OverallAfter reading ALL of the raving reviews of this product, I just KNEW I'd made the perfect choice! But, my STs just don't work as described (by all of the others). I've notified their HelpDesk, but no one has been very helpful (no solutions that work). I get very little vapor, very short life & can't re-charge the batteries. I don't get the 3-blinks to indicate that battery is correctly charging.
I'll TRY asking for replacement batteries......and HOPE that solves the problem. I just don't know if it's my USB charger, my wall adapter or dead batteries (after vaping the equivalent of less-than 1 pack of cigs.....using BOTH batteries rec'd in my kit).
I'd welcome any suggestions here (and will be happy to further describe my experience).
Maybe it's the heat from shipping the product?
Maybe it's their new batteries???
Maybe it's a batch of bad product from the mfg?
I'm new to this....& just don't KNOW.
Called the HelpDesk (to see if I could get assistance over the phone). Left a voicemail msg. Didn't get a call-back. Got a short email (with NO solutions nor suggestions to fix my problem).

MINE TOO!!!!!!!!!!!! from day one it hardly works they won't send me new cartridges (even though that is the problem) because I opened the sealed pack...well um you have to open it to see if it WORKS! Horrible I am ordering a new brand and sending this crap back!!! I swear they have ppl make up these reviews! I too was duped SEND IT BACK!!!!!

Hi, Send it back. Just exchange the batteries and charger. I'm sure it was just a bad one. I've had mine over a year and I like it well. I've always gotten good customer service. The number is 610-933-8477. Good warranty and money back guarantee before 30 days. That's standard, but the lifetime isn't so typical. Most are a year or so. Or if they are a lifetime warranty, there is stipulations like you have had to buy a new flavor cartridges every 30 days. If you go a month without buying new cartridges, other companies would cancel the lifetime warranty.

Thanks, Felipe, but I don't WANT to return my kit. I want it to WORK!!! And, I wish that I could have BRAGGED to the world how wonderful Customer Service was in helping me to SOLVE my dilemma. this brand doesn't have ALL of these RAVING reviews because their product is typically inferior. I just have a bad (???...something in my kit). I read SO many reviews about how Customer Service was SO helpful that I NEVER dreamed that I wouldn't get "What can we DO to HELP you?" service from them.

OverallMy name is richard osgerby and I order about three boxes of marlboro STs. lately there has been problems with the cartridges running out way too fast. They have been tasting burnt in little time I have been smoking these for over 4 months and am very diappointed in the new tips.

My recent Marl cartridges leak also. Ever since they change the new look it's hasn't been the same. Tasted bad with liquid coming out and get on my lips, aside from that burn feeling the flavor is different. I'm scared to think the worse. Can you over dose on vaping the bad stuff they use????

Customer service is horrible. They were great in the beginning. Now, they are VERY VERY rude. Their filters leak and the batteries last about 3 months. The batteries also clog after the 1st month of use and require cleaning which fails to help over time. Their ONLY employee, Kristi, who used to be a doll is so nasty now. What the heck happened? They get angry at you when you need to RMA the batteries. Such a shame, they went WAY DOWN HILL!!!

I have had the same experience with this ecig that Jon had. I have had nothing but trouble with their products. The batteries won't charge, the charger won't charge the batteries, the cartridges fail. The worst part of this e-cigarette is the Customer Service Manager, she is terrible. She also said there was nothing she could do for me and lied about a exchange she approved and denied approving it. They are the worst and I stayed with them because I was being lazy and didn't want to find another company. I have had it with this e-cig and am glad to see I am not the only one that they have mistreated. WORST COMPANY EVER!!

V2Cigs carts are bad too. 2 out of 5 have no juice. Their CS said it probably evaporates in the heat...our high temps average 80...keeping in the refrigerator didn't help. Also V2Cigs didn't offer any discount for defective carts to make up for all the bad ones....

OverallI ordered from ST for 5 months, every time I had problems in some way with the product. Nearly half of the batteries ended up in the garbage. Will never use them again.
