Though after talking to Nicki and Jeremy of SBS Smoke I am happy to say they resolved all the issues. They were prompt and very professional to fix the issues though sadly a lot of the issues with the shipping stemmed from them moving to a new location for fulfillment. Granted some confusion also came from the website which I am glad to say they are going to fix up so it does not happen again. Was I happy with the way they treated me? Very happy as a business owner my self I can understand certain things. Cost is a bit high but not for what you get. Now I will say this if you go ahead and get the ultimate kit please note the PCC DOES NOT work with the long batteries only the standard same for the case unless you take off the cart not a big deal for most. Over all flavor for the carts I have tried specifically the Tobacco Gold is excellent tons of vapor with no need for priming the cart. Blu was my first e cig and theirs tasted a bit burnt from the start but SBS not a bit of a burnt taste. You will not go wrong with SBS Smoke and I praise there design and customer service and over all quality. Thank you SBS I am a customer for life I love it and will continue to support you as I hope you support the freedom of smoking anywhere. |

Read the instruction book (wish it was larger print - its hard to read) but figured it out. Charged it up & took my first puff. I ordered the Tobacco Classic. It was horrible. Tasted like burnt paper & the filter was making a crackling sound. I called the company the next day. The woman I spoke to was very helpful & knowledgeable. The crackling sound is normal & means the cartridge is full. As it empties the sound will disappear & you know its time to change. The taste she said she didn't like it either (she compared it to burnt popcorn) & suggested a different one. I was disappointed that I could not return the ones I got for a credit. That is a waste of money. I had to order & pay for different ones. I ordered the Tobacco Gold & Vanilla. Much better taste. I'm still getting used to using these & have not been able to wean myself off cigarettes yet but I feel this will help. Concerns/complaints: 1) shipping is high considering they send First Class mail & its maybe a couple of bucks - not $9.95 for sure 2) the cost of the refills are not cheap either but compared to cigarettes I supposed at this point a better deal - just wish you didn't have to purchase so many at a time. The battery seems to work fine & will last all day for me. Customer service was great the one & only time I had to call so far despite my having to pay for new cartridges & no refund on the ones that were bad. |

So I called C.S and they sent me two new batteries, a charger, and a 15 pack replacement, received them a week later, SAME THING ! I called c.s and they told me they were running low on tobacco classic and assured me I would get new ones this time, BUT I had to send the faulty ones back first ! I explained I've already been without my e cig for two weeks but He didn't seem to care. So, knowing it would take weeks to play Mail tag I ordered another 15 pack. After yet another week I opened the pack to see the same old design and to my dismay, after a drag, the same burnt taste. I called c.s yet again, and she couldn't commit to sending replacements until speaking to a manager. I received an email 1-4-13 stating they sent out replacements and I would be charged if I didn't send back the bad ones. I did ship back the bad carts on 1-7-13, but have yet to receive a tracking number for my replacements. My only guess is they are running out of fresh carts and they sent me old dried up ones. I don't know what's going on, but I've been without my E-Cig for about a month and if these are bad I'm going elsewhere. cathy burch commented on March 02 2013: Been a customer since last April & had loved it. Come Jan of this year had nothing but problems with their carfidges & batteries. Come to find out they have changed their manufacturer of their Cartridges & have upgraded the batteries that dont work with the old cartidges. The new cartridges taste terrible, dont last as long & leave a terrible after taste. |

They told me that the reason the PCC are on back order is because they are manufacturing new PCC in order to fit the new batteries! If my "account manager" would have told me that in the first place, I wouldn't have been so upset. Thank you SBS and I would like to amend any negative comments that I posted earlier, besides the one of my account manager avoiding me. I have sent him a few emails within the past 24 hours and have not hear a respond. Ezra commented on December 10 2012: Hey, so after 2 weeks of waiting, my personal charging case (PCC) came in. It does not work. Not only does it not work, but when I try to close the lid, the cartridges do not allow the lid to close. When I take the cartridges out, the battery is too long (even with the smaller battery) and the lid won't close. I have an old batter which is a little smaller since it was one of the batteries that they sent me before they made these new ones. I will be forces to use this one once SBS send me a new PCC. I am disappointed and fed up at this point. The only thing keeping my business going is the fact that they do have great customer service and the SBS is a really good cigarette. I really need these issues resolved so I can go back to my routine of NOT SMOKING regular cigarettes. I really like SBS a lot. My sales rep made a very good sales pitch to always be there for me as my "account manager" but he seems to avoid my calls and only answer when I use a different number. I am upset to see this. I understand why he is avoiding me. All the issues that I have. I got on the home delivery program over a week ago and my order hasn't shipped since the cartridges that I like are "very popular" and are out of stock. Some one tell me why the popular cartridges aren't over stocked is they are so popular. Since I've worked with SBS they have maid up for all their mistakes in very different angles. I hope I get a resolution to this in a way that I can actually appreciate. I am sick of having to call every day to find out when my cartridge or accessories will ship. When I request overnight shipping for cartridges that are over a week late, I should have to hear "I will speak to my manager" the answer should be, once the cartridges come in, we will overnight it to you because this is your first experience with our home delivery program and we want to make it an enjoyable one. I finished my last cartridge 2 days ago and I need to smoke. I do not even know when this back order will clear. They keep trying to tell me to take the light cartridge, but I tried that one and really do not like it. I keep writing and keep coming up with more issues so I am going to stop here and hope that someone calls to resolve my issue. |

Their total lack of customer communications is a cause for pause.....and it should be. Not only have they not communicated with their customers, they have "silenced" me from raising these issues/concerns on their FB page by eliminating all of my posts--good and bad----and have eliminated my ability to post, like, or comment on their PB page. With my over 38 years of dealing within US corporations, the #1 success factor is customer communications-----SBS still doesn't understand that. Run, don't walk from SBS. Customer Service commented on November 20 2012: WAB - we are definitely changing back to the slightly smaller cartridges which fits the PCC. This was an error at our factory and we are terribly sorry for this. Regarding our eLiquid, we have a very big announcement to make in the next few weeks. It is what we call a game-changer and will show that SBS is the clear leader in this industry. Again -- we are sorry for the temporary inconvenience this production error has caused. WAB commented on November 18 2012: Update---they changed the cartridges and I am not impressed. The carts are now longer in length, the flavor is not the same and they only last about half the puffs than what they used to last. Also, by changing the cart size they do not fit in the Portable Charging Case (PCC) anymore---the lid does not close. I have brought these issues up to SBS, but no one there seems to care. I am now withdrawing my positive recommendation--once my existing carts are used up, I am done with SBS. You blew it SBS by ignoring your customers, not telling them of changes and not updating your web site description of the PCC to tell everyone the new carts do not fit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As an alternative, I highly recommend Blu 100's or Apollo Superior eGo with some of their eLiquid and Jackson Creek eLiquid. WAB commented on October 07 2012: Update. I've used SBS now for a month and love them. They still are a bit more expensive, but the batteries, vapor and cartridges last and bit less than advertised. However the flavor is impressive!! I did cancel my SBS Home Delivery Program (HDP) because when you do the math the claimed 20% discount for the HDP really disappears. In 90% of the combinations ordering from the SBS web without using the HDP and using the 10% discount from ecigarettes365 you actually save more. SBS needs to really make the HDP a real 20% discount deal to get me to sign up again. |

I would never interchange the charging systems with different battery brands but I often interchange the cartridges with these two brands of batteries. Too bad it took almost 4 weeks for delivery from SBS. This is where this company is failing miserably. I highly suggest calling the company to confirm that they have what you want in stock or else you will be waiting weeks if not longer to finally get to try their brand. Go with the deluxe its a great buy and a great price for what you get. I recommend - but call first before placing your order. Good luck! |

If I drink too much orange juice or take too many vitamin C tablets the same thing happens...canker sores, sensitive gums etc. THEN....I noticed that the liquid that creates the vapor has ASCORBIC ACID. All I can figure is this is what's causing the irritation for most people. |

If you spent as much time makeing sure your product didnt fail just over a month and less time on the packageing youd have a reliable product. I ordered another deluxe for my uncle and a replacement charger is on its way. Currenty I have no E cigarette ... As i write this i wonder if it was a mistake of buying a second kit for a family member if hes just going to have the same issues. joy commented on May 16 2012: Green smoke is a very good product. I've had mine for 2 months and have had no issues. The draw is easy, the flavor of the cartridges is top notch, and the vapor is awesome (tons of it)!! The long battery usually lasts my entire work day (8 hours) before I have to switch it out for my second battery!! Rick Allen commented on April 03 2012: I have had the same battery issues. In all fairness to SBS, the first two batteries they repalced and provided me an RG # to return the bad batteries. I have not returned them because I had the same proble with the replacement batteries. I don't have the time to play mail tag. The money is not the issue. When you compare the $ spent on smoking real cigs this is nothing. I just want a reliable good tasting ecig that I can depend on to replace the real thing. In addition, my wife is back smoking real cigs because of the unreliable nature of this product. After a week, I had no tracking number. After speaking to 3 reps over 2 days of calling, it finally shipped. A couple of weeks later, I ordered a set of replacement cartridges. After two weeks, I still have not received this order. Like I said, great product. Awesome flavors available. Just be sure to order everything a month before you need/want it.
