I purchased their disposables and the blueberry and apple were great.
The 2nd time around I ordered 10 more and there was something wrong with the apple flavored ones. The inhale was weak and it lasted only a few hours. The 2nd one the same so I emailed customer support. Since all I had was apple left, I opened a 3rd and the same weak inhale. I've since emailed customer support 2x times with no response at all.
So I'm left with 3 defective apple disposables and 3 unopened ones. This was over a month ago. Since then I opened a dispute with my credit card company in hopes they can resolve the issue for me. What a waste of $$$$. Hopefully someone sees this post and contacts me about this issue.

I love the e cigarette! It really works but I will be switching to another brand. Two times I went and got refills and there was one that didn't work. I let it go but the second time I went to where I got them and at first he tried to change the subject and when I wouldn't let it go he told me he couldn't do anything about it.

I don't agree with the bad reviews on this site. I've had no customer service problems, no bad equipment, and the orders have come promptly. My only complaint would be that the only shipping option on my last order was UPS, and I thought the charge was too high. The previous order I had a USPS choice, which was cheaper.
I bought a pack of disposables through their website, after a friend came by one day with his fave brand disposable e-cig- a no 7 blueberry. (He had tried a few other brands). I loved it! It had the heat throat hit that I crave. And it tasted good, nice and clean. The only problem is the disposables smoke like a very light cigarette, and I like a long hard pull and smoke strong cigarettes. After doing more shopping research I decided on the square micro starter kit with 2 batteries and 6 cartomizer canisters. I also bought a variety flavor five pack which has 10 refills. The batteries are shorter than the disposables, and the cartomizers are still 500 puffs. I like the feel of the shorter battery more, it feels more like a real cigarette, and there is more vapor. So when I take a drag off it, the pull is stronger and more satisfying. I recommend the micro battery over the disposable.The disposable's vapor isn't enough to give me that first-cigarette-of-the-day-buzz, but the micro w/cartomizer comes close. Some mornings I'll still smoke 1 real cig. Lots of good flavors, although I don't care for the mocha at all. The cartomizers come in different strengths down to 0 mg. I'll taper down the nicotine levels over time. I'm hoping that these e-cigs will have helped me down the road to being a non smoker again. I don't know if that will work, but what I do know is that these no 7 e-cigs taste good and I'm already in much better shape!

I love my No. 7. I got the "square" starter kit for about $135 a month ago. The kit came with a pcc, 2 batteries and 16 reg tobacco cartomizers. Fantastic deal. The batteries last about a day of moderate smoking for a day or more, and unlike the blu pcc you can charge 2 batteries at once. The battery life of the pcc is good too, I charge the pcc about every 5/6 days. The vapor is a little harsh on the first few puffs, but then is consistent down to the point where the vapor fizzles when the cartomizers empty. I disassembled a cartomizer after it stopped vaping and it was very dry. I switch flavors through the day and five cartomizers last me a little over two and a half weeks. I don't count drags, but they certainly seems to last long and produce consistent amounts of vapor.
The cons I find with this product are few. Can't store an assembled unit in the case, must unscrew the battery for storage. The button to activate the pcc sticks out and is easily pressed in my pocket or purse.

Piece of Junk for real I purchased a kit and both batteries were bad and 1 atomizer was bad to . I took it back to the store where I bought it from and they gave me a hard time even when it was under warrenty I had the kit for only 1 day and still would not exchange and told me to call the factory what a waste of money NO 7 owes me 85.00 $$ dollars for the kit this is unexceptable and crappy service never will ever buy anything from NO 7 again. NO 7 is horrible service and bad product.

You can't blame the company for the poor service you received at a third party retail store, that's hardly their fault. However a far as the faulty merchandise, it does happen, have you contacted No 7 in regards to the matter? The defect could be the result of various different things, it could be an actual product defect, or could be the result of having sat in said retail store for too long in the wrong storage conditions. Most companies are more than happy to replace defective merchandise to retain a customer base.

I started out with one of the No7 disposables and I liked it well enough, so I ordered the No7 Micro Starter Kit. One of the atomizers did not work but it was replaced promptly with no hassle. The replacement atomizer worked but did not produce the amount of vapor as the other in the kit. I noticed that the hole in the end was larger than the hole in the atomizer that produced the most vapor. One of the batteries also did not seem as "hot" as the other one. But again, it still actually worked. I've been using it for nearly four months now and have since ordered another battery and atomizer, both of which work just fine. Everything still charges ok and has an acceptable battery life. The best thing is that I haven't touched any real tobacco since I started using this and I find that any cravings I have for it are much more manageable. For instance, I may go for several hours after I wake up in the morning, without vaping where as I could hardly get out of the bed before I was looking for my analog (real) cigarettes. So tell me the tobacco companies don't put more addictive chemicals in cigarettes other than nicotine. At any rate, over all I would recommend the No7. Micro. I've been satisfied with the product and their customer service. I do not use the cartridges or cartomizers. I just drip the liquid on the end of the atomizer. I get the best vapor that way. Kind of a bitch if you're away from home, having to carry the bottle of liquid with you but I'll trade that for feeling better, having my sense of smell and taste back, not having my vehicles and house smelling like a pool hall and saving money.

I am in love! And for the first time its not a woman! All I need is 10 puffs an hour of the high, which costs about a buc a day from the little bottle! I just drip onto the atomizer. I dont care if I need replacement parts at that price! It tastes better than any analog, and I feel great.

No 7 has it's pro's and con's like they all do.
Pro's :
1. Takes either cartridges or cartomizers, like the option
2. Good amount of vapor
3. Many flavors (didn't think I like them but they are good)
4. Good value for replacement cartridges. Wait for a sale if you can.
Con's
1. The battery pack that looks like a pack of cigs is great but I wish the whole cig would fit in without taking it apart.
2. Slow shipping, about a week and a half and wasn't free.

All and all I would recommend this No 7 Micro.

I bought 4 of the disposable N07 and had a problem battery was dead. Called customer support and Tim Roseberry (manager) said sorry can't help you unless you have the receipt. Spent $60 bucks and all 4 were bad. Will never buy this product again. Be warned... they do not stand behind the product.

I, like others reviewing this product, have found that compared to others I have tried the no.7 is good on vapor flavor, strength, and has a great variety (I am still looking for a good blackberry flavor if anyone cares to comment). The problem I have run into is a large portion of the batteries are defective. I have bought five and returned three. One of them has a decent life, the other I just got plain tired of exchanging and settled for it even though it lasts only a short time. And the batteries are not cheap at a price of $22.99. Satisfaction of the nicotine and flavor are good, though, and I can't tell you how great it is to get to "smoke" at the movies and playing pool at the club. Revenge is sweet!

I have tried 3 other brands as well: Smoking Everywhere, Liberty Smoking, and Direct E-Cig. No.7 is by far the best. I am so tired of wasting money on 'get rich quick' e-cigs, and this brand has totally blown my mind. The only possible complaint I have is that they are quite a bit larger than a real cigarette (as 99% of all ecigs are). They are not nearly as big as a cigar, and there are a couple of ecigs out there that are closer to the size of a real cigarette, but they are at least twice the price of this product's. The liquid also has to be the best on the market...and remember, you CANNOT refill the cartomizers that are used on the smallest ecigs (that's the catch), so if you can stand the larger battery, you can also use the liquid which will save you A LOT more money. These are definitely a high quality ecig that deserves respect and the #1 slot on all of these "E-Cig Review" websites that base their ratings on how much the contesting brands pay them.

I love it, once I first heard about the disposable, that's what finally got me to try this whole e-cig out, oh my god, I can't believe it still. It's almost too good to be true, and I've pinched my self. I've since ordered about 10 more, and decided to buy a kit and use the cartomizers. I am telling these are AMAZING!!!!

It is a piece of crap. The disposable was a little better and produced a air amount of vapor. The $80 starter kit does not work at all and you have to go through hell and back in order to get a damn refund. Please avoid this.

I ordered the e-cigarette and within a few days it was at my door. Excellent shipping time! I ordered the trial this device (disposable). I liked the vapor and the way the end lights up when you draw on it. I don't like the large size, I didn't realize that it was a lot larger than a real cigarette - more like a cigar in size. Due to the size, I cannot comfortably hold it like I did a real cigarette, but I am hoping to adjust. I promptly dropped it in my coffee (accidentally, of course), and ruined it after only a few puffs. However, I liked it enough to order the starter kit. I am hopeful that this will finally help me quit real cigarettes!

AWFUL! Have taken back TWO defective battery units and the retailer said no more replacements as they are "consumables" under the warranty. THOSE two batteries quit working and wouldn't recharge after less than a week! THIS PRODUCT AT ALL COSTS!!!!
