3 out of 3 batteries have failed. Ordered 4 tobacco flavored, received 2 banana, 2 choclate. They will not exchange until I send them back, my expence. Will get no more of my business

Absolutely terrible! Bought two full kits (so I could alternate between the 2 or even share with hubby) about 2 yrs ago because I really wanted to quit smoking real cigs but just can't seem to break the habit. Anyway, saw a Kiosk inside the Shopping Mall and the guy selling them seemed to be smoking one without any problem. I went back two times due to problems with not getting vapor and he switched out the bottom part that has heater core but that still didn't work and then told me I had to learn how to smoke them differently than regular cig such as slow steady drag but didn't matter what I tried; I would only get like 1 or 2 drags and then nothing but sucking to frustration on a damn stick until I just finally lit up a regular cig. I spent like $300. I was a "sucker" (no pun intended) and they saw me coming a mile away!

After waiting 2 and a half weeks, after being promised it would arrive in one, my 2 starter kits arrived. 1 Battery was DOA and the other stopped working after the second charge. After trying 5 brands I can say this is the worst e cig ever. Atomizers didn't produce much smoke either. I've been e-mailing the company and they don't respond. I hate these thieves!!!

It took almost a month to arrive. Produce very little vapor when they work. Batteries take longer than most to light up and produce vapor. My atomizer went out before I was even done with the refills it came with. 1 battery never worked at all.

Horrible customer service. Sales girl lied to me charged my card before giving me the price and when I canceled that order and she quoted me the new price she still sent in a charge that was way over her quote. Then refused to cancel the second order claiming the order was shipped. All this happened in less then one hour. I have bought this product from a vendor in Vegas for years but ran out before I got back there. Loved the product but due to the sales girl lying and charging my card with out giving me the total and then misquoting me the second time and charging my account again at a higher price don't buy from the website. It is owned by EC Distributing and BBB give them an F.

My husband I bought two kits with 2 cartons of refills for $300. We tried them off and on for two weeks and gave up. Liquid comes out in our mouths, even if we take a light drag. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE product.

totally got ripped off!!! the gut in the mall was smoking a diffrent brand of e cig than the one we bought a hour after buying my husband and i had to go back and have a part replaced because the damn thing died! wont refund anything its a SCAM!!!!

This brand is a piece of junk....I love to vape so I caved in to all their hype.. It was a disastrous decision...
Just look at boards and you'll see... This is a company in The US relying on the Chinese for their goods and lime most Chinese factories they serve up junk ... I'm afraid to know if I'm tried anti freeze vapor without knowing it.... Arggggggg another Chinese illiterate filled direction book ..... Arggggggg...

Bought this product least week and love it so far. Good amount of vapor, battery will last 6 to 7 hours depending on if im drinking or not. Very easy to refill.

Hey Scott listen man don't give on the e-cigs. I mean if you want to totally quit then great but there are other e-cigs on the market that are much better and much cheaper. I spent 180.00 at this product so yeah I was a big fool, but I didn't give up and have done tons of research and am VERY happy with my new products. Atomizers don't last forever (2-6 weeks on average) but you can buy them for around 6 bucks. You can buy e-liquid for around 16.00 that will last you a whole month for a heavy smoker. You can buy batteries for around 12 bucks. You can even buy a PCC (personal charging case) for around 20.00 and never have to worry about the batteries going dead on you. After the initial purchases of the RIGHT products you end up saving a TON of money that you would have spent on cancer sticks. Do your Due Diligence and dont give up.

I just wanted to update this post. I went back to the mall got brand new replacements for my Smoke Everywhere/Smoke to Live e cigarette junk. Pretty much the same thing happened again,I took extra precautions to make sure i did nothing wrong with all parts of this product. It worked good for a whole one day and then the battery started dieing after 1 hour, and the vapor reduced to almost nothing. This has made up my mind for me to not even try another E cigarette ever. I guess im eitier going to try the gum again, or just quite simply smoke myself to death. Ive tried to kick this habit since my Father died in 1999 from lung cancer. Now I know the struggle he had with cigarettes. I guess the old saying you cant have your cake and eat it to is true after all. I refuse to give these jerks the satifaction of going back there and hearing there crap about how there product is worth a damn. Im chalking up my losses($140.00) at this point even tho i have a life time warrenty and throwing this piece of junk in the trash.

Well I left a postive reveiw on this product yesterday, and boy was that a big mistake. I had the Smoke Eveywhere E-cigarette for a few weeks and loved it. It had good battery life and an awesome ammount of vapor. Thats when the nightmare began, the battery now dies after 1 hour and it wont produce any vapor at all. I only wish I would have read these reveiws before I was suckered by the salesman at the mall. I guess there going to get sick of seeing me. I promise when i go get my Crap exchanged tonight im going to tell everyone standing there not to waist there money on this Junk. One more thing while i was trying to trouble shoot this product I realized one of the cartomizers that came with it was empty, not broken but empty. This really makes me think someone else had there lips on this thing. If i experince anymore trouble with this product which i expect.I am seriously going to send all the local news stations these reveiws until something get done about it. The sad part about it is that my wife said when we were purchasing the product the salesman had a pack of Marlboro reds in the cash register when he opened it. I now know how the scam goes they have 5 battries charging at the same, and a fresh cartomizer waiting for the sucker to come up there and try it. Anyways just go buy a pack of smokes it a whole heck of allot easier, and you know what your getting. Atleast they mark on the package how bad they are for you.

I need to add some aditional information I found out just about five minutes ago about the brand this device. I order for the company to avoid negative reveiws they try to confuse the consumer. The brand this brand is the same as Smoke to Live. Do not be fooled it is exactly the the same product in a slightly different box. The brand Smoke to Live buys the product from this ecig, and slaps the no refund on the product. But if you go to this e-cigarette website they offer the full refund. Also be weary of the little old lady that talks to you about the product pretending to be a smoker. Now looking back i would almaost bet she worked for them. But that is an assumption.

Very poor customer service, they actually hung up on me. this e-cig online did not stand by their warrantee, since I bought the kit at a mall kiosk. The mall kiosk disappeared before their lease was up, and my warrantee was useless. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!

If I didn't have so much money invested in this product, I would drop it immediately. Bought product originally at a kiosk at a local mall. Had to go back numerous times to replace vaporizers and batteries, then ... poof, one day they just picked up and split the mall. Went on-line to buy and bought 2 starter kits and a bunch of filters. Paid $89 in all, including $14.99 in shipping. The 2 kids finally arrived and ... the vaporizers didn't work. No response from 20 phone calls and just as many emails. Finally returned them (paying $12.95 for shipping) and had to enclose a $14.99 check to cover shipping them back to me. WITHOUT A DOUBT, the WORST company I have ever dealt with. Go somewhere else.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I feel like such a moron for not looking for independent reviews prior to purchasing this product E-Cigarette. I cannot reach customer service (their voice-mail has been "full" for 2 straight weeks..) to inform them that their product SUCKS, there is NO vapor, the parts are all ill-fitting, the nicotine... umm, juice, I don't know what it's called, but it drips on your hands as your trying to fit all the parts together, I am SO annoyed.... but LESSON LEARNED, I will NEVER buy an online product without extensive research again.

My best advice to anyone would be simply not to purchase this product. There are ECigs for half the price that work much better that have refund policies and don't have these 'fine print scams' to keep charging your credit card. That being said we do have legal protection under the eyes of the law their refund policy be damned. I am intending to level a law suit against this device and I'd like to take it to a higher court than small claims. This is not in anger that I write this but with serious intent. Anyone interested in doing so can contact me at Megan_business@yahoo.com 'The Unfair Business Competition Act' rightfully prevents them from being able to market in such a manner and nulls and voids any contractual obligation we may fall under with a 'no refund' policy. If you're tired of being fucked over by people with more money than they know what to do with shoot me an e-mail. Let's bend this company over and show it who Daddy is.

Paid $169 including tax, battery lasts less than an hour, no returns, not much intake, sometimes no vapor, have gone back to smoking. Complete lack of satisfaction. I wish I knew there were others available I would never have chosen something with no return policy.

Not only is this company HORRIBLE. They can't even spell. www.electroniccigarette.com states the following; "...but it isn't a cigarette, it much better!"I ordered. Never recieved. No record of order.Then got call from cust service to order more?

This was my first...I liked it, until for some reason the cart's didn't fit the atti. they kept sliding off, brand new. so I went to Blu. this brand is at the bottom of my list.Totally Wicked that has an awesome battery life, though!!!

Awesome customer service! I did place a order for overnight and they did send it ground instead. I called and complained they were real nice and shortly after a lady in shipping called and apologize gave me credits and free filters!

This E-Cigarette is horrible! The cartridge lasts a few drags, and the battery will always die on you. Don't buy. We took ours back a couple days after buying.

I ordered an advertised $9.99 starter kit on October 12th, still have received nothing. Contacted them about my order and they said they would assigned it to a "customer service person" I have heard nothing. Stay away from these people!!

I love this E-cigarette. Good all-around performance with good vapor, flavors and
