The hit off the 12mg (light) that comes with the starter kit automatically was pretty good and a very decent amount of vapor. I probably got between 150 and 200 "double hits" off of the one cartridge. I lay it down by the computer and take a short primer hit then a longer "draw" hit to get a good amount of vapor and then take one more draw and then put it down on the table again for another 20 minutes or so. The flavor to me reminded me of cigarettes but I will need to go down to the ultra light strength because these were a bit strong after smoking ultra lights for so long. I have to tell you something funny though...I am trying to quit but hate wasting a pack so I have a few analog cigs left and the other day I lit one up, took a drag, put it in the ashtray and then without thinking I "smoked" my e-cig and only then I realized I had a real cig burning in the ashtray! LOL funny how I was already used to picking up my e-cig.

According to my father, he said there was no taste at all for this product and he didn't see any vapor coming out from the cigarette, which i heard there was supposed to. Customer services is quite good and lady answered all my questions before I ordered.

I got the 6m tobacco and it tastes a little like soap. No tobacco taste at all. No zing to it. I have already had occasion to talk to customer service on another matter and they are great!! Will call them and ask how to change my home delivery order to some flavored refills. Wish they had some mint flavor or cinnamon. Perhaps I will suggest that to them.

Service Cost/Value I have been smoking SBS Smokes now for about 3 weeks- I had a few issues at first with my batteries but they were quickly swamped out for fresh ones by SBS excellent customer service. I have been smoking them exclusively for the past 2 weeks and don't even want a real cigarette anymore. I started smoking the light tobacco flavor, which was good but then switched to Vanilla and really enjoy them much more then the regular cigarettes. I can now smoke in bed, in the car, anywhere without stinking up the place and annoying everyone around me. After 20 years of daily smoking and having tried everything to stop- gum, patches, hypnotism- I thought I would never stop. Once I attached the cartridges to the battery and took a puff, it worked instantly. The smoke was thick and the throat hit was good. I'm not sure how the other flavors taste, but the menthol flavor was awesome!

I like the experience and the convenience that the ecig provides. For the most part,the price for the introductory kit is acceptable. There a few things about this ecig that are worth mentioning. Battery lasts one day, no more...didn't expect that. Cartridges have a pleasant tasted,but don't last as long as the are rated for...they don't go out surprisingly fast, but still disappoint when your not expecting to have to replace it so soon. I found myself carrying around an extra cartridge in my real cigarette pack just in case. I did cut back my smoking, but not completely. One big issue i had with this ecig is a removable piece at the end of the cartridge that pops out if you try holding the ecig with your teeth. Don't think it serves a purpose besides ensuring that you can't reuse the same cartridge over and over by refilling it, because they will fall apart. But nearly every manufacturer creates some intentional flaw in their product so you have to replace parts. I can't say I was really satisfied by this ecig, but i haven't tried any others to compare it too, and am still glad that i purchased one.

Service Cost/Value I've been using the deluxe e-cig since November and have not purchased regular cigarettes since. For the most part, I've been very please with the product, but have had quality issues with my last couple shipments. The cartridges seem to be half full and sometimes the taste is off. SBS does have great customer service and they are more than fair about making things right, but I would prefer not having to take the time to call to make that happen.

I have smoked for over 20 years and thought I could never quit - but plan is to use these for a while, start Chantix and switch to the no-nicotine cartridges. Might work. Love the thought that I am not contributing any 2nd-hand smoke, don't need ashtrays or lighters, don't smell like smoke all the time. Easy. Already recommended to a few of my smoker friends, too :)
