Battery LifeSmoke/VaporCust. Service Cost/Value post comment | My wife and I ordered a deluxe kit for the two of us with 2 disposables added on. The cartridges that came with the package lasted nearly a week ( 3 a piece )and having a premium battery ( blue tip ) with a backup (red tip) was a great intro...however, when we ordered more cartridges, half of them stopped working well before they were supposed to, or simply clogged up altogether. We wrote this off as user experience and tried again, only to be met with the same results. When I contacted Pure to let them know that the cartridges weren't up to the quality that had previously been sent, they simply replied with "oh we're sorry, but due to the disposable nature of our cartridges, we can't give you a refund." That's fine I thought simply replace the ones we have and we'll send you the crappy ones back. Nope, same speech - disposable - no warranty. Well, I do understand that, really I do, but when your product can't perform because of faulty cartridges, then all you have is an expensive paper weight. After that my blue tip battery crapped out, and I sent the entire thing back for a refund. The shipping was too expensive to deal with and each cartridge that did last, lasted about a day and a half if you were lucky. Great flavors, great tech, poor handling of servicing the customer. I'm still awaiting my refund...it's been five days since they received it back, one since they told me I was getting a refund. | |
