.

  Started vaping with V2 in Sept of last year, ordering the Ultimate Kit. Everything worked, carts were good, flavors good, etc. However, I have still had many of the issues I see in other reviews.

The batteries are horrible! Replaced one about three months in, and now await replacements for all three, including the one they sent as a replacement for the first one. For a battery, much less 4 batteries, to not make it more than 6 months seems like a major quality issue. Oh, and I forgot to mention that both my USB charger and charging case are having to be replaced due to shorts. V2 needs to have a serious chat with their manufacturers.

The vapor amounts & flavors are the big positive for V2. Of course that's when they don't send you dead carts. I realize in all business you are going to have a percentage of products turn out bad, but this became way too common. To get around this, I now order V2 blank cartos; however, I order my juice elsewhere. V4L Nobacco USA juices are my favorite thus far. I will warn you though, DO NOT order dark liquids for these cartos! Tried GV Seattle Blend & Dr. Pepper in them and they were dead after 2 refills. Stick to lighter gold & amber liquids.

Customer Service is decent. Great part is that wait time is short if you use the chat option, phone is much longer, but your experience will vary greatly depending on the rep you get. Some handle your issue quick & easy, which has been my case except for one time. The time I complained about dead, pre-filled carts, it was like pulling teeth to get anything done about it. Eventually they gave me a credit to the account, but it shouldn't have been so difficult.

I give them credit in one way, their product works and will help you quit. Their flavors are quite good. Now that I'm beginning to branch out though, I see that there are much better options available. As long as they will replace whatever breaks, then I will stick with them. When that stops, I will move on without regret.

  My husband & I decided to stop smoking after many years and started using V2, 4 months ago. We love the amount of Vapor we get from them but their batteries are awful. We have already had to replace 4 batteries because they stop working or will not charge. We just contacted them tonight to replace 3 more batteries. We have had problems with both manual & automatic. This has gotten out of hand. I am thankful that they offer a lifetime warranty on them but this should not be happening. Why should we have to pay to have each one shipped back when it is not our fault. If the batteries would last, they would be perfect!
Also, we ordered the blank carts on Jan 31st so we would not run out and as usual, they did not have them in stock. It has now Feb 14th and they are still waiting on their shipment to arrive.

V2 is a great product but they are always out of something when you order supplies. The V2 is useless without the ability to get supplies in a timely manner. I would buy a different brand because of their inability to keep proper stock level of supplies.

  I have had a terrible experience with V2. My kit came with 2 bad batteries. They told me they would replace them. Good, but it is 2 weeks later and I still don't have them. Also, they were out of the color I wanted. I wanted to send it all back, but they said I could only send the kit back, not the $45 in extra cartridges I bought. Communication is good, but not service.

  I guess I was lucky 'cause I've had ZERO problems. Only 1 item was back-ordered and V2 sent me an email within 24 hrs asking if they should wait & send the complete shipment or go ahead & send the partial order. I said send partial order & within 24 hrs I got another email confirming completion & shipment. I got my order at 8am on the 3rd day after I initially placed the order!
I'm totally happy with my V2 batteries. I got 3 batteries & a USB pass through with my kit. I chose 1 automatic long, 1 manual long, &1 manual standard. I also got a carry case & recharging case. I got a wall charger, USB charger, car charger, & 5-pk of cartomizers with the kit, as well. The kit was pricey but it included everything in 1 pkg that you'd ever The batteries last hours on end despite the fact that I chain-vape like I chain-smoked! I rotate between the 3 batteries all day & charge them as needed (maybe once a day each) while using a freshly charged one. The USB pass through is a great way to vape & save battery life while sitting at your computer. The cartomizers that I got have all been fine. I haven't had any "dry" ones or anything. The taste is good & the vapor production surprised the heck out of me!! As far as regular e-cigs go, the amount of flavor & vapor is awesome! They last me maybe half a day but that's with me vaping non-stop! If you take a few draws & put it down & do that throughout the day, I'd imagine one carto would easily last you through the day & evening. :) Everyone has different tastes so I don't know how much this will help you. I didn't care for the Cherry at all. It tasted like cherry-flavored medicine! Yuck. The Congress was too perfumey. I loved Sahara - pleasant tobacco with hint of sweet. Vanilla is really sweet! V2 Reds are good but none I've tried truly taste like a real cig. Whatever brand you choose, just do it! I smoked for over 35 yrs & gave up on ever quitting despite lung disease! I put them down with V2s. If I can do it anyone can. :)

  After reading many reviews on e-cigs, I purchased a V2 Cigs starter kit 3 months ago. I wish I had paid more attention to the negative reviews that were out there. As far as the actual V2 e-cig is concerned, I have experienced some of the same problems as many others who have used V2 cigs. Dry carts, dead batteries, etc. Through trial and error I have worked through many of these issues and found what works for me.
The real problems with V2 Cigs are their shipping practices and their customer service. This company has serious logistics problems and their customer service reps will lie to you. More often than not, their products are not in stock and they do not tell their customers.
My last order with V2 Cigs will definitely be my last order with V2 Cigs. Two days after placing the order I hadn't received notification of shipment. I called V2 Cigs and got the usual run-around from customer service. Finally, 4 days after placing the order, I received email confirmation of shipment from V2 cigs. I tried tracking the order via the tracking number they gave me to no avail. I finally contacted the carrier and learned that just because V2 Cigs gave me a tracking number doesn't mean they shipped the order. It just means that they electronically notified the carrier of their intent to ship the order. Call me crazy but I thought that the email that said "we shipped your order" actually meant they shipped my order. The order was received by the carrier 4 days after I received notification of shipment from V2 Cigs.
I can't honestly say that the products sold by V2 Cigs are any better or worse than the many other e-cig products out there. I can say that doing business with this company simply isn't worth the hassle of dealing with their logistics problems and their deceptive customer service practices. Fortunately, V2 Cigs no longer sits at the top of many e-cig ratings. Its decline is well deserved! I've decided to take my business elsewhere.

V2's Customer Service started out impressive. However, I'm going to start looking for another cartridge supplier. There have been too many order problems and their customer service department has been very frustrating. My last order took 1 1/2 hours to get it resolved. Also, their shipping methods are deceiving. They send you a notification that the order is processed, and shipped. But sometimes it takes 4 days to ship it through the processing facilitiy. That's 4 days before it leaves the facility. Their shipping methods are frustrating. I've also received many cartridges that were empty. At one point I would estimate that 20% of the peppermint catridges I received were blanks. I started off promoting V2 products and service. Now I'm looking for alternatives so I can avoid their products.

I ordered from this company because they were one of the best. When I went to order more, they took almost 2 weeks because they couldn't keep up with demand. So I understood. I ordered my Mom and friend a kit...they ran out of one type I wanted, so they asked for a replacement. I told them I what I wanted...that never came. I had to contact them, then the original order came through. Since then all I do is wait because they say they are behind. I placed and order on Feb. 1st...it still hasn't shipped!!!!! Who wants to try to quit when you can't rely. Customer service just says "sorry". I've spent almost $700...hoping they would get better. Don't waste your time!!!!

  I have been using V2 for almost a year now. I loved the product until they came out with a new cherry flavor. Now the amount of vapor doesn't seem to last and many times they taste used. Batteries last longer than some other brands, but doesn't matter when you are out of cartridges, because their
overnight shipping takes a week to come in. When you call to dispute being charged overnight delivery, they lie and tell you it's been shipped. However, Fedex shows it's not picked up. It's now Friday and they still haven't been shipped and I ordered Tuesday. This is the 2nd time in the past 2 months and my friend is very frustrated with same issues. I'm embarrassed I referred her to V2. I will never make that mistake again.

  I have been using my V2 E-cig for about 4 days now. The hit is a little different in what I was expecting since this is my first E-cig. I chose the menthol light 6mg since I smoke Marlboro menthol golds. Dont care for the taste but it isnt bad. I wanted to TRY the coffee , Coloa & Chocolate flavors but after talking to customer service I dont think I will be investing any more money with them. They starter Kit came with 10 carts. I offered to send the 5 back in exchange to try other flavors and they said no. and they only offer a 10 cart sampler and I am not interested in all the other flavors. So , I may be sending it back. I will give it another couple of days , then decide. But thanks to this great Site HERE , I will read other reviews on other brands and maybe try another.

  Received my first order yesterday (prompt shipping) and must say this ecig produces the most vapor I've experienced of the brands I've tried to date (Blu, Finiti). The taste is reminiscent of they way cigarettes tasted "back in the good old days". Using disposables only for the time being - bought a starter pack from Blu and have been disappointed with battery life and smoke production. One word of caution - as a novice, I did not understand that the smaller the battery, the less smoke produced (duh!). Cautiously optimistic that I've finally found a replacement for the cigarettes I've been smoking for 50 years!

  I got the V2 shortly before Christmas. A friend used it with success in stopping smoking, so I thought I'd give it a try. I was skeptical about the whole thing. I've tried everything: gum, patches, hypnosis therapy, Chantix. Nothing has really worked to take away the urge. Until now. Although I haven't quit tobacco cigs completely, I'm well on the path towards that. I've gone days at a time now without a conventional cigarette. So far, I'm enjoying the menthol cartridges I purchased and am looking forward to trying more flavors. Just placed an order for more cartridges this week! I'm a believer now!

  I was pretty impressed with Green Smoke, until, I tried my brother-in-law's V2. The major complaint I had with GS, was it was very hard to draw on & it didn't quite have as much vapor as I would have liked. I loved the taste and the battery life. Now, I have ordered V2 and I'm not wild about the taste and it has very short battery life. But it has great vapor & is "easier" to draw on, but still find myself double dragging. I am loosing my interest in e-cigs. I really want to quit, so I have done major research & have just ordered South Beach Smoke. Hopefully it will be in the first of next week. We shall see who wins!! :))

  I recently got the V2. So far so great. Each cartridge lasts a decent amount of time. The cheery is smooth but the Turkish royal is harsh. Ten cartridges came with the starter kit. I will be going to the refillable ones next.

  I have been using the V2 Since June 2011. Yes, sometimes the carts don't seem to be full... So now I fill them myself. 18mg strength Menthol juice is great. Having smoked for 41 years (yes 41) I think its great to not have to run out and buy cigs at 7$ per pack Had a battery go bad and customer service was helpful. Prompt shipping on the Free replacement. They were out of white automatic so I ordered a blue one. Mistake. I keep it in my pants pocket and the blue paint is chipping off. Will go with stainless steel or white again when I need one.

I have been using ecigs for about 4 months now. I started out with Blu, which I liked but the battery life way to short and the vapor not that great. I switched to V2's. I liked them at first but the carts were iffy!! Some worked some didn't. I then ordered the blanks, long batteries, and Johnson Creek Juice. Now I am satified. You have to experiment with these new gadgets to get what you need as an individual. So far so good. Not slamming any brand you just need to find what fits you.

  it's been ten years since i started smoking and smoked half a pack per day. My throat and lungs were feeling very heavy in the morning and i decided to quit. I got my V2 with zero nicotine cherry flavor, however, it was so hard without the nicotine so i ordered menthol with some nicotine. Perfect. battery is good. cost wise, not bad at all. Thanks v2.

  I had very high hopes for this Ecig, but was somewhat disappointed with it. This was my first E-Cig, an anxiously awaited receiving the package from V2 after placing the order. However, what should have taken a few days took over 2 weeks. Although their online chat was helpful in resolving the issue, they blamed it on the USPS and refused to cancel the order and send me another one. They said that if the package didn't arrive, I would have to file a claim. Fortunately it did arrive, 2 weeks late. So they are not the most helpful customer service people out there, and won't do anything to resolve a simple problem. The E-Cig was not bad in terms of taste and vapor. In fact, it produces a ton of vapor. My problem was that the vapor was too strong and had too much throat hit, which resulted in a dry, sore throat after use. Also, the unit does not ship with a PCC, you have to buy one for $40. At this price point, there are many other vendors out there that include the PCC with the standard starter kit (eCigs, Volcano, Apollo). Lastly, the packaging was not great--they said they ran out of branded boxes and I agreed to take the shipment in a plain white box. However, everything was just thrown in the box...much different than many other reputable E-Cig makers out there. Overall, its a nice product, but there are too many loose ends in customer service and quality that made me return it.

  While V2 has a good tasting product, their customer service is not helpful! They take 2 weeks for a 3 day shipment. They are constantly "out of stock" on their products. I have been with them for some time and used to market product for them. I have had negative results on every single order! It has been so awful, I no longer market their product to my friends or to ANYONE!! Nobody should have to deal with that much B.S. Not to mention having to warranty 1 battery and having issues with my other 2. The automatic is having ignition problems and the manual battery wont hold a charge. I DO NOT RECCOMEND V2!! Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else!

  I have been a V2 user for almost 4 months. I LOVE my v2cigs & stopped smoking real cigs the day I got my V2 (1pack a day smoker/over 20 years)

BUT!! I am terribly disappointed in the VAPOR CARTRIDGES life span and consistency over the past month or two. This has gotten out of hand and is now costing me over $10 a day to smoke their brand and I simply cannot afford to smoke their brand if they don't do something about it.

Customer service is very nice however, often there%u2019s a delay in shipping (don't pay for quick ship, it will usually come in 5 to 7 days no matter what you pay unless it is on back order, then you can wait up to 2 weeks or more) - I LOVE my V2 Cigs and want to stay with them so bad but so often now (about 2out of 10)cartridges are EMPTY and about 8 out of 10 only last about 7 %u2013 11 cigs..wondering if it is a problem with the battery because when vaping, the cartridge gets hot on my lips but customer service had no idea if that was the prob) (I've had to exchange the batteries several times, they send you new battery right away then you send your damaged one back) But to be safe I've had to order multiple chargers and batteries so I don't have to worry about not running out & smoking real cigs.)

Once I had to spend $60 on disposables at my local store while waiting for my cartridges. V2 TASTE GREAT. EXTREMELY GREAT VAP! The customer service is NICE, but they don%u2019t back up their cartridges enough and it is really costing $ me now. (I%u2019ve had some credits,& they say they%u2019re always trying to improve) BluCig backs up their cartridges (so they tell me?). Although, I'm sure V2 has to be careful about people trying to "get-over" on them. But read reviews here and other places, you will find everyone's only real complaint is the shipping time (which can be overcome if you plan),and more importantly, complaint after complaint about EMPTY CARTRIDGES and %u201CLIFE%u201D of the CARTRIDGE. Anyone know of cartridges that really last? PLEASE HELP

I am right there with you! My first 2 orders through V2 were great. My last order for 80 cartridges has been TERRIBLE!! The lifespan of each cartridge has gone way down and I have found at least 7 - 8 bad cartridges that do not engage at all when I smoke them. This has been VERY dissapointing. I am moving over to SouthBeach Smoke. They have a much better lifespan from what I hear from my sister in law who uses them.

  I purchased Smoking Everywhere about 2 years ago and liked it, I did not smoke Reg cigs while using it. After a very stressful period I stopped using it and went back to Reg cigs. I recently decided to give Electronic Cigs another try after MANY unsuccessful attempts at quitting. I decided on V2 after spending a month reading and reviewing. My first impressions are excellent, the Vapor is better than expected and taste is good. I ordered the RED Full strength. Anyone thinking of getting an E Gig should STRONGLY consider Vapor quality as a big factor. I like the automatic much better than the button. I love the rubber tips that come on the cartridges, when I'm not using it I put it back on and they keep the end sanitary. I will follow up as I use it more.

I am very satisfied with the V2 cigs so far. I ran out of the cartridges and purchased reg cigs, but found myself preferring the Ecig. I do find I'm smoking almost twice as much as I did with reg cigs, probably because they are so convenient. No smell, not burnt clothes and no standing in the cold to get a smoke.

  My third ecig: Can't agree with flavor comments, cherry & vanilla are awesome. I do think the carts are not always fully filled all the way. However reading many reviews of other brands from first release to present time; this seems to be an industry wide consumer response. Battery life seems to be good, except once I did have one experience that both went dead on me in a short period of time. I think this was due to improper use of USB charging case. I ordered the ultimate kit which is fully customizable 3 bat's of choice 25 carts USB pass-through, USB charging case, travel and wall adapter. I chose the previous 2 flavors, 2 reg bat's one auto one man & a long manual. The long manual and pass-through by far produce the best vapor. They offer a lifetime warranty not a one year as many reviews state, but there are restrictions. Most I find reasonable others not so much like:

One allowance under the warranty, that I was surprised about was you are free to use other companies carts, just not electronics. Customer service also seems to be pretty decent, had an issue with USB pass through and sent a new one out same day. When in came to full carts they said using 2 a day is normal. I previously smoked less than or equal to 1 pack a day. I have V4L blanks and juice waiting in my mailbox. Overall I'm still happy with my purchase & I have 2 weeks to go for full refund. If the battery craps out again, then I might return for a refund. V2 currently sells blanks and I was told juice in a couple of weeks. The 15% discount code you can find almost anywhere I paid $135.96 for their most expensive kit. The thing that pisses me off industry wide is the social media and advertisement incentives that many other companies not just V2 use to promote. With so many options, its almost impossible to get a non biased review for the new vapers out there.

Had a bad cartrige here and there but for 2 bucks each I can't complain. Shipping is what it is I usually give it about 7 days .   I don't know how some of the negative reviews on here made it on here. I honestly think that V2 has the best product so far that i have used. Blu was the worst! On the V2 I go through about 3 batt charges per day. The Blu was probably at least 10 or more. The only thing Blu had going for it was the flavors and trying to refill Blu carts, forget it. I think the negative comments on here about V2 are probably other ecig companies giving them a bad review. I also got 2 neighbors and 2 coworkers to purchase a kit and all 4 love it! Don't even bother reading the negative reviews on here about V2. They are nothing but a bunch of lies! Just look at other review sites and you'll see what i mean. Shipping was perfect! I ordered my kit, the next day I got an email stating that they were out of the color battery i ordered. I picked another color and received the kit 3 days later. Customer service is probably one of the best that i have seen from any company in a long time! online chat-connected within seconds. Phone- you get a rep instantly. Emails are either answered the same day or by the next day. Don't believe all the crap on here. If they are so bad, why have they become the best selling ecig company?

  I ordered the V2 about one month ago. I received it within a week. They were short of the car chargers, therefore they notified me by email that they would send it out ASAP. Which they did, it came in two days after the V2. I bought menthol and cherry. The menthol was awesome. the cherry, sucked. I have kept in contact with V2 regarding retailing and etc because I have tried many products such as Blu, Njoy, etc and V2 seems to be the best. I got the black battery with blue led because i had requested it, and it was awesome. the battery life works for a full day if you smoke a whole cartridge which is like 250 puffs, yes i counted! Overall, Greatly satisfied customer.

  My significant other and I were both smokers, we switched to rollies in Fall of 2010. A friend of his got electronic cigs, and my man was so impressed that he got on the v2 web site and ordered the couples set. We have had them almost a month now and have been impressed with what we got. He is already to the point where a regular cig just doesn't taste good. I am almost there and our home and car smells much better. I had contact with the chat customer service asking about cases and I mentioned them offering more choices or customizable cases the rep. seemed excited about the idea and planned to let his supervisors know. We got everything when they said it would arrive and are looking forward to trying new flavors. I think that it is a great product and I am looking forward to not ever having to worry about finding a lighter or getting to the store before it closes to buy cigarettes ever again. not to mention i am looking forward to having my younger siblings be able to visit without having to air my house out because they have asthma, oh and no more freezing my rear off to have a smoke in the winter.   I tried two other brands of E-Cigs before buying V2. The previous two just down right sucked, so after doing some of my own research, I decided to try V2. I received my first V2 order in November 2010 and totally quit smoking analog cigarettes; however, I have mixed feelings with V2. I currently have nine batteries since they do not seem to last long. At first, when new, they are great, but degrade fairly rapidly. V2 has been pretty good about replacements, but I think these batteries should have a longer life, especially at $26.00 a piece. My most recent experience is the amount of liquid in the cartomizers. V2's cartomizers don't seem to have the charge they did when I first began vaping. I ordered 40 of the 15mg carts in September to hold me over until they received their new shipment of the 18mg carts. Of the 40 I ordered, I ended up tossing a good 1/3 away due to very little or no liquid. I have since ordered and received the 18mg carts and these too seem to have a low charge, though none are empty - so far. I did buy some E-juice and am topping them off. If each cart is truely equal to one pack of cigarettes, then I am up to five packs a day! I did swear by V2, but their quality seems to be degrading and I am looking for a suitable replacement. Considering the money I spent with V2 over the past year, I am disappointed to say the least, ESPECIALLY at the amount of bad carts I received. When they work (like they did in the beginning) they work great, but recently V2 seems to be going in the wrong direction. I feel like it's "here I go again" trying to find another brand of E-Cig. Can anyone recommend a brand of E-Cig that is reliable and consistent?

V2 has a far superior product to all E-Cigarettes that I have personally tried.

I have completely wasted my time and money on the following companies: Blu, Totally Wicked, Bloog, Green Smoke, and Smoke Tip.

Out of the 6 I have purchased, V2 has the best nicotine device.

V2's flavors are really great. My favorites are Red, (marlboro) Cola (coca-cola), Vanilla, and Peppermint.

V2 allows you to buy custom carts with higher nicotine (if necessary) and in whatever color you choose. I prefer a much higher level (24 mg instead of the average 16/18 mg) of nicotine because I smoke more than the normal smoker. Their CUSTOM carts (while somewhat pricey) give me exactly the nicotine level I need in an awesome color.

V2 batteries last the longest out of all the products I have tried.

They only take 1 to1 1/2 hours to charge, which is fantastic as other products can take up to 4 hours!

Customer service at V2 is great. Anytime I have had problems with their carts they replaced them, no questions asked. Once I ordered custom carts and they didn't arrive in the 30 day window so they gave me 40 dollars of store credit and 25% off my next order of cartridges, which saved me a TON of money in the end.

I am very happy with this business.

If you are tired of wasting money, go with V2. You won't be sorry.

  I did some research and decided V2 cigs were the best match for me. After purchasing I liked the flavor I picked but I had to learn how to drag in order to get the right amount of vapor which seem a little light to start off, it was just like getting used to a different type of cigarette, two out of my 5 cartridges tasted like burnt smoke and were getting really hot drag after drag, one simply did not work after a few drags, I also felt the liquid in my lips which meant they were leaking out, customer service told me I might be dragging too hard which is very possible, overall they helped me with my cravings, it's been almost a month and I havent smoked regular cigarettes, I would keep them if the leaks were harmless but they are not, the organic version is very expensive, I would suggest make the organic ones more accesible to the public, do your research throughly before buying anything, it was a good experience but I wish it could have been a permanent one because I love the habit of inhaling the vapors I just know is not good for me. At least now I know I can run to e-cigs if I ever crave it again, no more tobacco products for me, thanks V2-cigs.

  The customer service (Manny) is pretty bad. I really tried to stick with this company but finally gave up 2 days ago. The other reviewer is right, they are completely unreliable. The batteries are terrible, the cartomizers are never even close to full, shipping is totally unreliable and slow, ALWAYS running out of stock but worst of all is the customer service. I was treated like an idiot and now after spending $900.00 in the last 4 months I give up. Hey, you live and you learn right?
I hope this review will help you in your search for a good E-cig company, V2 is definetely NOT it.

I ordered the V2 Starter Kit due to various "reviews" I had read. I had previously tried the NJoy, and while it was ok, I wanted something better. V2 supposedly was going to be that "better" thing. I finally got it today, this after receiving first an email saying my purchase had been shipped, then it hadn't and finally had, but still it took about a week, so that was ok for me. I charged both batteries, which took almost no time at all to charge. I bought the Menthol 12mg for my wife and the Red 12mg for me. The entire idea behind eCigs is that I want my wife to stop smoking, while I, due to a very rare condition (neurogenic bradycardia), actually still needed the nicotine stimulant to keep my pulse rate and blood pressure at a level above dead. E-Cigs seemed to be the answer...no tobacco smell, so she could wean herself off (she isn't a big smoker anyway) while I could still get my nicotine fix. I can only drink just so much caffeine and refuse to take amphetamines. Anyway, back to the V2. We both fired them up and the flavors and amount of vapor was impressive, at first. We bought the manual battery versions. I have actually been counting puffs on mine, to see how it compares to a regular cigarette. At 26 puffs, mine quit producing vapor. That was over the course of 3 hours. I'm presently recharging the battery, maybe that is the problem, but seems weird. I'll update tomorrow to let you know my first day results, so far I'm not a happy camper, but the wife's seems to be working ok, for now. Oh, and if anyone at V2 is reading this, I am a fairly well known travel writer, with a substantial following, so my readers will also be learning of my experience(s) in this. dave

  I rate everything 2 stars because everything at v2 is inconstistent. One cart of menthol is yummy, next tastes like crap, they are out of stock then you get them again and they taste different but not what you were expecting. Perusing their forums youll see staff members denying anything is different until a quorum is reached, then they'll admit "bad batch" or "upgrades causing problems"-- If you want to pick a ecig company, dont choose v2. The company doesnt know what its doing yet, its seems to be ran by bunch of people without ANY business knowledge.
Go to v2forums.com and you'll notice a group of cultish follwers that praise them (while being victims of being ripped off by bad quality control) and other groups of people that come and go getting fed up. v2 staff typically exit a thread once the praising ends.

  Love the flavors. I ordered the standard starter pack. I asked for a flavor variety pack and this is what I got, even though it was not a standard option. I use the manual when I need a boost (better hit). I use the auto regularly. I would prefer a bit of a longer battery life, but the charge time is quick also (less time than I take between cigs) and having two, I always have one to smoke. It is a bit of an adjustment from a normal smoking habit (light it, smoke it, put it out... light it...), but the nicotine and feeling are great. I put my order in late on a Thursday, recieved it 8 days later. Not the fastest, but nothing to complain about. I recieved 3 emails while waiting. If there must be a delay, it is really great to hear from the company. At least I know that they are paying attention.

Wow, how I wish I could revise my ratings. I have been using this V2 since September. I have spent a lot of money on them. I am finally back to this site to try to choose a different brand. As I stated in my last post, the initial order was slow to arrive, but the communications was good. Well after that my next order, and every subsequent one have been slow to arrive and at least one item in my order was out of stock and needed to be backordered. This is especially frusterating when I am running low on cartridges and risk running out. What am I to do, go get an analoge? That kinda defeats the purpose. But shipping delays is not even the worst part. That being the quality. I have burned out 4 charger cables and 3 batteries. Yes, they replace them on warantee, after you argue with a "customer service agent" and try all sorts of bizare things to fix it. Then you have to pay for the return shipping, or else they will charge you for all the replacement parts. One of the times that I ran out, I went to a local smoke shop to see if they carried V2 or if any of the other brands cartridges would be compatible. I bought a small starter kit of Encore. The cartridges are compatible as is the charger. Unfortunatly, Encore doesnt have as good tasting flavors and the battery doesnt last very long. The charger is a little usb instead of a usb cable and it has so far lasted me 2 months. (My most recent one from V2 lasted 3 days.) Don't waste your money on this company. You will just end up like me, trying to find a different product that is at least partially compatible, so that it is not all a waste.

  I originally ordered the starter kit almost a year ago. Batteries stopped working, they replaced, I had to pay return shipping on their defective products! Many shipping delays for carts, lots of waiting for fullfillment, but charged my credit card immediately. Along the way I ordered many accessories and felt I was stuck with V2cigs. BUT, the failure rate of carts is sooo bad, 3 good out of 5. Customer service chat said they were evaporing, probably cause of the heat and to keep in the refrigerator. Don't know what heat she was referring to, but I now keep then in the refrigerator.....no difference. By the way...no offer to discount my next order. After spending hundred of dollars on V2cigs, there will be no next order.
I hope I can find carts that fit V2cig batteries

  I%u2019ve tried several types of e-cigs from no name brands to Smoke 51 & Blu.I didn%u2019t get a real satisfaction from them & just put them aside.

After almost 2 years I started researching them again. I saw great reviews on the v2 e-cigs. I started seeing little buttons on them. I started reading on the manual e-cig & watching about them on YouTube. I decided that the manual was for me. When I ordered the v2 cig I forgot to put in the message box that I wanted the standard manuals. I had ordered them on a Sunday. I e-mailed them on Monday & they said that it was too late to do anything about it. I questioned them about their return policy. On Friday, I received my order & all of my cigs were standard manual! I immediately plugged in my power cig & started puffing. OMG, they were great!! I just pushed the button & let the vapor build up in my mouth & inhaled. I wish that the manual cigs were out there when I was trying 2 years ago! A few days after I got my kit, I noticed a little shock while using my power cig. CS told me to stop using it & that they were sending out a replacement. I noticed that they wanted me to pay for the shipping back of the product. I contacted CS to complain that I had already paid for the shipping & that they should pay for the shipping back of their defective product. CS couldn%u2019t have been nicer & gave me a $2 credit on my next order. Their CS was awesome! I%u2019m going to order their sampler cartridge kit to try the other flavors. I just ordered the Red (Cowboy) with my kit. I also ordered blanks so that I can use any other flavors. I haven%u2019t used them yet, though. For me, the batteries & cartridges last a long time as I don%u2019t smoke that much. I change both the battery & cartridges every 2 days. I%u2019ve only had them for a couple of weeks but I consider the v2 e-cig to be the best out there!

Still have analog cigs that I will finish but I'm confident that by the end of the month, I will be vaping full time!

  I love this e cig. the battery isn't an issue since I am a social smoker. I do have the PCC for back up though. The flavors are fantastic. I also mix with flavors from V4L. I have no problems and recommend this product!
