2 years ago I started using SafeCigs and things were great. Then the first set of problems was with customer service. They seem to be doing better lately on that count. Now, it's the quality control, or lack thereof. The new batteries aren't powerful enough to ignite the filters. This is a new problem because my oldest batteries work great. Unfortunately, all but one of them no longer works. Now, the refills are terrible. Some don't last at all; others do not even provide vapor or taste at all. This is a perfect example of a good company with a good idea not paying attention to details. Someone at SafeCig needs to contact their manufacturers and tell them to get thing right or they are fired. I can't do business with SafeCig anymore. It's a shame, because they started so well.

I agree with you! Not only THAT, I can't even get an order through now, because of something to do with being in California and their website doesn't work for proving age. I called Customer Service and they basically flipped me off verbally saying they couldn't do it either and they don't care, that California won't effect their 'bottom line'. So my investment in their 'kit' is worthless now, and my last pack of refills are 'empty' (this has happened to me twice now). I wish I could get my money back for the original kit, as it's useless to me now. And twice now I've spent money on refills that did NOT work! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service! They were good in the beginning, but got too big for their britches.

I thought I was the only one having problems with the SafeCig. Now I know better. It started great until they sent me some original refills that were nasty. I think they were very old. Anyway, I had a hell of a time with customer service, or the lack of it. Firstly, they wouldn't even reply. Then they sent me more bad product. They tasted like burnt peanuts, not menthol cigs. Four months later after contacting the BBB they finally fixed the problem. Now, the refills don't last and when a battery went bad, the new one wouldn't work. I've sent it back. Bottom line is that they had a good product by no customer service. They let quality control go out the door and now only care about your money. First orders came in three days; don't expect them to be processed for that amount of time anymore. Shame on them.

Everything you read in the above comments are true. No need to repeat as it all has been said. While I am grateful for quitting the company fails miserably in its customer service aspect. You can't even speak to a rep. When they do finally e-mail you back the information is vague and the demeanor is condessending The had back ordered all tips, had shipping issues with USPS and were still taking orders with out mention. The tips do not last. I just order two sets of the three pack batteries and three of the six will not charge. I asked to have them replaced and they wanted my copy of the invoice. Seriously, they have my e-mail address and can look up the order. Incidentally do you notice they need your order number to post this comment and validate the post.....Gee...No tickie ...no shirtie..If you do send any Life Time warranty item back, make sure you send it signed mail...They claimed they did not receive my item until I produced the confirmation number...funy how that changed so quickly. If anyone can recommend a new company...PLEASE POST...I hate ungrateful companies that don't realize the WE KEEP THEM IN BUSINESS...Hey SAFECIG...your NOT the only game in town

Bought the regular safecig start kit and then the Safecig Micro. The Micro is by far the best due to it's vapor, ease of use, size and looks. However it's been proven time and time again through out history that when companys customer service sucks, so does the company it self. Safecig is no exception. The various negative reviews are right on the money. The customer service is absolutly useless and in some cases makes you feel as if it's just there for show.

This product is largly designed to keep you away from smoking real cigerettes but the refills people enjoy and want to buy are never in stock. It's like a grocery store having customers come in and putting Out of stock signs on just about everything...why open for business?

This company would of dominated the market had they built a quality customer service department along with making sure they had their products in stock.

If you are lucky enough to get some of the refills you want don't bank on them all working. My last pack I had 1 prematurly burn out (No liquid), 1 was clogged and another some how bled juice out the hole and I had to toss it as it was going in my mouth. The other 4 however worked...was disappointing none the less that I paid for those other three! My 2nd battery has also just recently crapped out on me, customer service has yet to reply on day 6 now so im now looking for an alternative company. Was good while it worked.

I agree, I've never experienced such poor customer service. The products I've purchased have been great, when they finally arrive. The "service" they use to track order shipments is completely useless, also, it's been my experience, that their staff has no clue when orders will ship. If they can get it together, they potentially could have a pretty good company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The product was great at one time, lately the filters run out very fast and leak. I have been waiting 3 weeks on an order I placed. I got on live chat and was told I could place another order and that the filters are in stock. So I asked them to honor the order I had already placed and then I got no response. The email "customer service" is HORRID! There are many other ecig companies out there, my first piece of advice is to see if you can reach a real person before dealing with any company. I just want my money back at this point, but I cannot even get a response.

this product is always out of stock. They charged me for an order three weeks ago and have not shipped it. There is no customer service. They do not reply to complaints. I will switch companies and try to get my money back. Anyone have another E -cig company/ product that you like?

Same boat here! I love my micro and with success in kicking the traditional habit. The problem is I am down to 2 cartriges and now have zero options for refills. I can understand having a shortage of 1 flavor but to have 90% of your refill options out of sock for over a month is just not ok. I really liked this product and its true to its name. I convinved 2 friends to try and they are now reminding me every other day "when they getting more in stock Dave"

Great product when its in stock. i will be ordering a blu cig or zero cig tomorrow. I wish SC would have tried harder to work with the ones who are thankful for their technology.

This device customer service is horrible. I would not reccomend the to anyone. It is impossible to speak to a live person, email is the only customer service available. I have sent the emails on several occasions and it has taken them days to respond. Choose another company, don't make an investment in a provider with so little focus on customer care.

just be honest and tell people when you are out of product don't leave us hanging waiting for an order. worst customer service i've seen. forget about being able to talk to someone, you can't !!! they won't be around much longer with the way they run this company. better look for another brand. Nicotek Metro is as good a product and you can buy them locally in stores like 7 11

I have tried many e-cigarette brands including buying my own parts/liquids and have always found this brand to be the best. Unfortunately the customer service is so poor that I no longer feel comfortable ordering from this company. I put in a ticket about a month or two ago about an order in which I received the wrong flavor of cartridges. The ticket is still open to this day. I decided to chalk it up as a loss and re-order the flavor that I wanted. On November 28th I placed another order. Usually I am notified of my product being processed/shipping within a day. My order is still being processed well over a week later and I am now out of cartridges. I have filed 4 tickets in the past 5 days(the first on december 3rd)and none of the tickets have been assigned or looked at, including my original one from over a month ago.

I am now very concerned as I don't know if I'm every going to receive this product and it seems that there is no way to contact the safeCig team as they do not answer tickets nor is there a phone # to reach anyone at. I tried the sales line but they told me they can't do anything for me and there is no manager or other line I can call. They stated my only option is putting in a ticket, which at this point is clearly not an option. I am now out of cartridges and no longer feel comfortable doing business with SafeCig, and at this point am hoping I can get my money refunded. I will be calling my credit card company shortly.

I have tried numerous electronic cigarettes. This ecig is far and above the best product
on the market. At first everything went smoothly with customer service then they descended into a "ghost" company. They short changed my orders, sent wrong refills,
ran out of the refills I wanted. They only responded once to about 2 dozen emails I
sent, saying "we'll get back to you" - never happened. I invested in refills that fit
this e-cigarette batteries, was disappointed in them. This is a company that should go straight
to H---. Pay back can be a b---- and they probably will pay by going bankrupt. Even
that is too good for them. They are despicable treacherous, dishonest, and they just
don't give a d---. I will probably eventually invest in south beach smoke and hope
they have a more honorable approach to customers.

Customer service with this company SUCKS!! I bought the system for myself and for my dad and both of our batteries fried. Customer service has not returned any of my emails (12 of them so far) over the past month. Using their 'on line chat' service or calling their advertised phone number will get you absolutely no where. I too am moving on to another company and hoping for better results. It's really too bad that this company has let their customer service be their down-fall. It WAS a good product.

I'm very confused about the high ratings for this company.
I have had nothing but trouble from the start. The product is at best, ok.
The refill quality is not consistent. More than a few refills have not worked properly.
What is much worse though, is their customer service. Or should I say, lack of customer service. No one can help you on the phone unless you are placing an order. Then, each time you e-mail them, you get a reply that says they will look into your issue within 48 hours. I have been going back and forth with them for over 4 weeks now, trying to resolve a issue.
That is not even my major complaint. What I feel is much worse is that they are consistently out of the refils I need. I have twice now had to order different refills than what I usually use just to get something! Today, I was told they are completely out of ALL menthol refills and have no idea when they will be in. I was told the only way for me to find out when they would be restocked is to keep checking the website.
GOODBYE safeCig, I am as of today moving to a new company. This is NOT customer service to me.

I totally agree with you. I invested my hard earn money in their product. Had to order refill filters from other co. which I did not like. Now I am stuck with three batteies and chargers,that I can not use because they are out of refills,still waiting for my order I placed 3wks ago and the total of $85.00 I contacted the BBB. i can go on and on about this co.

I have had many DEFECTIVE REFILLS, especially in my last order. I bought 12 packs. 4 packs were bad. I have been completely frustrated with the inconsistency of the refills. The problems I've had. Clogged refills, chemical leaks, hard to draw, becomes hot shortening battery life, weak flavor, extremely short life.
When I get a good refill, it will last me approx 1-1/2 days. When they are good, they are really good.
I just notice some of the clogged refills are missing a tiny air hole below the screw mount which is obviously a defect. I have emailed customer service and talked to the online chat support. It's been 10 days and have not heard back. Seems they are too cheap to replace 4 packs and are writing me off. Do the math dudes. I've spent over $500 so far.

I did a lot of research before deciding on this e-cig. All the reviews were good and I liked the two piece design. I chose classic and really liked the flavor. I took a bit to adjust to the e-cig (larger and heavier). At first everything was fine, fast shipping, good quality, timely answers to questions. I was so proud of myself for doing some research and choosing a good company. WHAT HAPPENED!!?? The last month, nothing but trouble. NO customer service and out of stock!! Out of stock!? Emails go unanswered. Its like a scam no one warned you about. Buy a product then they disappear! Now I'm stuck with a hundred bucks worth of batteries and chargers I cant use. Looking for another brand it's just hard to let go of another hundred and fifty bucks to start all over! If you're looking for an e-cig brand only available online find one with some real customer service and a rep for keeping supplies in stock. This product is not it!

If you want to learn how not to run a company, do business with The SafeCig. I can't begin to tell you the problems I've had from a battery having a meltdown in front of my eyes to endless requests from customer service (which really doesn't exist) in which they refuse to respond. If you call "customer service" for lack of a better term, you are told to e-mail them. And when you do that, you get an auto-response that states they'll get back to you, but they never do. Getting a picture, yet! So here's the truth: Concerning E Cigs, you have enough alternatives that are so much better I hope you don't have to learn the hard way like I did. Oh, and for the record, if you write a review on their website that they don't like, they just don't post it. How's that for honesty. P.S. The micro e cigs don't even taste like tobacco at all. I threw it all away before finishing the cartridges. A Joke. And lastly, I have tried several times to get a response from a batch of mis-labeled cartridges which were supposed to be menthol, but weren't. So when I e-mailed them what did they do: Sent me one box of mis-labeled cartridges. They didn't even care about what was going on so they could correct the situation.

Don't order from this company!!! They say if there is a problem that they will make it right, what you get is the run around. They are happy to take your money, but will send you your order when they get around to it. They have no customer service.

At first I was very impressed with safecig, not so much anymore, I ordered refill cartridges on Feb. 6 and today is Feb. 24 and still have not recieved them, tryed contacting the company several times, and all I get is the run around. So my 130 dollar investment isnt looking very good.
