| | I have smoked for 32 years and thought I could never quit. I am certainly a believer in e-cigarettes. I've seen e-cigarettes at the mall before but they were cheap looking.
I switched to South Beach Smoke from Safe Cigs and could not be happier. I got my kit a few weeks ago and I will say - I'm very impressed. It does create a lot of vapor and the batteries certainly last longer than Safe Cig's batteries.
I like the tobacco flavor and so far the cartridges have been very consistent in how long they last.

I received the PREMIUM SMOKE KIT February 16. After charging the battery,
1) the 1st (first) CARTRIDGE I attempted to use did not work at all,
2) the 2nd (second) CARTRIDGE lasted 8 hours. ???
I am now using the 3rd CARTRIDGE and it is day 3. I am very dissappointed in your product so far.
I currently smoke less than a pack a day and thus the time I used the 2nd CARTRIDGE was minimal.

I have tried many e-cigs to quit smoking and this e-cig is by far the best i have tried. It is so satisfying and similar to a real cigaretted. | | I will start off by saying that with almost no effort at all, the South Beach Smoke ecigarette helped me quit "real cigarettes" after about 7 years of smoking. I feel better, my clothes smell better (cigarettes smell awful to me now!), and my family is proud of me. I couldn't be happier.
After weeks of research on ecigs, I finally chose South Beach Smoke Deluxe starter kit - seriously based on the reviews I read here on ecigarettes365.com.
My requirements were: small, realistic, good menthol taste and cost friendly.
I placed my order on a Thursday and received it by the following Tuesday. Conveniently, I had a cold that week and was barely smoking as is, but it was even easier than I thought it would be to make the switch.
The Deluxe kit is absolutely amazing. I LOVE the menthol taste, it produces a great amount of vapor, the battery lasts literally DAYS for me and the cartridges last days too. I have had my kit for one week now and am only on my second cartridge. The first day I had the ecig, I tried one cigarette to compare and didn't even like it.
Because I bought the South Beach kit, I started a chain reaction - four other people I know have all gotten them too. My boyfriend's kit had a bad battery & cartridge, customer service is great and sending new ones at no charge and no return needed of the bad ones.
The discounts you get with the Home Delivery program are great, my starter kit came to only $54 including shipping (with the discount code from ecigarettes365.com too) and my monthly cartridge delivery is only $38 including shipping - the equivalent of about $2 a pack when I was spending $7 before. | | I received my SBS "Deluxe" starter kit last week, and after a few days usage, I couldn't be more pleased. This is an excellent product and a great value. As a 1st time e-smoke user and a menthol guy, I fully expected this to be like sucking on a "Vicks" inhaler. Holy crappola was I surprised! The vapor is great, the taste IS menthol, and after surmounting the e-cig learning curve, I'm getting excellent throat hits. I truly believe that I can ditch the horrendous tobacco cigs I've been smoking for the last 30 years, and I highly recommend this item to anyone who is thinking of trying it out.
I've also contacted SBS's customer service twice. Both times, I was on hold for less than 3 minutes, the CS reps were very nice and very hslpful, and to top it all off, unlike many CS lines these days, the girls spoke English as a 1st language. Sweet! Citibank and Bank of America could take lessons from these folks. Lack of Indian (the 7-11, dot head ones, not the drunken teepee type) absolutely rules!
I guess my only complaint would be the website. While it is fine on the whole, the "contact page" is ridiculous. NONE of the contact links work, and there is absolutely no explanation why, or instructions anywhere. I only found out that to contact them via email I had to open a mail window and "copy/paste" an email address by speaking with the CSR on the phone. It's silly that they allow this, since it's something that their resident computer geek should be able to fix in no time at all.
They don't even have a working "reviews" link for people like me who WANT to sing their praises! Other than that, I can't recommend these folks highly enough. Product, value and service are all top notch. Thanks for reading! |

| | I am so glad I chose to purchase these! Being a 13 yr smoker, I was suffering the usual problems from smoking tobacco. Looking for an alternative, I researched and found about the e-cigarettes. After reading reviews, I went with the South Beach Smoke. I am very happy with these. I initially purchased the Deluxe Starter Kit and just ordered the Deluxe Plus for the extra accessories. I got the first kit for my husband and I to try out. Since we both love them, we needed more so we could more cartridges and other chargers. All of the flavors are good, but the Cherry and Vanilla are the ones we liked the best. Best of all, no more smelling like smoke and huge improvement in the smokers hack already! If I had to complain about something it would be that they took anywhere from 3-4 days just to ship every order that I have placed. | | I have been an avid user of the ecig for 3 years now -- pretty much since they first hit the market. I started with a cheap free trial ecig and have gradually progressed in search of that best brand. I have tried blu cigs, green smoke, v2, prosmoke, safecig and now --- I think I have found my home with south beach smoke. I heard from a fellow vaper that south beach smoke's new supermax was supposed to be the best product innovation. I have can tell you without any hesitation, that it is 100% the best ecig i personally have tried and i have tried a lot of them. I think the fact they they always seem to be improving it is a great sign of a great company that is always seeking perfection. I think this is pretty close to perfection. What I enjoy the most is the warmth of the vapor that is drawn. It gives you a great throat hit that feels like a real cigarette --- this is imperative if you want to use your ecig to quit regular cigs. If you cannot get that satisfying familiar feel, you will never be able to quit. Combine that with the long battery life, vapor volume and cartridge taste (i use the tobacco and think its among the best ive tasted), and you have what i consider the best electronic cigarette on the market. The one thing I would caution against is that my experiences here are on the delxue kit -- not the premium which is really a very entry level ecig. there is no reason to buy that kit instead of the deluxe kit. |

| | Got my Deluxe Kit(s) today. Was hoping to get it before the New Year, but that couldn't happen. So I tried to expedite things and ordered an over night Deluxe on December 30th. That didn't work, so I went to a store and bought a Blu ecig, that wasn't a good thing, didn't stop my nic fit at all. Got worried this wouldnt work for me. The kit from SBS came today, both of them 0.o Well, I took it out of the package, and finally took a draw off it, then another... then a 3rd. Then set it down to put the nice packaging in a good spot. Then it hit me.. just 3 draws in the space of 30 to 45 seconds and my nic fit was gone, all gone! So I'll see what comes, this is very promising though.
The cusomer service was very, VERY, nice. I mean, my fault I tried to order something over the holidays. They can't stop Christmas, but they sure stopped me from smoking real cigs.
Battery still going strong after 6 hours(the short battery). The other 2 brands of ecigs I tried, the battery went dead after an hour or 2.

| | I thought this was a beautiful product when I first got it, everything was great; however, that changed after about 3 or 4 days. I began having problems with the cartridges not working, about half of them. When this product works correctly, it is great, but you can't depend on it. In South Beach's defense the customer service has been good and they have faithful replace bad cartridges, but it is still a hassle to send it back and wait fot the new ones, plus I have to pay to ship it back and that to me B.S.. If South Beach corrects this issue they will have a great product, but until then I would stay away. |

Even despite the busy shipping season, it arrived really quickly and we opened it right away. It all came precharged so we could start using it right away. He was skeptical, since he's tried to quit and failed several times before - but he's finding it really helpful as it helps him get his nicotine fix and satisfies the hand-to-mouth motion that many smokers crave. He hasn't smoked a real cigarette since getting it and to quote him "it saves me from wanting to kill myself". The only complaints are that the tobacco flavor isn't the tastiest, and that they claim the starter kit is like 7-8 packs of cigarettes... I would say that's definitely an overstatement. First let me state that I have been extremely happy with my south beach smoke since the day i got it. Have had no issues and have been able to cut my regular cigarette habit completely.
Anyway back to the email. They apparently just came out with a new battery that is the best battery ever produced for an ecig. More vapor, better battery life, etc. I don't know if that's true but that is what they said. Anyway the incredible thing is they reached out to me unsolicited and offered to upgrade me to this new battery for free!!?? Why would they do that I thought and asked? They replied that they want all their customers to have the best smoking experience possible and that this new battery would do just that.

What I really like about south beach is the flavor (the tobacco actually tastes just like real cigs) and the fact that the ecig looks like a real cig - the battery actually looks like cigarette paper. The light is also orange. It's great because when I'm in a crowd ad pull it out, it doesn't draw any unwanted attention.
I also like the performance of the battery. It lasts all day unlike the Blu Cigs battery.

I ordered the e cigarette to replace traditional cigarettes, not necessarily to quit immediately. I smoked ultra lights so that is what I ordered. I believe the nicotine I am getting is slightly less than when I was smoking but I have not had any strong cravings that the e cig hasn't conquered. This problem has been resolved as we are now vacuum sealing all cartridges to prevent that from happening. We have also had our factory put in better quality assurance measures to insure issues are detected before product ships. We will always replace any defective cartridges and give proper credit. They sent out replacement cartirdiges on autoship with a manufacturing defect and when I called them they acknowledged the problem and stated they would reship. Then I stated I wanted to buy the cartridges with their new promotion off cartridges with 50% off. With a product of this type and given the fact the nature of the product, I was very disappointed with their service. I of course had to try it immediately to see what it was like, my boyfriend and I both did, then I put it away for a day or 2 but now I am using regularly. I purchased this product in order to aid in my quitting of regular cigarettes. I have smoked since a teen and am now in my mid 40's. The flavor is not bad at all, it is strange not to exhale any smoke and took a little to get used to and it is a little heavy compared to a normal cigarette. But my health is more important then the weight of this device. I am very happy with the product and the customer service reps are great as well. |

| | Excellent product. I switched from Blu Cigs and couldn't be happier. I purchased the Deluxe model which they recommend on this page (www.southbeachsmoke.com/kits.aspx). It actually feels much more like a real cig. It's a little heavier in your hands than a real cig but it tastes very similar and is not harsh on the throat like the Blu. The folks at SOuth Beach are also very very very nice. They really went above and beyond when I needed to order extra cartridges on a rush to have for my upcoming trip. | | I ordered my 12MG deluxe kit back to April 1st 2011 and bought another 30 pieces 6MG cartidges few days later after I received my kit. Here is my experience, the short battery won't last more than 45 puffs, the longer battery can go around 65 puffs, and the cartidge is last around 70 puffs. How do I know, I counted 12 cartridges to test their life. LOL. I believe they have much shorter life than my regular 1 pack Marlboro Gold and shorter than the South Beach Smoke advertised. But the good news is I didn't smoke a piece cig after I started to use E-cig. BTW, if you cancel your home delivery program then you are no longer under their life time warranty coverage. LOL. never known it until I call yesterday. |

| | I have read so many good reviews about south beach, so I decided for my first E-cig experience, I would go ahead and order the deluxe kit for my husband and I. I got the kits a little over a week ago, and I wish I could get five stars but I just cant. I love this product, however the cartridges in one of the kits did not work at all. I called customer service, his name was Andrew, and he was not the most professional, but he did send my replacement cartridges free of charge. Well I got them today, hoping that all the cartridges would work so I could finally enjoy using the E-cig a lot more. Unfortunately I was disappointed again. Three out of the 5 cartridges do not work, leaving me with only two cartridges to use. So now, I ponder on if I should give the company a chance, and let them charge me for the home delivery service which starts tomorrow. Will I get full product or will my cartridges be half filled or not working at all, once again? I want so much to use this product, as the few cartridges that do work are excellent and the battery life seems promising, but can I really wait by the mail box every week to get replacement cartridges for the packs that are supposed to work undoubtedly for me to begin with? |

| | Being my first electronic cigarette, I didn't know exactly what to expect. I like the experience and the convenience that the ecig provides. For the most part,the price for the introductory kit is acceptable. There a few things about this ecig that are worth mentioning. Battery lasts one day, no more...didn't expect that. Cartridges have a pleasant tasted,but don't last as long as the are rated for...they don't go out surprisingly fast, but still disappoint when your not expecting to have to replace it so soon. I found myself carrying around an extra cartridge in my real cigarette pack just in case. I did cut back my smoking, but not completely. One big issue i had with this ecig is a removable piece at the end of the cartridge that pops out if you try holding the ecig with your teeth. Don't think it serves a purpose besides ensuring that you can't reuse the same cartridge over and over by refilling it, because they will fall apart. But nearly every manufacturer creates some intentional flaw in their product so you have to replace parts. I can't say I was really satisfied by this ecig, but i haven't tried any others to compare it too, and am still glad that i purchased one. |

From my experience, the south beach smoke's extend life battey is only last around 55 puffs, and cartidges last 60 puffs too. Unsure if this is good or bad, but way less than what they advertise. |

I guess the pure nicotine satisfied me after 1-2 puffs rather than sucking down a full cig like i would normally do. | | Well it's been about a month since getting my new e-cig from South Beach Smoke and I must admit after about 16 years of smoking this actually does work, but when it works. Let me explain, I am not sure if their quality is going down or what is happening, but when I first got it the long battery did not work, called the company and paid the shipping to them, $5 bucks, and in roughly about 2 weeks later got it back. I still had the short one, but within about 2 weeks in using that one, trying to keep it charged, it quit vaporizing. Now I had nothing to smoke so went back to the store to pick up a pack. The Monday comes and my replacement comes in. Well hooked it up, and took a drag, and nothing. Had to suck really hard to get the thing to somewhat work. So now I have one that doesn't work at all, and another that works whenever it wants to. So now I will have to pay another $5 bucks to ship the things back and wait for another 2 weeks before I can use this again. Thinking about going with another company as a primary and use these guys as a back-up.
Overall feeling about this product. This is actually a great thing. Cut me smoking from one pack a day to about 2 cigs a day. But their reliability isn't that great right now, they do however offer the lifetime warranty. Battery life for the short battery is about 6 hours, the long is questionable since I haven't had one that works yet. I would actually recommend this product because when it worked it actually tasted pretty good, preferred the taste of the e-cig compared to the real thing. |

They sent out another, but no fancy box, instead it looked like it was made out of spare parts laying around. No gas certificate either. The battery does not work and the cartridges are half empty. Customer service is non existent. I complaint even on Facebook and they take down the complaint. I am stuck with a kit that does not work and the company won't do anything about it. I too have been spending hours searching the internet to try and find the best ecig. The thing that impresses me the most at this point is that a company like South Beach is actually spending there time reading these posts and responding to the comments. This is abnormal in a good way. I have narrowed my choices down to 3 and South Beach is leading the pack. Ive been searching online for the last few hours looking for 'The best e-cig. to me what is important above all else is customer service. After trying several other brands only to be disappointed when things don't work as they should I almost gave up on ecigs because the customer service of the other companies sucked!- When I read this person's complaint, (Tiziana), I almost believed her version of events until I read what the company said and it all makes sense now...The way that you guys are responding to your customers in this forum is enough for me to want to try your brand of ecigs..it shows that you care about how we feel about your product, and that you want us to be satisfied. Sounds to me like someone is a little jaded and cannot accept the fact she made a mistake. I have a friend that uses these and has had nothing but good results from them. He was also affected by the battery change over but his problems were handled very professionally and quickly. |

Tiziana placed an order online and entered her zip code incorrectly. It WAS NOT a phone order so the incorrect zip code had to be a result of data entry error on her part. Here are the comments (unedited) from her account as recorded from the rep that helped her. - PLEASE NOTE how we decided to reship at no charge despite customer error. That is excellent service...
"cci and was wondering where her deluxe starter kit was. tracking info confirms delivery but it was delivered to different zip code. so we updated the address and put in an issue to re ship the starter kit."
Then Tiziana called a few days ago because her package arrived damaged --- It's probably the package that was lost due to an incorrect zip code. The other is probably still in transit. It's damaged because the post office had it for 3 weeks trying to figure out where to deliver it with a bad zip code. Clearly --- we did everything we could to try and correct an unfortunate situation that was outside of our control. This customer was handled directly by myself - the Customer Service Manager. We're truly sorry we could not make her happy.... but we will continue to make other customers very happy. And rest-assured we did issue her an RMA so that she could return the damaged kit for a refund.... as is our policy. We never deny a customer a refund if they are unhappy with their order. |

I am having the same problem.
I bought South Beach almost 3 weeks ago.
the first week was great everything worked. I ordered 15 cart. of vanilla and 15 regular. out of all 30 cart. only 5 or 6 worked, and the big battery died. I called the company- they are sending me 2 new batteries and 15 free cart. - If they do not work I am asking for my 30 day refund- but I hope they do as I really enjoy them- I just neeed a product which is reliable.

I have the same issue right now. The first two weeks were great, but the last 3 packs of cartridges that I received seem like they are completely used up. Little to no vapor in each cartridge and a burning feeling to what little vapor there is. I'm contacting the company tomorrow to make a complaint and see if they are able to explain this issue. Batteries also seem to be getting over heated, probably from trying to get vapor, by excessive attempts to get vapor. |

| | Received my SBS Deluxe kit this week and so far it has been a pretty good experience. I had a some trouble with my batteries holding a charge and had to charge them for a long time, even though the charger showed green. The short battery seems to be working fine now, the long one still seems to lose it's charge quickly. One of the cartridges didn't work either, but I read that you can hit them on a table and that works sometimes. I am going to call the SBS customer servive and I feel they will address my problems from what I have read about them. It took me awhile to get used to inhaling, but I am improving all the time. I feel better already and my house smells better too! I like the vanilla and regular tobacco flavors best. The cherry reminds me more of a little cigar not a cig. I am a pack a day, ultra lights smoker and the 12Mg SBS(lights) seem to be right for me. I am a bartender and they just banned smoking in bars in my state, so I am counting on SBS to get me through my long shift! They are offering a very good price on their Deluxe starter kit, so if you are considering trying an e-cig this is the one! |

I started with South Beach Smoke over a month ago. Only a couple of days ago I received my kit. No fancy box like my husband got, no 100 dollars gas certificate. My kit looked like it was made out of remnants they had laying around. I paid over 90 dollars for my kit!!! The battery is dead after 10 minutes. Some of the cartridges are completely empty. Customer service is non existent and they don't fix the problems. Go with somebody else. |

| | I have tried most of the brands on this site and the South Beach Deluxe model is by far the best experience I have experienced. The last brand I tried was esmoke and while it was better than some others, the flavors were just awful. I also had an issue with a battery and had to really create a stink to get them to exhange it.
So far the south beach ecig has been great. The batteries lastall day (I got 2 batteries) and the cartridges are the best tasting I have ever experienced.

| | This is my second attempt at using electronic cigarettes. My first experience was very disappointing. I was using the Smoking Everywhere brand. The complaints I had were the battery did not last long, shipping times varied from a few days to a few weeks, and most frustrating was the inconsistantcy of the cartridges. In the same box of cartridges, I could get one filter that would last a day and worked well. Then the next filter would not work at all, a few puffs and it was used up. Being that is was from the same box as the one that lasted a day, it had nothing to do with storage, age, or the atomizer (as I had two atomizers). The only explanation is the lack of quality control. This inconsistancy is why I stopped using them. I would be out and needed to replace the cartridge. When I put the new cartridge on, many times it was a bad one and was usless. Since I would only carry one extra filter at a time I would try my best to make it work, I would draw so hard it felt like I could swallow the whole cigarette if I lost my grip.
I decided to try one more time, and I bought the South Beach brand. I wasn't expecting it to be much different than the Smoking Everywhere system. I was pleasantly surprised. I bought the one with the built-in atomizer. The batteries can last a full day or longer. Just like the battery, the cartridges can last a full day or longer. The vapor was more than adequate. It was consistant from the first puff to the last. I have no complaints with any aspect of the South Beach brand. I highly recommend it to people who have not tried e-cigs or to people who tried other brands and were dissatisfied. |

| | It takes some getting used to but it seems like a good item to use instead of smoking a normal smoke. Plus I have been using it at my cube at work and know one has seen or smelled it.
The refills have some liquid that comes out when first being used but after a few drags its gone... overall I love it.
its my 1st day and by 330 I have only smoked one normal smoke since I got it. I am usually at 5 or 6 by now.

| | I received my South Beach Smoke e-cig a few days ago and I am loving it so far! They came pre-charged and were ready to smoke the second I opened the box. Of course, it's not identical to regular cigarettes, but I think it is a great alternative! I decided to go with South Beach because of the good reviews on this site, and I chose the deluxe kit instead of the premium kit because it has less parts to mess with and a disposable atomizer that is replaced every time you put a new nicotine cartridge in (thus, you don't have to clean it and/or deal with too many parts) ... it seemed like the more sanitary and convenient option; however, it does cost a little more, which is something to consider. I like how this cig still gives me a nicotine fix, and allows me to go through the process without all the nasty chemicals and other downfalls that go along with traditional smoking. Still, I did recently hear there may be health hazards in vaping propylene, but it seems like it can't be worse than smoking the hundreds of chemicals in regular cigs. Things that will take getting used to include: the weight of the e-cig (it is pretty heavy compared to a normal cig), and the flavor of the cartridge (I normally smoke menthols, but this menthol equivalent is super pepperminty - in fact, I think I actually like the regular tobacco flavor better). I haven't smoked a normal cig since I got it, and I find that I don't need to smoke as long with the e-cig, or as high of nicotine content for that matter. The starter kit came with level 6 nicotine (which is equivalent to ultra-lights), but it really gives me a strong buzz - a few drags is all it takes to be satisfied!! I didn't think I would adjust to the lower nicotine content this quickly, but I think it would be hard to smoke something stronger. Eventually, I'd like to get to a point where I'm not smoking any nicotine - then quit for good! Bottom line, I feel better knowing I'm not bringing the second hand smoke around my kid anymore!!! |

| | Got my South Beach Smoke deluxe kit last week. It's literally one of the best buying decisions I have ever made. Everything from the use of the product to the service i received from South Beach Smoke has been stellar. I called to change my order and even though it had shipped, they added the additional items i needed and didn't charge me to ship it. I have not smoked a regular cigarette since the day i got my ecig. My kids are thrilled too. I'm a fan of south beach smoke. |

| | I've been a heavy smoker for most of my life and haven't been able to quit with any other method. After researching on the web, I decided to try SouthBeachSmoke. I'm glad I did. I have cut my smoking down by 2/3. I'm very happy with this company. The price is right, the product is very good and the customer service is excellent. | | I was very weary about the south beach smoke given the price? I couldn't figure out how they could offer a viable product compared to others priced higher. I bought the deluxe for $49 and it's great. I had to enroll in the auto-ship program to get that price or it would have been $100. I guess that's the catch but its cool cause you get 30% off the refills as part of the auto-ship program, plus a lifetime guarante & they say u can cancel anytime. So far so good. Sick deal for 30 or 50 bucks. |

When I first started with South Beach smoke I loved them. Now the past two shipments have been all dried out, all 15 cartridges, which really pissed me off. Got a courtesy shipment, which also turned out to be duds! Waiting a week for a new shipment isn't acceptable to me, and I'm questioning cancelling the subscription with them if I call them tomorrow without satisfaction |
