Service Cost/Value Was a pretty decent ecig but had their share of probs including bad chargers, batteries etc. But, all livable until they decidedto save a few bucks by farming out their fulfillment company to a second rate company in Chicago. The company is OSMWorldwide. SLOOOW and horrible tracking. No earthly benefit to anyone except SBS for going el cheapo. Was a home monthly subscriber but no longer. Looking for a new ecig company with a better reputation.

There is no way to fix them or replace them without purchasing new ones.

Service Cost/Value When they work they are great, ive had to have a battery replaced and now the charger and after 30 days you will be charged for something. They do not last aslong as advertised if it did you'd easily make it a day on a single charge. Taste is good and the drag is satisfying when you first get it. Then the battery issues wil start, blowing in it and taping to get it to actually work. Allot of marketing with this product everything from the liturature and packageing. NICE BOX! If you spent as much time makeing sure your product didnt fail just over a month and less time on the packageing youd have a reliable product. I ordered another deluxe for my uncle and a replacement charger is on its way. Currenty I have no E cigarette ... As i write this i wonder if it was a mistake of buying a second kit for a family member if hes just going to have the same issues. joy commented on May 16 2012: Green smoke is a very good product. I've had mine for 2 months and have had no issues. The draw is easy, the flavor of the cartridges is top notch, and the vapor is awesome (tons of it)!! The long battery usually lasts my entire work day (8 hours) before I have to switch it out for my second battery!! Rick Allen commented on April 03 2012: I have had the same battery issues. In all fairness to SBS, the first two batteries they repalced and provided me an RG # to return the bad batteries. I have not returned them because I had the same proble with the replacement batteries. I don't have the time to play mail tag. The money is not the issue. When you compare the $ spent on smoking real cigs this is nothing. I just want a reliable good tasting ecig that I can depend on to replace the real thing. In addition, my wife is back smoking real cigs because of the unreliable nature of this product. Service Cost/Value I ordered my 12MG deluxe kit back to April 1st 2011 and bought another 30 pieces 6MG cartidges few days later after I received my kit. Here is my experience, the short battery won't last more than 45 puffs, the longer battery can go around 65 puffs, and the cartidge is last around 70 puffs. How do I know, I counted 12 cartridges to test their life. LOL. I believe they have much shorter life than my regular 1 pack Marlboro Gold and shorter than the SBS Smoke advertised. But the good news is I didn't smoke a piece cig after I started to use E-cig. BTW, if you cancel your home delivery program then you are no longer under their life time warranty coverage.
