So I understood. I ordered my Mom and friend a kit...they ran out of one type I wanted, so they asked for a replacement. I told them I what I wanted...that never came. I had to contact them, then the original order came through. Since then all I do is wait because they say they are behind. I placed and order on Feb. 1st...it still hasn't shipped!!!!! Who wants to try to quit when you can't rely. Customer service just says "sorry". I've spent almost $700...hoping they would get better. Don't waste your time!!!! | |||
