Buyer beware. I was a loyal V2 customer until my last order. I ordered V2 Red 18 cartridges and juice. When I tried one of the cartridges is was not V2 Red flavor. I tried several other cartridges and the juice and all was not the right flavor even though it was packaged as V2 Red. The batch was # VSAV.
When I contacted customer service they stated they would make a one time exception and allow me to return only the unopened packages. I was shocked that they would not refund the entire order that they mislabeled. V2 stated they do not warranty juice. They have now refused to respond to e-mails.

Took the package a bit longer to arrive than I would like - over a week - but it was within the shipping times stated when I placed my order. I was a little disappointed with the small amount of vapor produced by the flavor cartridges, and the flavors are a bit weak too. Fortunately, I had the foresight to also order some blank cartridges from V2 and some liquids in flavors I was interested in from another company. I have had much better luck with vapor volume and flavor from the filled blanks so far. What I liked most about the kit when making my selection holds up - the battery is KR808D1, which seems to be compatible with several other brands of cartridges.

I've tried both the V2 and BLU eCigs. Me and my friends agree that the V2 tastes better. The looks are very similar.

Some Pros the V2 has is the quality of smoke. The BLU's (Disposable one that I tried) started tasting burnt much faster than my V2. Burnt and ran out of battery in about two days. I think batteries in general for eCigs aren't that strong yet.

My V2 didn't run out of battery, but I can notice that the vapor gets weaker and weaker. The eCigs need constant charging to use.

One thing I like more about the Blu is that it has the option to have a chargeable case that looks like a cigarette box. It makes it more convenient to take out regularly if you're a regular smoker. The V2 only has an option to come with non-charging case.

The charging cable for the eCig is extremely short.... Only 12 inches. It is not as long as cell phone chargers where you put it in an outlet and drag it to your desk. I charge mine off the side of my laptop because I have a usb drive to spare.

Rated Customer Service a 3 because two of the items I ordered were back ordered and I have to wait extra long to get them.

Have been using this product for a few months now and have to say that I really like them a lot. Have tried EverSmoke, Blu, Smoke Stick, and still like V2 the best. This company has the worst shipping practices ever. They are so slow its disgusting. There is rarely an update on the shipping status after it is listed as shipped. My order was marked as shipped almost 8 days ago with no update. Just stick it in a mailbox and I would have had it already. With this being a million dollar company the cost of shipping is not customer friendly.

V2 has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They have sent the wrong strength, a battery that did not work, half and order when I paid for a full order and today the half order that "was sent" was short.

When I called about the battery, I could not get the one I had ordered, so I had to pick another color. They sent a return envelope to send back the bad battery, but no postage. This order was placed on November 26th today is December 19th.

I have and have tried Blu, No 7's, Metro (Nicotek), Cig2o and others (All in either disposable or rechargeable) But I was never quite as happy until I found the V2s.

The batteries did not last long on the others, some that had a vanilla flavor also had a hazelnut or even a coffee taste to them (I just want plain sweet vanilla),

Many only had red or menthol, some did not have vanilla in different grades of nicotine (I am trying to gradually step down after spinal surgery a couple weeks ago)

Everything I have found in the V2 especially the vanilla flavor (no other flavors added in like some) in different nicotine grades, along with different accessories I want to try is what sold me and will keep me coming back.

I purchased a metal case (which I want to keep) But I really keep eying a soft-case (would work better for my purse) And another standard battery so I do not have to wait when one battery wears out. I am considering the V2 Express Kit but I only wish it came with vanilla.

So many choices, so many great ways. I will definitely spread the word and hope one day to purchase some more accessories when I refill on more cartridges.

This is my first purchase of an E Cig, and after exhaustive searching chose V2 based on mostly positive reviews and must say they met my expectations. Vapor is solid and satisfying, no tobacco smokes since they arrived. Battery life is decent for the size I purchased, I have noticed a slight difference between the amount of charge each battery holds, but the rapid charge time makes up for this. The online customer service is awesome, but the time it takes to receive your order takes the max per shipping choice, which my average order has been about $70 so I choose the $5 shipping oppose the $49 overnight and it takes a full 7 days to arrive in Chicago. The cost seems on par with other quality ecigs when it comes to Vapor density but a little high in the shipping charges. A few suggestions when choosing, if you normally smoke Marlboro try Red, the best Tobacco flavor I've found. I normally don't experiment but I ordered the variety pack, the flavors were good, dense, and full.

Went through a couple of bad batteries but have a core of 4 working ones now. Batteries don't take that long to charge but the tips can fall out if you drop them and they are hard to find. If you can't find them, the LED's are quite bright and it looks really stupid. They should be glued in better. When I first stated using them, I tried some different flavors but the Congress was quite good so I've been sticking with that. The good ones are GREAT but they have become really inconsistent, so much so that I will start looking for another brand. Really frustrating. I have Safe Cigs which are super good quality but could have more vapor. I like the vapor of the V2's but not the inconsistent cartridges which has become the real issue for me. No excuse for that kind of poor quality control and I see many others have complained about this as well.

The V2 Long manual Battery is the best battery, by a mile, than any other battery I've used. I have tried several companies including V4LIFE and Vapor King etc...
They don't even come close to the quality and durability of the V2. E-cig batteries are very sensitive to shock if you drop them. V2 seems to hold up better. I never had to talk to or deal with customer service so I have no review for that. But I am a very satisfied customer.

This is the second ecig that I have used, the first one being purchased on a whim at the gas station. I didn't think there would be that much of a difference but I was wrong. After weeks of extensive researching on the different brands, strengths, and options I finally decided to go with a starter kit from V2. It came with everything I need to get started and its one of the more affordable kits out there. So far, I'm incredibly happy with the V2 product. The vapor is stronger, the different flavors are enjoyable and everything seems to be working as it should so far. It took a little longer for me to receive my order than I would have liked but when I called in to customer service they were very helpful and I got my package shortly afterwards.

This is my first e cig and v2 seemed to have some good reviews and was the best price. I have tried the blu disposable and they were ok, The amount of vapor was better on the v2 but I just wish is was a little more consistent. I would recommend that you try this brand if your in the market. I have really cut down on the amount of paper cigs I smoke, I would probably have completely stopped if my roommate did not always have cigarettes.

V2 has been the only company I have purchased from. The battery life is terrible. Out of the six batteries I purchased two were bad and they made me pay S&H to send the bad ones back even though they were bad from the start. In my last three orders I had bad carts. The last order all 40 were bad. They only offered me a replacement of 20 at first. I fought it and finally got them to replace the order after a nightmare of negotiation. As I was totally out, I asked them to expedite shipping. Their answer was NO. I'm done with them and am trying out Smokeless Image. So far they have been great. Customer service is amazing. I wrote them several emails and they responded within 10 minutes. They are cheaper, have more battery options and the initial carts I have gotten are great. I received my first order in three days with S&H of $2.70 (and that was standard shipping). On my second order I got free S&H! With the 15% coupon code my order was way under anything I could get at V2. V2's shipping costs have gone down but they are still high and considering how long it takes to get an order you pretty much have to pay for faster shipping. Crossing my fingers that Smokeless Image remains as good as they seem to be.

40 Years of Smoking...Ended November 16th!!!!!!!
I smoked a little over a pack a day for 40 years! It absolutely broke my girls' hearts. They begged me and begged me to stop. The problem was, I liked it. No, I loved it.

It was kinda a running joke that if any doctor ever found anything wrong with me medically that had to do with smoking...he was going to be required to lie to my daughters. They would be angry and bitter with me for eternity if I died young and it was something I did to myself and could have prevented.

It was funny (not) until they found some spots on my lungs. I was terrified. Not so much at the thought of dying as much as telling my girls. My lifetime joke, not funny any more.

I literally sat down and wrote letters to both of my girls and each one of my 6 grand daughters, apologizing. It was horrible.

I went to my local smoke shop and they had one brand of e-smokes. I bought the kit, not cheap and tried. The company was great. The product was horrible. The company sent me new batteries, new cartridges, new chargers, trying to get this to work for me. It was miserable.

I finally got online and did a little research and found one that is mind-blowing! I was literally able to put down my regular cigarettes and turn to vaping overnight! I've never had to look back.

They give me the throat hit I need and crave and enjoy. They are easy to refill myself making the cost about one fourth the price of actually smoking. The company has been amazing. All products are fully guaranteed and they are fast in getting product to me.

Very Happy with my V2 Father's Day kit!

V2 cartridges are the best that I have tried (4-5 manufacturers) - I buy prefilled cartridges and refill once they are empty.

I am very happy with the V2 lifetime warranty on batteries. Batteries (from 4 manufacturers I have tried) only seem to last me about 2 months and then they have experienced some type of problem (charging, battery time, plugged, etc.). I will enjoy the lifetime warranty!

I purchased the V2 portable charger. It works okay, I get 3 charges from one charge on the pack. I feel like the third charge is not as hot as the first two and I am not sure any of them charge as hot as the regular USB or wall charger. It is great for traveling, away for the day, etc, but a high cost! I am not using it as much as I thought I would.

I purchase my smoke fluid from revolutionvapor.com - best price on fluid I have found - order 2 big bottles and one small one and get free shipping, order is just over $30.00.

Have been vaping for 8 months now and no cigs! Mixing low and zero nicotine fluid to get just a minor amount of nicotine, close to cutting it down to zero! I estimate that maintenance charges (smoke fluid and cartridges) are costing me $40.00/month after the original investment. This is also buying bulk cartridges and bulk fluid.

I have been using the V2 shorty cig and the peppermint and chocoalate flavors. I would definitely recommend the chocolate flavor. I have not enjoyed the peppermint as much. In general the V2 cig has helped me cut down on the number of regular cigarettes I smoke. I had some issues with the usb charger. this device quickly replaced it with a new functional one without any hassle. The customer service was great. I would defintely recommend this electronic cigarette.

I have been with V2 for 5 months now. I loved them at first, but my last 3 cartridge orders have had 25 to 50 percent duds (Either no flavor or a chemical taste, mostly the chocolate carts). The USB battery only worked for 2 1/2 months, the other batteries still work but don't hold a charge long(1 hour at most). I have been ordering ejuice to refill carts and that works ok. I just placed my last order with them on the 9th of April 2012 for blank carts and a new USB battery and paid for priority shipping. I received my order on the 23rd of April. Turns out was sent slow parcel post, so apparently their shipping does suck now! I am done with them and will be looking for a better ecig company.

Being new to the whole e-cigs thing, my wife and I did lots of research for our first purchase, so we checked out a lot of reviews, blogs and pages of all major brands to make our choice, and in the end it was the positive feedback that lured us to finally choose this brand as our first attempt on the vaping world.
Even before buying their customer service was really helpful answering our almost drilling questions, and we purchased the couples kit (which happened to be on sale at $129,95) on March 31st.
The couples kit includes 4 V2 batteries, 20 V2 Flavor Cartridges (4 packs of 5), 2 Wall Adapters, 2 Chargers, 2 V2 Manuals and instructions to the S4F program, which we're planning to take advantage of.
We also purchased a portable charger kit of the "older generation" for $39,95, wich isn't as sleek as the new one but also isn't as expensive (new one being $59,95).
We cutomized our kit will all auto batteries, 2 black w/blue led & 2 white w/red led, and as for the cartridges, there were supposed to be 1 Red & 1 Vanilla Medium, and 1 Red & 1 Sahara Light.
We ended up with one Red Full instead of the Red Medium, even thou the order was supposedly check by hand, but that didn't bother us since we got the chance to test all cartridge strenghts, and the Red Full ended up being my next choice because I found the hit really pleasant. Of the 4 packs, 4 came in te new blisters, and the vanilla came in the old packaging, I'm not sure if the lack of flavor I felt on those was because of the packaging or because the cartridge is supposed to taste like that.
My wife, on the other hand, was really pleased with her choices and is really eager to start trying another flavors, so we're placing an order for a flavor sampler.
Overall our experience with V2 has filled our expectations, the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars to the cost/value is because the company suddenly changed their shipping policies and now you have to pay more to ship the same amount of product.

This company was good when I first started with them. Ive had a number of problems with them It took over three weeks to get a replacement from them they kept jerking me around and said it was shipped and it wasnt, they kept passing the buck to another customer service rep. What really tipped me over is now the shipping on a replacement order is over 1 week to get any thing from them it used to be 2-3 days now they said they were changing to a better shipping rate and it sure shows they did its pony express terrible

A year ago Nov. 2010. I tried 2 other ecigs before V2. By far, flavor & vapor is best. I also think the lifetime warranty is great. I have had no problem with customer service. The out of stock problem is sometimes frustrating.

I love my v2 however my charger or battery just broke...andnow after reading these reviews I am a little nervous - I need to be able to depend on them if I am going to get off of analog! Everything else has been amazing...including taste...my cartridges everything...except after three and a half weeks of smoking it everyday all my batteries are broken! How many batteries should I order for this not to happen again?

Terrible customer service and shipping. Product is good, but not nearly good enough to wait 2 weeks to receive and than have to deal with all there BS and screw ups. Try a company with competent people running it.

PS I never do reviews, but this company is terrible!!!Please note that all the good reviews probably havent been with the company long!

Amen to that. I've been using them for almost a year and I am done with them. Their products are not great. The batteries do not last. The charger is a piece of crap and the last three orders have had bad carts, the last of which all 40 were bad and they were negotiating with me on the replacement. I mean, how hard is that? 40 bad replace 40. They suck.

I really enjoyed my experience with this type of e-cig. I love that it's disposable and you only have to mess with 2 parts (the Battery and fully loaded disposable atomizer). I only just found out that if you are interested in saving some money you also have the option of refilling the atomizers with your own liquid. That was really great news. The flavor of the reds and cherry are great. They have a good throat hit and lots of vapor smoke. Very satisfying. My favorite so far out of 4 other brands I have tried in the last couple years. The battery life on these things is not the best so stock up on batteries when you see a sale. Mine only lasts half a day. SO I recommend getting at least 4 because I loose/ misplace mine also. One other downside is the disposable cartridges run out of flavor pretty quick and they are somewhat expensive, but since learning that you can refill them, that makes it better. You need to use a fork or something thin and metal to pry the tops off to get them refilled. Don't overfill or the juice will pull through into your mouth.

I had tried 4 different brands before researching online and buying the V2 Kit which includes:
A) 2 batteries, with choice of short, regular, or long, and even manual or auto.
B) An included USB charger with a wall plug. You can use the wall plug for faster charging or just a USB port on a computer for a slightly slower charging.
C) Ten V2 Cartomizers with your choice of flavors.
The V2 batteries (I got the regular size) seem to last longer than any other e-cig battery brands I had tried, and the batteries run at the higher 4.2 Volt level, which only a few top brand e-cig manufacturers supply.
V2 has a very good warranty and responsive customer service.
The Cartomizer/battery combination is top notch, with the thickest vapor I have experienced of any other brands. Their flavors are all pretty good, and they also sell blank cartridges for using your own favorite e-juice refills (my faves are Johnson Creek and Totally Wicked). V2 blows away the competition in quality and customer service. I've already decided I'm a loyal customer for life.

I tried 5 other ecigs from 5 companies. I became so frustrated because the batteries would only work for a couple of days and then become utterly useless. I spent alot of money, and alot of effort, but every battery had such short life span. I almost decided ecigs were not going to work for me. Then I read a couple of reviews on V2. They were consistently rated very highly, I decided, as a last ditch effort, to give them a try. Thank goodness I did! I have used one battery since December 1, 2011 and it still works perfectly. I bought another, out of fear that something would happen to "old faithful" but when I got it, it didn't work correctly. I called them, to see if they might have any ideas on what to do. I told them I was having issues with the new one, and they said "No Problem, a replacement is on its way to you today". They immediately sent a new one, and included a self addressed envelope to return the faulty one. I didn't know that was an option! I didn't ask if they would replace it. It's their policy. I got the replacement within 4 days, and returned the faulty battery. I am very pleased with V2's products. I have had the same great experience with their cartridges. They seem to last forever! This is by far the best way to quit, but the ecig MUST function properly. V2's products are more expensive than other companies. But, they are frustration-less, the products are high quality and last forever. I am (or was) a heavy smoker, and bought a carton of traditional cigarettes per week at $60.00 each. I have only spent about $100.00 in 4 months on V2 supplies. I buy their blank cartridges, and buy my ejuice from EC Blend. (They have thousands of flavors, and you can create your own) One V2 cartridges will last for weeks. Their customer service is spot on. Standard shipping takes about 4-5 business days. Quitting used to be hard. Not so anymore! I've had an incredible experience with V2. I haven't smoked since January 13, 2012. I'm proud of that.

I first ordered the "standard" Kit back in January of 2012. At first things seemed to be going great but after about 2 months one of the batteries (manual) didn't hold a charge. About a week later the other battery wasn't charging. I decided to order the Extra-long battery (140mm). In the meantime, I contacted the online chat help and told them about my issues with the batteries. They offered to send replacements so I took them up on their offer. Two days later (on a Friday) I had 3 brand new batteries and was ready to start vaping again. Unfortunately that didn't last too long. All 3 of my new chargers had stopped working by that Sunday. I contacted customer service and they gave some BS reason why the chargers didn't work. Something about during the shipping process, dust or lint can enter the product and damage it. That is total BS. This company obviously has some issues with their product. With that being said, I am shipping back all 5 batteries and cutting my losses.
