| | My best friend and I both bought deluxe starter kits with the charging case. After a couple months of using the prosmoke we are still cigarette free. So far all of our orders have arrived within a couple days with standard shipping and never had any issues with customer service or product problems.
The prices seem cheaper and most of the other brands we looked at undoubtedly last longer. It looks like they just released a couple new flavors which is good because that was my only complaint. Our cartridges last about a couple packs each and give off tons of the vapor. If we are out people always ask about it because it just has tons of smoke!
The charging case is a very nice accessory since you can charge your batteries anywhere. A battery will typically last me a full day and then needs a recharge and we both smoke a lot.
The long cartridge life and costs make probably make this the best ecig available. |

I am new to all this Electronic Cigarette stuff.
I must say that I was very reluctant at first, as all smokers know even changing you brand can be hard but changing completely to an Electronic Cigarette is so impossible to even think of.
The experience I had changed everything. The customer support I received was so good and inviting that I feel so good with my purchase and would like to recommend to anyone having any doubts to check this outfit out.

| | I didnt realize how much money I was wasting on the other brands that were two peice because apparently the capacity cant be as big since its built together. Again, I thought this was marketing hype but after using it for a while now, I can say it was totally true.
Customer service has been quick to answer any questions so I am happy there. Battery life on all brands was good. No big difference there. The portable charging case works better than any of the others though. The matte rubbery finish prosmoke uses really feels comfortable and is very durable. I am not quite sure how to explain it but its almost like the feeling of a wiring cable cover on a cable tv wire.
So in my opinion after trying a bunch of brands, prosmoke has to be the best e-cigarette on the market. I understand why they have so many good reviews. Extended cartridge life, consistent performance, great service and great prices. If you dont feel like throwing away your money on other brands or taking a risk with electronics, skip the mistakes so many people have made INCLUDING ME! and go with prosmoke the first time. I am a real customer and am happy to talk to potential customers if you message me. I am retired and my wife and I love to make new friends!

| | Having little experience with electronic cigarettes, I didn't know quite what to expect. Unfortunately, I was left wanting a little bit more of a nicotine buzz than the ProSmoke provided. I smoke lights normally and opted for higher nicotine cartridges with this product to ensure I could still feel the nicotine. I can't be sure what the additives in normal cigarettes add to the smoking experience, but the ProSmoke falls short of feeling like the real thing. Further, I can't be sure if this is true of e-cigs in general or just this model. In any case, using this product has helped in cutting down my cravings and allows me to smoke inside without worry. This product also produces a nice amount of vapor and looks comparatively stylish. |

| | I used to be a social smoker, going through about 5 cigarettes a night on the weekends out at the bars and a couple each weeknight. I had the terrible habit of smoking while drinking and pro smoke really came through for me. At first, I still had cravings during weeknights, but those have all but vanished. I bring pro-smoke with me to parties and bars on the weekends and it does the trick. Especially when I'm around chatting with friends smoking their real cigarettes, the sensation of the vapor and going through the smoking motion and that slight nicotine hit has helped me immensely. The menthols are great, and a refill pack will last me 4-5 times as long as a regular pack of cigarettes. I'm going on month 2 and I've only used 2 cartridges and have had to recharge once. For a casual smoker looking to quit, this is absolutely the solution. I haven't had a smoke since New Years Eve- that was the last one, I'm sure of it! |

Batteries need recharging every hour.
Cartridges lasted hardly any time. Do not appear to contain any liquid.

Live in NZ and know we are only allowed 0mg but the web site assured us if I ordered 18mg I would get it, even if shipping documentation only said 0. After 2 days gave up and went to shop for tobacco, instant hit so guess was 0mg in the Prosmoke. |

Just posted my review and thought I would help you with your confusion and experience so others don't misunderstand. I hope it helps because the nicotine has nothing to do with how hard it hits. Do some research. This company uses VG and what you probably picked up was PG which has a much rougher throat hit. I prefer a smooth hit myself but nicotine content doesn't have much to do with how it hits at all. Its all what each person likes I guess!
Other issues are what they are I guess but I thought I would at least thought I would try to help you understand how ecigs work |

| | I am a long time customer of Pro smoke and recently decided to try South beach because of the two piece design. It went back exactly on the 30 day mark and I went back to my always reliable Pro smoke. I thought the two peice design might be easier but it turns out it doesnt perform as well and is CRAZY expensive compared to what I already had. The cartridges are more expensive and last half as long! South beach lost my package (USPS's fault granted) but it took them forever to even respond to a message whereas Pro Smoke was always super fast to respond to any questions. I guess the gras is always greener! lol.
So almost 8 months with Pro Smoke and I guess this proves i have the best! The other I tried was okay if you want a super easy to use system for a grandparent to quit or something like that |

| | I had really high hopes for these. I ordered the Deluxe kit with 2 batteries, one atomizer, 1 home charger, the portable charging case, and 4 packages of cartridges. It did not matter what cartridge I used, I would get two puffs and that would be it. After 10 minutes or so, I could get two more puffs, etc.... I contacted the company, which can only be done through the website. They replaced the atomizer and sent me two free cartridges. These cartridges seemed to work well, but they were menthol. Through this exchange, I figured it was the cartridges that were bad. They were not even close to expiring. I finally returned everything after getting an RMA from the website. But I only got half my money back because the cartridges are not in their 30 day money back guarantee. I was really sad that this did not work for me. I really loved the portable charger which is the size of a pack of cigarettes and charges one battery, holds the other battery with a cartridge, and holds 4 additional cartridges. I have not found this with any other company.
So I highly recommend that if you are buying this for the first time, do not order the Deluxe Starter kit with 4 packages of cartridges. |

| | I guess I am having the opposite experience of the last review on here. My cartridges seem to last forever and I cant figure out when to change them! I think the product is pretty good, i would definatly recommend it, im even thinking about buying one for the wife. As i said i have no experiance with e-cigarettes but i am happy with the battery life, especially since you get a spare.
I was supprised with the vapor, i am still able to blow "smoke rings" lol ...
I havnt needed to use the customer service so i honestly couldnt say how the service is. The cost i think is ok, maybe a bit on the pricey side but i guess i would be spending more on real smokes every week so i guess it evens out.

I was a bit apprehensive to do prosmoke because the 510 seemed to be easier to get parts for since its a generic model. I havent regretted buying this one day! It arrived a few days after I placed the order and I was puffing away soon after the batteries completed charging. I got a pretty good amount of vapor production, a single battery charge lasted me almost a whole day, and a cartridge about a day and a half. This little thing is pretty amazing, though I do have a minor complaint about the flavor of some of the cartridges offered. So far, I've tried vanilla, menthol, and coffee. The vanilla and menthol ones I could barely taste, but the coffee, i thought, was great. I could definitely taste that one. Overall, I'm very pleased with the ProSmoke e-cig. This was my first e-cig and I will probably try other brands in the future, but I have no regrets at all with my purchase. |

I'd purchased & used another well-known brand over the past year, but the batteries were beginning to fail & the local retailer ceased stocking the refill cartridges. The battery does not seem to get as hot as my previous brand, which always made me worry about overheating. I ordered the black ecig & am delighted with the appearance of it, especially with the blue glow tip. It's clear, even from a distance, that I am not smoking a real cigarette & I am therefore much less likely to offend anyone by using it in a public place. | | Product is ok but the service is pretty bad as you expect for a re-seller. They refer back to their FAQ and it's very impersonal. I understand them. They cannot fix anything on the product because it's not their own (This problem is with most e-cigaretts. ALl of them come from one or two manufactures in china).
The company states 200 puffs per cartridge but face it, you get only 30-40 good once out of it until it's done. That's much less than expected. In addition you suck several times a day on the liquid that's been leaking.
Overall the product helped me to quick smoking regularly. Which is awesome and hence deserves a lot of applause. But I don't think I will keep smoking it for a long time. I switched to zero nicotine and hope to be off it soon.
You could refill the cartridge with US Made liquid however most of these companies have a high amount of nicotine in there and I don't want this. Nicotine is bad. Period
I'd love to see this e-cigarett be available at your local store. Better manufactured and less problematic. Maybe I should try other brands with a better build system.
All that pro smoke does is re-selling china hardware. |

We did not receive the batteries, but atomizer instead. I have had the hardest time trying to get this resolved, and still haven't.I hate that you cannot talk to anyone on the phone and ask questions. This is new to me and not even sure if we were using correctly. We did get some cartridges that seemed to be empty. They told us that there was no way and just turn them around. | | I had some issues trying to figure out how it worked when it first arrived and realized I had to replace the cartridge. I guess that is what I get for not reading the directions.
I have had mine about 2 months and have quit smoking real cigarettes entirely. I wouldn't mind a few cool flavors like blueberry but I bought my own liquid for that. The cartridges last about 2 packs if you don't leave the cartridges open in the air. Something I learned the hard way.
It produces a lot of vapor and tastes much better than my friends blu cig. I would recommend this to any friends or family. |

I have been using my ProSmoke for about a month now and am really enjoying it. I had tried Smoke 51 about two years ago and didn't like it at all. ProSmoke is much better. I got the PCC also. Had a little trouble figuring it out. I emailed them and they told me how to use it. Battery life is good and so is the vapor and cart life. I wish they had coupon codes for carts like they do the starter kits. Customer service is very fast. The shipment took longer than I wanted but it wasnt prosmokes fault. Customs stopped it but Monica in customer service checked on it and got back to me within 10 minutes. I got it a couple days later and they have been great. Cartridge refills havent had a problem in customs since.
Flavor is great. Coffee is delightful. I saw someone posted about the cartridges leaking but I havent had any leak at all and they seem to last me a a couple days.
Cost and value is way cheaper than regular cigarettes. 5 stars for prosmoke |

V2 cigs were better made but all of there carts contain PG instead of the safer VG. All in all, not really worth the money. The flavors aren't even that strong. I can barely tell the difference in flavors. I also would prefer manual batteries with the button, but they don't have those. 3 stars and that's about it. Average. |

| | I am still out on the ProSmokes. I used White Cloud ecigs and loved them. Unfortunately almost died from an allergic reaction to the propylene glycol. Now, one year later I have found the VG ecig and purchased them last week. So far I am still craving cigarettes. I am wondering if they mislabeled their cartridges because it seemed I had a couple duds that produced no vapor, and a few that just feel like vapor and no or little nicotine. Since I smoked ultra lights I puchased the Xtra strong thinking it may be too strong...now I have just ordered the strongest hoping they are better. I am also going to try the flavors outside of tobacco because I am not enjoying the taste as well as the white clouds. I am hoping and praying these work because I really need to quit poisoning my body with cigarettes and would like to quit everything in the near future. I give them 3 stars out of five overall. Update...batteries suck, customer service sucks, cartridge only lasts a few hours, little taste BUT lots of vapor. Oh and I had to buy nicotine gum. Even with the strongest nicotine cartridge I don't feel any relief from my craving. They won't give me a refund so I guess I wasted a lot of money. I'm just going to quit altogether. |

| | I found out I had allergies to the propelene when I bought my first brand so I had to find an option that did not use that. If I had known I had an option originally I probably would have chosen vegetable liquid before the other but it sounds like both work for some.

| | The first electronic cigarette I had was a Green Smoke. It was actually my roommates and she didn't like me using up her cartridges, so when I looked in to buying my own, I came across ProSmoke. I looked at all the reviews and videos, and I was sold. I actually got 2 starter kits, one for me and one for my roommate with the Green Smoke. When I received it about 4 days later, I couldn't wait to try it. I had some issues getting it working right after the initial 8 hour charge but when I got it working it was incredible how much vapor it could produce. Although the flavors aren't as strong as I had hoped, the ones I got (cherry, vanilla, menthol) were quite good. I was using 21st Century Smoke which burned my throat; the ProSmoke is MUCH smoother. Some folks seem to like the harsh throat hit; I vastly prefer the smooth hit.
BREAK IN PERIOD
It takes a couple days for a new atomizer to get going; more and more vapor and flavor as time went on.
BATTERY, VAPOR, & SIZE
Pro Smoke's battery lasts about 75% of 21st C (I smoke 1.5 packs per day and must recharge battery 3x's). Likewise, the vapor is about 75%. I found that 21st Century gave me as much vapor as a real cigarette. However, the 21st century e-cig is about 35% larger than PS (and about 2x's the weight). Also, the 21st Century cartridge is steel and therefore you can't hold it in your mouth or teeth while shooting a game of pool.
CARTRIDGES
21st C. cartridges last about 30 cigs; PS is about 15 cigs.
INHALING
Unlike the 2-piece cigs, the 3-piece has a learning curve. Too light on the suction and you get too little vapor; too hard on the suction and you get a little juice.
CARRYING CASES
I was delivered 3 DIFFERENT cases from ProSmoke. There's two different models of the Portable Carrying Case [steel case without charger]. One has 5 internal slots; one has 3 internal slots. The one with 3 internals slots is better as it stores the items diagonally, allowing a fully assembled cig (battery atomizer cartridge). The one with 5 slots does not (so you have to unscrew the atomizer each time you put the cig in/out of the case).
FLAVORS
The flavors are smooth and delicious; I loved the cherry - it's almost like smoking a quality tobacco in a cherry pipe.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
I give PS 8/10 on cordiality; 1/10 on competency. Twice they sent me the wrong items. They don't email or phone. The electronic 'ticket' system works relatively well (2-8 hour response time). I live in NY and each screwed up shipment took 2 business days to arrive. They sent me 5 free cartridges the 1st screw up; 2 free cartridges on the 2nd screw up. |

Pro smoke is the best! It's been 3 weeks of use. Getting use to the life of the filter is still a work in progress but well worth no tobacco usage. Delivery was rather quick. I would however like to see more information posted on the usage of the filters such as how many filters equal a pack of traditionaL pack of ciagrettes. Trial and error is what I'm using now. So far this works good for me. I TRIED HIGH NICOTINE AND NOW JUST ORDERED MEDIUM. MY GOAL IS TO HAVE ZERO NICOTINE BY THE NEW YEAR.

I am using the mild nicotine cartiges, they file the gap, and satify my need for a real cigerette.
The size,and feel of the Pro Smoke is real. My only concern is the cartraiges don't seemto last very long. But I have nothing to compare them to so this may be the norm.

This is my first E Cig, I was a little scepticle, but I am very impressed, and very pleased witrh the results.

I especially love that prosmoke seems to be the only one that uses vegetable solution instead of the propeleglycol. My dog got poisoned in our shop by drinking radiator fluid (because its sweet) and safe or not, when I saw that was the main ingredient everywhere else, the choice was easy. Highly recommend!

| | This is the second e-cig that I've tried (1st was Smoking Everywhere). I did a lot of research online before selecting ProSmoke. I put ProSmoke at the top of a list of 5 brands I'd try as cash flow allowed (I buy a good month's supply starter kit to really break it in and get a true feel for it). ProSmoke surpassed my expectations. Vapor production is great, battery life is awesome, flavor is very nice, and so far the service has been impeccable for the entire three months I've been using the product. My favorite flavor is the classic tobacco high nicotine because I was a cigar smoker. But their chocolate, vanilla, and menthol flavors are all very tasty as well. If there were a drawback, I'd say its that you can't seem to buy just the liquid, you have to buy cartridges but they are very affordable. Also, get the charging case. It's perfect for traveling.

I ordered the ProSmoke Deluxe Kit on Friday evening, and it arrived via UPS on Monday. Easy to put together and charge up overnight. My first puff was good as far as flavor, throat hit and vapor, and it has only grown on me since then. I'm using this ProSmoke with the intent of drastically cutting down, if not eliminating nicotine from my life. I can honestly say I have not missed smoking a real cigarette at all, and you're talking to a Camel non-filter man, over 40 years smoking. I got the max dosage of nicotine, but by the time I'm ready to reorder, I know I'll be able to take a step down. Then down again...I've had a bit of fun with the ProSmoke e cig, going to a non smoking pool hall and taking a drag in front of the waitresses. I liked them because they dont use PG which is radiator fluid in the cigarettes and its vegetable based. I am a vegetarian too which is kind of cool. I am finally kicking the last bad habit of smoking with my prosmoke. It has tons of vapor and tastes great and is JUST like smoking. A couple of my friends here in cali have different brands and mine is definitely the best of the three girls. |

Your review is dead on. Prosmoke is completely horrible in every way possible! I've been vaping for 1 1/2 years, so i know what i'm talking about. Trust me on this, if you decide to try other ecigs besides Safecig, go with what I call the "Three Amigos". Smoketip, V4L and V2 all use the same battery type and all cartridges are fully compatible, including charging devices. I've been doing it for 4 months now :-) Mix it up with more choices, tons of flavors and accessories, not to mention saving money and good customer service. |

Having problems with ProSmoke. Ordered 3 new batteries, order got lost. When I finally received order, charged batteries. New batteries only lasted for 1/2 a day. All three batteries are dead. Will be sending back. Customer service is slow in answering emails. So don't plan on getting a quick response. Also, you can't call them, you need to email. Not happy. Wanted to be a long time customer, but will be going to another company. Any recommnendations. I have read so many reviews and comments I have not idea what brand will be good for me. | | I came across ProSmoke on this website and it seemed to get alot of positive reviews. I ordered the top-of-the-line deluxe starter kit mostly because of the
portable charging case. I can say that for the most part, this e-cigarette lives up to its reputation.
-It produces an awesome amount of vapor.
-The battery holds an impressive charge for its size
-The portable charging case is extremely useful and can charge a battery to full about 4 times per case charge.
However, I do not plan to stick with this e-cigarette. I find it is just not a good fit for me.
-The vapor produced has little to no throat hit (to be expected with vegetable glycerin as opposed to propylene glycol) and it has almost no taste. Occasionally I'll get an after taste somewhat resembling flavor but even then it is impossible to discern what flavor it is and for the most part it will taste more like envelope adhesive (that taste you get after you lick a letter closed).
-It is very difficult for me to use this e-cigarette while driving. The atomizer seems to be overly sensitive or something but even slight airflow in the vehicle sets it off. After a few minutes the unit overheats or senses overuse and shuts itself down. After this happens it refuses to respond to my inhaling on it until it has had an opportunity to rest. I don't have AC in my vehicle so I ride with the window down. There is no way I can drive in a sealed hotbox just to be able to vape at the same time.
I am considering ordering one of the various 510 style units next as they are reputed to also produce a large amount of vapor and certain models offer manual control of the vaporizer which should resolve my issue while driving. |

I would recommend they work on getting some exotic flavors to try but I ordered tobacco, chocolate, menthol and Vanilla.
The tobacco tastes pretty similar to my marlboros, the chocolate is rich and sweet, the menthol is minty more like a mint you put in your mouth (but still good) and the vanilla is awesome. Its kool and weird having flavors like this.
I got the kit with the portable charger and i havent had to recharge that yet in a couple week. The cig batteries will last me a day with heavy smoking but I can always charge them if I smoke more.
The cartridges last maybe 2 packs but dont forget to put cartridges away and seal them if you are changing flavors. I left one out when I took it off before finishing it and it dried up in about 5 days just left opened. Just a heads up.
Everything else is absolutely excellent about this product. |

| | I bought this after buying a Smoke Fifty-One Duo from the mall and reading reviews on here. I figured that if what I got with the Fifty-One was only average and the ratings for ProSmoke were double, I should be really satisfied.
I was not satisfied.
Cons:
While you do get plenty of vapor, the cartridges do not last very long at all and the atomizer gets really hot when you take an average-to-long drag or two drags in quick succession. The "stuffing" inside the cartridge that holds the juice sometimes gets stuck to the atomizer and gets pulled out which was a bit surprising since my only other experience was with the Fifty-One Duo and their cartridges are closed and contain an atomizer within each cartridge.
My main issue is the lack of a "throat hit." Without it, you might as well be sucking on a straw.
This thing makes a lot of noise when you take a drag. You can only loosen the atomizer so much, and even then it still whistles.
It seems to take an inordinate amount of effort just to take a drag. While my Fifty-One is like sipping water through a straw, my ProSmoke is like sucking a really thick milkshake no matter how loose the atomizer is.
Pros:
The vapor tastes better than the Fifty-One (vegetable glycol vs propylene glygol?).
The cartridges are half as much as the Fifty-One Duo cartridges, probably due to the fact that you are only paying for the juice and not an atomizer each time you change cartridges.
The blue LED is preferable. I was always a considerate smoker, and while the very fact that these things don't produce smoke allows us to "smoke" indoors, a red LED just invites idiots to come up and lay into us with their anti-smoking jihad.

Overall, my first impression was that it looks great and feels great. I took out both of the batteries and charged them, which took no time at all. My first smoke with prosmokes e cig was great! The amount of vapor produced was a lot and I was really impressed with that. The feeling when it hits your throat is minimal and the overall sensation feels smooth and good. I got the tobacco, vanilla and cherry flavors in 9mg. The tobacco flavor taste really good and it tastes more clean than a typical cigarette. Overall, I am really impressed with this electronic cigarette and I will definitely never go back to smoking normal cigarettes ever again. It also produces a large amount of vapor which none of the ones i've tried before have even come close to. It reminds me more of smoking a hookah than a cigarette, which for me is a good thing because I used to smoke hookah more than cigarettes. The flavor is quite light, and it doesn't have much of a throat hit, so if you're looking for something that tastes like a real cigarette, this isn't it. However, if you enjoy hookah, i think you will enjoy the pro-smoke e-cig.

| | First Off: www.ecigarettes365.com was who made it possible to COMPARE all the brands. so "Thank You!" . Honestly, I was REALLY IMPRESSED. At public events, the office or at Home IN BED-- no more going outside to smoke like a second class citizen.
IMPORTANT: I would tend to start with the "Extra Srong - 25mg"- even just a box and then the 18 MG "Stong" to try out the strengths. The "Strong 18 MG" felt a little less than a Marlboro Medium. I tried my friends 25 MG and it was closer to the real thing--for me.
NOTE: Aside from an almost PERFECT product-REALLY-I hope they perfect (improve) the nicotine gel from oozing out the back when it gets hot. Kinda like throwing cigarettes in the toilet.
ALSO: The discount code posted by eCig365 needs to be more detailed and SPECIFIC-- because if your (1) character off--it won't apply the discount (or acknowledge it) at the shopping cart stage.
I am not trashing ProSmoke or eCig--but I included eCigs discount code and a link SHOWING the discount code in the "Notes Section" of my original order (to verify I was being honest)-and still haven't heard back from them-or received the initial discount. What they don't realize is: how it's displayed leaves no room for error (the "Shopping Cart" doesn't let you go back and keep inserting the code (code w/ qoutes, no qoutes, spaces, no spaces...)-without having to prefill your whole CC auth/app over again.
I would still HIGHLY recommend the ProSmoke- you could actually quit smoking regular cigs over time! Just get the order right so you don't have to go backwards. Great Product! | | I got the deluxe starter kit with the charging case in black. It makes the production on my wifes Blu look like a joke. I would geusstimate it lasts about 3 times longer for each cartridge too. | | i just received my order yesterday, and following the included instruction manual, charged both batteries for 8 hours. i purchased two different mg's of their menthol cigerettes. i wanted to try both of them to decide which flavor i liked best, but when i tried to change the cartridge it came apart. i do not know if this was a deffective cartridge, or a learning curve on my part. also one of the batteries that i charged did not last but about 30 - 45 minutes. i have two different kinds of chargers. one that goes in the wall, and one that charges thru the carrying case.
the taste is very close to the menthol that i am currently smoking (davidoff methol kings).
although i think i am going to like having these "e" cigs, i will have to get used to them. i do not like the length of the charge i got on the first battery, however. hopefully it was the charger and not the battery.
the first "hit" is very smokey, and is much like the draw on a cigarette. and i get as much vapor as with a real cig.
so far so good. i do have a thirty day trial, and i will report back if i use it.
i cannot comment on customer service yet, as i have not contacted them. i will however if i do not get more battery life |

| | I purchase the ProSmoke through reading numerous reviews so when I got this in the mail I was pretty excited. The packaging was nice and so was the white e-cigarette. As a first time e-smoker, I had some high expectations to what this first experience should be like and unfortunately, it was a disappointment. Charging the e-cigarette, the manual explained to wait for the LED light to stay red until it was fully charged after eight hours. This never happen and it turned green may be a half hour into the charging. Then taking the first hit, the atomizer end up leaking and I have to say I am giving up the e-cigarettes and going back on chewing some Nicorette gum. |

| | I am a teacher and this has come incredibly handy to keep "smoking" and not stink for my students or coworkers. I am going on 3 months smoke free and have even bought it as a gift for a couple family members. I do recommend picking up the charging case though. I forget my chargers everywhere and it always helps to have it! Just a thought.
I got mine with a blue led and a black cigarette. It feels real but at least shows its not to other people. I definitely love my prosmoke and recommend it to others. I havent had to deal with customer service so I will just rate them along with the other factors I guess?!? |

I have only tried the regular tobacco flavor, but I am going to be trying the other flavors as well. This is a great product and I am already smoking less tobacco cigarettes after only a couple of days. | | This is my second eCig that I have tried and I'm pleasantly surprised on the performance of ProSmoke. They provided fast standard shipping. I received my product within a few days of ordering. The eCig provided adequate vapor emission adding to the feel of actual smoking and is very light weight. I think that they should add a few more flavors but from what I've seen from other eCigs the selection is pretty much the same as any. I had my starter kit mailed with the vanilla flavor 12mg. It has a very mild roasted marshmallow taste and smells great. The battery life is also a big plus. However, I think I might bump up to 25mg as I'm not quite getting the buzz that I was looking for. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. |

| | This is the best mini you can get. The cartridge capacity and battery life is ridiculously long for a small eCig. If you don't want to get something that looks like a gigantic cigar but still performs amazingly, ProSmoke is the best.

| | This is my very first electronic cigarette I have tried and overall it is better than i thought it would be. When i first received my starter kit, i charged both batteries for 8 hours like the instructions said to. I used the first battery and only tried it out for a couple puffs to get the flavor and see how i would like it and the battery died quite fast. I contacted customer support as i thought i had a defective battery or charger and they informed me of some things that could kill the battery life. I discovered on my own, by reading off their site, that if you have the electronic cigarette exposed to loud noises or music with a lot of bass or even try and walk around with it not in a carrying case this will active the atomizer. So i began testing this out and seen where i was going wrong. customer support suggested for me to get a carrying case and if i didn't want to buy one then i could unscrew the atomizer a little from the battery or completely and this would disable the atomizer from activating. Needless to say, the atomizer is very touchy. This is one downfall of ProSmoke or maybe even all electronic cigarettes. I am still doing research on it. I purchased vanilla cartridges at 12mg (medium strength) because i assumed the the higher the nicotine level the stronger the flavor would be and i assumed right. However, the vanilla flavor, in my opinion was not the greatest. I could smell vanilla more so than taste it. When I inhaled it tasted like i just inhaled off of a asthma inhaler. Not sure if this is just the vanilla flavor or how it is period with any flavor. I ordered some menthol cartridges to test it out. I found it is better tasting with candy in my mouth but i have always been a smoker that uses candy. The cartridge seems to last a long time, although i do not smoke or vape much. Ive been using the same cartridge for almost a week now. Very good amount of vapor is produced also. Throat hit is fairly good as well. Definitely recommend for starters! |

I got the super kit which comes with a case and tons of flavors. I would say its a little bit different from a normal cigarette since you have different flavors but I am cigarette free so far. I think it was the PG solution in greensmoke that made it feel like pins and needles on my tongue and throat; at least that%u2019s what everyone in the forums said. You're lucky to get 4 hours out of a battery--I didn't even get two hours. I'm still searching for an e-cig that has the flavor of a ProSmokea (which I love) but a decent battery life. Also the way Customer Service works is terrible (cannot reach a real person EVER). New customers beware--you'll need alot more than two batteries to get through one day of vaping!

Ive been using my e cig for 2 days ive only smoked 4 newports, before i bought my e cig i new i wouldn't completely quit at 1st because im not only addicted to nicotine im also addicted to all of the other junk they put into newports but i am definitely on my way to a smoke free life.
