Well, what little of it I DID get to test. After reading hundreds of glowing reviews, I decided to order a quite a bit of merchandise from this company, right from the get-go. A starter kit, a PCC (personal charging case), and 3 extra packs of carts, which gave me a free extra battery, which came to well over $100.00. So, 3 days later, I got my package, and...are you ready for this...minus the starter kit. Put your coffee cup down and read that again. That wasn't a typo, and you aren't hallucinating. I actually, honest-to-God didn't get the freaking STARTER kit! What I DID get in its place was a few extra carts. Now, I'm no dummy, I'm a retired Veteran, but let me tell you, the email response I received from them would have required a team of lawyers, linguists, Stephen Hawking, and Harry Houdini to translate. I wish I was making this up, you have to see it to believe it. Anyway, what I did manage to gather was that they (I think..) were asking me to return the *extra carts* that were supposed to come with the starter kit, and something about a 2 day something-or-other and an RMA. Despite being retired, I'm still a pretty busy guy, so I didn't read that until several days later, and had inadvertently opened the packages of *extra* carts. Long story short, if they mess up your order (again, I didn't get the freaking S-T-A-R-T-E-R kit!), you will most likely wind up playing mail and email tag with them for a couple of weeks or longer. I'm blessed in the sense that I'm not hurting for money, so I told them to keep it, and that I would be going with another company. (How do you forget a STARTER KIT???? I can't emphasize that enough! It's like buying a brand new car, only the body, the frame, the wheels, and the engine are missing, leaving you with nothing but seats, a radio, a couple of seat belts, and ... well, you get the idea). You have been warned.

Service Cost/Value Battery Life: I took this product out with me the other day, and I was gone for about 14 hours. I only had to change the battery once, toward the end of the night. I'm not as avid a smoker as some people, but that's still pretty decent in my book. Amount of Vapor: Currently, I am using 0mg Clove cartridges. There is a decent amount of vapor, however it is very thin, due to the lack of nicotine. The flavor is nice and strong, but fades quickly, again due to the lack of nicotine. From now on, I'll be getting the 6mg cartridges just to make the vapor a bit thicker and to bind the flavor for longer. Customer Service: I had a couple of questions before ordering, and I filed a ticket to their CS. Literally five minutes later, they'd responded with my answer. That's the fastest I've seen any customer service for pretty much anything online. It was amazing, and they stuck to my question and didn't add any fluff to the answer. Cost/Value: Compared to other e-cigarettes, the cost of the base kit is fantastic. I'm still up in the air about the cost of cartridges, however they're in 10 packs versus 5 packs, so it likely evens out. The downside to this e-cig is that the travel case is sold separately, and is not nearly as robust as the Blu or the Volcano. Although it's sold separately, this company has a USB pass-through kit that will allow you to continuously smoke without worrying about a battery. Great for when you're at home and on the computer. Overall: This is a very good e-cig for the cost, and the company is really helpful. The cost of accessories is a bit high, but they have some unique accessories I haven't seen elsewhere.

I have took all the abuse I could take from customer service,(Kristi/owner) so I switch to another brand. Nikki commented on October 26 2012: I had a lot of trouble with them last year when I was very ill. I lost my money with this company. They did not stand behind the product that didn't work and they charged my card without permission. At the time I could not afford to keep this product and V4L (V4L was the one that worked for me) - I never got my money back from ST but when I explained everything to V4L... They gave me almost everything free to get me started and staying with them. I've been with V4L for over a year now. They have tons of sales too so you should at least call V4L. I've never seen any company stand behind their product so well. If you are honest and respectful to them, they truly want to make you happy. It cost me so much less with V4L in the long run because of their weekly sales and because thier product is solid! I tried 6 of the leaders. I suggest you call V4L and talk to them. They will help you get what you need at a price you can afford. And they have over 100 flavors and lots of product type. Good luck. Don't take the abuse of ST. The order came in 6 days. I believe the cartridges are not really equivalent to even a full pack. The taste was awesome and I really liked them but I had to reorder the next day or so. The problem was The refill cartridges took over two weeks to get here and I started back on regular cigarettes. I would have to reorder the refill packs every week in order to get them with out running out. I might try them again in the future but for now I just smoke regular cigs. It would really pay off if I could get a good deal on the refill cartridges but it would actually cots me $20.00 for around 6 packs and not knowing how long it will take the refills to arrive is not a good deal.

Service Cost/Value I spent a lot of time reading reviews before making the investment in this device. I wanted to feel confident my purchase would be worth the cost. My first impression, before I even got my order, was not so great. I ordered three cart packs so I could get a free black battery with my order to stave off some of the anti smoking people while using it. Don't want someone thinking I'm smoking a tobacco cigarette at my son's high school football games. Just wanting to avoid confrontation, right? Well, somehow while placing my order, my request for the black battery defaulted back to white. ST will not acknowledge that there was an error in processing and I must go through the RMA process, including the $10 handling fee, to swap it out. The carts: I ordered 20 of the regular flavor and a double fruit pack. The fruit flavors are amazing, and I can tell that this ecig is far superior to the "e-cigs" brand (that is the brand name, though I've never found reviews for them) I had tried already ($4.95 14 day trial). However, the "regular" flavor falls short of the flavor of the e-cigs brand regular cart. It's stronger, but not near as tobacco. Or maybe I just got a stale pack. Anyway, I want to exchange for Fruit/Tropical pack and Cowboy instead. Sounds simple, right? Not simple at all. They won't do battery and carts at the same time. There is a $3 charge to return the carts, and that's fine, I would have been better off NOT ordering 20 carts when I had yet to try the product, but I really wanted that black battery, so I did. My mistake. However, considering I most certainly DID select the black cartridge when ordering, you'd think they'd be more accommodating concerning my battery replacement. In the end, their ridiculously restrictive exchange policy wins out (that is the point after all, to deter). I'm going to just keep the regular flavor carts I'm just really not enjoying so much and exchange the battery AND order to avoid the $10 fee. Product: A CS: F

The cost of the refill carts is less and $2 and you always get free shipping. If you ever have any problems with any of your batts you can send it back & out comes another batt replacement in your next order for free. I've gone through this process of sending back for a batt. replacement without any serious hassles. The kit comes with 2 batts & in future orders you get another batt for free, so I'm collecting them, nothing wrong with having too many batts, b/c the worst thing is to have a batt lose power when you need it if you know what I mean. Okay on to the product review. this brand works well, good vapor for me, so many flavor choices. I enjoy the cafe set and my fav is menthol. I never smoked menthols, but it's an intense mint flavor that you feel go down your thoat for pretty good full thoat hit. Not bad, you can feel it nicely almost like a cig, but better b/c you don't smell, you don't ever burn-->no fire, you can take as few or as many drags as desired, and you can do it after a meal indoors or anywhere. Since buying these I don't crave nic any other way, no cigs, no chewing tobacco, no nothing but my ST. Battery life is not really a factor b/c i have enough batts. The only thing is having to charge them is a bit annoying, but hey nothing is perfect. I told my doc about these...he said you are no longer using tobacco products and that's a good thing, then he went on to say it's a step in the right direciton. You will not be disappointed going for this ecig.

I've been smoking marlboros, on the average, a pack a day since the age of 17.... well with the price of a pack of smokes in today's economy being outrageous, I figured it was time to quit giving my money to the government to burn(they get more than 50% from the sales of smokes)and decided to give ecigs. a shot. I got my ST few days ago and have not had a normal cigarette since. Don't even crave for one.. I crave to smoke and the hand/mouth thing and this e-cigarette does it.. i take a few puffs and i felt like i just smoked a regular cig.. can't believe.. there is no reason to smoke those nasty smelling things if you can get your hands on a this e-cig.. best 60 bucks i spent towards smoking. i would highly recommend this product for anybody wishing to quit smoking regular smokes..and you can smoke it inside a restaurant.. right after a meal. In Short: this prooduct works and is a good buy for both the price and quality.

I loved the free shipping and free batteries with purchase. I've only had it for a couple of days but it is working pretty well. The battery is lasting much longer than I expected. The only thing I don't like is how hard I have to draw on the cigarette to get good vapor. I'm sure it's just a matter of getting used to it. My husband loves it but want to try a stronger flavor. We have the 12mg cowboys. I also like the simplicity of only offering the one kit. The other companies almost had too many to choose from.

I have tried some of my friends ecigs and they burned my throat. Then I thought what do I have to lose trying. I found this website which offered a number of choices in ecigs. I researched each one of the top brands. I even called customer service to ensure I would get good service if I needed it and to inquire more about their products. ST was most helpful; totally explained everything I needed to know but did not push their product on me in any way. I then ordered the starter kit, full flavor. The order arrived in 3 days! I have been using this device for over 2 weeks now. This product does not burn my throat like others I tried. I have been smoking 2 packs of cigarettes a day and within these 2 weeks, while using my ST, I have cut back to a half a pack a day. I love this product. I am ordering Clover flavor today and going down to the next level in nicotine. If you are interested in quitting smoking or just wish to use an ecig, I highly recommend this brand.

I was dragging too strong and too short, which caused some droplets to collect on the nicotine cartridge/mouth part. Slow and steady wins the race, and the light on the tip/battery is a good indicator. However, you can't see this light too well outside in the sunlight. I got the peach flavor which I love -- not too strong and not too sweet. I am attempting to quit smoking, and although I wouldn't say this leaves me as satisfied as a cigarette... I have had no urge to go and buy a pack of real cigs. The vapor goes down smoothly and there's no smell or congestion that follows a real cigarette. So when I think of inhaling actual smoke again, it sounds kind of gross. So far, so good!

Service Cost/Value These eCigs are pretty good... at first my wife couldn't stand the Menthol full flavor cause it tastes as though there is Cloves in it, and she HATES cloves, but once you get used to it, you can't tell anymore... and they taste WAY better than the 21st Century we were smoking. Haven't tried all the flavors yet, but so far the Menthol is the best. The cartridges say they are the same size as the 21st Century ones, but run out much faster. Having the choice of flavors and strengths and the better taste makes these eCigs much better and so worth the money. But in the long run I really do feel that they are about the same price as the others out of the store. The free shipping and the lifetime batteries make me feel that the company is a better company than the others I've seen as well.... THANK YOU this ecig!

Customer service was slow to act and it took several attempts to resolve the matter. I was not overly impressed with it. Mine is noisy when taking a puff... Sounds like a whistle. I wasn't very fond of the taste. I was hoping for more vapor to better simulate smoke.

One had a nice, somewhat tight feel like a real cigarette when you puff, the other is very loose and you can literally feel the air escaping from the seams when you smoke. Almost impossible to use. Since one battery came working, I figured I can live with it and did not RMA it. Recently they had a new promotion where you ordered 3x10 cartridges, they give you a free battery. I took up the offer thinking I can get a good working spare battery. However, the battery that came with it turns out bad too. In fact it was so badly packed, the battery was fell outside the flimsy plastic wrap that was suppose to hold the battery. I tried to contact the support, and all they replied was a lazy copy/paste statement taken from their website about battery maintenance. Hardly any help I must say. I filed for RMA. I then left a testimonial at their website suggesting about this, but was deleted by their staffs in no less than an hour. I guess they only keep testimonials that favors them. Utterly sad and unorthodox. Their cartridges now seems to NOT last as long anymore compared to those that came with the starter kit. You can see similar complains about this on their facebook and probably other review sites. Only thing this e-cigarette is great is their free shipping and lifetime warranty. That makes ordering cartridges very affordable. Other than that, I don't think I will order from them anymore after this 30 cartridges runs out. They used to be great, but not anymore.

The last kit that I had one of the batteries stopped charging. I do enjoy the taste of its flavor, however, when the cartridge is almost done it seems to have a burnt taste to it. Also, I wish there was a better way to reach customer service in case of a default with the ST k4t. Over all, I am pretty happy with the cigarette, but I wish I would have sent it back at the 30 day trial so I could find something I better appreciated. They satisfy my need to smoke even with the 0mg nicotine carts. My husband thought I was crazy to try them, but he's sitting here next to me "borrowing" on of my e-cigs! Overall this is a great way to try e cigs for a very reasonable price. They ship very quickly...I have placed two orders with them so far and the package was in my mailbox within 2 days both times. And free shipping! They have a good selection of flavors. I got a sampler pack of ten flavors and ended up really liking the ones I thought I wouldn't: orange, banana, and pinapple. I really enjoy hookah, and these flavors are very similar, without all the bad smelling clothes and throat irritation. The only bad things I can say is I go thru the carts a little too quickly. It's easy to just keep puffing away. And they look too much like an actual cigarette, especially with the red led.

I have been a social smoker for the last 10 years, but hate the smell & congested feeling from smoking too many cigarettes in one day. My husband quit a few years ago & I guess I am just not ready to quit yet.I really hate smoking around him, because I am sure it is hard to be around the smoke when your not smoking. I've only been using this e-cig for a week, but actually prefer it to the real thing now!! Service Cost/Value I received my starter kit and vanilla atomizer last evening and couldn't wait to open it. It is a life saver. I quit smoking 3 months ago, but still find it very hard. I used it tremendously last night and since it came with 2 batteries, my husband who is a smoker has decided to give it a try to quit smoking. So glad I found them. I got the vanilla non-nicotine flavor becaue I was worried about any nicotine addiction starting up again, but I also ordererd the ten pack of the ultra with 6mg of nicotine for my husband. He smokes full flavor cigs but said he enjoyed the ultra e-cig. I was worried it wouldn't be strong enough for him but he used it all night and now takes it to work. The only problem I see is if he goes through them too quickly. Since it doesn't ever 'end' like a normal cigarette, I've suggested taking 10 hits and then putting it down. It was a great buy and I heard great things from friends who got them . ST. I have no regrets and highly recommend them to anyone.

ST was what I decided to give a try. This is the only e-cig I have tried, but am completely satisfied with it. I didn't think it would really compare to a real cigarette, but since getting it, I have not smoked a real cigarette (1 week), and in general, feel 100 times better!! There is a slight trick to it though. When I first used it, I would naturally inhale hard. and it didn't produce a good hit. You have to hit the e-cig slowly and it works GREAT!!!! I'm done with real cigarette's!!! No more ashtry's, smoke, rolling tray's, stink, always looking for a lighter, etc... This simplifies smoking and seems to have reduced my cravings overall!! Very simple and satisfying!!!

Service Cost/Value My friend who is a medical professional got me introduce to e-cigarette although I have been reading about it for some time. I was not sure of whether to try or not. My friend suggested me to give it a try since there is nothing to loose, rather to gain, in terms of cutting down the part of the habit that affects pulmonary system. In other words, the smoke and associated chemicals can be cut at once and only nicotine would be inhaled. Initially, I was skeptic and gave it a try by purchasing cheap product from one of the websites from China. The idea was to evaluate. I got a 3 piece product with 10 cartridges and a charger under $5. It was sort of OK effect wise. But one gets what one pays for. Despite of claiming that one cartridge last around 150 drags, it would last only around maximum of 30. Although I am not a chain smoker and used to smoke only 2-3 regular 100 mm cigarettes a day, one cartridge would last a day max. Many a times I would have to pull another cartridge out. I wasn't satisfied with the experience. Then I purchased this e-cigarette as suggested by my friend (he also uses it). Thankfully I did. The introductory kit comes with pre-charged batteries so that one can start using immediately. Charge lasts longer as I have charged just once in last ten days (I smoke less). In fact, I am still using the first cartridge. On an average, everyday, I may have smoked around 30-40 drags. I get the effect fine. So, overall experience is good and claims made by this e-cig company appears to be valid in my experience. On top of that, they provide lifetime warranty and replacements. They have many a flavors. In fact, I used to dislike menthol before and have purchased Cowboy (Marlboro) full flavor (16 mg)... But my friend gave one menthol full flavor cartridge he purchased and a I kind of liked that too.. I think next I shall go for an assorted one, just to taste all flavors but of 12 mg.... The habit has become kind of play now for me... Thank you ST...

Service Cost/Value I had never tried an electronic cigerette before so I decided to do a little reserch on line. this product had a lot of very good reviews, appeared very comprable in price and seemed to have many more flovors of cartriges than a lot of the other websights I had checked out. My order came very quickly which made me quite happy. I was completly surprised to find how closly smoking my ST was to having a real cigerette. The regular flavor was fine. I was also very surprised to find that there was a lot of other flavors that I thourally enjoyed. I have no problem with the amount of vapor. It satisfys that feeling of inhaling. I can not say enouph good things about my new this device. I have tried every quit smoking product and trend out there, and this is the only thing that I have found that satisfys my cravings. I have already recomended it several other people.

I ordered on Saturday, and it arrived on Monday! The quick shipping was very impressive. I have been using my ST set since then, and have cut down from a pack and a half a day to 2 cigarettes a day! I found their "Cowboy" flavor (Marlboro-esque) to be a little sweeter than I really like, but the Coffee flavor is excellent! I like my ST so well, I have recommended to 3 other people so far - one friend tried my e-cig, and ordered her own starter kit today. I ordered the USB Passthrough accessory, but the one I received didn't work - no problem! Customer service was friendly and helpful, and are sending out a new one tomorrow. I have no comlaints so far, and will continue to advise smoker friends to try this ecig!

The cartridge doesn't seem like a pack or more of actual cigerattes. Also, the last kit that I had one of the batteries stopped charging. I do enjoy the taste of its flavor, however, when the cartridge is almost done it seems to have a burnt taste to it. Also, I wish there was a better way to reach customer service in case of a default with the ST kit. Battery life seems to last a pretty long time. The price is a lot better than most companys. Kelly commented on March 11 2012: I was very happy with this e-cigarette in the beginning. However, the last packs of cartridges I ordered have been almost empty. The quality seems to be going downhill fast. It seems the cartridges in the "starter packs" are much better than the refills. I think I may need to find a new brand.

This e-cig has impressed me with battery performance, consistent cartomizer performance, all with free shipping and lifetime battery guarantee. The Blu was just so "not enough", and I never got a response from customer service when contacted. The Premium invested in, only to have the batteries replaced 3 times in 4 months (customer service good; product not so much). I have no complaints about this product, and would definitely recommend them.

The flavor cartridges (I got Cowboy b/c I used to smoke Marlboro & that was the recommendation)leave a little to be desired. I like a strong flavor & throat hit and this device is decent in that respect. Ovaerall, a good value. I like the lifetime warranty on the battery. I have had batteries quit after 2 months of average use in the past, so I am hoping for a longer life from STs.
