I feel like I made the right choice. The batteries last over 24 hours on a full charge and the cartridges seem to last about three days. I bought this starter kit over 6 weeks ago, and still have a while to go before i re-order. The flavors are excellent (Vanilla and coffee are my faves) and I can't wait to go through the plain tobacco ones I have so I can get more flavored. I spent the extra money on the deluxe for the carrying case and have drawn many a jealous eye. It's sleek, convenient and I haven't had to recharge the battery yet. This so much better than smoking... I'll never go back.

The other brand I used you had to throw it away because it was not rechargeable. The only thing that I dislike would have to be that the flavor doesn't last very long. Service Cost/Value Both my husband and I are smokers, so when we bought a new pickup in January that had NEVER been smoked in, we knew we had to alter our smoking habits a bit. We had already been using this brand E-Cigarettes but thought the disposables might be easier while in the new truck. We keep 1 disposable on our person, 1 in each vehicle, 1 in our new (also never smoked in) travel trailer and 1 in the bedroom. Now there is No Excuse for us to light up in restricted areas LOL. The disposables are soooooooo convenient, just open the package and puff away! Its convenient when i just need to pick one or two up and go on a trip even though its probably more expensive than my normal kit overall...but thats why i use my kit as my normal cig anyway.

I have not had a regular cigarette in 3 weeks. I used to only smoke menthol but now I also like coffee and vanilla. You MUST have 2 batteries and 2 atomizers. If you want to switch from cigarettes to ecigs then this brand should be your first choice. A friend of mine is trying several other supposedly low cost brands but has spent more than me and he's still smoking cigarettes. This will be the only ecig you'll ever want, especially with the huge amount of vapor.

I tried v2 and Blu for quite some time and had handfuls of defective components and empty cartridges by the time I made my decision to try this ecig. I am three and a half months in and have not had one empty cartridge, defective component or late shipment. I hate to post this review cause I feel like I might jinx myself but so far, they have been stellar.

Ive been using my e cig for 4 days and I've only smoked 5 Marlboro. Before I bought my e cig I knew I wouldn't completely quit at 1st because I'm not only addicted to nicotine I'm also addicted to all of the other junk they put into Marlboro but I am definitely on my way to a smoke free life. Unfortunately that was short lived. The e-cigs are smallish, but that was ok. The 3 piece e-cig was exciting to me, but upon use, the cartridges produced very little vapor/smoke, had little taste and after about 10 puffs the taste turned to that awful "burnt" taste. Since I had also ordered an additional cartridge pack (Tobacco), I thought it was a "short fill" on that one cartridge---so I kept using cartridges with no change or success. I even checked out their FAQ's on site for any hints---no joy there either. Out of the 4 different e-cig manufactures I have tried, this brand was the most disappointing and I'd rate them last. Sadly, I am returning the starter kit. frank commented on March 11 2013: You must have been one of the lucky people since my atomizer went bad after 4 days, and I went though 12 more in two months so I finally got smart and purchased a different brand elsewhere. I tried returning the atomizers but each time they waited intil the 30 days were expired before sending me a RMA number. You can say %u201CSo much for their 30 day guarantee%u201C again. I can see I have some adjusting to do with flavors, nicotine levels, and correct inhaling. Had one cartridge go dry quickly. Another one seemed to last forever. Overall, I am producing excellent vape. I'm not into the sweet flavors even in the slightest (gross!) and even this e-cigarette's tobacco is too sweet for me. The vanilla wasn't too sweet (to my surprise) but lacked any kind of flavor. But the cart crapped out quickly and I don't think it was right. But it is worth trying it again. I've reduced my real cigarette usage in less than half and feel a whole lot better just with that reduction. I hope as I find a better flavor (I'm trying some of the Johnson Creek e-juice) I can get off the real cigs all together. It has the potential.

I tried a disposable blu and a greensmoke which were both inconsistent and performed poorly. Not to mention they actually ended up costing me more that regular cigarettes. I would recommend staying away from a cheap two piece and going with a 3 peice like pro smoke I honestly didnt try any other 3 peice brands but this e-cig last three to four times as long, never has an issue with bad cartridges or not working every single time It also tastes better. Definitely something I can use to quit and very happy with my purchase;. Shipping was also super fast to Canada.

Service Cost/Value I received my order of this device Electronic Cigarette Starter Kit about two weeks ago, the first impression is that their products are very well made from top to bottom. After reading their instructional booklet, and charged the batteries for eight hours, I had my first puff. The initial feeling was that it wasn't strong enough compare to regular cigarettes, and it had this little bit weird taste to it; but after a while, I kind of got used to it. The charging case is a must, if you are out whole day, it is very well designed, and it's about the size of the regular king size pack. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase.

This ecig service is amazing, my order was shipped within hours, and I got it in 3 days via Priority mail. The kit is a very nice quality kit, with 2 batteries, 2 chargers, 4 packs of cartridges, and a carry case. This is the deluxe kit, and I'm very happy with it. The batteries were already charged, but I put them on the charger anyway just to follow the directions. It only took about 5 minutes for the light on the charger to go from red to green, so I knew these were pre charged and fresh. The vapor from this e-cigarette is amazing, I get a huge cloud with an easy draw, and I'm impressed. There has been no leaking or any other complaint as I have seen from a few who left reviews. I also saw many video reviews and all of them are positive. A few people have claimed that the were disappointed because this e-cig battery did not last as long as one of those huge extra heavy long batteries you see on some brands, but my battery will last all day using it moderately, and thats fine with me because this product is the only one I've seen that looks and feels like a real smoke. It's thinner, and lighter than a few I have tried. There is a nice balance to this device so that you actually feel like you are holding a real one. I also like that it comes with a nice carry case. Overall I am very impressed with the speedy service, and quality of the product. I was so impressed that I ordered a kit for my lady friend who is trying to quit smoking. After about 10 charges you simply plug the carry case into your USB on your computer and let it charge up, and you're good for another 10 charges. This is great if you're traveling, or going to be gone all day like at work and you puff this ecig a lot. The battery life on this e-cigarette is great but not as long as those humungus fat batteries on other brands, however this e-cig looks, and feels more like a "real " cigarette, the others feel fat, and very heavy, and to me the "feel" when I'm holding it makes it feel just like the real deal. Holding mine while i have my coffee is a relaxing habit, its what i used to do with a real one. So trust me guys and gals, $19.99 for this charging carry case is a bargain. I can't say enough about it . I also have the standard metal carry case that holds 2 full batterys and cartidges and I use that around the house, and when I need to recharge I just grab the charging case and hit the button and set it on the coffee table, no need for wall charger or USB charger anymore, only once in a while to charge up the charging case !! Service Cost/Value Quick 3 day shipping to get here and agree with most of the reviews online here on the site. The flavors are relly good although the apple is a little too much like candy for me. It makes my first blu premium kit look like a toy and lasts so much longer. The batteries even though they are shorter than blus premium do seem to last about twice as long. I think because they arent as senstitive and dont turn on every second just from moving. I wish they had a carrying case that fit two fully assembled cigs instead of just one and cartridges but over all its an exteremly nice electronic cigarette and defeinitely the best one the market. I would say this product is the best

This brend has a start kits including essential parts it's so smart.i tried multi flavors and i feel it helps me to smoke without tar and bad smell. one thing i need to order is carring case. so i would order charge case and 5packs of favor catridges now. V2 and greensmoke do a great job of making you think its good, but you miht as well buy a disposable from the gas station because thats what it is! this e-cig lasts easily twice as long and tastes so much better. You also dont have any isues with consistency of carttridges like I did with the others. 2 months and going strong. If you you dont want to get the best, which is this product, make sure you buy the cheapest option from teh othe company because youll be returning it. I gurantaee it this device is the only electronic cigarette i will ever use now

I was a long time safecig customer and about 6 months ago their quality control just started to fail. I dont know if they were growing too fast or what but what used to be a reliable product was totally hit and miss. There customer service took days to get back to me and they never had an answer or helpful response. I spent over $600 with them and they couldn't even send me free cartridges. Then south beach which tasted like burnt marshmallows. Their customer service was OK even though they had me buy new cartomizers to fix what they thought was the issue. It turns out that half of their cartridges were just not filled that much and burnt when they were dry after what was equivalent to a couple cigarettes. I returned it and still have yetto get a refund. Next was smoketip. Garbage. Nothing more to say. Their customer service was great and the product was chinese trash. We got the deluxe kit which comes with a bunch of cartridges and a portable charging case. After about 20 drags the vapor seemed like it was coming out of a fog machine at a concert! I guess the vegeatable liquid they use produces much more vapor than the other one most companies use. At first I thought this was marketing hype but the vapor amount on this thing is incredible. Probably 2 times or more than the other brands. The Vanilla and coffee are amazing, just the most delicious I have tried out of them all. The chocolate wasnt as good as southbeach's and all the other flavors were good. Their newest cartridges have colored corks which is also awesome since i use the portable charging case a lot. This brand cartridges last longer than every other brand I used. Twice as long or more. I didnt realize how much money I was wasting on the other brands So in my opinion after trying a bunch of brands, this ecig has to be the best e-cigarette on the market. I understand why. Extended cartridge life, consistent performance, great service and great prices.

I can't tell if it's the winter air or the e-cig, but my lips are really dry. Through this and a few other brands, I have been able to not smoke a real cigarette since the Superbowl. (Today is March 12)!! So, this is a great e-cig. The dry lips could be a number of different things. ;) Stacy commented on March 31 2012: It is most likely from the ecig. I experience the same thing if I don't drink extra water. Because the ecigs produce vapor, this dehydrates you a little and extra water intake is needed to counteract. A normal intake recommendation for daily water consumption is 8 twelve ounce glasses a day, so it's important to meet or exceed this while using ecigs. Dry lips/mouth are a late sign of dehydration. Increase your water intake fo a full day and the next day your lips will be normal again. I personally think this "side effect" is less bothersome and more manageable than the silent long term death that traditional cigarettes cause to my health. :-) Stacy, RN

It took about 4 days to arrive in Canada which is quick compared to other companies ive read horror stories about i am amazed at the vapor on this little thing. since it just a little bigger than a normal cigarette i was worried it would suck. just the opposite big clouds of vapor and the cartirdges last me about 2 packs. packaign was all pretty but that doesnt matter shit if the product sucks. battery life is prettty good. i still got the portable charger so it wouldnt matter anyway overall rating is 5 out of 5 . i would give 1`0 out of 5 if i could. this device is definetiely a great product. good taste vapor and life bambie commented on June 02 2012: this brand is complete garbage. thier products do not stand up and it is so frustrating when you are trying to quit and the only 3 filters you have left in that box are dried up, or the battery or atomizer will not work. This ecig IS no. 1 and the very best there is for taste consistency and vapour output. The VG content is what grabbed me because I am one of the people who has an allergy to the glycol. For satisfaction all the way around this e-cigarette is the one to chose. If you have any doubts in what I'm saying just try any other brand then order a this e-cig, you'll see

I was smoking about 2 packs a week. Now, I have my Pro-Smoke cig in the morning (on my way to work) and one in the car when I get out of work. Sometimes I'll smoke while watching TV! THe amount of vapor is great. I really like the way the menthol and cherry flavors taste, too. Charging the cigarettes the first time I got them took about 15 minutes total. They're easy to use and look and feel like real cigarettes. I would totally recommend these to anyone trying to quit. I'm looking forward to using them when I go out tomorrow night.

After a couple months of using this product we are still cigarette free. So far all of our orders have arrived within a couple days with standard shipping and never had any issues with customer service or product problems. The prices seem cheaper and most of the other brands we looked at undoubtedly last longer. It looks like they just released a couple new flavors which is good because that was my only complaint. Our cartridges last about a couple packs each and give off tons of the vapor. If we are out people always ask about it because it just has tons of smoke! The charging case is a very nice accessory since you can charge your batteries anywhere. A battery will typically last me a full day and then needs a recharge and we both smoke a lot. The long cartridge life and costs make probably make this the best ecig available.

Unfortunately, I was left wanting a little bit more of a nicotine buzz than this device provided. I smoke lights normally and opted for higher nicotine cartridges with this product to ensure I could still feel the nicotine. I can't be sure what the additives in normal cigarettes add to the smoking experience, but this brand falls short of feeling like the real thing. Further, I can't be sure if this is true of e-cigs in general or just this model. In any case, using this product has helped in cutting down my cravings and allows me to smoke inside without worry. This product also produces a nice amount of vapor and looks comparatively stylish.

Cartridges lasted hardly any time. Do not appear to contain any liquid. No nicotine hit. Live in NZ and know we are only allowed 0mg but the web site assured us if I ordered 18mg I would get it, even if shipping documentation only said 0. After 2 days gave up and went to shop for tobacco, instant hit so guess was 0mg in this ecig. I hope it helps because the nicotine has nothing to do with how hard it hits. Do some research. This company uses VG and what you probably picked up was PG which has a much rougher throat hit. I prefer a smooth hit myself but nicotine content doesn't have much to do with how it hits at all. Its all what each person likes I guess! Other issues are what they are I guess but I thought I would at least thought I would try to help you understand how ecigs work

The things a like better about pro smoke are a lot of vapor. That is important to me. If it is to take place of real thing need the vapor to help fool the body. Second is the battery life. Awesome!! My first brand had terrible batteries. 30-40 min. tops. Pro smoke batteries last all day which is much better for me since I am on the go a lot. Cost was about the same but better value than my last brand. I also like the three part design. Now flavor. Not quite as crazy about the flavor. I got the cherry and I don't really taste the cherry all that much. All in all much better than my first brand of e cigarette but would like the flavor to be improved some. I ordered the Deluxe kit with 2 batteries, one atomizer, 1 home charger, the portable charging case, and 4 packages of cartridges. It did not matter what cartridge I used, I would get two puffs and that would be it. After 10 minutes or so, I could get two more puffs, etc.... I contacted the company, which can only be done through the website. They replaced the atomizer and sent me two free cartridges. These cartridges seemed to work well, but they were menthol. Through this exchange, I figured it was the cartridges that were bad. They were not even close to expiring. I finally returned everything after getting an RMA from the website. But I only got half my money back because the cartridges are not in their 30 day money back guarantee. I was really sad that this did not work for me. I really loved the portable charger which is the size of a pack of cigarettes and charges one battery, holds the other battery with a cartridge, and holds 4 additional cartridges. I have not found this with any other company. So I highly recommend that if you are buying this for the first time, do not order the Deluxe Starter kit with 4 packages of cartridges. mollie frederick commented on September 29 2012: I was very unsatisfied with their electronic cigs, hope I get a refund. I think the product is pretty good, i would definatly recommend it, im even thinking about buying one for the wife. As i said i have no experiance with e-cigarettes but i am happy with the battery life, especially since you get a spare. I was supprised with the vapor, i am still able to blow "smoke rings" lol ... I havnt needed to use the customer service so i honestly couldnt say how the service is. The cost i think is ok, maybe a bit on the pricey side but i guess i would be spending more on real smokes every week so i guess it evens out. Overall in pretty happy with what i paid for!

Service Cost/Value After doing a bit of research (reading reviews, watching videos on youtube) on the various e-cig brands, I decided to purchase a this e-cig deluxe starter kit. It arrived a few days after I placed the order and I was puffing away soon after the batteries completed charging. I got a pretty good amount of vapor production, a single battery charge lasted me almost a whole day, and a cartridge about a day and a half. This little thing is pretty amazing, though I do have a minor complaint about the flavor of some of the cartridges offered. So far, I've tried vanilla, menthol, and coffee. The vanilla and menthol ones I could barely taste, but the coffee, i thought, was great. I could definitely taste that one. Overall, I'm very pleased with this product e-cig. This was my first e-cig and I will probably try other brands in the future, but I have no regrets at all with my purchase.

I'd purchased & used another well-known brand over the past year, but the batteries were beginning to fail & the local retailer ceased stocking the refill cartridges. Which left me in the dilemma of choosing from the few off-name brands sold locally or seeking a quality name-brand kit. I discovered this site & made my choice of this device after thoroughly reading through the long list of reviews. For the most part, I am pleased with the purchase. There is plenty of vapor without the harsh 'throat hit' of my previous ecig, which tended to make me cough. The flavor does seem a bit on the light side, but it is pleasant. The battery does not seem to get as hot as my previous brand, which always made me worry about overheating. I ordered the black ecig & am delighted with the appearance of it, especially with the blue glow tip. It's clear, even from a distance, that I am not smoking a real cigarette & I am therefore much less likely to offend anyone by using it in a public place. I believe I have received a good value in this purchase.

It runs out of power quickly, the cartridges last about 15-20 puffs and the battery lasts as long as a 16-year-old's first intimate experience. Find a different brand. I certainly am.

The shipment took longer than I wanted but it wasnt this e-cigarettes fault. Customs stopped it but Monica in customer service checked on it and got back to me within 10 minutes. I got it a couple days later and they have been great. Cartridge refills havent had a problem in customs since. Flavor is great. Coffee is delightful. I saw someone posted about the cartridges leaking but I havent had any leak at all and they seem to last me a a couple days. Cost and value is way cheaper than regular cigarettes. 5 stars for this e-cig

It was actually my roommates and she didn't like me using up her cartridges, so when I looked in to buying my own, I came across this device. I looked at all the reviews and videos, and I was sold. I actually got 2 starter kits, one for me and one for my roommate with the Green Smoke. When I received it about 4 days later, I couldn't wait to try it. I had some issues getting it working right after the initial 8 hour charge but when I got it working it was incredible how much vapor it could produce. Although the flavors aren't as strong as I had hoped, the ones I got (cherry, vanilla, menthol) were quite good. Overall, I would definitely recommend this brand to anyone looking into e-cigarettes.

Service Cost/Value HARSH THROAT I was using 21st Century Smoke which burned my throat; this e-cigarette is MUCH smoother. Some folks seem to like the harsh throat hit; I vastly prefer the smooth hit. BREAK IN PERIOD It takes a couple days for a new atomizer to get going; more and more vapor and flavor as time went on. BATTERY, VAPOR, & SIZE Pro Smoke's battery lasts about 75% of 21st C (I smoke 1.5 packs per day and must recharge battery 3x's). Likewise, the vapor is about 75%. I found that 21st Century gave me as much vapor as a real cigarette. However, the 21st century e-cig is about 35% larger than PS (and about 2x's the weight). Also, the 21st Century cartridge is steel and therefore you can't hold it in your mouth or teeth while shooting a game of pool. CARTRIDGES 21st C. cartridges last about 30 cigs; PS is about 15 cigs. INHALING Unlike the 2-piece cigs, the 3-piece has a learning curve. Too light on the suction and you get too little vapor; too hard on the suction and you get a little juice. CARRYING CASES I was delivered 3 DIFFERENT cases from this e-cig. There's two different models of the Portable Carrying Case [steel case without charger]. One has 5 internal slots; one has 3 internal slots. The one with 3 internals slots is better as it stores the items diagonally, allowing a fully assembled cig (battery atomizer cartridge). The one with 5 slots does not (so you have to unscrew the atomizer each time you put the cig in/out of the case). FLAVORS The flavors are smooth and delicious; I loved the cherry - it's almost like smoking a quality tobacco in a cherry pipe. CUSTOMER SERVICE I give PS 8/10 on cordiality; 1/10 on competency. Twice they sent me the wrong items. They don't email or phone. The electronic 'ticket' system works relatively well (2-8 hour response time). I live in NY and each screwed up shipment took 2 business days to arrive. They sent me 5 free cartridges the 1st screw up; 2 free cartridges on the 2nd screw up.

I have been smoking 40 plus years, have tried to quite many times with no success. I have had the Pro Smoke for about 3 weeks, this last week I have not had a cigarette, and the Pro Smoke has allowed me to do that I am using the mild nicotine cartiges, they file the gap, and satify my need for a real cigerette. The size,and feel of the Pro Smoke is real. My only concern is the cartraiges don't seemto last very long. But I have nothing to compare them to so this may be the norm. I woulkd hioghly recommend the Pro Smoke This is my first E Cig, I was a little scepticle, but I am very impressed, and very pleased witrh the results. Get one you will not be disappointed.

Service Cost/Value I'm an ex-smoker who had fallen off the wagon too many times to count, and thought I would try out an e-cigarette. Once I got used to using this device e-cig, I enjoyed having the luxury of "smoking," even if it didn't truly feel like I was "smoking." It was a nice alternative, and helped to stave off the cigarette cravings. But after awhile, it seemed that the battery life wasn't up to par as it was in the beginning, and it was affecting the amount of vapor I had gotten used to getting. After a week of frustration, I sent it back for a refund that I'm still waiting on. Maybe I'll try another brand in the future as I love the "idea" of the e-cig, I just need to find one that is more reliable.

First off, the customer service is great. I ordered this device Deluxe Kit on Friday evening, and it arrived via UPS on Monday. Easy to put together and charge up overnight. My first puff was good as far as flavor, throat hit and vapor, and it has only grown on me since then. I'm using this this brand with the intent of drastically cutting down, if not eliminating nicotine from my life. I can honestly say I have not missed smoking a real cigarette at all, and you're talking to a Camel non-filter man, over 40 years smoking. I got the max dosage of nicotine, but by the time I'm ready to reorder, I know I'll be able to take a step down. Then down again...I've had a bit of fun with this ecig e cig, going to a non smoking pool hall and taking a drag in front of the waitresses. Not least of all, my wife wants to say "thank you" She appreciates the lack of tobacco stench, and says kissing me has never been sweeter. It's nice to be able to "smoke" in the house too. I have tried multiple times to quit smoking and this time it's working, and with unbelievable ease. If this is working for me, it can work for anyone! Thanks this e-cigarette.

The issue may be that the cartridges I ordered may be too low a nicotine level, but I have e-mailed customer service already [quick response!] and I am trying to figure out if that could be the issue. I have used Blu e-cigs in the past -- and was very dissatisfied with them. So far, this product has been pretty good, especially compared to past experiences. Hopefully, with the help of customer service, I will be able to figure out what will work best for me in order to fully enjoy my new this devices.

I think it is called PG and I read horror stories of allergic reactions I didn't want to risk with my fragile health. I am quitting smoking for a reason! Also the vapor amount and battery life. The packaging looks very professional and it arrived within a few days very quickly. Give them a try and I promise you wont be sorry. Pro smoke seems to be the best e-cig on the market and the reviews, and I, agree!

The battery, atomizer, and cartridge feel cheap. There is no throat hit and I didn't realize what an important part of the ecig experience that is. Also, the taste is very plasticky and burnt and yes I did put a new cartridge in. I tried 3 different cartridges before I gave up. I returned mine ($114.18 total order) and received a refund of $63.33. Extraordinarily aggravated with the whole experience. Decided to deal with SafeCigs crappy shipping and just keep a higher number of refills on hand and order when I'm down to 20 refills. The throat hit with SafeCig is much better and more satisfying. I ordered the top-of-the-line deluxe starter kit mostly because of the portable charging case. I can say that for the most part, this e-cigarette lives up to its reputation. -It produces an awesome amount of vapor. -The battery holds an impressive charge for its size -The portable charging case is extremely useful and can charge a battery to full about 4 times per case charge. However, I do not plan to stick with this e-cigarette. I find it is just not a good fit for me. -The vapor produced has little to no throat hit (to be expected with vegetable glycerin as opposed to propylene glycol) and it has almost no taste. Occasionally I'll get an after taste somewhat resembling flavor but even then it is impossible to discern what flavor it is and for the most part it will taste more like envelope adhesive (that taste you get after you lick a letter closed). -It is very difficult for me to use this e-cigarette while driving. The atomizer seems to be overly sensitive or something but even slight airflow in the vehicle sets it off. After a few minutes the unit overheats or senses overuse and shuts itself down. After this happens it refuses to respond to my inhaling on it until it has had an opportunity to rest. I don't have AC in my vehicle so I ride with the window down. There is no way I can drive in a sealed hotbox just to be able to vape at the same time. I am considering ordering one of the various 510 style units next as they are reputed to also produce a large amount of vapor and certain models offer manual control of the vaporizer which should resolve my issue while driving.

Service Cost/Value I received the Pro smoke package starter kit within two days and am very impressed with the quality and product. I haven't picked up a regular cigarette since I have gotten it. I would recommend they work on getting some exotic flavors to try but I ordered tobacco, chocolate, menthol and Vanilla. The tobacco tastes pretty similar to my marlboros, the chocolate is rich and sweet, the menthol is minty more like a mint you put in your mouth (but still good) and the vanilla is awesome. Its kool and weird having flavors like this. I got the kit with the portable charger and i havent had to recharge that yet in a couple week. The cig batteries will last me a day with heavy smoking but I can always charge them if I smoke more. The cartridges last maybe 2 packs but dont forget to put cartridges away and seal them if you are changing flavors. I left one out when I took it off before finishing it and it dried up in about 5 days just left opened. Just a heads up. Everything else is absolutely excellent about this product.

Cons: While you do get plenty of vapor, the cartridges do not last very long at all and the atomizer gets really hot when you take an average-to-long drag or two drags in quick succession. The "stuffing" inside the cartridge that holds the juice sometimes gets stuck to the atomizer and gets pulled out which was a bit surprising since my only other experience was with the Fifty-One Duo and their cartridges are closed and contain an atomizer within each cartridge. My main issue is the lack of a "throat hit." Without it, you might as well be sucking on a straw. This thing makes a lot of noise when you take a drag. You can only loosen the atomizer so much, and even then it still whistles. It seems to take an inordinate amount of effort just to take a drag. While my Fifty-One is like sipping water through a straw, my this product is like sucking a really thick milkshake no matter how loose the atomizer is. Pros: The vapor tastes better than the Fifty-One (vegetable glycol vs propylene glygol?). The cartridges are half as much as the Fifty-One Duo cartridges, probably due to the fact that you are only paying for the juice and not an atomizer each time you change cartridges. The blue LED is preferable. I was always a considerate smoker, and while the very fact that these things don't produce smoke allows us to "smoke" indoors, a red LED just invites idiots to come up and lay into us with their anti-smoking jihad. *** If anyone reading my review has any suggestions regarding my this device that would make it more enjoyable, I'm all ears and will change my rating if it helps. They actually taste great and just like the normal cigarettes. I didn't smoke a single real cigarette the first day because I was too excited to use the E-cig and now I've cut down 75% on my normal cigarettes because E-cig's are there to help me control. There's one downside that I ordered the white version, they send all the black cartridges though, it makes the my e-cigs kind of odd looking.

No comments on customer service but they did have the fastest shipping of all three. I ordered the Deluxe starter kit with 12mg nicotine. It took a week for the shipment to arrive (because the new packaging delayed shipment)...but customer service was great and thoroughly explained the delay. I charged up the batteries...put the fist cartridge on (Menthol)...and started vaping (learned a new word!). I have to say...I am really impressed with the quality and overall experience with this e-cig. I LOVE the charging case that it comes with...along with the blue led (my favorite color!). The amount of vapor great...but the throat hit isn't bad either. After researching some forums for 'throat hit', I ordered some e-juice. I am still more than happy with this...and I've cut down my smoking to boot! It's been more than 4 days...and I'm still on 1 pack of cigs! And...I can honestly say that I breath better now. I REALLY liked it at first but the cartridges didnt last long enough and I ended up having problem after problem. After switching to the pro smoke, now I know what I was missing! I hate to put up bad reviews but we will see what they do for me as far as a return becuase half of my cartomizers failed immediately. The three peice system seems to be working better so far. Worth a mention I guess! Does anyone have recommendations for a good apple and clove eliquid I can use to refill the cartridges? Although this e-cigs flavors are great I would love to find clove somewhere.

IMPORTANT: I would tend to start with the "Extra Srong - 25mg"- even just a box and then the 18 MG "Stong" to try out the strengths. The "Strong 18 MG" felt a little less than a Marlboro Medium. I tried my friends 25 MG and it was closer to the real thing--for me. NOTE: Aside from an almost PERFECT product-REALLY-I hope they perfect (improve) the nicotine gel from oozing out the back when it gets hot. Kinda like throwing cigarettes in the toilet. As a first time e-smoker, I had some high expectations to what this first experience should be like and unfortunately, it was a disappointment. Charging the e-cigarette, the manual explained to wait for the LED light to stay red until it was fully charged after eight hours. This never happen and it turned green may be a half hour into the charging. Then taking the first hit, the atomizer end up leaking and I have to say I am giving up the e-cigarettes and going back on chewing some Nicorette gum.

Service Cost/Value This is my second eCig that I have tried and I'm pleasantly surprised on the performance of this brand. They provided fast standard shipping. I received my product within a few days of ordering. The eCig provided adequate vapor emission adding to the feel of actual smoking and is very light weight. I think that they should add a few more flavors but from what I've seen from other eCigs the selection is pretty much the same as any. I had my starter kit mailed with the vanilla flavor 12mg. It has a very mild roasted marshmallow taste and smells great. The battery life is also a big plus. However, I think I might bump up to 25mg as I'm not quite getting the buzz that I was looking for. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.

When i first received my starter kit, i charged both batteries for 8 hours like the instructions said to. I used the first battery and only tried it out for a couple puffs to get the flavor and see how i would like it and the battery died quite fast. I contacted customer support as i thought i had a defective battery or charger and they informed me of some things that could kill the battery life. I discovered on my own, by reading off their site, that if you have the electronic cigarette exposed to loud noises or music with a lot of bass or even try and walk around with it not in a carrying case this will active the atomizer. So i began testing this out and seen where i was going wrong. customer support suggested for me to get a carrying case and if i didn't want to buy one then i could unscrew the atomizer a little from the battery or completely and this would disable the atomizer from activating. Needless to say, the atomizer is very touchy. This is one downfall of this e-cigarette or maybe even all electronic cigarettes. I am still doing research on it. I purchased vanilla cartridges at 12mg (medium strength) because i assumed the the higher the nicotine level the stronger the flavor would be and i assumed right. However, the vanilla flavor, in my opinion was not the greatest. I could smell vanilla more so than taste it. When I inhaled it tasted like i just inhaled off of a asthma inhaler. Not sure if this is just the vanilla flavor or how it is period with any flavor. I ordered some menthol cartridges to test it out. I found it is better tasting with candy in my mouth but i have always been a smoker that uses candy. The cartridge seems to last a long time, although i do not smoke or vape much. Ive been using the same cartridge for almost a week now. Very good amount of vapor is produced also. Throat hit is fairly good as well. Definitely recommend for starters!

As far as performance the battery seems to last a very long time. I havent had to recharge it yet or change to a new cartridge. I will try to post in a week or so when I have a better idea of life.
