I got a Provari two days ago. Today, the atomizer stopped working. I contacted this product via the website (the "Contact Us" submission form leads to a time-out) and after a while got a reply to click through the device and reply with the reading. I did, and still have no response back to help me out. Nothing. I paid $250 for the full starter kit and can't use ANY of it.
