I have had my this product for about a year, It has worked flawlessly for me since the day it arrived I have recently purchased the Portable Charging Case Kit to keep my batteries charged on the go. I have been getting abot 2-3 normal packs out of my cartomizers and now that i can refill them up to 5 times each this will save me $$$. Customer Service is awesome i had the gray ember fall off one of my batteries and sent it back to them with an RMA and they sent me a brand new battery back. This device may not be rated as the best but I have tried others and it by far is the BEST.

I have looked at a lot of reviews for e-cigs, and found this brand site. A couple of things got my attention. One is that they are made locally and that the price was very reasonable. I ordered a disposable and was happy with them. The vapor is great and the flavors seen to be ok. Two things that you need to do is keep the rubber stopper on the end of the cig so it doesn't dry out. Also, the battery doesn't seem to hold a very good charge. Fortunately, the disposable will also charge. So if you don't care about charging too much, i feel it is a good deal. The refills are comparable with other brands. Customer service via email responded to complaints in 24 hours. You have to send the faulty product back to them, but they will replace it without problems.
