Happy with my ST e-cigs.
Order refills and you get another batt for free. The cost of the refill carts is less and $2 and you always get free shipping. If you ever have any problems with any of your batts you can send it back & out comes another batt replacement in your next order for free. I've gone through this process of sending back for a batt. replacement without any serious hassles. The kit comes with 2 batts & in future orders you get another batt for free, so I'm collecting them, nothing wrong with having too many batts, b/c the worst thing is to have a batt lose power when you need it if you know what I mean.
Okay on to the product review.
this product works well, good vapor for me, so many flavor choices. I enjoy the cafe set and my fav is menthol. I never smoked menthols, but it's an intense mint flavor that you feel go down your thoat for pretty good full thoat hit. Not bad, you can feel it nicely almost like a cig, but better b/c you don't smell, you don't ever burn-->no fire, you can take as few or as many drags as desired, and you can do it after a meal indoors or anywhere. Since buying these I don't crave nic any other way, no cigs, no chewing tobacco, no nothing but my ST. Battery life is not really a factor b/c i have enough batts. The only thing is having to charge them is a bit annoying, but hey nothing is perfect.
I told my doc about these...he said you are no longer using tobacco products and that's a good thing, then he went on to say it's a step in the right direciton. You will not be disappointed going for this device. |

I've been smoking for 30 years.. started when i was 17 cause it was cool to smoke. I've been smoking marlboros, on the average, a pack a day since the age of 17.... well with the price of a pack of smokes in today's economy being outrageous, I figured it was time to quit giving my money to the government to burn(they get more than 50% from the sales of smokes)and decided to give ecigs. a shot. I got my ST few days ago and have not had a normal cigarette since. Don't even crave for one.. I crave to smoke and the hand/mouth thing and this brand does it.. i take a few puffs and i felt like i just smoked a regular cig.. can't believe.. there is no reason to smoke those nasty smelling things if you can get your hands on a this ecig.. best 60 bucks i spent towards smoking. i would highly recommend this product for anybody wishing to quit smoking regular smokes..and you can smoke it inside a restaurant.. right after a meal. In Short: this prooduct works and is a good buy for both the price and quality.

A number of my friends use ecigs and I was very skeptical about them. I have tried some of my friends ecigs and they burned my throat. Then I thought what do I have to lose trying. I found this website which offered a number of choices in ecigs. I researched each one of the top brands. I even called customer service to ensure I would get good service if I needed it and to inquire more about their products. ST was most helpful; totally explained everything I needed to know but did not push their product on me in any way. I then ordered the starter kit, full flavor. The order arrived in 3 days! I have been using this e-cigarette for over 2 weeks now. This product does not burn my throat like others I tried. I have been smoking 2 packs of cigarettes a day and within these 2 weeks, while using my ST, I have cut back to a half a pack a day. I love this product. These eCigs are pretty good... at first my wife couldn't stand the Menthol full flavor cause it tastes as though there is Cloves in it, and she HATES cloves, but once you get used to it, you can't tell anymore... and they taste WAY better than the 21st Century we were smoking. Haven't tried all the flavors yet, but so far the Menthol is the best. The cartridges say they are the same size as the 21st Century ones, but run out much faster. Having the choice of flavors and strengths and the better taste makes these eCigs much better and so worth the money. But in the long run I really do feel that they are about the same price as the others out of the store. The free shipping and the lifetime batteries make me feel that the company is a better company than the others I've seen as well.... THANK YOU this product! |

Thank you ST and e cigs for the opportunity to use this wonderful product. The last kit that I had one of the batteries stopped charging. I do enjoy the taste of its flavor, however, when the cartridge is almost done it seems to have a burnt taste to it. Also, I wish there was a better way to reach customer service in case of a default with the ST k4t. Over all, I am pretty happy with the cigarette, but I wish I would have sent it back at the 30 day trial so I could find something I better appreciated. I am still having trouble coming off the actual cigarettes.

This is my first e-cig pack and I am very impressed! They satisfy my need to smoke even with the 0mg nicotine carts. My husband thought I was crazy to try them, but he's sitting here next to me "borrowing" on of my e-cigs! Overall this is a great way to try e cigs for a very reasonable price.
They ship very quickly...I have placed two orders with them so far and the package was in my mailbox within 2 days both times. And free shipping!
They have a good selection of flavors. I got a sampler pack of ten flavors and ended up really liking the ones I thought I wouldn't: orange, banana, and pinapple. I really enjoy hookah, and these flavors are very similar, without all the bad smelling clothes and throat irritation.
The only bad things I can say is I go thru the carts a little too quickly. It's easy to just keep puffing away. And they look too much like an actual cigarette, especially with the red led.

A friend was using E-cigs and it caught my attention. I have been a social smoker for the last 10 years, but hate the smell & congested feeling from smoking too many cigarettes in one day. My husband quit a few years ago & I guess I am just not ready to quit yet.I really hate smoking around him, because I am sure it is hard to be around the smoke when your not smoking. I had been a smoker for 25 years, stopping for my 2 pregnancies & then starting up again. I am one of those smokers that actually enjoys and loves smoking, but hates the smell, so I have never smoked in my home. I received my starter kit and vanilla atomizer last evening and couldn't wait to open it. It is a life saver. I quit smoking 3 months ago, but still find it very hard. I used it tremendously last night and since it came with 2 batteries, my husband who is a smoker has decided to give it a try to quit smoking. So glad I found them. I got the vanilla non-nicotine flavor becaue I was worried about any nicotine addiction starting up again, but I also ordererd the ten pack of the ultra with 6mg of nicotine for my husband. He smokes full flavor cigs but said he enjoyed the ultra e-cig. I was worried it wouldn't be strong enough for him but he used it all night and now takes it to work. The only problem I see is if he goes through them too quickly. Since it doesn't ever 'end' like a normal cigarette, I've suggested taking 10 hits and then putting it down. It was a great buy and I heard great things from friends who got them . ST. I have no regrets and highly recommend them to anyone. |

After doing tons of research online, I was very skeptical about using an e-cig. ST was what I decided to give a try. This is the only e-cig I have tried, but am completely satisfied with it. I didn't think it would really compare to a real cigarette, but since getting it, I have not smoked a real cigarette (1 week), and in general, feel 100 times better!! There is a slight trick to it though. When I first used it, I would naturally inhale hard. and it didn't produce a good hit. You have to hit the e-cig slowly and it works GREAT!!!! I'm done with real cigarette's!!! No more ashtry's, smoke, rolling tray's, stink, always looking for a lighter, etc...

My friend who is a medical professional got me introduce to e-cigarette although I have been reading about it for some time. I was not sure of whether to try or not. My friend suggested me to give it a try since there is nothing to loose, rather to gain, in terms of cutting down the part of the habit that affects pulmonary system. In other words, the smoke and associated chemicals can be cut at once and only nicotine would be inhaled. Initially, I was skeptic and gave it a try by purchasing cheap product from one of the websites from China. The idea was to evaluate. I got a 3 piece product with 10 cartridges and a charger under $5. It was sort of OK effect wise. But one gets what one pays for. Despite of claiming that one cartridge last around 150 drags, it would last only around maximum of 30. Although I am not a chain smoker and used to smoke only 2-3 regular 100 mm cigarettes a day, one cartridge would last a day max. Many a times I would have to pull another cartridge out. I wasn't satisfied with the experience. Then I purchased this product as suggested by my friend (he also uses it). Thankfully I did. The introductory kit comes with pre-charged batteries so that one can start using immediately. Charge lasts longer as I have charged just once in last ten days (I smoke less). In fact, I am still using the first cartridge. On an average, everyday, I may have smoked around 30-40 drags. I get the effect fine. So, overall experience is good and claims made by this device company appears to be valid in my experience. On top of that, they provide lifetime warranty and replacements. They have many a flavors. In fact, I used to dislike menthol before and have purchased Cowboy (Marlboro) full flavor (16 mg)... But my friend gave one menthol full flavor cartridge he purchased and a I kind of liked that too.. I think next I shall go for an assorted one, just to taste all flavors but of 12 mg.... I purchased my ST starter kit about a week ago. I ordered on Saturday, and it arrived on Monday! The quick shipping was very impressive. I have been using my ST set since then, and have cut down from a pack and a half a day to 2 cigarettes a day! I found their "Cowboy" flavor (Marlboro-esque) to be a little sweeter than I really like, but the Coffee flavor is excellent! I like my ST so well, I have recommended to 3 other people so far - one friend tried my e-cig, and ordered her own starter kit today.
I ordered the USB Passthrough accessory, but the one I received didn't work - no problem! Customer service was friendly and helpful, and are sending out a new one tomorrow.

I have tried the Blu, Premium, V4L, and V2. This e-cigarette has impressed me with battery performance, consistent cartomizer performance, all with free shipping and lifetime battery guarantee. The Blu was just so "not enough", and I never got a response from customer service when contacted. So far, I am very happy with my ST kit! The batteries are long lasting and powerful. The flavor cartridges (I got Cowboy b/c I used to smoke Marlboro & that was the recommendation)leave a little to be desired. I didn't know anything about the electronic cigarette and wanted to try it. I hated smelling like tobacco and it was stinking up my apartment building. So I went online and did some research and found that this device had the best reviews. I bought a kit and tried it and was so amazed!!!! I wish I discovered this earlier. I've been using ST for over 2 years now and love it, the battery life is only about a half hour to an hour but I have plenty of them so not a problem.
I have sent back several batteries that have quit working and get replacements quickly and at no charge to me. Anytime I've had a problem they are always quick to respond and give me a solution or suggestion of what to do. Really like the variety of flavors they offer also and the great prices for them. Had problem with not much vapor when I first got them but by keeping my batteries clean and taking a slower longer draw the vapor is great. Have recomended them to several people. Great Product. |

This product was purchased as a gift for my 82 year old father. He said he would never use it, but we were able to get him to try it. It took all of 5 minutes for him to be sold. I had to come home and order another starter kit and refill. He loves the taste and the feeling. He said cigarettes just tasted awful anymore and he was very excited to be able to smoke these anywhere. He actually took us all out to dinner so he could smoke. LOL My Mom who has asthma and would sneak cigarettes can now use these guilt free. They are both very happy and we are as well not having to deal with the second hand smoke. Vapor is better, quality of battery is much better and longer... and on top of that all they have Cowboy flavor! This is my first e-cig and I have to say that I am so happy I tried it! Not only is it less expensive than traditional smokes but it is better for you and you can use it almost anywhere. I bought the ST because of all the wonderful reviews, lifetime warranty, free shipping and the website was so much easier to understand than other brands. I have a back up pack of Marlboro Ultra Lights but since I got my ST I haven't been tempted to light even one. It does take a little bit of getting used to but now I prefer the taste over traditional smokes. The tobacco flavor has a sweet taste to it. I also ordered the Marlboros but have yet to receive them. All I can say is don't hesitate to order from ST, you won't be disappointed! You will save a lot of money and feel a lot better!!!! |

WOW! Totally impressed with this product....read TONS of reviews before deciding this was the best deal on the market. Batteries came charged,just like they said and the flavors are GREAT. I was always a menthol light smoker, and these 12mg menthols suit me just fine! I did order the variety pack too, just for some fun in my smoking experience, and they are pretty tasty - loved the almond and looking forward to the chocolate and vanilla. Not a huge fan of the fruity flavors, but they did taste like cherry and strawberry.
I have smoked for 40 years, always trying to kick the habit - now, I don't HAVE TO! I can still enjoy: the feel of a cigarette (a little heavier, true), the taste (although, I believe the taste is BETTER than an analog), a good throat hit and the exhalation of 'smoke' WITHOUT all the nasty smell and smokey room!
My family is much happier, they aren't being poisoned either! After just a week of this device, I am absolutely thrilled and literally breathing easier already. No more cough every morning when I wake up, or even throughout the day!
I just can't say enough good things about this brand - I have tried two others and was not impressed with throat hit, flavor or the amount of vapor - this ecig ROCKS and I am recommending to all my smoking friends.

I started by doing a lot of research into online Electronic Cigarette Makers & Sellers. ST stood out to me because of their 'Bare Bones'& 'Plain English' way of marketing their product. Their Website was easy to use & comprehend. Not too much there to confuse or mislead people into oblivion. Their 30 Day Money Back Guarantee along with their Life Time Warranty (on batteries) also made it appealing. Their two piece (cartomizer & battery) design was also something I was looking for. Pre-filled & no mess or hassle for a first time user. The price of $59.95 was also right down my alley as far as being what I was willing to spend to give their product a try. I think, a -great deal- for a package that gives you all you need to get started. The two batteries was also an incentive along with the USB adapter. I ordered 3 ST starter kits (1 for me, 1 for a friend, and 1 for my dad) All 3 of us have been long time smokers..especially my dad who is 76 years old. Although my friend has not started vaporing yet, my father and I are really impressed. I personally went from 1 1/2 packs a day down to 1 pack every 3 days. Today I have only had 2 regular cigs and am not purchasing anymore...just vaping away! I used to smoke Salems and did not care for the menthol flavor cartridge, but the cowboys and the coffee flavors are awesome! Started out with 16mg and will drop down mgs as I go along. I tried a couple different brands of e cigs. So far these are my favorites. The first e cig I tried was a 3 piece but have to add juice and carry juice with me was a pain in the butt. I would often have the liquid leak out. I have a store by me that sells FUMA and they were good but had no flavor options. So I decided to try this brand and I ordered them on Friday and they arrived on Monday. I ordered the starter kit and the variety pack of cartridges. I am a menthol smoker and their menthol tasted great. I also like the apple, strawberry and cherry. So far the batteries last long and charge quicker than the FUMA. The cartidges last about the same but I get 10 from ST for the same price as 5 from FUMA. I have not had to deal with customer service but so far they are my favorite. I am still having some regular cigarettes at work but hope that changes this week. |

I ordered during the $20 off sale and was able to get my kit for $39.95. Super fast shipping. Great deal. After using the smoke for about 2 weeks I am very satisfied. They claim that 1 cartridge is 1.25 packs of cigs but I am not too sure about that. The cartridge seems to go dry before that but maybe I am smoking it more than I think. Vapor is pretty good. My buddies eGoT (or something like that) puts out more vapor but the ST is much more convenient. Overall I would recommend this smoke, especially if you can get it for $20 off. |

I had been in the market for an e-cig for a while, but the number of choices and my tendency to put off doing research kept me from diving in. But after about a year of smoking a pack a day, the money I was spending started bugging me enough that I decided it was time.
After finally finding a decent website that had a high enough number of user reviews to make me feel like I could make an informed decision, I decided to go with this ecig. 1) Because of the high number of positive reviews, 2) because of the lifetime warranty, and 3) because of the price.
I ordered on a Wednesday, received the next Saturday, and haven't bought an actually pack of cigs yet (and don't plan to). Granted, it's been less than a week that I've been using the kit, but I'm very pleased, and I feel that I make a great purchasing decision. The box the kit comes in is useful for carting around all the individual components when you head out of the day. Depending on how I'm using the batteries, they last between 3-6 hours, which I think is great (I puff pretty frequently). They charge pretty quickly, and the warranty on them gives me piece of mind.
I ordered the menthol 16 mg with the kit and a variety 16 mg pack. I enjoy all the flavors quite a lot (except maybe the regulars, which taste a bit stale compared to the other more vivid flavors). I've been switching between many of the carts, two are spent, but they seem to have a good life to them. I feel satisfied with their consistency and amount of vapor.
And I honestly love the vapor experience. I don't miss the traditional smoke from a cigarette at all. I like feeling the stream of hot vapor hit my tongue as I inhale. I like holding it in my mouth before breathing it into my lunges. And my body already feels more health after going half a week without all the carcinogens and cravings for traditional smokes.
I'll certainly update this review if anything goes awry, but as of this moment, I'm a big this e-cigarette fan. |

OMG, I have done so much research up to this point on several E-cigarettes. Not to mention reading many among many reviews here. I found this site most hopeful with honest and detailed reviews. My experience with ST has been very good. Keep in mind that you still need to have the mindset to want to quit. This is not a miracle tool to quit smoking. I like the variety of flavers you can get with your e-cig, and even though I am not a coffee drinker, the coffee flavor tip is my favorite. The only con I have is that one of my batteries isn't working quite upto par. I seem to suck just air half of the times I take a drag. I will be calling customer service about this today. After doing hours of research and deciding between PG and VG, i decided to pull the trigger on ST. I was looking at Safe Cig initially b/c a friend was using it, but after reading reviews about their poor customer service, i moved on. Then, i was looking at ProSmoke and was about to buy that product, but then i read that VG, when heated beyond 280C, it turns into acrolein. Also, PG used in e-cigs is of food-grade quality and commonly used in inhalers and is deemed FDA-safe. So, i decided to take another look at e-cigs that use PG. Plus, i also like a good throat hit and i've read that VG doesnt provide as good a throat hit as PG. Therefore, i looked at others and compared them to ProSmoke. So, i looked at this e-cig based on the fact that it got the most reviews on here and that they were mostly positive. The icing on the cake for me with this product was two-fold: its lifetime warranty as opposed to ProSmoke's 1-year warranty; and this device's battery uses the KR808D-1 model, which is a highly regarded model for vaping and it also means you dont necessarily have to buy cartomizers from ST, but rather you can go online and just search for cartomizers that fit the KR808D-1 model. B/c of these reasons, i chose this brand. However, ProSmoke might possibly use the same model, but i dont know.
I ordered the starter kit for $59.95. Delivery was very fast. The batteries came charged right out of the box. After connecting the cartomizer to the battery, the weight is a little heavier than a cigarette. Its about 1/4 longer and slightly bigger in diameter than a cigarette. The throat hit is that of a Camel light and the vapor is a little less than a cigarette. The key to using it is to take slow drags, not fast drags like you would on a cigarette. If you keep this in mind, then each drag is adequate. I havent felt the need to smoke a cigarette since.
In conclusion, i would recommend this ecig to anyone looking for an alternative to cigarettes.

Got the starter kit from ST about a week ago. The price and reviews I had read convinced me to buy this brand. Shipping was very fast. Normally I have been smoking Marlboro ultra lights. I ordered the kit with 12 mg regular cartridges. The kit comes with 6 cartridges, 2 batteries, and charger unit (s). The first puff was immediate. Hit the back of my throat and actually made me cough; was not prepared but am used to it now. Amazing how the tip lights up with each draw. As you exhale, smoke vapor comes out of your mouth. My smoking experience with ST so far has been excellent. I recieved my starter kits for me and my fiance within 3 days. They were fully charged when we got them and was able to start vaporing right away. I am a menthol smoker and she is a regular. The price is great and so is their products. The menthol is smooth like a Salem. I liked the cherry flavor and can't wait to try the other flavors. She said she really likes the coffee flavor. I work twelve hour shifts and the battery last the whole day before I had to switch. That is awesome. The cartridge lasted the whole day and half of the morning the next day. Just puff a few times here and there is doing the job instead of trying to smoke an actual cigarette. ST may have been lower on the list of reviews but after researching many websites about all the different e-cigs, I decided to go with ST and very glad I did. The battery and cartridges last a very long time. There is a lot of vapor that is produced and I am able to blow smoke rings and such just like real smoke. I have not had to contact Customer Service yet but I am sure they will do really good so I am giving them full rating also. |

I haven't used the kit very long, but I have no complaints as of yet. The taste is better than any regular cigarette I've tried. I went with the light cartridges (12 mg) which to me seems pretty strong still. And the drag is pretty easy. I received the order within 2 days of placing it.
The first brand I tried was the 'Smoking everywhere,' wasting over $100 to find out it's a huge scam. After that I didn't place much hope in the electronic concept. The thought of feeling super light-headed again after each inhale wasn't all that appealing.
But after a lot of homework, I'm glad I gave this one a chance and would def. recommend it. |

I have been a pack a day smoker for about 10 years now and finally decided I needed to take a step towards quitting, especially considering the outrageous price of cigarettes in my state. A friend of mine bought the blu cig and while I liked it I wanted to do my own research and eventually decided on this e-cigarette based mainly on the number of positive reviews, as well as the price. So far I am very satisfied with my purchase. While I still really want a real cigarette now and then, the experience is similar enough that I haven't had to buy a pack since I got my ST. I didn't care for how hard you had to puff to light his sooooo I did a lot of homework and chose this e-cig. I was very pleased when mine was much better than his.

I used to smoke of e-cigs called Eliten and they would wear out quick and the vapor would go down as it ran out. I have started using ST Brand they are the same amount of vapor each time you puff right up until the battery runs out or the cartridge does. The one thing I did notice is the flavored cartridges even though they have lots of selections don't last as long as the regular flavor does because I ordered Regular ,Vanilla and Coffee. It is a better made product and I also ordered the portable charger that works very well. All in all I would recommend this product I am happy so far and I have had them for about a month going to do an order for more cartiages right after this review. The product also feels better built than the last one I used there charger was the same kind of set up real cheap though.

I've been a smoker for about 30 years. I was skeptical about whether I'd enjoy e-cigarettes. I haven't wanted to quit somoking because I enjoy it so much, but I've been thinking I should for my health and because we're trying to sell our house-- I didn't think the cigarette smell would help us. I tried out an e-cig at a mall kiosk and didn't enjoy it. I decided to go online and found numerous positive reviews about ST. Since they had a money-back guarantee, I thought I'd give it a try.
I ordered my starter kit, along with a "variety pack" of cartridges on Saturday night, and they were in my mailbox on Thursday. My first day I wasn't too sure, but I'm on my third day, and I rather like them. I used to smoke a pack a day of menthol cigarettes, and I like the menthol ST. It has a nice taste. The cartridge lasted more than two days, and is still working. I wanted to try another flavor, so I changed the cartridge to apple. Nice flavor, too.
At first, I couldn't quite figure out the vapor thing, but I've finally figured it out--a quick, short puff followed by a longer draw does it for me, and it gives the same sensation that real cigarettes do.
I haven't had any trouble with the batteries so far, but if I do, I love that ST will replace them for free. Another plus is that they have free shipping. A big bonus for me, and if the cartridges come as quickly as my starter kit came, I'll be a permanent customer for sure.
I love that I can smoke in the car with my husband and don't have to put the window down. I like that I can just put the cigarette down when my hands are busy with something else. I'm a paper crafter and smoke while I work, and often the cigarette would burn half down in between drags--what a waste of money.
This is so much easier than I thought it was going to be. My first day I was thinking I'd want to buy a pack of "real" cigarettes as back up, but by day three I feel like I'm done with them and can stick with ST. |

I received this product earlier this week. So far I am very pleased with it. I received it three days after ordering. Ordered additional cartridges 7/21 and have already received them. I am extremely pleased with the order processing promptness. The menthol is rather mild, but still a very pleasant flavor. I ordered the variety pack this time. Will post a review on them after I have had a chance to try them. This is the first e-cig I have purchased, so I don't have anything to compare the battery life to. The two batteries get me through the day though. Just swap them out and put the low one on charge. There's enough nicotine in them to curb my desire for a regular cigarette. I can already tell a difference in how my lungs feel. Had started waking up during the night coughing. Have slept better this week. Have slept maybe an hour less each day and wake up feeling much more rested. Wish I had made this decision sooner!!! |

Along with my starter kit I purchased extra cartridges in the Marlboro flavor but they were a bit too harsh for me. I love the STs. I bought them for my son who had been using Njoy from the local gas station. They worked fine but had to keep buying lots of refills. They were going dry too quickly. The STs last longer and taste more like real cigarettes. They arrived very quickly and have had no issues with the cigarettes or the charger. No issues at all. We bought the starter kit with Menthol and refills of the Cowboys. The Menthol taste correct and the Cowboy taste like a real cigarette. Very Very happy with the product. Completely new to ecigs, I had only tried one once in the mall. Did some research and narrowed it down to this device due to the low cost of the starter kit and simplicity of the website/ordering mostly. Free shipping a big plus too. The starter kit seemed like a good deal, order came very quickly, so that's what I based my customer service and cost/value 5 star ratings upon.
Overall I'm pretty satisfied. This brand system is a surprisingly good simulation of a real cigarette. My only issue is that there isn't that strong "throat hit," which is the most satisfying thing about smoking real cigs for me (or, put another way, it sometimes lacks that "hit" feeling that quenches my craving. But it is actually not too far away from the real thing, especially the first few hits of a fresh cartridge, or when you've set it down for a bit. I find waiting a bit longer between inhales helps a lot).
As a result, I haven't made the full transition to ecigs, and have still been smoking my regular cigarettes, except I have definitely cut down in the 2 days I've had this ecigs (by more than 2/3 a pack at least). I find I supplement my regular cigs with this e-cigarettes, i.e. about every other time I get a craving, I use the ecig. So that's a start and an improvement I'd say!
My guess is a lot of it has to do with learning how to get the most vapor out of each inhale, and how to "prime" it, etc. I find I have to take a longer, more forceful inhale than a regular cigarette, but it may be that switching to a stronger or different cartomizer would provide that deeper throat hit I'm looking for.
Also, the battery life seems sort of short to me, but this may be because I don't really have anything to compare it to (and, for all I know, it's actually a long battery life). But from what I've read online, the starter kit lives up to its name in that these are starter batteries-- other companies and/or this e-cig offer longer-life compatible batteries.

This is the second brand that I tried. I'm sticking with this brand because of the price, the fast (and free) shipping, and overall product quality. One cartridge seems to last about as long as a pack of cigarettes. Very impressed with how this product functions. Got the kit three days ago and love it so far. The taste is a little different from a regular cig and takes some time to get use to. As far as this ecig e-cigs, I am completely glad that I chose them after much research. at first i was hesitant in buying the ECigs from ST at first because i tried the ones at the local mall and several other brands. When i first received the starter kit i was truly excited for my change from regular cigarettes to electronic. my first impression was that i was amazed at how similar the feeling is to actually smoking a cigarette. it wasnt harsh and it felt like smoke in my throat. the taste was excellent, every single flavor tasted real, my favorite is the coffee. the battery life is really impressive and the overall experience was good. I have tried atleast 4 other brands and by far this was the best one. It weighs less than the others I tried (V2 cigs was one of them). The actual cig feels more realistic. With the other brands they felt more like plastic coating then a paper coating. This was not a huge difference but enough for me to notice. The batteries last a good amount of time, and make sure when you first get your starter to kit to charge each battery 6 to 8 hours. Customer service is awesome they will replace a bad battery really quick and guarentee their batteries for life. They have 13 flavors and the only brand I have seen with a real cig flavor (cowboy-which is marlboro). And you cannot beat the price. Shipping was really fast.

I had my first ST e-cig on Feb 16, 2010 and haven's even wanted a "real cig) since then. I started smoking at 16, quickly became a pack & 1/2 s day smoker, At age 64 I quite with out anything but ST, Smoke Tip is a great cig and a great company. I've tried several other brands, some had better taste, some had a little longer battery life but not one had better customer service. ST's service is the best by far than ANY of the others I tried. ST batteries are warrantied for life, when one of mine goes bad I simply e-mail Kisti, return my old one I usually get a new one in a couple of days I also return cartridges that have leaked, or are defective in some way. I've never been aked why, just given return info and send them back. They e-m you with updates, promos and they have a forum you can go to get all kinds of info. The cost is very reasonable, the vapor is really good and the battery life is better than most brands.
How long the cartridge and batery lasts has a lot to do with how you smoke. They also have a referral program -really good one!! Just really can't say enough good about this company. My big hope is that they will come out with a Camel flavor, for now reg & menthol will have to do (& they do, very nicely.) They also have great incentive plan, the more you buy at a time the lower the cartridge price is.

After decades of smoking, my wife and I recently made the move to e-cigarettes. We tried three different brands (guided, in part, by the reviews on this site) before making a decision on which to stick with. My primary criteria was wanting a brand that tasted like a real cigarette. Her primary criteria was variety of flavors and colors. One of the brands we tried was this device and it was a very good product.
We purchased the Starter Kit and an additional 10 pack of cartomizers. The Starter Kit came with two batteries, six cartomizers and a two-piece wall/USB charger. this brand ships free of charge via First Class mail. ST delivered the kit in 4 days. Everything was correct in the order.
Both the "Regular" and "Cowboy" cartomizers tasted like genuine cigarettes, which was a pleasant suprise. While other brands have been close, this was the only time I literally couldn't tell the difference between an e-cig and a real cigarette on taste alone. Both had full and pleasant draws.
We found this ecig e-cig to be smaller and lighter than it's competitors. This meant that there was less adjustment needed to the way we held and used their product. Some other brands are so heavy/long they have required a substantial change to the way you hold and use them compared to real cigarettes.
The smaller size did lead to decreased battery charge life compared to other brands, but also led to quicker recharging. I found the batteries to last me about 1/3rd of a day each and the cartomizers to last about 2/3rd of a day each based on me smoking at the rate of 2 1/2 packs per day. My wife got longer use out of both as she is making the transition to e-cigarettes more slowly than I am.

I bought the ST starter kit over a year ago and am generally happy with their product. They have the best warranty in the business and their products are of good quality.
I wasn't completely satisfied with the vapor from the cartomizers in the starter kit. So I did some research and found the "Turbo Cartomizers" from Vapor Nine. They fit on the ST battery and have great vapor and flavor.
Mix and match the two together and I got the unbeatable combo, the best battery and great cartomizer.

My husband and I ordered this product after getting ripped off by another company which was a scam. I wasn't expecting much after our bad experience but this device is great!!! It comes with two batteries so hubby and I split one order. The tips seem to last a really long time, they've never leaked and the batteries stay charged well! We haven't made a total transition to this brand but we will soon. We just ordered some refills, I'm pretty excited to try the vanilla! Just recieved my ST Today. I hooked b attery to charger and within minutes battery was fully charged. I also ordered a variety pack of cartriges so i broke open a peach gave a good shake as reccomended screwed it in and began to inhale. It had a very nice flavor and was not harsh at all. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of vapor I exhaled. I havent had a cig in about 4 hours and so far so good. I think the ST could be the answer to me decreasing my day to day smoking. I am very impressed with the product so far and will leave another review after 1 week. |

I did alot of snooping around about which brand of E-cig was best. ST seemed to get the best ratings so I placed my order for the starter kit and a pack of grape cartridges (16mg). I started my quest to stop smoking last Friday with nicotine patches and satisfying the motions of smoking with my e-cig. It is going quite well so far. ST closely simulates smoking a real cigerette. Received my ST on April 12Th,2011. Four days and four real cigarettes later and I threw the real cigarettes away. I really love this product. Very convenient no more looking for lighters, no more smoke smell, no more dangerous chemicals. Also seems to be less expensive than regular cigarettes. I would definitely recommend. My wife will be purchasing one next. Before this product a pack would last about a day and a half so if you smoke heavier it may be a little more of an adjustment but I have not had any bad cravings or withdrawals. I recommend the travel charger and to start the highest level of nicotine. |

I bought my first e cig at a gas station. It was OK and I definately loved the "freedom" it gave me from regular cigs. I could sit at my computer and "smoke"! When my cartridges ran out and the gas station doesn't sell refills, I went back to reg cigs. YUCK, was my first reaction to using a reg cig again. I went online and did some major research on e cigs and the different brands. I chose ST. I love, love, love my ST. I got regular flavor (came with the kit) and the variety pack (which I didn't think I would really like) LOVE the vanilla! If you are thinking of switching to an e cig, ST makes a great product! I am currently back on reg cigs because I didn't order my refills before I ran out. I also made the mistake of ordering less nicotine than my regular cigs and I used up my cartridges faster than I should have. New cartridges should be in the mailbox today and I will be making a point of reordering a few days before I run out. Shipping is fast. I live in Texas and it takes, at the most, 4 days to get here. I do think my USB charger is bad as I have a hard time getting the lights to match up and the tip of the cig to flash to let me know it is a good connection. But, I have the USB charger than came with my gas station cig and it works great! Other than that, ST is awesome and I will be reordering! |

I had recently started chantix to help me quit smoking. I was told to smoke through the first week and then stop. Well I missed having my hands busy so my dr suggested electornic cigs. I was a lil sceptical but I decided it couldnt hurt. I chose ST b/c it had the most reviews and they were all good. I must say its the best thing i have ever done! i love my ST! i can smoke it where ever i want! i got the 6mg menthol and love the flavor!!!! Great product. I was a pack a day smoker for 10 years. I tried quitting many times using nicotine gum, patches, cold turkey, etc. My wife got me a starter kit from ST.com and I haven't had a real cigarette in 5 months. After careful research I found ST to be the brand to buy. This site provided user feed back to help in my decision. All of which seem to have been spot on. I just got my ST today with an extra sorted flavors bought separated and I like it!
Sometimes reading reviews can make you think if it's a real and honest comment but I can assure you my is.
My wife is and registered nurse with a very good discipline on health life style and seeing me smoke was like slap her in the face to a point that I have to avoid smoke in front of her. She was only concerning about me living a healthy life and not die slowly with a lung cancer which is one of the most painful and sad death.
Anyhow, I showed her my ST kit today and she read tons of information about it and now I can smoke even inside the house and see a smile on her face as she also enjoy the aroma from the coffe and other catridges flavors.
The best test was done right after lunch when most of us "smokers" crave for a puff right? I took 10-12 nice and deep hits of vanilla flavor with a nice smooth bite effect on my throat and voile!!! I felt like smoked a whole cigarette inside the house with no stinky fingers of horrible crap taste in my mouth.
Almost 30 minutes later still feel the nicotine in my system like I got from an analogue cigarette!
I will come back feel days later for update as my intention is to never ever touch a damn analogue cigarette again.

I had used a very cheap electronic cigarette before ST (a $20.00 one my husband bought at a local smoke shop) and I was always disappointed with it; you had to inhale hard to get a good drag. That's why I came to ecigarettes365.com to compare the different electronic cigarette manufacturers. I received my starter kit just a few days after ordering it. I also ordered the variety cartridges which has every flavor they sell. I have been very satisfied with ST; especially the fact that you don't have to inhale that hard to get a good drag. I have not touched a real cigarette in four days which is a very big thing for me. ST is working for me. i am a very heavy smoker and they only go up to 16 mg. so i ordered me some e-juice 26 mg. it is working, satisfies my cravings, will lower down to 24 mg in a week or so, then 18 mg, then this e-cigarettes 16 mg, and hopefully all the way down. i did not think it would really work, but, it is! i am so proud of myself. i dont smell like smoke anymore. my family is happy. i have some of copd so i had to do something. i would recommend this e-cig. they are reasonably priced, lifetime warranty on the batteries. the only problem i am having is i smoke alot so my battery is not lasting long. so i have ordered another one and the larger stronger battery. will see how that works for me.i have a tiny funnel that just so happens to be the same size hole that is in the cartridge and that is how i put the juice in. it works! i got my e-juice from ECIGS ONLINE: ecigbestsave . com. i like the strawberry and the usa mix (marlboro flavor. i use the VG (they say it is not as irritating to your lungs). the starter kit has everything you need in it, although if you are a heavy smoker i would get the larger battery as well as a extra battery,i just purchased a extra charger also so i can have one ready at all times. i read all the reviews and that is how i made my decision. This is my 3rd week with ST. Wow, I'm impressed. The vapors are plentiful. It is like smoking a cigarette but much more enjoyable because of the flavors. The menthol is more mint, so I prefer the flavors. I also got the car charger & extra long white battery with orange tip. Battery takes 2 hrs to charge. Seems to last 4-6 hrs depending on how much you smoke. 1st time I used it, it lasted all day. The long battery does look and feel more like a felt pen, but worth the longevity between charges. The flavor cartridges are easy & great all in 1 unit to replace, no fuss or mess. The service is excellent, there are nice people there (grin). They ship quick, you receive in 3-4 days. No forced sign ups for auto delivery which is very nice. The variety flavor pack is wonderful to try flavors, just wish menthol/regular were not in it, seems a waste. Would have preferred to try the grape and clove in variety pack.So far I'm using this as a fill in for cigs. I haven't given up cigs totally, I think there is other addictive chemicals in cigs that are holding me back cause I still like that cig in between.Is it normal to have a kick in back of throat when inhaled? I am very happy how fast the order came in. Ordered March 29, delivery April 1. The flavor of the vapor is not harsh it has a nice smooth flavor, and plenty of vapor. My one battery had a short life. It only lasted 2-3 hours off from the charger. I called this product customer service and they are sending a new one out right away. I like the way when after you get enough and then you just put it down, no worries about burning or cleaning up the ash trays. No smell on your clothes. I had been smoking Marlboro Light 100\'s or a local store brand Smoker Friendly light 100\'s around a pack a day. After using this device now for almost a week no urges or jitters. My wife started the E-Cig thing 2 weeks B4 me and after two weeks she only had great things to say about this brand so she ordered me one and then she ordered my son and his roommate one. This is the only E-Cig we have used and they have worked out great. They put out a lot of "smoke" and they feel just like you are getting a hard hit on a real cig. I refilled my old fillers with E-juice that I bought from my local smoke shop but its not the same, this ecig has a much better taste so I will only buy there refills from now on.

After quite a bit of research online, I decided to go with this e-cigarette because of two factors: their competitively priced starter kit and refill carts, and their much praised customer service. My initial order took a bit longer than I anticipated to arrive, and when it did, it was only partial. I knew from the specifications on their website that some of the items were backordered, but the dates kept being pushed back. When one of the two batteries in the starter kit wouldn't hold a recharge, I had no trouble whatsoever getting an exchange from them. They always reply to my email requests very promptly. I am concerned about a lot of their products being out of stock, and will line up another website as backup just in case. That being said, my experience with e-cigs so far has been quite positive. I have cut down on the regular smoking by about 50 percent and intend to quit smokes altogether within days. I found that the regular size batteries only last me about 3-4 hours though, so I intend to order a 350mAh fairly soon.
I am (was) a Marlboro Reds smoker. The regular 16mg's seem to actually have a bit more of a "hit" on the back of my throat it tastes like Marlboro :). I would definitely recommend e-cigs to people who want to cut down on smoking or quit altogether. |

The product works very well. I normally smoke about 1.5 packs/day of Marlboro Lights and today is going to be my first day of no cigaretettes. The product works very well and I actually prefer to use these instead of actually smoking.
I tried 3 flavors. The full flavor 16mg that come with the kit, the 12mg equivalent of Marlboro Lights, and there 12mg Menthol cartridge. Of all three, I prefer the menthol. Those taste really good.

I have been singing the praises of this e-cigarette since I received it. I have recommended it to many friends and some of them have already ordered it.
I have smoked for 20 years and this e-cig has virtually eliminated my need to smoke regular cigarettes. I still smoke 1 regular cigarette a day but I am confident that will stop soon because I feel like crap after I smoke it. I guess it's just the habit hanging on.

I hope the Electronic Cigarette manufactures can keep up with what looks to be a BOOMING market. On the down side, it looks like ST is having problems trying to keep up with the demand on replacement cartridges. This should not discourage you from buying. Really enjoying my ST. I had not actually planned to quit smoking, but it turns out I seem to be! I got it and used it a little. But still had cigarettes in the house, and kept smoking them. When they ran out, I chose not to buy any more and just used this brand. It is satisfying my needs, I don't feel any real cravings, and I still have my quiet time outside that I didn't want to give up. I always smoked outdoors, and felt if I quit I would not be able to sit out there with coffee but without a cigarette. Have made the transition to this ecig with my coffee and it works! But the amazing part is I am using it so much less than the amount of cigarettes I smoked, about 10-15 a day. Now 'smoking' the equivalent of maybe 5 cigarettes a day, or less. With no smoke, some nicotine, no tar and without the other chemicals the cigarette companies put in. The battery is lasting a REALLY long time, I guess because I am using it so little. I like the light on the end and the amount of vapor produced. I am very happy with this product. I may switch now to the lights (have the Regulars now), for it does feel a little rough on my throat, and I used to smoke Ultra Light cigarettes. |

The smoke-tip e-cig is a steal compared to what I have been using. I have tried Both Smoke 51's from the mall (duo and trio), and the ST has some advantages. The ST lasts longer than the 51s. I have honestly smoked an entire smoke 51 cartridge in one sitting. So these last longer. They are also a ton cheaper. I like the fact that this is simple like the duo, but has a much better draw. The battery lasts half a day with moderate use.
The main problem is their flavors. Sure they have a lot, but none of them are in stock. They really need to get on it and have full stock so we can order what we want. When over half your product is out of stock that is a bad sign...

This was my first E-cig system. I ordered it on a Wed. night, it shipped on Thurs and I received it the following Monday. I would rate that as a good order processing/shipping time.
I received both regular and menthol flavored cartridges in the 16mg strength. My first taste of the menthol was disappointing mainly due to the fact that it's NOT menthol, but a mint flavor. I found the regular flavor to be better than analog cigarettes right from the start. Later in the week I came to enjoy the 'menthol' flavored cartridges. I think my initial problem with them was just adjusting to the taste.
On vapor; a new cartridge with a fresh battery produces a heavy cloud of vapor. As the battery wears down, so does the vapor volume, but not excessively so. I find that the carts are giving me nicotine to about 1 to 1.25 pack equivalent as advertised. Sometimes I have trouble figuring out if the battery is getting weak or the cartridge is. The nicotine seems to run out before all the vapor does or at least gets weak near the end of a cartridge.
Of the two batteries I received with my order. One seemed to last me about 11 hours each day and the other about half of that. I was thinking about trying to return the one battery when I remembered that for the initial 7-8 charge that I was supposed to give it, I did half on a wall charger and half on a USB. I recharged the problem battery for 8 hours on a wall charger and now it lasts as long as the first one.
I find that ST's online status of stock to be a very good feature.
Overall I am quite pleased with the ST system. I'd have to say that I made a good choice with the ST. I placed another order for some accessories like a case, more batteries and another charger. That order was processed and shipped the same day. I also like that ST is BBB approved. |

This product is great! I quit smoking about 6 months ago, but always found myself bumming them from others when I would drink. Friend of mine had one and I immediately had to order. Shipment was fast, easy and correct. The product is simply awesome. Batteries last a long time and it is really cool to vape practically anywhere you want/need. Vapor could be just a tiny bit more to simulate the feeling of smoke...but it is so close to real you probably will not notice the difference. I wish the company would offer a variety pack that samples all the flavors so I can try before buying 10 cartridges....

ordered last week and recieved on saturday, instructions are very clear. i charged the batteries for 7 hours and was ready to go. Works like a charm. like the light in the tip. also the amount of vapor is satisfactory, which was a concern that i had since i draw very heavy. also ordered the coffee, apple and cowboy refills have tasted the apple and it is very pleasant. I hope the coffee is just as good. Overall the unit is great and it was less expensive than some of the other brands. |

This is the only brand of E-Cig I have tried for a reasonable period of time. It works very well and seems like the best deal around. My brother has one of the Smoke 51 e-cigs from the mall and it doesn't last near as long and costs twice as much.
Pros: Good amount of vapor, not too hard to drag (obviously harder than an analogue cig), Comes with both wall and usb charger, refills aren't too pricey, great CS from what I hear, fast shipping, free shipping, good taste, no atomizer to deal with, Don't Stink!!
Cons: batter could last longer. My first battery lasted maybe 5 hours. Not bad since it comes with two batteries. The way I smoke it, a cart does not equal 1.25 packs for me. Closer to 0.75 packs. Also, the e-cig does not fit in the case with the cart screwed in. You have to unscrew the cart every time you want to put it in the case.

A Superior Product! I intend to post here again after a few months to see if my opinion has changed, but my initial impressions are very favorable. I was very underwhelmed with another maker of e-cigarettes (GreenSmoke {GS}), and decided to try another brand. I picked this product because of it's ratings here at e-cig365, and I am not disappointed. Compared to GS, this device is much better priced (cost does not mean better in this case) -- this brand Started Kit is almost half the price of GS, and this ecig cartridges are about 2/3rd the price of GS. The draw is much smoother with this e-cigarette and the rich vapor last much longer. Although GS advertised 400 puffs per cartridge, it was more like 100 and by then the vapor dropped off significantly. With this e-cig, I get the 250 puffs advertised and the last puff is as good as the first. As for flavor, this product is far superior to GS -- this device tastes like a cigarette; GS tasted like flavored air. So far I am pleased with the battery life of even the short this brand battery -- time will tell if it continues to hold a decent charge, but at least this ecig provides a lifetime warranty on their batteries. BRAVO to this e-cigarette for a superior product at a decent price.

I received my ST starter kit on Monday...only three days after ordering. Love the free shipping. I have tried 2 other manufacturers and for one reason or the other wasn't totally satisfied. One had a button you had to push which was okay but a nuisance. The other was good but they were CONSTANTLY out of stock on their cartridge refills. I mean 10-20 days out! I can't take a chance on a company like that. Today I ordered refills from ST and they are in stock with what I want. I like this e-cig very much. This ecig cartridges last as long as promised and the product is very reasonably priced. As long as they keep their product stocked I plan to stay with this brand. The regular strength is a little too strong for me so I've ordered the lights this time and have ventured into one of the flavors - cherry. This product is definitely worth the investment. The hit is very good and the amount of "smoke" makes me feel like I'm smoking an analog cigarette. Overall a great experience. Keep up the good work...and keep stocked! |

I first started using Ecigs in June of 2010, purchasing a starter kit from Blu. Since then I've purchased two additional starter kits, numerous atomizers and batteries and cartridges from Blu with an overall rating of F for 'Frustrating' (and that includes their customer service!) Their attys are the worst as far as reliability is concerned. I was about to give up and go back to real cigarettes (any excuse will do with an addict :) !) Smoked since I was 17, don't want to say how long ago that was - the day I got my ST I threw out my last half pack of cigs. I plugged in the first battery to charge and haven't looked back. I have a Freudian oral fixation and the reason I couldn't quite with a patch was I like to have something in my hand, going to my mouth, and the smoke. I used to bite my fingernails and chew on my pens, this would have started again with the patch. But this e-cigarette is like smoking. It's heavy, like holding a heavy pen, so I hold it like a cigar. When I get the urge for a real cig, I make sure I have a charged battery and a new cartridge and the feeling goes away. Nicotine by itself isn't any worse for you than caffeine. This gives you the Nicotine, the drag, the holding a cig feeling.it's been 3wks and I haven't even THOUGHT of buying a pack of real cigs. 17 years. Never would have believed it. Also, I thought I would like the Marlboro taste the best, I don't go for flavors, but their's are so subtle I really like the vanilla and cherry and choclate. Have already ordered more even though I'm not even half through what I originally ordered. This is the true way to stop smoking guys. |

First I must say that ive tried many Ecigs from the disposable ones at the gas stations to Blu cigs and these are the best tasting and longest lasting e cigs ive had. The vapor is very close to a real cig and the taste is right on. I went with Blu because of the flavors and case that doubles as a charger and holder for 5 carts and two cigs.. that thing is worthless IMO. the batteries dont last long at ALL! im in the process of sending one battry back under warranty so at least i can finish the carts i bought for it. ST is all what it claims to be. The kit shipped very quickly, and it is easy to understand and handle. Have been using this for 2 weeks now and I'm liking it. Used to smoke a pack per day, for about 40 years. Now I'm smoking at the most 1 real cigarette per day, and a lot of times don't even do that. The ST is working for me, plus the benefit of smoking anywhere without harming yourself and others around you, makes this a win/win. I haven't tried any other brands, so I can't compare this product. As of right now I don't need to try another, because I'm satisfied with this one. The batteries hold a charge slightly less after the first couple of times.

Smoking, or vaping, with this e-cigarette e-cig is an outstanding smoking experience. I have been using my ST e-cig for only a week and am already totally sold on the product. After a few days of using it, I ordered more cartridges because I never plan to smoke another "real" cigeratte again! I could hardly believe that I got my order 2 days after I placed it and paid no shipping! The battery life is much longer than I expected and the battery charges within only 2-3 hours! I have been smoking since I was 13 years old (I am 53 years old now). I was smoking up to 1 - 2 packs a day. I have tried unsuccessfully to quit many times. I have tried acupuncture (tore the staple out of my ear because I was too embarrassed to go back and have it removed because I was still smoking), patches (worked for a little while in the summer when it was hot and I sweat it would fall off), gum (destroyed my teeth and I was chewing more and more went back to cigarettes to get off the gum) and Chantix (works by inhibiting ALL pleasure, why go on living?) to quit. After a lot of research, I purchased Green Smoke because of the positive reviews. I have also tried 2 different brands of e-cigarettes purchased in convenience stores. NJoy and Century-21 both have really cheaply made cartridges. They have a short battery life and the cartridges dont last very long. An NJoy cartridge melted and actually became hot been I wasnt using it. Since this was going to be my first e-cig, I started doing research on them, and after reading the reviews posted here, and on a lot of other sites, I decided to try this brand Brand since it got the best reviews of all the e-cigs (I don't think I read one bad review on them!) Their price for the starter kit was very reasonable. Plus they offer a Lifetime warranty. So I ordered this ecig 16 mg Regular starter kit, the carry case and a 10pk of the 12mg Cowboy Marlboro cartridges. I ordered it on Thursday and to my surprise it arrived on Saturday! That was REALLY FAST Shipping and free to boot! When opening the package I was impressed with the Quality of everything in the kit, including the kit case. It has a magnetic flap on the front that makes it easy to open and close. Inside there are nice custom fit pockets for the Cartridges, Batteries, Wall charger and USB charger. Each cartridge is individually sealed in a small bag and they also have a 2 piece Soft plastic case. I charged the first battery per instructions (6 to 8 hrs.). The next morning I started using it and found it very easy to use following the few simple instructions included on the glossy 4x6 card. Even that was of good quality! My first puff was very pleasant and I was surprised at the amount of smoke (vapor) it produced and that the taste was very good! I used it from about 7am to about 2pm before the battery went dead (about 7 hours). Most reviews said they only last about 6 hours so when I was not using it I took off the cartridge and put that and the battery in the carry case. Maybe that's why I got more time out of it? I guess the more you puff on it the faster it runs out also. But you get 2 batteries and they both fit in the case with 2 cartridges, so you have at least 12 hrs of use before having to charge. I bought thhis this e-cig to help my mother quit smoking. The kit arriced within 3 days. I brought it to her to try. She has been smoking for over 40 years and has medical reasons to quit smoking. Just received my ST today. I have to say it is amazing, have tried others and this one wins hands down. It does not compare to the other models I have tried. No effort in producing the vapor, taste just like a cig, I dont even need the real thing. This could change things for alot of people in the world, Me and my spouse have smoked for 25 yrs and have attempted several times to quit but this is truely the ticket to helping us change. I got this early this morning. The packaging is very nice and have been very happy so far. I ordered because of the lifetime warranty on the battery. I hope they hold a pretty good charge. The throat hit is nice and very satisfying. Using 12mg cowboy marlboro flavor to start. I've been using the patch for a month, which helped take the edge off, but just couldn't do it on that alone. I ordered my ST and received it in three mailing days. I am a menthol smoker and the flavor is great! I have also tried the cherry and could not believe how good it was. I can't wait to try the other flavors. I ordered the ecig because I wanted to smoke less and without any effort at all I am smoking half of what I was. I also came to realize that I do not have to worry about ash everywhere. I sometimes walk away from my cigarette and then half is gone and I have wasted it, but with the ecig that doesn't matter. Wow, what a fantastic product! I bought another ecig about 8 months ago and it is good. Then a friend of mine, after talking to me, did the reasearch that I should have done before purchasing an ecig. He talked me into ordering a ST. What a great product and company to deal with. I called ST to get some questions answered, hung up the phone, placed the order and had it with in 48 hours. Talk about fast shipping. The vapor is amazing. The taste and flavors you can choose from are really outstanding. The battery life is good, and I received an email from ST intoducing their new longer lasting battery that is new. Fortunately for this review, I have had the ability to try another brand and have a basis to compare and there is really not much to compare. The ST beats hands down all of the others that I have tried. Most of the others I have had experience with had a "three part" system, where ST only had two.
If you would like to quit smoking or just slow up, this is the one to go with. You have the great flavor, fantastic "draw" just like the real thing, no smell. One of the other things I wanted to mention is, I normally smoked the whole real cig, so that I would not waste money. I did not need (some of the time) a whole cig. As far as a company standing behind their product, this e-cig is hard to beat. I love this company.
The product is amazing. Maybe all e-smokes work the same way, but this is new to me and this product is the only one that I have tried. I don't feel the need to try another.
I've noticed that there is a distinct e-smoking culture complete with mix masters, connoisseurs, and vocabulary, which is all wonderful and continues the sense of a smokers community (since one of the attractions to cigarettes for me has always been that sense of community) but now i just want a convenient, affordable, no hassle smoke that satisfies. ST fits that bill. One benefit I wasn't expecting was the ease of quiting regular cigarettes.
I have quit smoking many times using every stop smoking aid available (fda approved or not) and without fail, I end up back on the cancer-sticks after an extremely painful process of quiting. So when, by the end of the first week, I realized that I had not smoked an entire pack of regular cigarettes, I was astonished. I have been cigarette free since 1/11/11 (not intentional).

There are adjustments to make, but only small ones. The benefits of not endangering others with my second hand smoke, or the fire hazards or the health risks or the stinking clothes, hair, car, ect. FAR outweigh any small adjustments.

The BEST we had tried 3 other types and were about to say I GIVE UP Then we saw ST and they are the best we have ordered 3 kits total for our family. WOW!!! First off, I read countless reviews on different brands and went with this e-cigarette based on the warranty on batteries. My kit came with 6 "filters" and 2 batteries as well as a USB and a wall charger. I ordered my kit on Jan 8 2011, and received it first thing in the morning on following Monday Jan 10 2011. I read the directions, charged one battery, shook the tip (like instructed) and started to smoke indoors. The first vapor caused me a little throat hit and a couple coughs like a real cig when I have not smoked in awhile. It felt and tasted like a "real" cigarette. I got the menthol and it tasted just like it. I am so far REALLY pleased and highly recommend this e-cig to future e-cig smokers. Got the 2nd charger charging for later. :) |

Ok, let me start by saying I ordered this on New Years Eve 2010 and recieved my order on January 3rd. So, shipping was amazingly fast considering it was a holiday, I am extremely impressed! The kit came and I was so excited, I immediately read the directions, plugged in my first battery and waited a little over the 6 hours, could not wait!
The first thing i noticed when i inhaled the first time was that the taste had a little fruity flavor...so just in case i accidently put on a flavored cartridge or they sent wrong ones, i took a second one out and tried a new one. It tasted the same. And btw I took the second one from a completely different box of cartridges. So after vaping for one whole day, I noticed that the taste did not bother me and that it indeed satisfied the craving. I went later that first night to a local tabacco outlet and they gave me a cartridge of the kind they sell and, one it tasted the same, two it leaked out when I vaped it, and three it was more expensive. So after checking it with another type, I was completely satisfied with my choice cause I have had zero leakage from my ST cartridges.
I have had the urge a few times to have a "real" cig and honestly, im not really sure why i actually do it, cause I start smoking it and it does nothing that this product is not doing, except making me stink and making me feel like an idiot for standing outside in 30 degree weather for no reason!
I have actually been an idiot about 9 times since january 3rd and smoked a real cig, it is now the 8th and after smoking for 21 years and at least a pack a day for that time, I am convinced that this will work for me! After doing more research I am going to try refilling cartridges and am going to order the smoke juice, just to see if I can get my habit down to the cheapest possible price until I am ready to give up the e-cigs. As far as this device e-cigs, I am completely glad that I chose them after much research. They are an excellent way to start off. |

I am a 1st time e-cig user so am not able to make comparisons, but I did extensive research before buying this device and I suspect I made the right choice. The order was sent quickly, even in the middle of the holidays. Used properly, it has good flavor and is completely satisfying. It does take a little adjustment. I found the best tobacco flavor comes from a longer, gentler drag than a conventional cigarette and the extra weight requires holding it somewhat differently. Also, it's not a good idea to try to hold it solely with your lips when you need both hands for something else. That insight comes from two drops, wherein I also learned that this brand is rugged. |

My fianc ordered this ecig and let me try it. I liked it so much that I ordered a kit for myself. Since I have to go outside to smoke at work, I really enjoyed the fact that now during the winter months that I can sit at my desk and 'vape' without having to bundle up and brave the elements. Another plus is that I don't smell like a dirty ashtray any longer! My daughter was always complaining when riding with me in the car about the smell or the window being down. Now, the complaints have (almost) stopped. She, of course would like for me to totally stop, but I keep telling her that it's all baby steps. My wife and I have had our this e-cigarette e-cigs for a couple weeks now. I spent a great deal of time researching what would be the best brand for us. I am completely satisfied with our choice. When we began using them I was coughing and my wife was feeling nauseous. I called this e-cig, got an answering machine and left a message. Within 15min Christie called me back. She said the level we chose (12mg) was to strong. (We are Marlboro Lt smokers) We stepped it down to the Malboro Ultralight(6mg) flavor and that fixed the problem. I wish I could say we have stopped smoking real cigs but we have cut back by at least half. I only wish this product offered the starter kits with a choice of the black or chrome battery and a choice of their different flavors (the ones they send in the starter kit are kinda sweet tasting) However, I definitely recommend this product to anyone with an interest in e-cigs. I started out with another E-cigarette company but have switched to ST. In over 2 months I have only smoked 5 of my regular cigarettes and I have been smoking since 1964. Since I am in sales, this is soooooooo much better than regular cigaretes. I purchased this ST starter kit last week. Unfortunately I did not receive it in time to take on a road trip. But when I did return home, it was here. It is not the same as smoking a regular cigarette. It does satisfy the crave of a cigarette and you don't get the burning in the throat, which I don't miss. I have not fully given up regular cigarettes altogether, but I do enjoy this in the car and in the house. I like the fact that these can be refilled and the battery is interchangeable with other brands (vapor king, white cloud, et al). I do recommend this elect cig but since I have not purchased any of the other brands, I can't really make a comparison. My father and brother purchased electronic cigarettes from another company that offered a free trial. They did not read into the terms of the free trial and thought they were getting free starter kits and would only have to purchase the cartridges. They were wrong and were charged around $150.00 for the starter kit, put on a monthly subscription for cartridges (costing them around $70.00 per month) and there was no warranty on the product. I just bought an e cigarette starter kit from them. I was very disappointed with another company's e-cigarette that I bought over a year ago (from smooth smoking, LLC - I think they're closing down), but I decided to go with ST because of the product description (mainly that the vapor doesn't diminish steadily throughout cartridge use). So far, that has been the case: it's pretty strong throughout, although it has begun to diminish slightly, but still far far better than the other e-cig I used to use. My only problem with it is that there's a burnt taste to all the vapor, even with the flavored cartridge.

I am 56 and have been smoking since age 13. I saw ecigs at a mall kiosk several weeks ago for the first time, and thought it might be worth researching. Over the past 4 decades, I've spent hundreds of dollars on schemes to quit. Since I really do like to smoke, none of them have worked. well where do i start? I've been smoking for 35 years.. started when i was 11 cause it was cool to smoke. I've been smoking marlboros, on the average, a pack a day since the age of 15.... well with the price of a pack of smokes in today's economy being outrageous, I figured it was time to quit giving my money to the government to mishandle(they get more than 50% from the sales of smokes)and decided to give ecigs. a shot. I purchased this e-cig based on the positve reviews I read on this site and a couple others. I smoked ~1 pack a day for 10 years and all the patches/gum in the world couldn't get me to quit. This thing rocks! The taste is great (mix between smoke & walnuts). Gives a good throat hit, nice aftertaste, and I don't smell like an ashtray! I don't think the cartridges last as long as they claim, but it seems close to a packs worth (and at 8.50 for a pack in CT, this product is much much cheaper). Also, the battery only lasted about a day, but I doubt any last for a long time. However, it completely satisfies my cravings. A couple long, slow drags is all it takes. Very impressed with how this product functioned. Got it today and took a couple puffs and nearly started coughing. My wife who doesn't smoke did cough like it was her first cigarette. Wow!! I did a lot of research before deciding which e-cigarette to purchase as part of my quit smoking plan. I have to say, 51 days now with no "real" cigarettes and only my ST and I couldn't be happier. I've dropped the strength down to 12mg now (I was smoking clove cigarettes before with a whopping 17mg each) and I don't miss the smell, cost, dirty looks, or the hassle of smoking. I plan to keep lowering the strength down to zero over time until I've completely quit.

I've been a smoker for about 20 years. I have only tried to quit smoking once and that was about six years ago. I refrained from smoking for a little over seven months before starting back. I realized just how much I like to smoke and at that moment; I figured that I would be a smoker for the rest of my life. I recently discovered e-cigs and although I still dont want to quit smoking, I figure this is a healthier alternative than smoking tobacco. I ordered the ST starter kit on-line. It arrived within in a couple of days. Tracking was provided by their site, so I knew where my order was while it was en route.
I have smoked for 36 years and I have wanted to quit because the cost has jumped significantly just within the last 2-3 years and I was tired of smoking. Additonal negatives being the smell, being treated different by non-smokers because I do smoke, no longer being able to smoke in public places, etc.
I had sampled the White Cloud Cigarettes at a kiosk at the mall. I debate the cost of $189 - $249. This is a lot of money to me. I decided to do reseach and came to this site and researched all the brands which are posted. After reading the extensive reviews and FAQs about the ecigarettes and the various products on the market, I decided on this e-cigarette brand. I ordered on a Sunday, and my package arrived on Tuesday. I had ordered the starter pack, a few extra packs of cartridges, the travel charger, the USB bypass unit and an extra battery in black with a blue tip for those times I don't wish any hassles.
Very easy instructions and good customer service from ST people. Even got a note on my invoice telling me if I ordered a few more cartridges at the same time, I'd qualify for another $2 off per pack.
Well, I used the unit a few times and interspersed my regular analogs when I felt I wanted more of... something (couldn't quite put my finger on what I was dissatisfied with... could it just be a change that I objected to??
I had just about decided (in error, it turns out) that the only use for this thing was for a cigarette substitute when I couldn't use my analogs. Imagine my surprise when at the end of the week, I STILL hadn't boght new cartons of analogs and had unopened packs sitting around available if I really wanted them!! After the first week, I realized I was smoking LESS than 1/2 pack of analogs per day (a two pack a day DROP!)
The third week, I made a major observation.... i actually PREFERRED the taste of the cig to my analogs! OMG.... my world was upside down! I STILL haven't purchased any more cartons of cigarettes and I have pack or two still sitting here from BEFORE I purchased this e-cigs. I am not coughing that terrible hack and I feel better!
Last thing I've noted so far is that the cartridge WILL get hot if you draw too often or too hard. The other reviewers were completely correct in saying that a long gentle pull gets the best results (a more satisying amount of smoke and nicotine)

This is the fourth brand that I tried. I'm sticking with this product because of the price, the fast (and free) shipping, and overall pdocut quality . Ive only had it a week, but the battery and cartridges have been reliable. One cartridge seems to last about as long as a pack of cigarettes. I am an e-cig noobie, having just purchased my ST Starter Kit this past week. I placed my order Tuesday Night (11PM), and my kit arrived Friday. I charged the first battery in a few hours and tried an e-cig for the very first time Friday evening. The physical size of this device is a little bigger than I was used to, but in just a couple of days, I have gotten used to it.
The cig is simple to use, just screw on the cartrige & puff. Battery charging is not the simplest, though. I have trouble making sure the battery is all the way in, it feels like I'm about to break something when I put it in the charger. Battery life is great so far, though. ST says they last 3 hours, but that must be 3 hours of puffing. It is now 11:30PM, and my 2nd battery is still going strong. (started using battery 1 at 6:15AM, recharged that one after lunch, but haven't used it yet)
One of the reasons I went with this brand was because of the flavors, and I have tried several so far. The flavors are subtle, not overpowering.
Smoking in the house for the first time in 15 years, and in the car again is wonderful. No more smoke burning my eyes, ashes burning my skin or the smell on me & my clothes. I will be purchasing a second kit in the next week or so, & then I will try to get my wife to make the switch. (even if she doesn't go for it, the price is great for 2 more batteries, another charger & some cartriges.)
I highly recommend this ecig for a first time buyer. |

I tried eCigarettes and was not happy. Switched to this brand and what a difference! I'm satisfied with it and have no desire to smoke regular cigs any longer. Switching my son as well. He tried Smoking Stick and said it tasted like ant poison! |

I have tested: Blu, Greensmoke,Smoking Everywhere, and dripping liquid into a pen-style e-cig. ST is by far the best of any of them. Anyone who says differently is probably working for one of the other companies. |

I ordered the ST starter kit a few weeks ago and was very pleasantly surprised by the flavor and how quickly the battery charges. They send two batteries so I always have a backup handly. The battery charges in just 3 to 4 hours. I also ordered a carrying case so I can discreetly carry the two fully-charged ecigarettes with me wherever I go. The case is worth the $10.00 because it is an extremely durable hard case that snaps securely shut. It really protects your ecigarettes.
I really liked the taste over other ecigarettes I have tried. The vapor does not burn my throat like some others, yet is strong enough to satisfy my desire for a "real" cigarette. I love the fact that I can smoke inside my car with the windows up and air-conditioning running on hot days. I no longer have to stink of cigarettes, yet do not have to put off my cravings for my thirty-minute commute to work. I am thoroughly cleaning my home's walls, ceilings and furniture so I no longer live in a tar-covered environment. This has done wonders for my self-esteem and desire to return to a more HEALTHY LIFESTYLE. This is something I have been praying and worrying about for a few years now.
Knowing tar is no longer building up in my lungs, organs and entire body is very important to me. I can still fulfill my desire for the nicotine without feeling nearly as guilty. I feel so much better going to work not stinking of cigarettes. I am not embarrassed to hug friends and family. This has been a very positive change to my lifestyle and highly recommend ST to all smokers who want to stop tar intake into their bodies and feel better about themselves. |

I purchased the ST starter kit, as well as 10 cartridge/atomizer packs. The cartridge/atomizer packs were less than $16.00 each and equal one and one-quarter cartons of ciarettes each. Okay, it is a bargain.... good start.
I am amazed! First, I smoked this e-cigarettes just to "take the edge off" when I was unable to smoke in my mom's house and where I work. I no longer have that anxious feeling. Before I wanted to leave work and not go to staff meetings. I can now have a full cigarette in the privacy of my office, not break the law, and most importantly, not stink up my breath, hair, clothing and office. I have been trying to hide the stench of smoking analog cigarettes for years using mouth wash, tons of minths and Febreeze to try and appear as a non-smoker. I am the only one who smokes in my entire workplace. Now I don't freak out if I forgot my breathmints or little Febreeze container.
I feel so confident and relaxed now. I am also finding that regular cigarettes actually disgust me. They seem so dirty now.
