Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		I received my SBS "Deluxe" starter kit last week, and after a few days usage, I couldn't be more pleased. This is an excellent product and a great value. As a 1st time e-smoke user and a menthol guy, I fully expected this to be like sucking on a "Vicks" inhaler. Holy crappola was I surprised! If I had to complain about something it would be that they took anywhere from 3-4 days just to ship every order that I have placed. Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		I received it 3 days ago. Everything appears as advertised except for the taste. I got the 6m tobacco and it tastes a little like soap. No tobacco taste at all. No zing to it. I have already had occasion to talk to customer service on another matter and they are great!! Will call them and ask how to change my home delivery order to some flavored refills. Wish they had some mint flavor or cinnamon. Perhaps I will suggest that to them.

Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		I thought this was a beautiful product when I first got it, everything was great; however, that changed after about 3 or 4 days. I began having problems with the cartridges not working, about half of them. When this product works correctly, it is great, but you can't depend on it. 	Don commented on January 23 2012: This is a follow up to the posting I wrote earlier: In South Beach's defense they have replaced my starter kit and this time it is working well, hopefully it will continue to do so because this is really an excellent product when everything is working properly.

After diagnosing the problem the customer was given a completely new starter kit and cartridges with free shipping. We also paid to have the product in question shipped back to our facility for further inspection.
