| | I purchased my SmokeTip starter kit about a week ago. I ordered on Saturday, and it arrived on Monday! The quick shipping was very impressive. I have been using my SmokeTip set since then, and have cut down from a pack and a half a day to 2 cigarettes a day! I found their "Cowboy" flavor (Marlboro-esque) to be a little sweeter than I really like, but the Coffee flavor is excellent! I like my SmokeTip so well, I have recommended to 3 other people so far - one friend tried my e-cig, and ordered her own starter kit today.
I ordered the USB Passthrough accessory, but the one I received didn't work - no problem! Customer service was friendly and helpful, and are sending out a new one tomorrow.
I have no comlaints so far, and will continue to advise smoker friends to try the SmokeTip! |

| | I notice that it does cut the edge off. However, I wish the cartridges lasted longer. The cartridge doesn't seem like a pack or more of actual cigerattes. Also, the last kit that I had one of the batteries stopped charging. I do enjoy the taste of its flavor, however, when the cartridge is almost done it seems to have a burnt taste to it. Also, I wish there was a better way to reach customer service in case of a default with the Smoke tip kit. Battery life seems to last a pretty long time. The price is a lot better than most companys. |

| | I have tried the Blu, Premium, V4L, and V2. The SmokeTip has impressed me with battery performance, consistent cartomizer performance, all with free shipping and lifetime battery guarantee. The Blu was just so "not enough", and I never got a response from customer service when contacted. The Premium invested in, only to have the batteries replaced 3 times in 4 months (customer service good; product not so much). I have no complaints about SmokeTip, and would definitely recommend them. |

| | I ordered my Starter Kit (SmokeTip Kit Regular 6mg) at the beginning of October. I received it in a few days (free shipping) and I was positively affected about it.
This was the first e-cigarette I'd ever used, so I had nothing to compare to, but it was as I expected. The box was so elegant.
Immediately I thought that to have two batteries could be so useful, especially if you can charge them everywhere thanks to the USB. The regular flavor wasn't bad, but I needed a couple of days to get use to it. Within three cartridges, unexpectedly I did not feel the need to smoke more and I quit. (Before SmokeTip I smoked about 5 cigarettes/day. I was pleasantly surprised to quit without strain, because it was my ultimate goal).
I never used the customer service, so I can't review it. |

| | I have found SmokeTip to be an excellent alternative to smoking cigarettes or cigars. I especially like the usb and wall mount charging units that were included in the starter kit. Also, the battery life is excellent and esay to use. I enjoy the full flavor as well as knowing that I am free from health risks and societal scorn. While I had already begun using nicotine replacement therapy to quit cigarettes, the desire for nicotine and the smoking experience remained. SmokeTip has assisted in relieving this aspect. Also, I like the ease of use in regard to changing the cartridge since it was really simple. I see myself recommending this to all my smoking friends in hopes they can get rid of traditional cigarettes and switch to SmokeTip. I think that this may have been one of the best things I could do for myself. |

So I went online and did some research and found that Smoketip had the best reviews. I bought a kit and tried it and was so amazed!!!! I wish I discovered this earlier. Now I can smoke in front of my brother's new born kid without having to leave the room! I don't stink up the building anymore and I don't have to look for a lighter anymore. I love it. No more smoking all those harsh chemicals that are in cigarettes....like carpet glue! | | I've been using Smoke Tip for over 2 years now and love it, the battery life is only about a half hour to an hour but I have plenty of them so not a problem.
I have sent back several batteries that have quit working and get replacements quickly and at no charge to me. Anytime I've had a problem they are always quick to respond and give me a solution or suggestion of what to do. Really like the variety of flavors they offer also and the great prices for them. Had problem with not much vapor when I first got them but by keeping my batteries clean and taking a slower longer draw the vapor is great. Have recomended them to several people. Great Product. |

| | I received my SmokeTip within a few days (not bad at holiday shipping time)and have so far been pleased. Batteries were charged, as promised. The regular flavor isn't bad, the almond flavor is good, but the clove flavor is definitely my favorite! Vapor is adequate, but I think I should have ordered the 16mg cartridges, instead of the 12mg, and cut back later. This is the first e-cigarette I've used, so have nothing to compare to, but I would definitely recommend the SmokeTip to anyone trying to quit smoking. I haven't had the need to contact customer service yet, but communication has been good with regard to my purchase. |

| | This product was purchased as a gift for my 82 year old father. He said he would never use it, but we were able to get him to try it. It took all of 5 minutes for him to be sold. I had to come home and order another starter kit and refill. He loves the taste and the feeling. He said cigarettes just tasted awful anymore and he was very excited to be able to smoke these anywhere. He actually took us all out to dinner so he could smoke. LOL My Mom who has asthma and would sneak cigarettes can now use these guilt free. They are both very happy and we are as well not having to deal with the second hand smoke. My Dad said it is the best smoke he has had in 45 years. Mom said it was wonderful to not have an awful taste in her mouth. |

| | INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTING! FROM THE REVIEWS HERE... I THOUGHT I WOULD HAVE DECENT VAPOR AT LEAST. I got the order quick. Customer service is almost non existent - the flavor was AWFUL in the chocolate and the menthol and it had almost no vapor. Yes I read the instructions... yes I used it correctly. I do not understand these ratings at all. I feel bad writing it but if it were not so true and so important for those of us who do not ever want to smoke a real cig again for health reasons... If I had to smoke real cigs or these.... I would smoke these... but it would get me off of e cigs pretty quick and I like smoking... I am a current V2 user but because of their cartridges being inconsistent (but fantastic vapor - flavor) I am looking at all others. My Vapor for Life kit should be here tomorrow. Will let you know. BTW -V2 has excellent customer service... sooo expensive with inconsistent carts... but may end up staying with them in the end ... will keep looking and let you know. I have 3 other brands I have in line to try. Wish I could stay with V2. Hope to find good vape - consistent carts - flavor and service - and the truth about how consistent the cartridges are that last (looking for 15 cigs to 1 pack of real cigs per cartridge) If you take short, slow, easy hits and don't heat them up too much they should last at least 1/2 pack ... I would hope - shout out if you have a real answer. |

I on the otherhand, returned a perfectly new kit to them (except the 3 days of usage to give it a chance) and they Denied my refund and then Charged my credit card without authorization to ship it back to me. Maybe.. and I mean this with respect and sincerity, since you have a good relationship with them, maybe you could ask that they honor thier refund policy and give me a refund for the kit that I was not happy with. My name is Nikki and if you are willing to help me I will give you any other info you need. I really need the money back for the kit or I have to return the V4L kit I bought and want to keep (it is much much better) but I can't afford both. Bob Thank you for your comment. I think I got off on the wrong foot with them because thier email went to my junk mail by mistake... so when I left them a second voice mail I got a rude email back. Since then it went down hill. I am going to try to work with them to get my refund. And hope thta they are honorable for all of the other people who like them.. everyone likes diffent things... this product was not for me. customer service and honoring what you advertise is soooo impoortant. I'm really going to try to work it out and will let you know... but if they do not do the right thing, I do plan on moving forward to get a refund any way I can.. I will not let this go. This is incredible. This is my follow on review. Once I gave them a bad review... They must have read it because the DENIED my return. Now... I'm going to give it a few days to see if we can work it out. But a few days after trying the product, I requested the refund... they gave me the instructions to return just the kit and make sure the RMA number was on the outside of the box. Because I'm physically handicapped, my mother packed the box for me and I had her take it to the post office. She asked what to do with they UNOPENED cartirdges (I didn't expect a refund on them) but thought the right thing was to return them since I had no use for it... so I get an unauthorized charge on my card from them.... the denied my return as it had cartridges in them and charged me to send it back to me. I'm still in my 30 day return period but as of a couple of days ago... said 'this issue is closed". I am going to appeal to their common sense and hope they stand up to their warranty...I'll let you know what happens. I'd hold off on ordering until you know if they will really give you your money back. |

I totally agree with the reviewer. This company and their customer service are terrible, as well as their products. Would not recommend SmokeTip to my worst enemy. SmokeTip offers absolutely no flexibility in their policy. I tried to exchange cartridges that were still in original packaging and a couple days older than the 30 day return/exchange policy. They refused to exchange. In fact they said if I did not buy enough cartridges (their assessment) they would void the warranty on their batteries and not provide the lifetime replacement guarantee. Highly recommend you not buy this product or any other Smoketip products. Their customer service is a joke. |

I think something as important as a charger should be under the warranty. I started using SmokeTip in May of this year. I am now looking for a new brand. Since July several batteries have been replaced, shipping at my expense of course. Now for the second time, since July my charger stopped working. There is no way I will put another penny to a company that doesn't stand behind it's product. The battery and cartridges alone do not make the entire product. Without a charger you can't use them, therefore making it pretty darn important. Oh well... I will happily give my business to another company that does provide a product that doesn't quit working within months of receiving it. |

I have been using smoketip for one week now and I am completely confused about your comments about their customer service. I have spoken with their customer service (Kristi - she is the only phone rep and the customer service manager) 3 times this week. Kristi is informed, responsive and INCREDIBLY helpful. Now, one thing to be aware of is that their customer service is only available from 9-5 EST Mon-Fri (clearly stated on their website btw) and it can be hard to get a hold of them during lunch hour. However I left a message one time and was called back within 10 minutes. I am not sure what your criteria is for excellent customer service is but I think most would agree that this pretty exemplary. Also, as a LARGE number of individuals have stated, they have a lifetime warranty on their batteries. They stand by their product in a way that not every company does.
Secondly, I have experienced good vapor production (comparable to all of the other top ecigs I have watched videos on -V2, greensmoke, blucig, prosmoke,etc.) I have seen some ecigs that do produce thicker vapor, but from all of my research (and that's a boatload btw) it really seems to be a difference of Propylene Glycol vs Vegetable Glycine (VG is commonly known to produce thicker vapor but with a slightly different taste.) I am not a smoketip employee (I don't think they have lot of them honestly haha), I am simply a major consumer advocate and longtime former smoker looking to become a longtime member of the vaping community.
Now, I will say that I think that their batteries could last a bit longer but overall I think they last about average what what I've read/researched about other top brands that use the 808 battery.
Lastly, I think the reason that there are so many positive reviews of smoketip out there is because the vast majority of people (like me) have had a great vaping experience with smoketip.

| | This is my first e-cig and I have to say that I am so happy I tried it! Not only is it less expensive than traditional smokes but it is better for you and you can use it almost anywhere. I bought the Smoke Tip because of all the wonderful reviews, lifetime warranty, free shipping and the website was so much easier to understand than other brands. I have a back up pack of Marlboro Ultra Lights but since I got my Smoke Tip I haven't been tempted to light even one. It does take a little bit of getting used to but now I prefer the taste over traditional smokes. The tobacco flavor has a sweet taste to it. I also ordered the Marlboros but have yet to receive them. All I can say is don't hesitate to order from Smoke Tip, you won't be disappointed! You will save a lot of money and feel a lot better!!!! |

| | I have been using Smoke tip for a year. The batteries have a limited life and fail on a regular basis. SmokeTip will not honor warranty. They want you to have a regular cartridge purchase history in order to validate their Fictitious Battery Lifetime Warranty. This is difficult to do when their batteries are of poor quality. I am very light smoker / vaporor. So the hassle factor is way too high and it appears to be a bait and switch warranty. You are invested in their chargers, batteries and cartridges. So if you switch to another brand it is a money loss on your behalf. $$$ Web site design is less than poor. Hard to navigate, warranty and service request pages seem to be hidden so they are hard to find. Quality taste of flavors is poor at best. The flavors available do not represent how they taste. I have amicably communicated with customer service extensively and found that they do not honor their warranty.

Please do not purchase SMOKETIP products! It is a Bait and Switch routine. They will not honor the Lifetime warranty for the batteries that die every 30 days without proof you are regularly buying their cartridges.
My sister, brother, best friend and 4 coworkers have had to switch to another vapor company due to their dishonest business practice of not honoring the warranty.
Don't say I did not warn you if you spend your hard earned money on this companies substandard products and non exsisting warranty. |

| | WOW! Totally impressed with the SmokeTip....read TONS of reviews before deciding this was the best deal on the market. Batteries came charged,just like they said and the flavors are GREAT. I was always a menthol light smoker, and these 12mg menthols suit me just fine! I did order the variety pack too, just for some fun in my smoking experience, and they are pretty tasty - loved the almond and looking forward to the chocolate and vanilla. Not a huge fan of the fruity flavors, but they did taste like cherry and strawberry.
I have smoked for 40 years, always trying to kick the habit - now, I don't HAVE TO! I can still enjoy: the feel of a cigarette (a little heavier, true), the taste (although, I believe the taste is BETTER than an analog), a good throat hit and the exhalation of 'smoke' WITHOUT all the nasty smell and smokey room!
My family is much happier, they aren't being poisoned either! After just a week of SmokeTip, I am absolutely thrilled and literally breathing easier already. No more cough every morning when I wake up, or even throughout the day!
I just can't say enough good things about SmokeTip - I have tried two others and was not impressed with throat hit, flavor or the amount of vapor - SmokeTip ROCKS and I am recommending to all my smoking friends.

| | I started by doing a lot of research into online Electronic Cigarette Makers & Sellers. Smoke Tip stood out to me because of their 'Bare Bones'& 'Plain English' way of marketing their product. Their Website was easy to use & comprehend. Not too much there to confuse or mislead people into oblivion. Their 30 Day Money Back Guarantee along with their Life Time Warranty (on batteries) also made it appealing. Their two piece (cartomizer & battery) design was also something I was looking for. Pre-filled & no mess or hassle for a first time user. The price of $59.95 was also right down my alley as far as being what I was willing to spend to give their product a try. I think, a -great deal- for a package that gives you all you need to get started. The two batteries was also an incentive along with the USB adapter. | | I ordered 3 smoketip starter kits (1 for me, 1 for a friend, and 1 for my dad) All 3 of us have been long time smokers..especially my dad who is 76 years old. Although my friend has not started vaporing yet, my father and I are really impressed. I personally went from 1 1/2 packs a day down to 1 pack every 3 days. Today I have only had 2 regular cigs and am not purchasing anymore...just vaping away! I used to smoke Salems and did not care for the menthol flavor cartridge, but the cowboys and the coffee flavors are awesome! Started out with 16mg and will drop down mgs as I go along. We are very satisfied at this point, and everything has worked as it should.

| | I tried a couple different brands of e cigs. So far these are my favorites. The first e cig I tried was a 3 piece but have to add juice and carry juice with me was a pain in the butt. I would often have the liquid leak out. I have a store by me that sells FUMA and they were good but had no flavor options. So I decided to try Smoketip and I ordered them on Friday and they arrived on Monday. I ordered the starter kit and the variety pack of cartridges. I am a menthol smoker and their menthol tasted great. I also like the apple, strawberry and cherry. So far the batteries last long and charge quicker than the FUMA. The cartidges last about the same but I get 10 from Smoketip for the same price as 5 from FUMA. I have not had to deal with customer service but so far they are my favorite. I am still having some regular cigarettes at work but hope that changes this week. |

They claim that 1 cartridge is 1.25 packs of cigs but I am not too sure about that. The cartridge seems to go dry before that but maybe I am smoking it more than I think. Vapor is pretty good. | | I had been in the market for an e-cig for a while, but the number of choices and my tendency to put off doing research kept me from diving in. But after about a year of smoking a pack a day, the money I was spending started bugging me enough that I decided it was time.
After finally finding a decent website that had a high enough number of user reviews to make me feel like I could make an informed decision, I decided to go with Smoketip. 1) Because of the high number of positive reviews, 2) because of the lifetime warranty, and 3) because of the price.
I ordered on a Wednesday, received the next Saturday, and haven't bought an actually pack of cigs yet (and don't plan to). Granted, it's been less than a week that I've been using the kit, but I'm very pleased, and I feel that I make a great purchasing decision. The box the kit comes in is useful for carting around all the individual components when you head out of the day. Depending on how I'm using the batteries, they last between 3-6 hours, which I think is great (I puff pretty frequently). They charge pretty quickly, and the warranty on them gives me piece of mind.
I ordered the menthol 16 mg with the kit and a variety 16 mg pack. I enjoy all the flavors quite a lot (except maybe the regulars, which taste a bit stale compared to the other more vivid flavors). I've been switching between many of the carts, two are spent, but they seem to have a good life to them. I feel satisfied with their consistency and amount of vapor.
And I honestly love the vapor experience. I don't miss the traditional smoke from a cigarette at all. I like feeling the stream of hot vapor hit my tongue as I inhale. I like holding it in my mouth before breathing it into my lunges. And my body already feels more health after going half a week without all the carcinogens and cravings for traditional smokes.
I'll certainly update this review if anything goes awry, but as of this moment, I'm a big Smoketip fan. |

My experience with Smoke Tip has been very good. Keep in mind that you still need to have the mindset to want to quit. This is not a miracle tool to quit smoking. I like the variety of flavers you can get with your e-cig, and even though I am not a coffee drinker, the coffee flavor tip is my favorite. | | After doing hours of research and deciding between PG and VG, i decided to pull the trigger on Smoke Tip. I was looking at Safe Cig initially b/c a friend was using it, but after reading reviews about their poor customer service, i moved on. Then, i was looking at ProSmoke and was about to buy that product, but then i read that VG, when heated beyond 280C, it turns into acrolein. Also, PG used in e-cigs is of food-grade quality and commonly used in inhalers and is deemed FDA-safe. So, i decided to take another look at e-cigs that use PG. Plus, i also like a good throat hit and i've read that VG doesnt provide as good a throat hit as PG. Therefore, i looked at others and compared them to ProSmoke. So, i looked at SmokeTip based on the fact that it got the most reviews on here and that they were mostly positive. The icing on the cake for me with SmokeTip was two-fold: its lifetime warranty as opposed to ProSmoke's 1-year warranty; and SmokeTip's battery uses the KR808D-1 model, which is a highly regarded model for vaping and it also means you dont necessarily have to buy cartomizers from SmokeTip, but rather you can go online and just search for cartomizers that fit the KR808D-1 model. B/c of these reasons, i chose SmokeTip. However, ProSmoke might possibly use the same model, but i dont know.
I ordered the starter kit for $59.95. Delivery was very fast. The batteries came charged right out of the box. After connecting the cartomizer to the battery, the weight is a little heavier than a cigarette. Its about 1/4 longer and slightly bigger in diameter than a cigarette. The throat hit is that of a Camel light and the vapor is a little less than a cigarette. The key to using it is to take slow drags, not fast drags like you would on a cigarette. If you keep this in mind, then each drag is adequate. I havent felt the need to smoke a cigarette since.
In conclusion, i would recommend SmokeTip to anyone looking for an alternative to cigarettes. |

@Jack: after hours of research (again) re: cartomizers, i've come to the conclusion that i would best be served by buying the e-juice and filling the cartomizers myself. There are too many unknowns with regard to buying pre-filled cartomizers, such as consistency and the amount of nicotine that youre actually getting in the pre-filled ones. Also, there is a great youtube video from a user named Dr. Vapor that shows you the EASIEST way to fill a cartomizer. Using this method, there is no need to take apart the blank/spent cartomizer in order to fill it.
Using the cartomizers that came with the kit, just buy the e-juice (i bought from myvaporstore.com) and using one of the two plastic tips that come with the cartomizer, fill up the tips (use the one that does NOT have the plastic needle in it) with 3/4 of e-juice, and then insert the metal end of the cartomizer (the end that directly screws on to the battery) slowly into the tips. The pressure will force feed the e-juice thru the hole and voila, the cartomizer is filled. Just wipe off the excess e-juice off of the cartomizer and youre ready to smoke.
Buying and using your own e-juice is the best way to ensure youre getting the amount and consistency you want and it opens up a whole realm of flavors and strengths. Obviously, you'll need to buy blank cartomizers eventually as they dont last long, but blank ones are cheap and its nice knowing that you can fill it up with whatever you want AND you get a lot of e-juice in a bottle for less than $5.00. |

| | My smoking experience with Smoke Tip so far has been excellent. I recieved my starter kits for me and my fiance within 3 days. They were fully charged when we got them and was able to start vaporing right away. I am a menthol smoker and she is a regular. The price is great and so is their products. The menthol is smooth like a Salem. I liked the cherry flavor and can't wait to try the other flavors. She said she really likes the coffee flavor. I work twelve hour shifts and the battery last the whole day before I had to switch. That is awesome. The cartridge lasted the whole day and half of the morning the next day. Just puff a few times here and there is doing the job instead of trying to smoke an actual cigarette. Smoke Tip may have been lower on the list of reviews but after researching many websites about all the different e-cigs, I decided to go with Smoke Tip and very glad I did. The battery and cartridges last a very long time. There is a lot of vapor that is produced and I am able to blow smoke rings and such just like real smoke. I have not had to contact Customer Service yet but I am sure they will do really good so I am giving them full rating also. |

The first brand I tried was the 'Smoking everywhere,' wasting over $100 to find out it's a huge scam. After that I didn't place much hope in the electronic concept. The thought of feeling super light-headed again after each inhale wasn't all that appealing.

| | First, I receive the SmokeTip within 3 days of ordering which I thought was a good start. Packaging and all was good and it was easy to setup the charger and plug the usb gizmo. The next day, after I got home from work I settle to try the two e-cigs (I also bought an "Apollo" so check my review there as well).
So, if you are a real smoker, you can't pretend that you are smoking a real cigarette. The experience is just not the same, period. HOWEVER, from someone who has tried the prescriptions, the patch, the gums, and has been quitting for the past 20 years, this is as close as it gets to the real thing. I got the full strength tobacco cartridges on both e-cigs and I like the flavor on the SmokeTip better than Appolo. I have not smoke a real cigarette since Thursday night (it's now Monday noon). But we all know that the real quitting doesn't happen in the first few days... It really happens, well... I'm not sure because I went a whole year without a smoke once, yet I came back to it... I've never had an issue with battery life (Just charge them every night people!), and although I have had to send 2 items back, I received them back quickly. I definitely recommend ordering the starter kit. It has everything you need, and in case you have to send a battery back, you have a spare until the new one arrives. I highly recommend the travel charger for, 1. Convenience while on the go, and 2. In case your wall charger stops working and you have to send it back/order a new one. They have even released new blue tips! My only complaints are that my cartridges seem to begin to get kind of weak on flavor after about 40 puffs. Also, I feel that customer service should cover shipping when I return one of their defective products in the form of a pre-paid envelope. Why should I have to pay for their product error? Your review is absolutely correct, but you can also try Vapor4Life cartridges as they fit the smoketip battery like the V2. I'm trying my own experience with the same and I have not found ANY cartridge from any of these companies that last long. |

The battery lasts me about a day and a half and I still have not emptied a cartridge, its been 5 days (I am currently using 3 cartridges because I was excited to try the menthol and the choc. So far I am a menthol fan. This has been working for me as it has cut my smoking of a cigarette to 3-5 a day from 10-15 a day. My next goal is to continue to smoke less and less of the cigarettes and be a 100% ecig user only. Now that I have been doing more research on the different brands there is one thing I wish this one would have. I would like one that has a case in the shape of a cigarette box that charges your ecigs while in the case. I seen that on the Blu cig brand. Maybe someday I will switch or maybe smoke tip will come out with a case for them. As of now I am happy I found this product and am hopeful it will continue to get me to be a non smoker. | | After reading ALL of the raving reviews of SmokeTip, I just KNEW I'd made the perfect choice! But, my SmokeTips just don't work as described (by all of the others). I've notified their HelpDesk, but no one has been very helpful (no solutions that work). I get very little vapor, very short life & can't re-charge the batteries. I don't get the 3-blinks to indicate that battery is correctly charging.
I'll TRY asking for replacement batteries......and HOPE that solves the problem. I just don't know if it's my USB charger, my wall adapter or dead batteries (after vaping the equivalent of less-than 1 pack of cigs.....using BOTH batteries rec'd in my kit).
I'd welcome any suggestions here (and will be happy to further describe my experience).
Maybe it's the heat from shipping the product?

For me, the quality of the product was good, but there was definitely a taste from smoking the E-cig, especially in the original flavor, that made me miss a real cigarette. It's not that bad and you do get used to it. Since, this was my first e-cig try, I don't have another product to compare it too, but I'm satisfied with this product. I like the Marlboro flavor the best, probably because it does a good job at replicating the marlboro flavor and since because I'm a regular marlboro smoker. The flavor cartridges aren't bad either, although it's sometimes tastes too fruity for my cravings to be smoking on all day long. My favorite was the coffee and apple flavor tho. Was disappointed that the filter colors vary depending on the flavor which makes it inconvenient for me because I don't want to walk outside with a pink "strawberry flavored" cigarette, haha that's just me. Good for girls! Also, one last thing... In the 3 10 packs I ordered, occasionally the filters would leak a fluid while smoking. I'm pretty sure that's not supposed to happen because other cartridges worked fine with no leaking, so can be inconsistent. | | I used to smoke of e-cigs called Eliten and they would wear out quick and the vapor would go down as it ran out. I have started using Smoke tip Brand they are the same amount of vapor each time you puff right up until the battery runs out or the cartridge does. The one thing I did notice is the flavored cartridges even though they have lots of selections don't last as long as the regular flavor does because I ordered Regular ,Vanilla and Coffee. It is a better made product and I also ordered the portable charger that works very well. All in all I would recommend this product I am happy so far and I have had them for about a month going to do an order for more cartiages right after this review. The product also feels better built than the last one I used there charger was the same kind of set up real cheap though.

My first day I wasn't too sure, but I'm on my third day, and I rather like them. I used to smoke a pack a day of menthol cigarettes, and I like the menthol Smoke Tip. It has a nice taste. The cartridge lasted more than two days, and is still working. I wanted to try another flavor, so I changed the cartridge to apple. Nice flavor, too.
At first, I couldn't quite figure out the vapor thing, but I've finally figured it out--a quick, short puff followed by a longer draw does it for me, and it gives the same sensation that real cigarettes do.
I haven't had any trouble with the batteries so far, but if I do, I love that Smoke Tip will replace them for free. Another plus is that they have free shipping. A big bonus for me, and if the cartridges come as quickly as my starter kit came, I'll be a permanent customer for sure.
I love that I can smoke in the car with my husband and don't have to put the window down. I like that I can just put the cigarette down when my hands are busy with something else. | | I ordered a SmokeTip starter package last week and have been impressed so far with the product. I ordered on a Thursday and it arrived the following Monday. The starter package is a handsome magnetic box holding two batteries, six cartridges (in my case, 16 mg regular), a wall charger and an usb adaptor. I%u2019ve been using my SmokeTip for four and a half days now, and have only had eleven cigarettes in that time.
In terms of how the product works, it takes some getting used to. To get a mouthful of thick vapor, approximating a drag on a real cigarette, I have to take very long, deep puffs on my SmokeTip. When I do this, the unit produces a satisfying amount of vapor, but shorter, shallower puffs produce almost an imperceptible amount of vapor. I know the nicotine is getting into my system, but for me, so much of smoking is the feel of the smoke in my mouth.
In closing, I am very satisfied with my SmokeTip so far. It takes a little getting used to, but the benefits of being smoke-free make it worthwhile. I would highly recommend this product to other smokers who have been thinking about quitting but haven%u2019t been able to for one reason or another.

Customer service is horrible. They were great in the beginning. Now, they are VERY VERY rude. Their filters leak and the batteries last about 3 months. The batteries also clog after the 1st month of use and require cleaning which fails to help over time.
Their ONLY employee, Kristi, who used to be a doll is so nasty now. What the heck happened? They get angry at you when you need to RMA the batteries. Such a shame, they went WAY DOWN HILL!!! |

I have had the same experience with Smoketip that Jon had. I have had nothing but trouble with their products. The batteries won't charge, the charger won't charge the batteries, the cartridges fail. The worst part of Smoketip is the Customer Service Manager, she is terrible. She also said there was nothing she could do for me and lied about a exchange she approved and denied approving it. They are the worst and I stayed with them because I was being lazy and didn't want to find another company. I have had it with Smoketip and am glad to see I am not the only one that they have mistreated. WORST COMPANY EVER!! |

V2Cigs carts are bad too. 2 out of 5 have no juice. Their CS said it probably evaporates in the heat...our high temps average 80...keeping in the refrigerator didn't help. Also V2Cigs didn't offer any discount for defective carts to make up for all the bad ones.... |

| | Completely new to ecigs, I had only tried one once in the mall. Did some research and narrowed it down to SmokeTip due to the low cost of the starter kit and simplicity of the website/ordering mostly. Free shipping a big plus too. The starter kit seemed like a good deal, order came very quickly, so that's what I based my customer service and cost/value 5 star ratings upon.
Overall I'm pretty satisfied. The SmokeTip system is a surprisingly good simulation of a real cigarette. My only issue is that there isn't that strong "throat hit," which is the most satisfying thing about smoking real cigs for me (or, put another way, it sometimes lacks that "hit" feeling that quenches my craving. But it is actually not too far away from the real thing, especially the first few hits of a fresh cartridge, or when you've set it down for a bit. I find waiting a bit longer between inhales helps a lot).
As a result, I haven't made the full transition to ecigs, and have still been smoking my regular cigarettes, except I have definitely cut down in the 2 days I've had the SmokeTips (by more than 2/3 a pack at least). I find I supplement my regular cigs with the SmokeTips, i.e. about every other time I get a craving, I use the ecig. So that's a start and an improvement I'd say!
My guess is a lot of it has to do with learning how to get the most vapor out of each inhale, and how to "prime" it, etc. I find I have to take a longer, more forceful inhale than a regular cigarette, but it may be that switching to a stronger or different cartomizer would provide that deeper throat hit I'm looking for.
Also, the battery life seems sort of short to me, but this may be because I don't really have anything to compare it to (and, for all I know, it's actually a long battery life). But from what I've read online, the starter kit lives up to its name in that these are starter batteries-- other companies and/or SmokeTip offer longer-life compatible batteries.

Not sure what happened over there, but until they fix it I would NOT recommend them. V2 and Whitecloud produce better vapor anyways. Hell, they all produce better vapor now because it is very hard to produce good vapor when half the fluid leaks out before you even open it. |

Your carts may be leaking without you knowing it, or it may be based on flavor. I ordered chocolate for awhile because it was my favorite. Then, all of a sudden, I receive two shipments in a row of the chocolate that produced no vapor at all. The company never provided expalanation so I had to stop ordering them. Been ordering the coffee ever since. On many many many occasion, a large chunk of fluid what come out while taking a drag and hit me in the lips and land on my toungue. Very dangerous. Still, I remained a loyal customer. Inspect your next shipment very closely before pulling off the caps. I have pictures of leaking carts from them. I have a pic of the one that caught on fire too. They kept wanting to blame it on the Postal Service, so finaly I asked them to pack them differently to avoid having to smoke regular cigarettes until receiving replacements. They remedied this by attaching purple stickers to each box inside. PURPLE F*ING STICKERS! Wth was that gonna do?
Also, the last time it happened I sent them 18 defective cartridges. 2 were just for them to inspect as one of the two had started on fire. 16 were never used. With the way their foil packs work, when you take one out you almost always break the seal on the one next to it. They claimed 16 were used. I demanded then that they sent me them back. For 3 months they kept telling me to wait for them and they still haven't arrived. Unconditonal guarantee? It has become unconditional BS. Yeah, they sent me a battery before receiving the defective one a couple times as well. Last time they did it, they complained that they did not receive the defective. I had just told them that I had not had a chance to send it yet but it would be going out soon. They just seem to have gotten very greedy and do not care about their customers anymore. |

| | I've smoked for years. After looking at the reviews I settled on trying Smoke Tip. The first day it was OK, altho' the vapor wasn't as much as I'd expected. I switched to another cart, which was a bit better. My overall feeling told me this IS the way to quit smoking! For sure!!! Just gotta' figure out how to get this one to work better. OR??? Maybe try another brand. I must say the taste of SmokeTip's regular tobacco flavor was pretty darned good. I smoke Menthol, but the slight sweetness of the regular tobacco flavor made it close enuf'. I didn't smoke Kools or anything. Misty Reg Menthol is my normal brand, which is only slightly menthol flavored.
Oh, and I looked at some tips to help with the vapor...and I tried cutting off the tip of the rubbery cart slip-on cover, then slid it down to where the cart screws into the battery piece. Surprisingly? That worked better than I thought it would. Better vapor. However, it IS recommended I think....that ya' don't do that. Might over-heat the cart & give off a burned flavor. I did not experience that, tho'. I may order Blu instead of new carts for my SmokeTip. Not sure yet. So far, alright. |

| | This is the first time I use the 'SmokeTip' e-cigarette. I tried several different tastes and they are all fine to me. I received the item very quickly, about 3 days after the order was placed. I have tried the other two brands before, but the 'SmokeTip' is the best so far. I will recommend it to my friends too. I only worry about the batteries since some reviews mentioned the battery charge causes problems sometimes,which seems to be all right for me till now. Hopefully it will not go bad later. The price is acceptable. It would be better if the refill cartridge price can be lower in the future. |

I absolutely agree with the battery! It isn't the GREATEST charge, but it works :) I would give five out of five stars for every category besides the battery (which would rate a four out of five for me) LOVE the flavors! Menthol and Cherry are my two favorite, with Coffee, Peach, and Clove following close behind! |

| | I purchased this two weeks ago to use as my "stop smoking" program, after being a smoker for 22yrs. Before using this I had gone 12hrs tops without lighting a cigarette in all those years - I've not lit one cigarette in these two weeks. The batteries could last longer - especially for true 'cigarette-like' use; had the same problem as others with batteries not charging - customer serv told me to use screwdriver to unscrew end of battery a 1/4 turn & so far that works;still, I had to purchase additional batteries, as I find I go through 4 fully charged batteries in a day and I was a pack a day smoker; amount of vapor is impressive, even when the cartridge is near the end; given cigarette cost this is a true value; overall customer service is very flippant, sarcastic and incredibly rigid about the 'rules' of any 'special offers' being followed explicitly for you to receive them; also flippant and sarcastic when asking basic questions. Makes me wonder why a company with such an impressive product would employ such subpar individuals to work their customer service department. Customer service is a huge minus against a product and company that would be five stars; were they to honor their warranty commitment, as well as special offer commitments and back their products and reputation 100%, while being courteous about it, I would give a much more glowing review and I believe the company would be better for revamping their customer service policies and personnel! |

| | I have tried atleast 4 other brands and by far this was the best one. It weighs less than the others I tried (V2 cigs was one of them). The actual cig feels more realistic. With the other brands they felt more like plastic coating then a paper coating. This was not a huge difference but enough for me to notice. The batteries last a good amount of time, and make sure when you first get your starter to kit to charge each battery 6 to 8 hours. Customer service is awesome they will replace a bad battery really quick and guarentee their batteries for life. They have 13 flavors and the only brand I have seen with a real cig flavor (cowboy-which is marlboro). And you cannot beat the price. Shipping was really fast. |

| | I have been a smoker for close to 40 years and have been able to stop twice only to start back up again a year or two later. My biggest struggle to quitting seems to be the sensory experience of holding the cigarette and inhaling and exhaling more than the nicotine so when I heard about electric cigarettes I decided this may be the answer to my struggle. After doing several days of research I decided to try Smoke Tip as it had many good reviews as well as variety and a good price.
I started using SmokeTip about a week ago and have cut down on regular cigarettes by about half, two packs a day to less than one. It is taking me some getting use to in regards to inhaling and at first I often started to flick ashes, set in an ashtray or grind it out and realize there is no needs. I feel much more confident that this time I will be able to kick the habit for good. |

I started smoking at 16, quickly became a pack & 1/2 s day smoker, At age 64 I quite with out anything but Smoke Tip, Smoke Tip is a great cig and a great company. I've tried several other brands, some had better taste, some had a little longer battery life but not one had better customer service. Smoke Tip's service is the best by far than ANY of the others I tried. ST batteries are warrantied for life, when one of mine goes bad I simply e-mail Kisti, return my old one I usually get a new one in a couple of days I also return cartridges that have leaked, or are defective in some way. I've never been aked why, just given return info and send them back. They e-m you with updates, promos and they have a forum you can go to get all kinds of info. The cost is very reasonable, the vapor is really good and the battery life is better than most brands.
How long the cartridge and batery lasts has a lot to do with how you smoke. They also have a referral program -really good one!! Just really can't say enough good about this company. My big hope is that they will come out with a Camel flavor, for now reg & menthol will have to do (& they do, very nicely.) They also have great incentive plan, the more you buy at a time the lower the cartridge price is.

| | After decades of smoking, my wife and I recently made the move to e-cigarettes. We tried three different brands (guided, in part, by the reviews on this site) before making a decision on which to stick with. My primary criteria was wanting a brand that tasted like a real cigarette. Her primary criteria was variety of flavors and colors. One of the brands we tried was SmokeTip and it was a very good product.
We purchased the Starter Kit and an additional 10 pack of cartomizers. The Starter Kit came with two batteries, six cartomizers and a two-piece wall/USB charger. SmokeTip ships free of charge via First Class mail. SmokeTip delivered the kit in 4 days. Everything was correct in the order.
Both the "Regular" and "Cowboy" cartomizers tasted like genuine cigarettes, which was a pleasant suprise. While other brands have been close, this was the only time I literally couldn't tell the difference between an e-cig and a real cigarette on taste alone. Both had full and pleasant draws.
We found the SmokeTip e-cig to be smaller and lighter than it's competitors. This meant that there was less adjustment needed to the way we held and used their product. Some other brands are so heavy/long they have required a substantial change to the way you hold and use them compared to real cigarettes.
The smaller size did lead to decreased battery charge life compared to other brands, but also led to quicker recharging. I found the batteries to last me about 1/3rd of a day each and the cartomizers to last about 2/3rd of a day each based on me smoking at the rate of 2 1/2 packs per day. My wife got longer use out of both as she is making the transition to e-cigarettes more slowly than I am.
In the end, I chose SmokeTip as my preffered brand. It is as close to the real thing as I can find and is one of the best values we saw. My wife chose Vapor4Life (she preferred the variety of flavors and colors they had), but SmokeTip was a strong second choice for her. |

| | Went with Smoketip because of the lifetime warranty, and based on other reviews i read. after the initial charging of the battery, they would no longer charge, I wasn't sure if this was the batteries or the charger, so I alerted the company and they sent me out a new set, I mailed mine back to them. Flash forward 3 weeks, the batteries they sent me are now malfunctioning. I contact the company for replacements and they tell me that I didn't send them back the USB from the last order so they can't replace my faulty "Lifetime warranted" battery. extremely dissapointed in the customer service, and very insulted in the inference that I would try to rip them off for a $20 USB, give me a break. |

It comes with two batteries so hubby and I split one order. The tips seem to last a really long time, they've never leaked and the batteries stay charged well! | | My roommate and I both ordered the Menthol 16mg (full flavored) starter kits from SmokeTip. We both are trying to quit smoking and were looking for a viable alternative. I did a lot of research online and reading reviews on this site and others before I made my decision. SmokeTip seemed to have a lot of good reviews compared to the other E-cigs that are out there, and we liked the fact that they had so many different flavors to choose from. I also noticed that the refill cartridges were cheaper than any other I looked at. Most only gave you 5 refills for like $12.00 but SmokeTip gave you 10 refills for $17.95. We received both of our kits, plugged them in as directed and used them for about a week before we decided to return both kits. The E-cig itself is heavy and had a metal taste in your mouth and burnt the back of my throat when you dragged on it. Also, the menthol was so strong it made me feel like I was smoking mouthwash tasted disgusting. There also wasn't much vapor either. By the time you took a drag and if you held it for a second nothing came out. |

If you are thinking of switching to an e cig, Smoke Tip makes a great product! I am currently back on reg cigs because I didn't order my refills before I ran out. I also made the mistake of ordering less nicotine than my regular cigs and I used up my cartridges faster than I should have. New cartridges should be in the mailbox today and I will be making a point of reordering a few days before I run out. Shipping is fast. I live in Texas and it takes, at the most, 4 days to get here. I do think my USB charger is bad as I have a hard time getting the lights to match up and the tip of the cig to flash to let me know it is a good connection. But, I have the USB charger than came with my gas station cig and it works great! Other than that, Smoke Tip is awesome and I will be reordering! |

Sometimes reading reviews can make you think if it's a real and honest comment but I can assure you my is.
My wife is and registered nurse with a very good discipline on health life style and seeing me smoke was like slap her in the face to a point that I have to avoid smoke in front of her. She was only concerning about me living a healthy life and not die slowly with a lung cancer which is one of the most painful and sad death.
Anyhow, I showed her my ST kit today and she read tons of information about it and now I can smoke even inside the house and see a smile on her face as she also enjoy the aroma from the coffe and other catridges flavors.
The best test was done right after lunch when most of us "smokers" crave for a puff right? I took 10-12 nice and deep hits of vanilla flavor with a nice smooth bite effect on my throat and voile!!! I felt like smoked a whole cigarette inside the house with no stinky fingers of horrible crap taste in my mouth.
Almost 30 minutes later still feel the nicotine in my system like I got from an analogue cigarette!
I will come back feel days later for update as my intention is to never ever touch a damn analogue cigarette again.

| | I have not touched a real cigarette in four days which is a very big thing for me. smoketip is working for me. i am a very heavy smoker and they only go up to 16 mg. so i ordered me some e-juice 26 mg. it is working, satisfies my cravings, will lower down to 24 mg in a week or so, then 18 mg, then smoketips 16 mg, and hopefully all the way down. i did not think it would really work, but, it is! i am so proud of myself. i dont smell like smoke anymore. my family is happy. i have some of copd so i had to do something. i would recommend smoketip. they are reasonably priced, lifetime warranty on the batteries. the only problem i am having is i smoke alot so my battery is not lasting long. so i have ordered another one and the larger stronger battery. will see how that works for me.i have a tiny funnel that just so happens to be the same size hole that is in the cartridge and that is how i put the juice in. it works! i got my e-juice from ECIGS ONLINE: ecigbestsave . com. i like the strawberry and the usa mix (marlboro flavor. i use the VG (they say it is not as irritating to your lungs). the starter kit has everything you need in it, although if you are a heavy smoker i would get the larger battery as well as a extra battery,i just purchased a extra charger also so i can have one ready at all times. i read all the reviews and that is how i made my decision. smoketip seemed to have the best results and more reviews than some of the others and more affordable. |

| | If you're like me, you want something affordable, satisfying, and a good replacement over 30 cigarettes a day.
Tried Blucigs, Greensmoke, and this. Blu, waste of money completely, don't bother. Green, TOO expensive for anyone that's beyond casual smoking.
These are my current choice. They're not my ideal idea of what I want, but they are the best so far with limited funds to invest in such kits.
The regular tobacco flavor is awful, it's not what I expected.
Menthol is more my choice these days and while VERY strong, it is smoke worthy. Sometimes it does have a Scope mouthwash taste to it though, so if you hate Scope, you might not like it.
Another thing I don't like, compared to Greensmoke these are too easy to inhale thanks to vents on the end of each cap, sometimes making it tricky to get it started.
I go through about 3 of them a day after 2 weeks of usage. So I sure wouldn't mind if the prices were cut in half.
If you have Greensmoke, you can order a single pack of these, like I did, and gently screw it onto their battery. A little scotch tape around the seam and you can try it without buying the kit to start with. |

I having been using e-cig for six days, and each time I still am not getting satisfaction I need. I smoked newport light menthol. I just ordered the menthol flavor, hope that will help and increased density to high 18mg, hope that will help to. Since I invested the money for these e-cig, don't want to go back to analog cigs, even though these e-cigs not working so great for me. Hope I can get to where its comfortable for me on e-cigs. |

5 pack in starter kit. Smelled too weird, and tasted too sweet from the PG. Menthol doesn't seem to have the drawbacks of tobacco, just wish they made a lighter menthol flavor. I never enjoyed strong menthol cigarettes (Newports), but the Camel menthols these days are lighter and more to my suiting.
I'm positive these are all made in China. The batteries I don't mind, but if I had the choice I wouldn't want the liquids from them (safety, consistency). But nothing is labeled where it has come from, and I think that's illegal if it's from China. |

| | This is my 3rd week with Smoke Tip. Wow, I'm impressed. The vapors are plentiful. It is like smoking a cigarette but much more enjoyable because of the flavors. The menthol is more mint, so I prefer the flavors. I also got the car charger & extra long white battery with orange tip. Battery takes 2 hrs to charge. Seems to last 4-6 hrs depending on how much you smoke. 1st time I used it, it lasted all day. The long battery does look and feel more like a felt pen, but worth the longevity between charges. The flavor cartridges are easy & great all in 1 unit to replace, no fuss or mess. The service is excellent, there are nice people there (grin). They ship quick, you receive in 3-4 days. No forced sign ups for auto delivery which is very nice. The variety flavor pack is wonderful to try flavors, just wish menthol/regular were not in it, seems a waste. Would have preferred to try the grape and clove in variety pack.So far I'm using this as a fill in for cigs. I haven't given up cigs totally, I think there is other addictive chemicals in cigs that are holding me back cause I still like that cig in between.Is it normal to have a kick in back of throat when inhaled? | | I ordered it for my mom and she liked the idea of being able to smoke in bed. Pushing her in a wheelchair was nice for me because I didn't get the smoke blowing in my face. She smokes alot so I should of ordered extra cartridges when I ordered the kit. The case to carry it in, was a little inconvenient, because she had to unscrew the cartrigde to make it fit. The vapor was a good amount and she liked the taste. She wishes it was a little stronger and wanted the cartridge to last a little longer. I think I'll order her the holder for around her neck so she can keep it with her but not have to hold on to it all the time. The travel charger would have been nice to have, on our vacation, so we didn't have to go back to the room and charge it in the wall. Overall she likes it because she can smoke anywhere, not having to go outside. |

I like the way when after you get enough and then you just put it down, no worries about burning or cleaning up the ash trays. No smell on your clothes. Got my starter kit (quickly) 4 months ago and haven't smoked a cigarette since (after 26 years of smoking). This is the only E-Cig we have used and they have worked out great. They put out a lot of "smoke" and they feel just like you are getting a hard hit on a real cig. I am (was) a Marlboro Reds smoker. The regular 16mg's seem to actually have a bit more of a "hit" on the back of my throat it tastes like Marlboro :). I would definitely recommend e-cigs to people who want to cut down on smoking or quit altogether. |

The product works very well. I normally smoke about 1.5 packs/day of Marlboro Lights and today is going to be my first day of no cigaretettes. The product works very well and I actually prefer to use these instead of actually smoking.
I tried 3 flavors. The full flavor 16mg that come with the kit, the 12mg equivalent of Marlboro Lights, and there 12mg Menthol cartridge. Of all three, I prefer the menthol. Those taste really good.

| | Really enjoying my SmokeTip. I had not actually planned to quit smoking, but it turns out I seem to be! I got it and used it a little. But still had cigarettes in the house, and kept smoking them. When they ran out, I chose not to buy any more and just used the SmokeTip. It is satisfying my needs, I don't feel any real cravings, and I still have my quiet time outside that I didn't want to give up. I always smoked outdoors, and felt if I quit I would not be able to sit out there with coffee but without a cigarette. Have made the transition to SmokeTip with my coffee and it works! But the amazing part is I am using it so much less than the amount of cigarettes I smoked, about 10-15 a day. Now 'smoking' the equivalent of maybe 5 cigarettes a day, or less. With no smoke, some nicotine, no tar and without the other chemicals the cigarette companies put in. The battery is lasting a REALLY long time, I guess because I am using it so little. I like the light on the end and the amount of vapor produced. I am very happy with this product. I may switch now to the lights (have the Regulars now), for it does feel a little rough on my throat, and I used to smoke Ultra Light cigarettes. |

| | The smoke-tip e-cig is a steal compared to what I have been using. I have tried Both Smoke 51's from the mall (duo and trio), and the Smoke Tip has some advantages. The smoke tip lasts longer than the 51s. I have honestly smoked an entire smoke 51 cartridge in one sitting. So these last longer. They are also a ton cheaper. I like the fact that this is simple like the duo, but has a much better draw. The battery lasts half a day with moderate use.
The main problem is their flavors. Sure they have a lot, but none of them are in stock. They really need to get on it and have full stock so we can order what we want. When over half your product is out of stock that is a bad sign... |

Just about every e-cig company had this problem with stock. It could have been just a large increase of customers or maybe a preblem with customs. I use SmokeTips and I just keep a large stock at home just in case. Smoketip was my first choice and is my favorate so far. |

i agree with Scott I ordered replacement cartridges and they have yet to get them back in stock since 3/8/11. They have offered regular in the lower mg I want so since I am running out of the cartridges that came with the kit, I finally agreed to get the regular 12mg instead of the cowboys I ordered. I am hoping that they will be available. When I order again I hope that they have them. In the mean time I am going to be searching the net for another supplier as a backup.
The original order of the starter kit went off without a hitch. The E-cigs are great, just that they seem to have a back order problem. I even referred them to some of my friends. The bottom line is if you need more carts order well in advance.
5-stars for the kit, 1-for reordering & 3- for customer service since they do not seem to have a good handle as to when the replacement carts are going to be available. |

I received both regular and menthol flavored cartridges in the 16mg strength. My first taste of the menthol was disappointing mainly due to the fact that it's NOT menthol, but a mint flavor. I found the regular flavor to be better than analog cigarettes right from the start. Later in the week I came to enjoy the 'menthol' flavored cartridges. I think my initial problem with them was just adjusting to the taste.
On vapor; a new cartridge with a fresh battery produces a heavy cloud of vapor. As the battery wears down, so does the vapor volume, but not excessively so. I find that the carts are giving me nicotine to about 1 to 1.25 pack equivalent as advertised. Sometimes I have trouble figuring out if the battery is getting weak or the cartridge is. The nicotine seems to run out before all the vapor does or at least gets weak near the end of a cartridge.
Of the two batteries I received with my order. One seemed to last me about 11 hours each day and the other about half of that. I was thinking about trying to return the one battery when I remembered that for the initial 7-8 charge that I was supposed to give it, I did half on a wall charger and half on a USB. I recharged the problem battery for 8 hours on a wall charger and now it lasts as long as the first one.
I find that Smoke Tip's online status of stock to be a very good feature.
Overall I am quite pleased with the Smoke Tip system. I'd have to say that I made a good choice with the Smoke Tip. I placed another order for some accessories like a case, more batteries and another charger. That order was processed and shipped the same day. I also like that Smoke Tip is BBB approved. |

| | This is the only brand of E-Cig I have tried for a reasonable period of time. It works very well and seems like the best deal around. My brother has one of the Smoke 51 e-cigs from the mall and it doesn't last near as long and costs twice as much.
Pros: Good amount of vapor, not too hard to drag (obviously harder than an analogue cig), Comes with both wall and usb charger, refills aren't too pricey, great CS from what I hear, fast shipping, free shipping, good taste, no atomizer to deal with, Don't Stink!!
Cons: batter could last longer. My first battery lasted maybe 5 hours. Not bad since it comes with two batteries. The way I smoke it, a cart does not equal 1.25 packs for me. Closer to 0.75 packs. Also, the e-cig does not fit in the case with the cart screwed in. You have to unscrew the cart every time you want to put it in the case.

| | A Superior Product! I intend to post here again after a few months to see if my opinion has changed, but my initial impressions are very favorable. I was very underwhelmed with another maker of e-cigarettes (GreenSmoke {GS}), and decided to try another brand. I picked SmokeTip because of it's ratings here at e-cig365, and I am not disappointed. Compared to GS, SmokeTip is much better priced (cost does not mean better in this case) -- the SmokeTip Started Kit is almost half the price of GS, and the SmokeTip cartridges are about 2/3rd the price of GS. The draw is much smoother with SmokeTip and the rich vapor last much longer. Although GS advertised 400 puffs per cartridge, it was more like 100 and by then the vapor dropped off significantly. With SmokeTip, I get the 250 puffs advertised and the last puff is as good as the first. As for flavor, SmokeTip is far superior to GS -- SmokeTip tastes like a cigarette; GS tasted like flavored air. So far I am pleased with the battery life of even the short SmokeTip battery -- time will tell if it continues to hold a decent charge, but at least SmokeTip provides a lifetime warranty on their batteries. BRAVO to SmokeTip for a superior product at a decent price. |

I originally posted back on March 3rd, and as promised I am back with my latest impressions. I still like the SmokeTip product very much and the turn-around time on orders is terrific -- a big plus in my book. Prices are very reasonable compared to other products. I highly recommend the rechargeable battery case; very reasonably priced and a real winner when I am on the go. As for the batteries, well, none of them last as long as we would like, but SmokeTip batteries are as good as or better than anybody else's.
The cartridges are fairly consistent are far a duration and flavor; although I had one come apart at the base delivering a mouthful of nicotine juice after I tried to reassemble it; and one cartridge that did not work at all. I am not sure they really last 250 puffs - I can go through 2-3 16mg cartridges a day. They say that's equivalent to 3 packs of cigarettes, but I do not buy that - with real cigarettes, I smoked one pack a day (Carlton Menthol 100s - 2mg nicotine per pack if you believe the advertising).
As some general comments about e-cigarettes (nothing against SmokeTip) - are they safer? For sure given that you get the nicotine without all the other ingredients they say are bad for you. Are they the same as a real cigarette? I have to say no. After all, the nicotine is what makes a cigarette additive, but it's those other {bad} ingredients that contributed to the physiological enjoyment of a real cigarette that you won't find in an e-cigarette cartridge. Bottom line is you will satisfy the craving, but probably not the pleasure of smoking. The worst thing about e-cigarettes is that because the cigarette never really burns down and because the smoke is not offensive to anyone, it is very easy to sit there and puff away on an e-cigarette throughout the day.
But if you are going to try an e-cigarette, I still recommend SmokeTip as the best product at the best price. |

One had a button you had to push which was okay but a nuisance. The other was good but they were CONSTANTLY out of stock on their cartridge refills. I mean 10-20 days out! I can't take a chance on a company like that. Today I ordered refills from SmokeTip and they are in stock with what I want. I like this e-cig very much. The SmokeTip cartridges last as long as promised and the product is very reasonably priced. As long as they keep their product stocked I plan to stay with this brand. I am one that needs to see the vapor to feel like I actually have puffed and I find the vapor is adaquate. Battery life so far has been good. Reason for only 4 stars on 'Overall': I orderd the regular 12 mg. To me it has almost a grape taste and has an after taste. Since I rec'd the device, I have not picked up a real cigarette as I find the SmokeTip has so far been enough and I do plan to decrease to the 6mg on next order then hopefully go to 0mg. I used to bite my fingernails and chew on my pens, this would have started again with the patch. But the SmokeTip is like smoking. It's heavy, like holding a heavy pen, so I hold it like a cigar. When I get the urge for a real cig, I make sure I have a charged battery and a new cartridge and the feeling goes away. Nicotine by itself isn't any worse for you than caffeine. | | Since this was going to be my first e-cig, I started doing research on them, and after reading the reviews posted here, and on a lot of other sites, I decided to try the SmokeTip Brand since it got the best reviews of all the e-cigs (I don't think I read one bad review on them!) Their price for the starter kit was very reasonable. Plus they offer a Lifetime warranty. So I ordered the SmokeTip 16 mg Regular starter kit, the carry case and a 10pk of the 12mg Cowboy Marlboro cartridges. I ordered it on Thursday and to my surprise it arrived on Saturday! That was REALLY FAST Shipping and free to boot! When opening the package I was impressed with the Quality of everything in the kit, including the kit case. It has a magnetic flap on the front that makes it easy to open and close. Inside there are nice custom fit pockets for the Cartridges, Batteries, Wall charger and USB charger. Each cartridge is individually sealed in a small bag and they also have a 2 piece Soft plastic case. I charged the first battery per instructions (6 to 8 hrs.). The next morning I started using it and found it very easy to use following the few simple instructions included on the glossy 4x6 card. Even that was of good quality! My first puff was very pleasant and I was surprised at the amount of smoke (vapor) it produced and that the taste was very good! I used it from about 7am to about 2pm before the battery went dead (about 7 hours). Most reviews said they only last about 6 hours so when I was not using it I took off the cartridge and put that and the battery in the carry case. Maybe that's why I got more time out of it? I guess the more you puff on it the faster it runs out also. But you get 2 batteries and they both fit in the case with 2 cartridges, so you have at least 12 hrs of use before having to charge. | | I got this early this morning. The packaging is very nice and have been very happy so far. I ordered because of the lifetime warranty on the battery. I hope they hold a pretty good charge. The throat hit is nice and very satisfying. Using 12mg cowboy marlboro flavor to start. I've been using the patch for a month, which helped take the edge off, but just couldn't do it on that alone. I am switching from the patch to this product. It gives me the nicotine & the satisfaction of the draw of a cigarette. I can't wait to order some other flavors and lessen the nicotine as I go. |

| | Ordered was received within three days, so was quite satisfied at that point. Even though I allowed both batteries to recharge the recommended 6-8 hours, the first time I used this device each of the batteries only last about 6 hours with moderate usage. Somewhat disappointed with this aspect, athough the lifetime warranty does make me feel secure with my selection. After watching numerous reviews on "You Tube", I am convinced that the vapor output is middle of the road, as far as other e-cigs that are on the market. The cartridges that came with the gift pack are "acceptable", but I have reallly enjoyed the "Marlboro" lights and ready to try some of the other flavors that "SmokeTip" has available. Finally, as far as each cartridge being equivalent to 1.25 packs, I am somewhat skeptical. In my estimation this number should be more approximate to 15-18 per cartridge. But again for the price, I feel that this is a good starter smoke, and if some improvements are made (included carrying case for start) this company could top the list above the two or three that seem to be atop on every review......... |

| | I ordered my smoketip and received it in three mailing days. I am a menthol smoker and the flavor is great! I have also tried the cherry and could not believe how good it was. I can't wait to try the other flavors. I ordered the ecig because I wanted to smoke less and without any effort at all I am smoking half of what I was. I also came to realize that I do not have to worry about ash everywhere. I sometimes walk away from my cigarette and then half is gone and I have wasted it, but with the ecig that doesn't matter. I would say that the battery lasts me about four days and the cartridge is definitely more than a pack of cigarettes. I love my smoketip and am sure that eventually that will be all I smoke. |

| | Wow, what a fantastic product! I bought another ecig about 8 months ago and it is good. Then a friend of mine, after talking to me, did the reasearch that I should have done before purchasing an ecig. He talked me into ordering a Smoke Tip. What a great product and company to deal with. I called Smoke Tip to get some questions answered, hung up the phone, placed the order and had it with in 48 hours. Talk about fast shipping. The vapor is amazing. The taste and flavors you can choose from are really outstanding. The battery life is good, and I received an email from Smoke Tip intoducing their new longer lasting battery that is new. Fortunately for this review, I have had the ability to try another brand and have a basis to compare and there is really not much to compare. The Smoke Tip beats hands down all of the others that I have tried. Most of the others I have had experience with had a "three part" system, where Smoke Tip only had two.

As far as a company standing behind their product, Smoketip is hard to beat. I love this company.
The product is amazing. Maybe all e-smokes work the same way, but this is new to me and Smoketip is the only one that I have tried. I don't feel the need to try another.
I've noticed that there is a distinct e-smoking culture complete with mix masters, connoisseurs, and vocabulary, which is all wonderful and continues the sense of a smokers community (since one of the attractions to cigarettes for me has always been that sense of community) but now i just want a convenient, affordable, no hassle smoke that satisfies. Smoketip fits that bill. One benefit I wasn't expecting was the ease of quiting regular cigarettes.
I have quit smoking many times using every stop smoking aid available (fda approved or not) and without fail, I end up back on the cancer-sticks after an extremely painful process of quiting. I am a full-fledged ADDICT who has smoked 2-3 packs of full strength smokes a day for the last 30+ years. My children are extremely concerned with my smoking which is a source of contention but also motivation. i had no expectations with this product - zero, after all, I've been around the block a few times. So when, by the end of the first week, I realized that I had not smoked an entire pack of regular cigarettes, I was astonished. I have been cigarette free since 1/11/11 (not intentional).

We love the Smoke Tip and are amazed at how 'real' they are and how they help with weaning off real cigarettes. When I replace the cartridge with a full one from my son's kit off of his that is working, it still flashes. No directions or info came with the kit which is disappointing. |

Tracy there should have been an instruction card that came with the starter kit. I'm sure if you contact the site, they will mail you one.
New battery 6-8 hours of charging. All consecutive charges 2-3 hours of charging. When plugged into the charger the tip will blink 3 times if done properly.
While in use, the tip of the battery will blink if it needs recharging. If the usb charger blinks blue, it is not in the wall adapter correctly or the battery is not in the usb correctly.
Atomizer cartridge - take off the 2 end caps. Shake the cartridge several times to evenly distribute the liquid prior to screwing it onto the battery. For each new cartridge take a long 4-5 second drag followed by a 2-3 second drag. This helps start the atomizer and prep the solution - do this a few times for each new cartridge. (I also do this when I dont smoke it for a few hours).

| | WOW!!! First off, I read countless reviews on different brands and went with the SmokeTip based on the warranty on batteries. My kit came with 6 "filters" and 2 batteries as well as a USB and a wall charger. I ordered my kit on Jan 8 2011, and received it first thing in the morning on following Monday Jan 10 2011. I read the directions, charged one battery, shook the tip (like instructed) and started to smoke indoors. The first vapor caused me a little throat hit and a couple coughs like a real cig when I have not smoked in awhile. It felt and tasted like a "real" cigarette. | | Ok, let me start by saying I ordered this on New Years Eve 2010 and recieved my order on January 3rd. So, shipping was amazingly fast considering it was a holiday, I am extremely impressed! The kit came and I was so excited, I immediately read the directions, plugged in my first battery and waited a little over the 6 hours, could not wait!
The first thing i noticed when i inhaled the first time was that the taste had a little fruity flavor...so just in case i accidently put on a flavored cartridge or they sent wrong ones, i took a second one out and tried a new one. It tasted the same. And btw I took the second one from a completely different box of cartridges. So after vaping for one whole day, I noticed that the taste did not bother me and that it indeed satisfied the craving. I went later that first night to a local tabacco outlet and they gave me a cartridge of the kind they sell and, one it tasted the same, two it leaked out when I vaped it, and three it was more expensive. So after checking it with another type, I was completely satisfied with my choice cause I have had zero leakage from my smoketip cartridges.
I have had the urge a few times to have a "real" cig and honestly, im not really sure why i actually do it, cause I start smoking it and it does nothing that the smoketip is not doing, except making me stink and making me feel like an idiot for standing outside in 30 degree weather for no reason!
I have actually been an idiot about 9 times since january 3rd and smoked a real cig, it is now the 8th and after smoking for 21 years and at least a pack a day for that time, I am convinced that this will work for me! After doing more research I am going to try refilling cartridges and am going to order the smoke juice, just to see if I can get my habit down to the cheapest possible price until I am ready to give up the e-cigs. This was the first electronic cigarette brand I tried. I also purchased the Joye 510 and am very unhappy with it; the battery doesn't last a fraction as long as SmokeTip's battery does and it is also very messy; I get e-juice on my hands every time I refill the cartridge, it usually ends up in mouth too and it's not a pleasant taste. I still have the Joye 510 but I bought another SmokeTip for one of my family members instead of an alternative brand because I don't think they stack up next to SmokeTip's e-cig, and if they do, they are twice the price. |

The order was sent quickly, even in the middle of the holidays. Used properly, it has good flavor and is completely satisfying. It does take a little adjustment. I found the best tobacco flavor comes from a longer, gentler drag than a conventional cigarette and the extra weight requires holding it somewhat differently. Also, it's not a good idea to try to hold it solely with your lips when you need both hands for something else. | | My father and brother purchased electronic cigarettes from another company that offered a free trial. They did not read into the terms of the free trial and thought they were getting free starter kits and would only have to purchase the cartridges. They were wrong and were charged around $150.00 for the starter kit, put on a monthly subscription for cartridges (costing them around $70.00 per month) and there was no warranty on the product. I loved the idea of the ecigarette and so I did my own research and finally found this webpage. I chose SmokeTip based on the reviews, the price, the variety of flavors and the free shipping. I placed my order for my starter kit on Friday after 5:00 p.m. and received it on Monday! Because of some of the reviews I read from different companies, I purchased the 12mg (light) cartridges. I usually smoke ultra-light cigarettes. The 12mg were too strong and gave me a headache if I smoked too much. I have since ordered a 6mg (ultra-light)cartridge pack but have not received them yet. I had a half of a pack of cigarettes left by the time the battery was charged and ready to be used and I did finish that pack between smoking my new smoketip. I have not had a real cigarette in 3 days and have no desire to smoke one. The smoketip keeps me completely satisfied. I smoked in my car with all the windows up and there was no fog out; I was impressed! I am able to smoke in my office and no one knows cause they cannot smell it. I was very disappointed with another company's e-cigarette that I bought over a year ago (from smooth smoking, LLC - I think they're closing down), but I decided to go with Smoke Tip because of the product description (mainly that the vapor doesn't diminish steadily throughout cartridge use). So far, that has been the case: it's pretty strong throughout, although it has begun to diminish slightly, but still far far better than the other e-cig I used to use. My only problem with it is that there's a burnt taste to all the vapor, even with the flavored cartridge. |

For each NEW cartridge , take one long but soft 4-5 second drag followed by a 2-3 second drag. That should get the vapor to work. You may have to do this a few times each time you put a new cartridge in. Sometimes it helps to "shake" the cartridge several times before use to make sure the solution is evenly distributed after shipping. Screw the cartridge on to the battery. One of three things will happen when it is time to change the cartridge,
1) The cartridge tip will get warm by mouth
2) Burnt taste
3) No flavor
**No vapor could be either the battery or cartridge - always change battery first

| | I really enjoy this product.
I stopped smoking for 5 weeks. I used the patch a few times after quitting. I ordered the SmokeTip for the cost of the replacement cartridges being affordable. Placed the order on a Saturday night and received them by the following Wednesday even tho I live in Hawaii. It is easy to use and it did take me over a day to get used to it. Once I got used to it, I actually like it. It was like changing from reg soda to diet at first. I also ordered the Vanilla cartridges, and they are great. I am usually about a 1-2 pack a day smoker. The battery usually lasts me just under a day. Even tho you only need to charge the battery about 2-3 hours after the initial charge, I leave it in longer. The cartridges last me about a day each.
I did order the case but I dont like it as you need to separate the battery from the cartridge. It has slots specifically for 2 batteries and 2 carts (not assembled).
I found that sometimes after not smoking it for some time, it doesnt have the same flavor, but I then "prime" it again (as you'd do when first using a new cart) and its fine.
If ordering additional cartridges, the site has a discount if you purchase 3 or more.
I have recommended this product to my smoking friends already. It doesnt make things smelly like a cig, my fingers dont smell nor do my clothing. I even did that test where you blow the "smoke" thru a paper towel, and it doesnt change color like a cig would do.
I have not had any problems with anything, and I'm very happy that I bought this product. |

| | well where do i start? I've been smoking for 35 years.. started when i was 11 cause it was cool to smoke. I've been smoking marlboros, on the average, a pack a day since the age of 15.... well with the price of a pack of smokes in today's economy being outrageous, I figured it was time to quit giving my money to the government to mishandle(they get more than 50% from the sales of smokes)and decided to give ecigs. a shot. I got my smoketip 2 days ago and have not had a normal cigarette since. Don't even crave for one.. I crave to smoke and the hand/mouth thing and smoketip does it.. i take a few puffs and i felt like i just smoked a regular cig.. can't believe.. there is no reason to smoke those nasty smelling things if you can get your hands on a smoketip.. best 60 bucks i spent towards smoking. i would highly recommend this product for anybody wishing to quit smoking regular smokes..and you can smoke it inside a restaurant.. right after a meal...love it... |

| | I purchased this e-cig based on the positve reviews I read on this site and a couple others. I smoked ~1 pack a day for 10 years and all the patches/gum in the world couldn't get me to quit. This thing rocks! The taste is great (mix between smoke & walnuts). Gives a good throat hit, nice aftertaste, and I don't smell like an ashtray! I don't think the cartridges last as long as they claim, but it seems close to a packs worth (and at 8.50 for a pack in CT, the SmokeTip is much much cheaper). Also, the battery only lasted about a day, but I doubt any last for a long time. However, it completely satisfies my cravings. A couple long, slow drags is all it takes. If you are looking to quit smoking, I recommend you start vaping with the SmokeTip! |

| | Did 2 weeks of research into Ecigs, finally chosing Smoketip as most economical in theory. Am pleased to say I am overjoyed and made the correct descision. After 20 years as a mouth smoker I put them down the day my Kit came and now 30 days later I haven't touched another real cig, nor have any desire to. The product works beyond my expectation, customer service is awesome, my carttridges are lasting 1 1/2 to 2 days each so I've cut my monthly nicotine bill from 180$ to 53$. The warranty is AMAZING yet i havent used it since my batteries have been perfect so far but i have that comfort knowing i can get it replaced asap without any cost to me. | | Very impressed with how this product functioned. Got it today and took a couple puffs and nearly started coughing. My wife who doesn't smoke did cough like it was her first cigarette. It was very very similar to a regular cigarette. Very impressed with cartridges taste, delivery, vapor, and throat hit. Got 16mg menthol. Only problem was one battery wasn't charged when I got it and I'm afraid I got a defective battery, however, with the lifetime warranty, no worries! |

| | Wow!! I did a lot of research before deciding which e-cigarette to purchase as part of my quit smoking plan. I have to say, 51 days now with no "real" cigarettes and only my Smoke Tip and I couldn't be happier. I've dropped the strength down to 12mg now (I was smoking clove cigarettes before with a whopping 17mg each) and I don't miss the smell, cost, dirty looks, or the hassle of smoking. I plan to keep lowering the strength down to zero over time until I've completely quit.
I love the different flavors that Smoke Tip offers - my favs are vanilla, chocolate, peach, and cherry. I realized just how much I like to smoke and at that moment; I figured that I would be a smoker for the rest of my life. I recently discovered e-cigs and although I still dont want to quit smoking, I figure this is a healthier alternative than smoking tobacco. Im so glad that I came across this website because of the information it provided about each of the manufactures and it also lead me to SmokeTip. SmokeTip is my first e-cig that I have ever tried. | | I ordered the Smoke Tip starter kit on-line. It arrived within in a couple of days. Tracking was provided by their site, so I knew where my order was while it was en route.
I have smoked for 36 years and I have wanted to quit because the cost has jumped significantly just within the last 2-3 years and I was tired of smoking. Additonal negatives being the smell, being treated different by non-smokers because I do smoke, no longer being able to smoke in public places, etc.
I had sampled the White Cloud Cigarettes at a kiosk at the mall. I debate the cost of $189 - $249. This is a lot of money to me. I decided to do reseach and came to this site and researched all the brands which are posted. | | After reading the extensive reviews and FAQs about the ecigarettes and the various products on the market, I decided on the SmokeTip brand. I ordered on a Sunday, and my package arrived on Tuesday. I had ordered the starter pack, a few extra packs of cartridges, the travel charger, the USB bypass unit and an extra battery in black with a blue tip for those times I don't wish any hassles.
Very easy instructions and good customer service from SmokeTip people. Even got a note on my invoice telling me if I ordered a few more cartridges at the same time, I'd qualify for another $2 off per pack.
Well, I used the unit a few times and interspersed my regular analogs when I felt I wanted more of... something (couldn't quite put my finger on what I was dissatisfied with... could it just be a change that I objected to??
I had just about decided (in error, it turns out) that the only use for this thing was for a cigarette substitute when I couldn't use my analogs. Imagine my surprise when at the end of the week, I STILL hadn't boght new cartons of analogs and had unopened packs sitting around available if I really wanted them!! After the first week, I realized I was smoking LESS than 1/2 pack of analogs per day (a two pack a day DROP!)
The third week, I made a major observation.... i actually PREFERRED the taste of the cig to my analogs! OMG.... my world was upside down! I STILL haven't purchased any more cartons of cigarettes and I have pack or two still sitting here from BEFORE I purchased the SmokeTips. I am not coughing that terrible hack and I feel better!
Last thing I've noted so far is that the cartridge WILL get hot if you draw too often or too hard. The other reviewers were completely correct in saying that a long gentle pull gets the best results (a more satisying amount of smoke and nicotine)
Can't wait to try other flavors and strengths. Will keep you posted. |

Ive only had it a week, but the battery and cartridges have been reliable. One cartridge seems to last about as long as a pack of cigarettes. Ive had defective batteries and catridges from other companies. Taste is ok, but a little bland. vapor production is also pretty good, but not as good as some of the others ive tried. |

| | I am an e-cig noobie, having just purchased my SmokeTip Starter Kit this past week. I placed my order Tuesday Night (11PM), and my kit arrived Friday. I charged the first battery in a few hours and tried an e-cig for the very first time Friday evening. The physical size of the SmokeTip is a little bigger than I was used to, but in just a couple of days, I have gotten used to it.
The cig is simple to use, just screw on the cartrige & puff. Battery charging is not the simplest, though. I have trouble making sure the battery is all the way in, it feels like I'm about to break something when I put it in the charger. Battery life is great so far, though. SmokeTip says they last 3 hours, but that must be 3 hours of puffing. It is now 11:30PM, and my 2nd battery is still going strong. (started using battery 1 at 6:15AM, recharged that one after lunch, but haven't used it yet)
One of the reasons I went with SmokeTip was because of the flavors, and I have tried several so far. The flavors are subtle, not overpowering.
Smoking in the house for the first time in 15 years, and in the car again is wonderful. No more smoke burning my eyes, ashes burning my skin or the smell on me & my clothes. I will be purchasing a second kit in the next week or so, & then I will try to get my wife to make the switch. (even if she doesn't go for it, the price is great for 2 more batteries, another charger & some cartriges.)
I highly recommend SmokeTip for a first time buyer. |

The battery charges in just 3 to 4 hours. I also ordered a carrying case so I can discreetly carry the two fully-charged ecigarettes with me wherever I go. The case is worth the $10.00 because it is an extremely durable hard case that snaps securely shut. It really protects your ecigarettes.
I really liked the taste over other ecigarettes I have tried. The vapor does not burn my throat like some others, yet is strong enough to satisfy my desire for a "real" cigarette. I love the fact that I can smoke inside my car with the windows up and air-conditioning running on hot days. I am amazed! First, I smoked the SmokeTips just to "take the edge off" when I was unable to smoke in my mom's house and where I work. I no longer have that anxious feeling. Before I wanted to leave work and not go to staff meetings. I can now have a full cigarette in the privacy of my office, not break the law, and most importantly, not stink up my breath, hair, clothing and office.
