Well, what little of it I DID get to test. After reading hundreds of glowing reviews, I decided to order a quite a bit of merchandise from this company, right from the get-go. A starter kit, a PCC (personal charging case), and 3 extra packs of carts, which gave me a free extra battery, which came to well over $100.00. So, 3 days later, I got my package, and...are you ready for this...minus the starter kit. Put your coffee cup down and read that again. That wasn't a typo, and you aren't hallucinating. I actually, honest-to-God didn't get the freaking STARTER kit! What I DID get in its place was a few extra carts. Now, I'm no dummy, I'm a retired Veteran, but let me tell you, the email response I received from them would have required a team of lawyers, linguists, Stephen Hawking, and Harry Houdini to translate. I wish I was making this up, you have to see it to believe it. Anyway, what I did manage to gather was that they (I think..) were asking me to return the *extra carts* that were supposed to come with the starter kit, and something about a 2 day something-or-other and an RMA. Despite being retired, I'm still a pretty busy guy, so I didn't read that until several days later, and had inadvertently opened the packages of *extra* carts. Long story short, if they mess up your order (again, I didn't get the freaking S-T-A-R-T-E-R kit!), you will most likely wind up playing mail and email tag with them for a couple of weeks or longer. I'm blessed in the sense that I'm not hurting for money, so I told them to keep it, and that I would be going with another company. (How do you forget a STARTER KIT???? I can't emphasize that enough! It's like buying a brand new car, only the body, the frame, the wheels, and the engine are missing, leaving you with nothing but seats, a radio, a couple of seat belts, and ... well, you get the idea). You have been warned.

The order came in 6 days. I believe the cartridges are not really equivalent to even a full pack. The taste was awesome and I really liked them but I had to reorder the next day or so. The problem was The refill cartridges took over two weeks to get here and I started back on regular cigarettes. I would have to reorder the refill packs every week in order to get them with out running out. I might try them again in the future but for now I just smoke regular cigs. It would really pay off if I could get a good deal on the refill cartridges but it would actually cots me $20.00 for around 6 packs and not knowing how long it will take the refills to arrive is not a good deal.

The cost of the refill carts is less and $2 and you always get free shipping. If you ever have any problems with any of your batts you can send it back & out comes another batt replacement in your next order for free. I've gone through this process of sending back for a batt. replacement without any serious hassles. The kit comes with 2 batts & in future orders you get another batt for free, so I'm collecting them, nothing wrong with having too many batts, b/c the worst thing is to have a batt lose power when you need it if you know what I mean. Okay on to the product review. this product works well, good vapor for me, so many flavor choices. I enjoy the cafe set and my fav is menthol. I never smoked menthols, but it's an intense mint flavor that you feel go down your thoat for pretty good full thoat hit. Not bad, you can feel it nicely almost like a cig, but better b/c you don't smell, you don't ever burn-->no fire, you can take as few or as many drags as desired, and you can do it after a meal indoors or anywhere. Since buying these I don't crave nic any other way, no cigs, no chewing tobacco, no nothing but my ST. Battery life is not really a factor b/c i have enough batts. The only thing is having to charge them is a bit annoying, but hey nothing is perfect. I told my doc about these...he said you are no longer using tobacco products and that's a good thing, then he went on to say it's a step in the right direciton. You will not be disappointed going for this device.

I loved the free shipping and free batteries with purchase. I've only had it for a couple of days but it is working pretty well. The battery is lasting much longer than I expected. The only thing I don't like is how hard I have to draw on the cigarette to get good vapor. I'm sure it's just a matter of getting used to it. My husband loves it but want to try a stronger flavor. We have the 12mg cowboys. I also like the simplicity of only offering the one kit. The other companies almost had too many to choose from.

Service Cost/Value These eCigs are pretty good... at first my wife couldn't stand the Menthol full flavor cause it tastes as though there is Cloves in it, and she HATES cloves, but once you get used to it, you can't tell anymore... and they taste WAY better than the 21st Century we were smoking. Haven't tried all the flavors yet, but so far the Menthol is the best. The cartridges say they are the same size as the 21st Century ones, but run out much faster. Having the choice of flavors and strengths and the better taste makes these eCigs much better and so worth the money. But in the long run I really do feel that they are about the same price as the others out of the store. The free shipping and the lifetime batteries make me feel that the company is a better company than the others I've seen as well.... THANK YOU this ecig!

The last kit that I had one of the batteries stopped charging. I do enjoy the taste of its flavor, however, when the cartridge is almost done it seems to have a burnt taste to it. Also, I wish there was a better way to reach customer service in case of a default with the ST k4t. Over all, I am pretty happy with the cigarette, but I wish I would have sent it back at the 30 day trial so I could find something I better appreciated. I have been a social smoker for the last 10 years, but hate the smell & congested feeling from smoking too many cigarettes in one day. My husband quit a few years ago & I guess I am just not ready to quit yet.I really hate smoking around him, because I am sure it is hard to be around the smoke when your not smoking. I've only been using this e-cigarette for a week, but actually prefer it to the real thing now!! ST was what I decided to give a try. This is the only e-cig I have tried, but am completely satisfied with it. I didn't think it would really compare to a real cigarette, but since getting it, I have not smoked a real cigarette (1 week), and in general, feel 100 times better!! There is a slight trick to it though. When I first used it, I would naturally inhale hard. and it didn't produce a good hit. You have to hit the e-cig slowly and it works GREAT!!!! I'm done with real cigarette's!!! No more ashtry's, smoke, rolling tray's, stink, always looking for a lighter, etc... This simplifies smoking and seems to have reduced my cravings overall!! Very simple and satisfying!!!

Service Cost/Value I had never tried an electronic cigerette before so I decided to do a little reserch on line. this e-cig had a lot of very good reviews, appeared very comprable in price and seemed to have many more flovors of cartriges than a lot of the other websights I had checked out. My order came very quickly which made me quite happy. I was completly surprised to find how closly smoking my ST was to having a real cigerette. The regular flavor was fine. I was also very surprised to find that there was a lot of other flavors that I thourally enjoyed. I have no problem with the amount of vapor. It satisfys that feeling of inhaling. I can not say enouph good things about my new this product. I have tried every quit smoking product and trend out there, and this is the only thing that I have found that satisfys my cravings. I have already recomended it several other people.

I ordered on Saturday, and it arrived on Monday! The quick shipping was very impressive. I have been using my ST set since then, and have cut down from a pack and a half a day to 2 cigarettes a day! I found their "Cowboy" flavor (Marlboro-esque) to be a little sweeter than I really like, but the Coffee flavor is excellent! I like my ST so well, I have recommended to 3 other people so far - one friend tried my e-cig, and ordered her own starter kit today. I ordered the USB Passthrough accessory, but the one I received didn't work - no problem! Customer service was friendly and helpful, and are sending out a new one tomorrow. I have no comlaints so far, and will continue to advise smoker friends to try this device!

This brand has impressed me with battery performance, consistent cartomizer performance, all with free shipping and lifetime battery guarantee. The Blu was just so "not enough", and I never got a response from customer service when contacted. The Premium invested in, only to have the batteries replaced 3 times in 4 months (customer service good; product not so much). I have no complaints about this ecig, and would definitely recommend them.

Service Cost/Value I ordered my Starter Kit (this e-cigarette Kit Regular 6mg) at the beginning of October. I received it in a few days (free shipping) and I was positively affected about it. This was the first e-cigarette I'd ever used, so I had nothing to compare to, but it was as I expected. The box was so elegant. Immediately I thought that to have two batteries could be so useful, especially if you can charge them everywhere thanks to the USB. The regular flavor wasn't bad, but I needed a couple of days to get use to it. Within three cartridges, unexpectedly I did not feel the need to smoke more and I quit. (Before this e-cig I smoked about 5 cigarettes/day. I was pleasantly surprised to quit without strain, because it was my ultimate goal). I never used the customer service, so I can't review it.

I hated smelling like tobacco and it was stinking up my apartment building. So I went online and did some research and found that this product had the best reviews. I bought a kit and tried it and was so amazed!!!! I wish I discovered this earlier. Now I can smoke in front of my brother's new born kid without having to leave the room! I don't stink up the building anymore and I don't have to look for a lighter anymore. I love it. No more smoking all those harsh chemicals that are in cigarettes....like carpet glue! I hope i get to fully quit soon but, like i said, i was amazed and fully satisfied with my purchase from ST!!!!

The regular flavor isn't bad, the almond flavor is good, but the clove flavor is definitely my favorite! Vapor is adequate, but I think I should have ordered the 16mg cartridges, instead of the 12mg, and cut back later. This is the first e-cigarette I've used, so have nothing to compare to, but I would definitely recommend this device to anyone trying to quit smoking. I haven't had the need to contact customer service yet, but communication has been good with regard to my purchase.

I ordered other ecigaretes (sorry don't want to bash on them) they were great until I didn't get this brand. Vapor is better, quality of battery is much better and longer... and on top of that all they have Cowboy flavor! Cowboy flavor is somewhat close to real deal (m...) has more of a sweet taste/feel m... anyway am glad I went with this ecig this time. This is my 4th week w.o any real cigarettes.. tried chantix,gum and patches nothing outperformed the ecig... I guess I have more of a habit holding cigarette than nicotine addiction...

Not only is it less expensive than traditional smokes but it is better for you and you can use it almost anywhere. I bought the ST because of all the wonderful reviews, lifetime warranty, free shipping and the website was so much easier to understand than other brands. I have a back up pack of Marlboro Ultra Lights but since I got my ST I haven't been tempted to light even one. It does take a little bit of getting used to but now I prefer the taste over traditional smokes. The tobacco flavor has a sweet taste to it. I also ordered the Marlboros but have yet to receive them. All I can say is don't hesitate to order from ST, you won't be disappointed! You will save a lot of money and feel a lot better!!!!

ST stood out to me because of their 'Bare Bones'& 'Plain English' way of marketing their product. Their Website was easy to use & comprehend. Not too much there to confuse or mislead people into oblivion. Their 30 Day Money Back Guarantee along with their Life Time Warranty (on batteries) also made it appealing. Their two piece (cartomizer & battery) design was also something I was looking for. Pre-filled & no mess or hassle for a first time user. The price of $59.95 was also right down my alley as far as being what I was willing to spend to give their product a try. I think, a -great deal- for a package that gives you all you need to get started. The two batteries was also an incentive along with the USB adapter. Batteries come ALREADY charged? That was a BIG plus. Could produce more vapor but not terribly bad. Battery life is a HUGE improvement over blu cig's batteries. I would say if you could combine blu Cig's amount of vapor with this device's battery life, you would have a PERFECT product! Overall, not too bad. Not too bad. I really enjoy my ST. Super fast shipping. Great deal. After using the smoke for about 2 weeks I am very satisfied. They claim that 1 cartridge is 1.25 packs of cigs but I am not too sure about that. The cartridge seems to go dry before that but maybe I am smoking it more than I think. Vapor is pretty good. My buddies eGoT (or something like that) puts out more vapor but the ST is much more convenient. Overall I would recommend this smoke, especially if you can get it for $20 off.

Service Cost/Value After doing hours of research and deciding between PG and VG, i decided to pull the trigger on ST. I was looking at Safe Cig initially b/c a friend was using it, but after reading reviews about their poor customer service, i moved on. Then, i was looking at ProSmoke and was about to buy that product, but then i read that VG, when heated beyond 280C, it turns into acrolein. Also, PG used in e-cigs is of food-grade quality and commonly used in inhalers and is deemed FDA-safe. So, i decided to take another look at e-cigs that use PG. Plus, i also like a good throat hit and i've read that VG doesnt provide as good a throat hit as PG. Therefore, i looked at others and compared them to ProSmoke. So, i looked at this ecig based on the fact that it got the most reviews on here and that they were mostly positive. The icing on the cake for me with this e-cigarette was two-fold: its lifetime warranty as opposed to ProSmoke's 1-year warranty; and this e-cig's battery uses the KR808D-1 model, which is a highly regarded model for vaping and it also means you dont necessarily have to buy cartomizers from ST, but rather you can go online and just search for cartomizers that fit the KR808D-1 model. B/c of these reasons, i chose this product. However, ProSmoke might possibly use the same model, but i dont know. I ordered the starter kit for $59.95. Delivery was very fast. The batteries came charged right out of the box. After connecting the cartomizer to the battery, the weight is a little heavier than a cigarette. Its about 1/4 longer and slightly bigger in diameter than a cigarette. The throat hit is that of a Camel light and the vapor is a little less than a cigarette. The key to using it is to take slow drags, not fast drags like you would on a cigarette. If you keep this in mind, then each drag is adequate. I havent felt the need to smoke a cigarette since. In conclusion, i would recommend this device to anyone looking for an alternative to cigarettes. Steve commented on November 02 2011: @Jack: after hours of research (again) re: cartomizers, i've come to the conclusion that i would best be served by buying the e-juice and filling the cartomizers myself. There are too many unknowns with regard to buying pre-filled cartomizers, such as consistency and the amount of nicotine that youre actually getting in the pre-filled ones. Also, there is a great youtube video from a user named Dr. Vapor that shows you the EASIEST way to fill a cartomizer. Using this method, there is no need to take apart the blank/spent cartomizer in order to fill it. Using the cartomizers that came with the kit, just buy the e-juice (i bought from myvaporstore.com) and using one of the two plastic tips that come with the cartomizer, fill up the tips (use the one that does NOT have the plastic needle in it) with 3/4 of e-juice, and then insert the metal end of the cartomizer (the end that directly screws on to the battery) slowly into the tips. The pressure will force feed the e-juice thru the hole and voila, the cartomizer is filled. Just wipe off the excess e-juice off of the cartomizer and youre ready to smoke. Buying and using your own e-juice is the best way to ensure youre getting the amount and consistency you want and it opens up a whole realm of flavors and strengths. Obviously, you'll need to buy blank cartomizers eventually as they dont last long, but blank ones are cheap and its nice knowing that you can fill it up with whatever you want AND you get a lot of e-juice in a bottle for less than $5.00. jack commented on October 27 2011: Great review and info. I recieved my starter kits for me and my fiance within 3 days. They were fully charged when we got them and was able to start vaporing right away. I am a menthol smoker and she is a regular. The price is great and so is their products. The menthol is smooth like a Salem. I liked the cherry flavor and can't wait to try the other flavors. She said she really likes the coffee flavor. I work twelve hour shifts and the battery last the whole day before I had to switch. That is awesome. The cartridge lasted the whole day and half of the morning the next day. Just puff a few times here and there is doing the job instead of trying to smoke an actual cigarette. ST may have been lower on the list of reviews but after researching many websites about all the different e-cigs, I decided to go with ST and very glad I did. The battery and cartridges last a very long time. There is a lot of vapor that is produced and I am able to blow smoke rings and such just like real smoke. I have not had to contact Customer Service yet but I am sure they will do really good so I am giving them full rating also.

They have awesome customer service and fast shipping. The cost is wonderful. Vapor could be better and battery life seems to fade rather quickly but they do offer free battery replacement.

The taste is better than any regular cigarette I've tried. I went with the light cartridges (12 mg) which to me seems pretty strong still. And the drag is pretty easy. I received the order within 2 days of placing it. The first brand I tried was the 'Smoking everywhere,' wasting over $100 to find out it's a huge scam. After that I didn't place much hope in the electronic concept. The thought of feeling super light-headed again after each inhale wasn't all that appealing. But after a lot of homework, I'm glad I gave this one a chance and would def. recommend it.
