Service Cost/Value I was smoking mistic brand of ecig, the first brand I tried and it was great but I was always having to go to Walmart to buy cartridges. The cartridges were 5 for 15 bucks and I would smoke 2 per day. Once you changed your battery however your cartridge will be toast and taste horrible I was wasting a ton of money with those. Plus I hate going into walmart and we would be lucky for them to be in stock. Well then Mistic has customs issues so i tried Metro at Kroger. They were 3 for 10 but they were not as good as the mistics. I went to Lowbobs in Bellefontaine OH and saw this products in that store and gave them a shot. I was in love! I had a problem with the atomizer and was told there was a warranty but I was jerked around. I ended up ordering the pro kit for my fiance and it was sexy and sleek looking. The taste was amazing too! I ordered a set for myself and just keep the bad set as a backup. I talked to the ladies at this device about the set I purchased locally and they were willing to replace the bad atomizer. They have given me the best customer service of any company I have ever done business with. To me customer service is just as important as the product and with Juliann and Kayla those two ladies are top notch in my book with a lot of class. Maintenance is important with any ecig kit that you buy that is not the pre-filled disposable. Just plan ahead on your needs if you cant purchase the liquid locally and keep an extra battery and atty around too. Your savings will be tremendous and the product is much better. I was spending a fortune weekly on the cartridges with mistic and metro around 50 to 60 per week for just me, not including my fiance, he was about the same ... now I spend about 35 a week on both of us. I saved enough money the first week of smoking this brand to cover the cost of the starter kit!! To me that is incredible!

Service Cost/Value Recently I wandered to another website advertising e-cigarttes and thought I would check it out. I was wondering if this particular site sold an e-liquid and what size containers did they sell. Well to make a long story short they did indeed sell or offered a larger size container and it was also cheaper than if you bought the same amount by doubling the amount of e-liquid that this ecig offered. Unfortunately, I found out why. The quality of the e-liquid offered by this e-cigarette's competetor was terrible and what I mean by terrible simply is the e-liquid offered by the competitor is inferrior to that of the e-liquid offered by this e-cig. The competitor's e-liquid does not ignite well. The e-liquid offered by this product ignites in this nice big puffy cloud and the competitors' e-liquid barely ignites leaving the user absolutely unsatisfied. I'm not sure rather or not to use the competitor name so in this case I will leave them anonymous. I hope the readers of this review will find it insightful and thus leading to buying your e-liquid from this device. Thanks

I have not had one cigarette which has not only saved me money but I feel and smell a whole lot better. I consider myself a social drinker and even when I have a few drinks (my biggest trigger for smoking) I just reach for this e-cigarette.No more waking up on a Sunday morning all congested and gross from smoking the night before. The Customer Service is great as well. I have had two interactions with them; one when buying my starter kit, and one when buying refills. The lady I spoke with via online chat recommended the perfect kit for me and when I came back to get my refills they were very accommodating and helpful. I do not typically take the time to write reviews but I think health is a very important topic and this e-cig has been great for me in that regards.

This kit includes 1 USB Charger that fully charges batteries within 2 hours but doesn't have an automatic shut off, so it's imperative when charging these batteries you're aware of the time. Leaving a battery unattended for over 4 hours may cause irreversible damage. Batteries for the Duo are rechargeable up to 30 times each before they will need to be replaced. A reference card providing directions for usage and how to maintain the units' effectiveness is also included. Nicstick's Duo is simple to use and creates billowing clouds of vapor with each inhalation. The length of NS's Duo completely assembled and ready to use is 4.5 inches long. One full cartridge is equal to one pack of traditional cigarettes and the throat hit is comparable to that of a traditional cigarette. Once a cartridge is empty it may be safely refilled up to five times or topped off with your choice of e-liquid. Using this method will extend the life of your cartridge and stretches your dollar for maximum value. Empty cartridges compatible with the Nick Stick Duo are purchasable through Nicstick's website and may be used with any e-liquid of your choosing to create a customized vaping experience.

NS's Tank Duo is slightly more pricy but well worth the extra cash. This kit arrives in a padded Black presentation box that emanates a feeling of sophistication. NS's Tank Duo kit includes: 2 rechargeable, 5 volt Lithium-Ion Batteries; one 220 mAh (4.5 inches long, fully assembled) and one 340 mAh (5.3/4 inches long, fully assembled), 2 Atomizers, 1 Black mesh carrying case, 1 USB Adapter with a built in automatic shut off sensor eliminating any risk of overcharging, 1 Wall Charger, 5 full tank cartridges, an instruction manual and a mini reference card listing tips for proper care of the unit. The Tank Duo utilizes the latest microcircuit airflow switch which provides an effortless pull and a crisper flavor sensation. Cartridges are clear or a semi-clear Black enabling the user to view exactly how much e-liquid is remaining, consequently removing any guess work when it's time to refill. One full Tank Cartridge is equal to approximately 300 puffs or about 1.5 packs of cigarettes and will hold 0.7 ml of e-liquid. The NS Tank does exhibit consecutively large vapor similar to the NS Duo and provides a smooth throat hit that is both realistic and not overly powerful. During use the Atomizer on this device may get noticeably warm. Don't be alarmed, there's a safety mechanism that will temporarily shut off the e-cig if overheat heating occurs.

Nicotine cartridges for all NS Starter Kits are available in two standard choices of either 24 mg or 18 mg. Additional Nicotine choices such as 0 mg, 7 mg, and 11 mg are available by request only.
