| | Pure XL isn't the cheapest unit out there, nor is it the lightest, slickest or handiest but it is the best, most reliable I have tried. I've been extremely happy with the cartridge flavors and while I have encountered a bad cartridge or two, the failure rate is negligible (only a fraction of a percentage). Pure's customer service has been pretty top notch, though I've had little need for them. For complaints of carts burning, it's possible the button is getting stuck and the battery is over-heating. And for those complaints about carts running out prematurely, make sure you're storing horizontally (not vertically) to avoid potential leakage. And for those who still aren't happy with Pure and plan to switch, I highly recommend avoiding Blu at all cost! |

| | I ordered the pure XL, and it was great for about a day. Then the cartridges started to actually burn, and the taste would be foul. I bought some more cartridges hoping it was a fluke, but no it happened again. I emailed the company and they said they would replace it. I got the new one hoping it would work perfectly, but alas the same thing happened. I am thinking about buying the blu cigs, as I like the disposable ones, but am worried about this burning happening again and if anyone else has encountered this. |
| I love, love, LOVE my Pure XL. Except for the fact that it's huge... but that's what you get when you go XL. I somehow damaged the battery unit threads and had to send it in for replacement (Pure has excellent customers service I might add). Meanwhile I got caught up in Blu's awesome marketing and decided to buy their starter kit, thinking maybe I'd love it more than my Pure - or would have a great back up unit, worse case scenario. Turns out that wasn't worse case... Blu is terrible. Simply awful. Cartridge life and battery charge aren't a fraction of what Blu advertises. Some carts come straight out of the box tasting like toxic waste - then some will last 8 or 9 hours and some last 1 or 2. Further, the Blu produces minimal vapor and no throat hit whatsoever. With Pure, the cartridge flavors are great, as is the vapor and TH. $75 Blu kit, straight in the trash. I'll keep vaping my $40 PureXL. |

| | Just started using the disposable single Pure e-cig, 700 puffs per cig, about 2.5 days for me. I am getting accoustemed and really like the idea of not smelling like crap from smoking. The taste is overall good and has helped with my craving for the real smokes. Like I said I am just starting out and looking forward to my new smokeless environment. I plan on updating my progress over the next month as I venture into the Pure Brand e-cigs, good health and luck to all. |

| | My wife and I ordered a deluxe kit for the two of us with 2 disposables added on. The cartridges that came with the package lasted nearly a week ( 3 a piece )and having a premium battery ( blue tip ) with a backup (red tip) was a great intro...however, when we ordered more cartridges, half of them stopped working well before they were supposed to, or simply clogged up altogether. We wrote this off as user experience and tried again, only to be met with the same results. When I contacted Pure to let them know that the cartridges weren't up to the quality that had previously been sent, they simply replied with "oh we're sorry, but due to the disposable nature of our cartridges, we can't give you a refund." That's fine I thought simply replace the ones we have and we'll send you the crappy ones back. Nope, same speech - disposable - no warranty. Well, I do understand that, really I do, but when your product can't perform because of faulty cartridges, then all you have is an expensive paper weight. After that my blue tip battery crapped out, and I sent the entire thing back for a refund. The shipping was too expensive to deal with and each cartridge that did last, lasted about a day and a half if you were lucky. Great flavors, great tech, poor handling of servicing the customer. I'm still awaiting my refund...it's been five days since they received it back, one since they told me I was getting a refund. |

| | I have been using the non XL Pure Ecig for about 2 months now. I very much enjoy it, but the vapor is quite weak. I tried the XL my aunt purchased and it's even weaker. Im looking for something with a bit more vapor now. The price of the cartridges is quite insane as well. Battery works well. I got 2 with my kit, and i use about 1.5 bat per day. that's not too bad. |

| | This company is horrible and their customer service is a joke. I used the product for less than a month and it no longer works. I contacted customer service to get a warranty replacement and they do not honor their 1 year warranty. |

| | That other review must be talking about Blu because Pure Cigs is amazing. The new XL is the longest lasting battery and the vapor is insane. I am sure this is just another site that won't publish real reviews though. |
| I am not sure that your review is real or not but as you can see: it has been published! |

| | Very unhappy with this product: the batteries do not last very long at all and there is very little vapor. The taste is weird as well ... |
